Cooks great but can’t get the whole of the grill to switch on.
Looks and cooks great but the grill has two elements one on which does not heat up on my oven. I have tried all settings. Low noise, fast cooking and self cleaning. Very easy to install, and fit perfectly.
Pleasantly surprised!
Though for the price it would not be that good, also haven’t heard of the brand before, but it has been fantastic! Quick delivery. It was easy to install (did need to fit a plug) The oven heats up quickly. I like the timer which tells you how long it has been on. Still getting used to cooking times and all the different settings but love the pizza setting it gets the base of the pizza crispy! Overall delighted with purchase!
This oven was a replacement for a faulty New World oven. It is easy to use once you get used to it. It does take longer than the 5minutes to reach 200’C. Also the oven temperature seems to be higher than the setting on the dial. But now I’m used to this I can compensate by turning the dial down to bring the temperature down to the required. The instructions could be better. Also the door seems to get very hot, unfortunately it hasn’t got the cool to touch door on ours. I have been trying to see if I could replace our door with the ‘cool’ one. At the moment Hisense haven’t been very helpful. On the whole though this performs well, was certainly value for money. Would recommend a Hisense oven.
I don’t know about other buyers, but I had a 15day wait for this oven to arrive, which was extremely annoying – especially when I was was in dire need, since I was ovenless, as my old Hotpoint had given up the ghost!
For the price, this oven is VFM!
There’s plenty of features, with oven & grill (with or without fan); pizzas cooked to perfection; gratin feature; steam cook; built in air fryer and pyrolytic self cleaner (a definite must)!
One thing to note – the grill doesn’t work unless you close the oven door – as I eventually came to realize!
It has a large clear view door with a nice big bright light within the oven – enabling a good view of whatever’s cooking!
My biggest gripe – this oven only came with one shelf and a multi use deep pan!
When I eventually got thru to HISENSE customer service (after 4 tries) about this matter, they told me I would have to purchase additional shelves, etc. for the oven myself. When I attempted to buy the equipment from them, their customer service proceeded to tell me I should try B&Q or Homebase – however, none of them kept any additional accessories for HISENSE ovens!
Hence the reason HISENSE are only worth 4stars, not 5 – their after sales customer service leaves a lot to be desired!
I eventually had to rely on Amazon coming to my help, in getting the accessories I needed for my new oven!
Worth noting – most new ovens are now coming with additional cooking features, but leaving it up to the customer to buy accessories needed for their new oven, which you use to get as standard equipment!
If you want your oven complete with everything, you’ll probably need to spend 1000+ on an oven from the likes of NEFF or BOSCH!
Easy to install
Love the oven size but found wire tray, baking tray and thermostat missing. Will speak to the company and hopefully rectify this. Fingers crossed it cooks as good as it looks .
Nice cooker , very quite so far , yet to use , but turned all the functions on and run it haven’t found the probe for the meats , so it doesn’t come with this . But my mum and I are happy ith it so fa
This oven was very easy to install. It took no time at all. It woks very well but I have only used it twice. I use my Air Fryers, I have 2. It’s far more economical for me especially with the cost of electricity. The oven looks very nice with clean lines.
The controls are a touch complicated but you learn after a while, like all things. The fan tends to over-run for quite a while but leaving the door open halfway when cooking finishes cuts the time down.

The quality of this oven is very good if you compare it to some of the other brands out there it has more features for its price you would expect to pay more very happy with this purchase.

I was overwhelmed,it actually came with 2 shelves,a deep roasting tray & another shallow tray.
Lots of useful settings but with one simple knob( once you have read the instructions)
Easy to use heat setting knob.
Useful/simple digital timer .
Has a pizza cooking setting.
Even has a steam clean setting(yet to be used)
At this price….a bargain.
The wife said it’s the dogs danglies, the food tastes amazing, I know it sounds daft an oven is just an oven but no, technology in cooking has improved the last few years and it makes a big difference in the way it cooks your food, great price
Bought to replace a Zanussi that inexplicably blew up on me throwing glass into the kitchen in the process!
This is so much better on every level. Not only does it look so much more expensive than it is, it’s so quiet and extremely fast along with loads of different cooking settings. The timer clock counts down, contrary to other reviews. Maybe it’s a recent update?
I’ve tried the pizza setting already and it really made a difference.
It didn’t come with a plug attached, but I’d preplanned this and bought a 13A master plug on Amazon and it took 5 minutes to wire up.

This oven is very well built, easy to install (needs a dedicated oven circuit). The functions are straight-forward enough to use. I like the centrally positioned light, which is better than my old oven where the light was at the back. First set of pizza and oven chips went completely well. The only regret is that the dial knobs are a bit dark, so I have added some white on the notch.

I like it a lot, it’s just as good as any other well known brand, easy to use, intuitive.
I like the oven. I bought it at a great price, 159. It has lots of features and comes with two wire shelves and a deep metal tray.
It has a bigger interior than average and, I find it reasonably quiet.
What I don’t like is that the timer counts up. Not down. Never had a timer on an oven like this before and it’s going to take a while to get used to!

Best oven I've had
Easy to install and use. Love all the functions in it – hubby and daughter Love the pizza/pastry function as they say it cooks pizza gorgeous and they taste like they have been done in a pizza oven! Definitely value for money and highly recommend
Timer fiddly
Very nice for the price. Only downside is the timer is very fiddly to use.
I only have one issue with this oven which is the timer as all previous ones have ones that count down when cooking but this counts up which I personally find confusing as previous ovens ring or beep when preset to say 30mins this doesnt make a sound just keeps cooking and have read the manual although not much help so will keep trying to work it out maybe there’s a way to change it this but so far haven’t found out but as for cooking it’s great and works well and quickly and isn’t very noisy.
Great oven gets extremely hot , cooks Pizza in mins you can use grill and oven at the same time for things that need browning. You can grill chicken and use the oven cooks like it’s on a BBQ or tandoori oven….

Great oven works to temperature and time , no burnt offerings. Takes a bit of getting used to the dials and how it works. I love that the oven switches it’s self off when the timer goes off .Great options to choose from
has several different choices of ovens so you don’t have to have the fan oven on , which is helpful as it doesn’t splash fat everywhere. And it beeps when oven is at the right temperature good for pre heating . Would highly recommend this oven , best electric oven I’ve ever had, my sponge came out lovely , risen well .

This is a great oven, lots of space, cooks food very quickly so you need to adjust to a lower heat or time if used to an older oven. Cooks very evenly as well and the bottom only oven cooks Pizzas really well without burning the cheese. Heating up takes 12 mins and has lots of features. Not used self clean ye

Brilliant ove
It is a very good oven, especially at this price point. However it has far too many settings you’ll probably never use making it overly complicated to begin with, you soon get used to it I suppose. Finger release clips for the front glass making it easy to clean. It has a steam clean function we haven’t used yet probably never will I imagine it’s more gimmicky than useful. Overall very nice looking and performing oven. The clock is very dim by default but it has a brightness setting it does need turning up and it’s fine
Lots of settings for different types of cooking. But you can still use oven setting to cook everything if you don’t no what your doing. My daughter has a AEG oven. Mine dose the same and it sings to me. I’m very happy at half the prise.

Good large ove
Cooker arrived on time & easy to install. Plenty of cooking programs once you get used to it, only negative it does take a long time to heat, unlike other reviews found this oven very quite even with fan going.
Steam clean doesn't work that well following instructions
Steam cleaning doesn’t work very well, bottom heater burns stuff on the bottom making Steam cleaning impossible.

Great piece of kit for the money, make sure you read the instructions as it’s not as simple as turn on and cook. But nice features like soft closing door and the buttons push in when turned off. Like other reviews it is a little louder when on fan oven compared to my old Bosch but would definitely recommend.
Very good oven easy to use but the knobs could do with brighter numbers on but apart from that it’s excellent, very pleased with it.

Perfect Ove
At first I thought the large oven would not fit, but it did with standard measurements it does, just as good!
Easy fitting with supplied plug attached (but I had to remove it to fit my existing wiring).
Turn it on to get rid of the ‘new smell’ like you do with most products. Left mine for about half an hour.
