Watch your fingers
It’s a great ladder and does what I needed it to.However taking it down is an accident waiting to happen as the speed of drop will catch many a person’s fingers.Best solution lay it flat to avoid the gillotine.

Arrived quickly which is what we needed. Easy to set up and use and is compact so I can store it away easily. Great product!
Really good item but READ the INSTRUCIONS carefully.
Really easy to use if you read, understand and follow the instructions carefully before and when you use it. If you don’t then you may damage your fingers or the ladder. Easily portable. Have used it to go up into lofts in several properties. I’m around 12 stones in weight and it copes easily.

I’ve had stepladders before and it’s always a chore trying to find somewhere in your house to hide them away from view. So I decided to purchase one of these and I’m glad I did. So easy to use and I can just put it into the closet when I’m not using it. Great purchase.

Bought as an addition to my tool kit as a maintenance/handyman.
Have used previously in other professions, a little wobbly when at 3/4 height – so would not use at full extension. But very useful and convenient.

Nice collapsible telescopic ladder that is easy to use, but watch out for your thumbs getting in the way when closing the rungs, they close rather fast!!!
Good value, does the job.
Brought to access loft. Feels sturdy enough for this job and packs away neatly after use. One of the hooks was undersized, contacted the manufacturer, got a quick response and replacement in no time.
Sturdy easy to use
Use for going into roof space. Easy to put up, put down and to store. Sturdy and safe. Like the extra safety plate at bottom and hooks are removable so can be used outdoors and taken off when not needed indoors. Frame light enough to move around but heavy enough to feel safe.

Needs a bit of room to set up as it has a wide base and when collapsing it you will need to be careful so as to keep all your fingers

Handy ladder – sturdy and stores easily. As with other reviews, care is needed when closing ladder due to risk of finger entrapment but overall great ladder for domestic use.
Great ladder, saves a load of space! It’s never going to be as long lasting as a single solid ladder; too many moving parts. However, the handful of times ill need it through the years, it’ll last decades. Do be careful when collapsing as you can easily trap a finger or two!!

Excellent ladders. I bought these for home use so just the occasional job. They are very sturdy and I trust them fully. Extension is easy and so is packing them back down. The removable hooks are great and give you that little bit more confidence.

Bought it to use for my loft, it does the job as described
Minor problems
Basically does what I need it for. The only negative points:
1) I had to use a drill to get the bolt for the bottom stabiliser through the pre-drilled holes.
2) The hooks are covered in some sort of plastic that leaves black marks on walls. The plastic parts of the ladder itself do not. The hooks can be easily removed.

I’m findi g it har to writ a review as my fing rs are in band ges. Joking aside, watch your fingers with this ladder as it will mash your digits up if your not careful. If your not a numpty then you should be fine, just be careful taking it down. In terms of the product itself, it’s lightweight , packs up quite neatly and can be stuck in the back of a car( if you have one). It goes up quite easily, and it fits through our attic hatch no problem. Getting it down is tricky as I found the catches can stick a bit. It’s at this point you may want to stick a hand, finger or something else in to free it. Don’t!! Have you ever watched the old B&W movie of Tale of Two Cities? Remember the bit where the guillotine comes down? It’s very much like that . Very fast and very painful. Be careful. That aside, it’s a fair enough product for the price. It takes my weight( so far) and I’m no lightweight.
Good but of kit for domestic use
This is a good bit of kit for domestic use. Good reach. Made it to the loft height without having to extend all the way. Easy to extend with both hands in a telescopic action Folds down into a neat easy to store good looking piece of equipment. Not at all unsightly. Was not super heavy. Easy enough to carry with one hand up the stairs. (Older person might find it a bit on the heavy side for carrying in one hand and it would be a bit tricky to get it upstairs with both hands and balance)
As another reviewer said watch your fingers when lowering the rungs they come down with force.
Was not as sturdy as a conventional ladder. It did wobble a little but the hooks at the top and the base stabilising bar gave me confidence.

I liked this ladder, but it can be dangerous if not used properly ie retracting after use.
Do exactly what they're designed for.
Why did I wait this long to get these? Very useful and flexible for any number of jobs.
Very happy with this
Bought this primarily to go up into the loft, but have used it loads of times for many other things. Really light weight but sturdy. Folds down small enough to pack away in a cupboard.
Would definitely recommend, especially as the ladders come in different sizes to suit different needs.
Why did I not buy this soone
Fantastic light weight ladder perfect for accessing the loft and the odd little high up job around the garden and house so easy to raise and lower easy to stor6 and much lighter than the last one I struggled with I can not fault it what so ever.

Can be a bit heavy to move around but is quite sturdy but you have to be very careful when reducing the height of the ladder can damage or cut your fingers

Outstanding bit of kit. Under no illusion that it’s best suited for house tasks (getting into the loft etc) and wouldn’t suit someone doing trade work, but nonetheless it is perfect for us. Very impressed.

Practical and quick.
Very stable product. Quick and easy to put up, however fairly loud when putting down due to banging when your putting it away/down. Overall good ladders and easy to store away.
Excellent ladder, but because the steps are at right angles to the uprights – it hurts to climb in bare feet or socks. So not such a great loft ladder. I have a choice: go downstairs to get my shoes or set the ladder almost vertical to get the steps almost flat.

I Could not have purchased a better produc
This is an excellent product, extremely stable and easy to use. Add the fact that it is reasonably priced and promptly delivered and you have an absolute excellent customer experience.
The non-hand trapping feature is also a major plus point.
Great ladder, which is very light. The only down side is when collapsing it some of the rungs don’t come down on their own and need pushing down. We also use a 3.8m version which is heavier and this doesn’t happen and so suspect its because of its light weight.
