Whirlwind Evo Pets is a lightweight bagless upright vacuum, designed to help you keep on top of the housework. There are no complicated settings to adjust: simply switch on and start vacuuming. Whirlwind is suitable for hard floors and carpets, with a rotating brush bar for thorough cleaning.
The Whirlwind Evo Pets model WRE07P comes with an additional accessory: the mini turbo brush. This handy tool with rotating bristles helps to loosen embedded cat or dog hairs from your carpets & upholstery.
Above floor cleaning is also simple, with a 2.5 metre stretch hose and 2-in-1 tool stored on board. The 2-in-1 tool combines a small dusting brush with a crevice nozzle, which is ideal for getting into tight spots, or for your skirting boards.
Featuring a clever removable handle which inserts into the floor nozzle for compact storage, this means you can store it neatly in a small space such as a kitchen cupboard.
A great choice for flats or smaller houses, Whirlwind Evo has a 5 metre cord and weighs under 4kg in use, making it easy to carry upstairs and around your home.
Whirlwind Evo has a good-sized dust bin capacity of 2.5 litres. Once full, it can be emptied easily and hygienically with the press of a single button. We recommend you clean the filters regularly to ensure the suction remains strong: to do this simply unscrew the lid, rinse the filters and leave to dry for 24 hours before reassembling.

Many years ago I had a Hoover Junior for a long time I have tried others cleaners but most of them were to heavy. This Hoover is just as good as my Hoover Junior was nice and light easy to handle and empty.

MUCH better than I was expecting after having loads of hoovers before this one. Using it on average pile light coloured carpets I really noticed the difference, all hairs, fluff etc was picked up using the last/ highest brush setting.
I’m really happy with this purchase and will buy it again when I need to.

I’m very pleased with the vacuum it does the job that my old vacum couldn’t. I have a cat that sheds a lot of hair and this vacum gets them up lovely. I also like the design of the vacuum and it’s light weight easy to empty as well.

This hoover is very lightweight and easy to manoeuvre, it does look and feel quite cheap but the suction is brilliant. With 3 dogs and 2 toddlers it gets put through its paces but crisps and dog hairs are no problem! Our carpets look brand new again! Good general purpose hoove
This is a very nice mains hoover, light weight and easy to move, however the lack of any extending tubes is a disappointment as being over 70 I find it difficult to get into tight corners or underneath furniture, if there had been an extension tube I would have given it 10 out of 10..perhaps hoover might like to send me one?..!

Bought this because I wanted a lightweight, upright vacuum with Hepa filter. My cylinder cleaner was just too difficult for me to use! I’m so pleased with this purchase, it’s exactly what I wanted.

We tried a Shark but the suction on that was too much for our carpets. We were unsure what to buy as most of the new vacs have large motors now. We saw this was a lot smaller so we gave it a try. We are very pleased with it how it works on our carpets very good suction and light to move about. The power cord is not very long and we have to use an extension in our hall

Very light and easy to use. I’ve 3 labradors and need to Hoover often and this makes it less of a chore as it picks up , it’s light and easy to empty.

I decided to try the Hoover Whirlwind Evo Pets, Wow, what a difference, this little beauty glides through with a powerful suction, excellent on flat surfaces & totally brilliant on carpets & rugs. I am so impressed with this & its so easy to use. I can go right through the house with just the one emptying, its easy to install & the price is excellent. There is one small downfall for me, that is that it doesn’t have a tube extension for the tools, therefore if I need to dust the walls, it will only go as far as you can reach. However, for me this is something I can deal with & still love this machine!

This is an excellent vacuum cleaner, as others have said it looks cheap but appearances are deceptive, it is extremely light (I recently damaged my knee & was finding my old cylinder cleaner too heavy) it sucks up an amazing amount of dirt (obviously my old cleaner was useless as well as heavy) and is very good value for money. My only complaint is, again as others have said, the flex is too short, but an extension cord soon sorts that out. I can highly recommend this Hoover 🙂
So good bought another for Holiday Home
When we first bought one of these it was because we needed it desperatly due to a well known brand vacuum cleaner failure. It is very light, but the suction power on it is incredible and the speed the pet additional spins at when attached, to me appears faster than any I have ever owned. Plus the additional attachments means my 5 foot tall wife can even do the ceilings at the holdiay home.
Add to this the Amazon 3 year warranty for about a tenner, than this is one hell of a value vacuum cleaner.

Nice light easy to use as I have fibromyalgia this was essentially didn’t expect it to be as good as it is….as its only 500watts my old hoover was 1300 Watts to my surprise its 15% smaller way lighter and the pet hair attachment works prrr fectly…

I love that it’s so light as makes its so easy to manoeuvre. It looks very cheap,like a kids toy. This aside,it’s the best hoover I’ve had as the suction power lifts the carpet piles and removing the dust and dirt. This little hoover is well worth the money. A beautiful little machine was uncovered,beautifully packed to ensure undamaged delivery; it may be as light as a feather but it does everything you could ask of a vacuum cleaner for a small house with stairs and landing to cope with…a bit of a nightmare with my old,heavier cleaner.
A lovely bright,cheerful red and silver-grey design,it made me smile just initially looking at it…then I simply had to try it as soon as it was out of the box….superb!…not noisy at all and smooth running with plenty of suction power.
At such amazing value I highly recommend this to anyone considering purchasing it,you won’t be disappointed and even if you simply need a “stand by” you can’t go wrong.

I have a border collie so hopeful you can imagine dog hairs even more so in this heat!!! The hoover is simple looking, but omg the power!!! Only have carpet on the stairs due to my dog, I choose a black carpet yes crazy I know, but not really as the hoover picks every bit of hair up!!! I’ve had the Henry hoovers even try the Charles hoover, but honestly for less money and you get a easier and better performance and the light weight of the hoover easier on stairs!!!

This I have to say is the best hover I’ve ever owned , and I have tried a lot over the years from really cheap to top of the range , I have a fusing at mo which this new hover beats it in every respect, it’s easy to manover, it’s got great suction, it’s ultra lightweight which is good for me as have arthritis but this just glides over carpet ,wooden floors with ease and ultimately it does a fantastic job in all respects, a fantastic hover only wish I’d come across it years ago !!
If I were marking out of a hundred (and actually I am!) I would give it 85/100. Like with most things there are good and bad. The good things then: It does literally pick up everything – feathers, crumbs, plant stems and is the best we’ve had for dog hair. Also what is fantastic is that human hair doesn’t get wrapped around the roller – well maybe one or two bits but that’s it. Amazing since I seem to shed more than the dog does – you should see my hair brush…it’s like a chinchilla! Some reviewers remark that it is a bit plasticky ( is that how you spell it? English isn’t my first language – gobble-de-gook is). It is very flimsy looking but actually it’s not. It puts up with me bashing into everything and I am the epitome of the bull in a china shop. Anyway who cares what it looks like – it’s a hoover – who are you going to show it to? Oh the other great thing is that it is quiet – it certainly is the softest sounding hoover we’ve ever had and Rosie the Lurcher merely opens an eye as we go past her rather than legging it for the nearest cover.
Ok then the bad: Manufacturers do not seem to be able to make a drum that comes off and empties easily…maybe they have but I haven’t found one. It could be that I haven’t go the knack for taking the damn things off, emptying them, and putting them back again without a dust cloud the size of a volcanic eruption coming out and getting dust over everything again. Seriously though you shouldn’t need the knack. It should come off smoothly empty easily and just click into place again. This one doesn’t and you have to be a gymnast to get it all in the bin without spillage. So I’ve docked it a star.
Anyway, overall it is a great little hoover (we love it so much we’ve named it – J Edgar!) it does a fantastic job, in fact it’s a little embarassing how full the drum gets each time we use it. It really is one of the best hoovers we’ve used, but for the drum thing it’s a definite 5 stars from us.

Best hoover I’ve owned
Honestly the best hoover I’ve owned, picks up pet hair with ease and leave vertically nothing left. Is very quiet and doesn’t upset my dog. Very light weight, easy to empty and use.
It’s a great little hoover for the price. You can’t compare it with the Dyson’s and Shark’s but the suction is good, it manoeuvres well and is so light it’s very easy to push. If you want a basic hoover that just does the job then this is the one

After my Dyson decided to give up the ghost, I just wanted a vacuum cleaner that had enough suction to pick up the dirt from the carpets. I didn’t want to spend a fortune so I bought the Hoover. What a great little machine. perfect for me. Light weight, very easy to empty and small enough to store under the stairs. Great value for money.

The machine is very lightweight, I am 80 years old and could not manage my old Dyson, too heavy. the only problem I found was that the lead is low down (difficulties in bending) and the lead is too short, have to change halfway cleaning the bungalow to swap electric points, but apart from that minor problem this machine is excellent value for money and I am already recommending Hoover Whirlwind to all my fellow dog walkers

Only down fall is it’s lead is a bit short but it doesn’t bother me as it’s unplug and plug it in to each room.
Overall I really rate this hoover and price is fanatic.

lightweight for oldies
An excellent hoover, lightweight for 70+ in poor health. Easy to drive, picks up well, easy to empty and to keep clean. It is a great improvement on my previous worn-out 10 year old whirlwind. Only 4 stars because it has a stupidly short lead, I have to keep swapping sockets as I go round the (small) house.

Amazing what it is picking up. Feel like almost have new carpet. Easy to use and store. Would recommend to anyone.
Good for small spaces
I needed a small Hoover for my static caravan but didn’t want to fork out on an expensive one. This does the job perfectly, suction is powerful enough & its small enough to store in a cupboard

Love this little hoover. For the price it’s really good. Suction is great and the pet hair attachment a real bonus. The handle is removable so can be stored easily too. Would definitely recommend.

Good suction but power lead too sho
This is easy to use and gets under furniture easily, there are four suction strength settings which I find useful as I have a back problem. The only criticism I have is that the power lead is far too short at only 3 metres – should be at least five metres

Great suction, light and clean to use.
I find this hoover is much easier to use and I can carry it upstairs with no problems. Also it is so easy to empty out.
