I received this but I cannot lift the RED button to start the motor, Sent it back and received a new one but, it had the same problem so I sent it back again and my second replacement arrived but the RED button was also stuck. Return it again and received my third replacement and guess what, the RED button is stuck. Spoke to Hyundai importer Genpower but they do not seem to be interested in resolving this …. next step is to take this up with Amazon??? I am hoping for a good resolution since the compressor looks well made but there is a RED BUTTON starting problem!! I will report again if the issue is resolved.
I have now resolved the problem as follows: took the cover off and sprayed WD40, pulled HARD the switch (upwards) and after several starts, the switch is fine. I gave the machine 4 stars due to the incorrect advice I was given (to return the “faulty” compressor. They could have advised the above remedy to the problem without having to return the compressor.
In summary, I think is a great compressor.
My last compressor like most reading this makes you jump out of your skin with every random start up!

It’s a very good place of machinery. The wheels have a gap which allows swings left right on purpose I guess. I had to work hard to understand it. It’s good product anyway
Very silent! It’s perfect for small jobs around the house and in workshop.
The air filter protrudes and is very easy to break off
Needed a quiet compressor for the garage for some projects and car/bike maintenance. This compressor is really quiet and fits in the space I have exactly. Knocked one star off becuase the on/off switch is very stiff to pull on, otherwise I am happy with it.
Note this is factory set to cut out at 7bar so this is the max pressure.
After buying a smaller fendega airbrush compressor that overheats and cant do the job i was left with no option but to buy something more substantial, wow this is the job just what your looking for its quiet simlar noise to a smaller airbrushing compressor doesnt overheat tons of air capacity, only negative point is the wheel washers vibrate so i removed them, and it doesnt state the type of quick release connector you need but i changed mine to suit my kit. All in all this is perfect for large model kit spray jobs also no problems using it in the garage but for the hobbyist airbrushing buy this one 5 stars from me

The compressor is an excellent product, very quiet.
Unfortunately it arrived with slight damage to the box, and on opening I found the pressure gauge was cracked.
It is what it is it’s very quiet and has plenty of pressure for what I need it for nailgun staple gun and spaygun
It works brilliant and a good price
I had been considering a compressor for some time with a CO2 laser and trying to justify the need. Then started to see that many tools can be used with the compressor also, so in the end i bit the bullet. Its a nice little compressor, i wish draining the air was a little easier, as i fear unscrewing it too much too quickly and the pressure shooting the plug into my hand. Other than that im completely happy 🙂

I use this in my home workshop and it replaced a 20 years old oilless 24ltr of a different manufacturer. This Hyundai is sooooo quiet I could use this in the house. I don’t do a lot of spraying to big areas just small car, bike and machine panels and it works fine doing these tasks. I also use it for air dusting and tyres etc.
Don’t expect any reliability issues as I have other electrical and petrol products from Hyundai and no problems have occurred over the last three years since new.
The only down point is the power lead could do with being a meter longer, but it’s not a deal breaker.
Great product, far to better and quieter than the piston type compressors I’ve had for years.

Why is the power lead so short ?
first one arrived with a chunk out of one of the cylinder heads amazon was quick to replace the next day but it did take a few days for hermies to collect the damaged one the replacement seems to be perfect for my needs (bit of light spraying, airbrushing, filling car tyres)
super silent is a bit of a stretch but it is quiet for a compressor so i wasn’t disappointed in the noise that being said a better air filter should make it even quieter as a lot of the noise seems to be it chugging air in through the little hole in the air filter (bigger box larger opening more filtering inside should make it quieter)
anyone wanting to run high power air tools this is not the compressor for you you will need one that stays above 90psi this one like most small compressors holds a constant 60 psi (before it starts up) then goes up to 90psi

Good quiet compressor as it claims. I had a small airbrush compressor (for airbrushing) originally but wanted to add a couple of air tools such as a staple gun which my original compressor could not handle due to a low psi. Easy to use and comes with a regulator (I opted for the 24L tank size due to budget) which allows me to control the lower psi levels for art airbrushing and also higher levels (80-90psi) for my stapler and pin gun.
Main thing is that it is quiet (not silent) when filling the tank – more silent then I expected.
Good product,and it arrived a couple of days earlier than expected. Not used properly yet ,but assembled and tested. Really quiet compared to other compressor that this has replaced. My only slight moan is that the plug cable is so short it won’t reach a socket at bench height and there are no instructions .

My old air compressor gave up the ghost, so I ordered this one intrigued at a silent compressor, well the old one was nothing short of deafening and this is is not entirely silent but how have I not upgraded to this before!
Its quiet enough to run indoor s without any loud noise, excellent well made, good quality and built with my 5 year old in a 10 minutes and that was mostly him leaning to use a spanner for the first time. V.well packaged and super fast delivery
First compressor arrived damaged; like someone had dropped the box from some height.

My previous electric nail gun was not punching the brads in fully (especially through Oak architrave).
This air compressor is far from silent when getting to pressure – but it is quite bearable.

Beaut of a design. Super quiet and pressure regulator and moisture trap are useful.
So much quieter than a regular air compressor, quick to get up to pressure and has an adjustable pressure outlet, comes with quick release connections.
Very happy with product, does what it says. Not so happy with packaging. First order had to be return as box broken open and high pressure gauge broken. Second order, arrived and the box was stuck up with inferior sellotape. Luckily, the compressor inside was ok.
This is a good little compressor for light work. It’s not got a big enough tank or powerful enough motor to keep up with spraying constantly but for smaller jobs it works really well. As well as spaying I use it with various tools and again it’s good in short bursts but you need to stop and let it recharge quite often.
It looks well made and it’s small enough to transport so a handy little machine fir light or occasional use.
Can’t find fault, absolutely lovely bit of kit. Good tank size and easy enough to lift into the van, and then into people’s houses. Oil free helps. and so blooming quiet, a real joy to use, 2 yr gurantee and so well priced.
Previously I’ve been using a 12 litre ‘Bandit’ branded compressor, for my upholstery staple gun, it cost me 120, needed oiling, and would re charge the tank every minute or so, when in constant use. It was also very loud!
I got this one recently and was sceptical about the super silent claim… but I am very impressed! It’s obviously not totally silent but incredibly quiet! I took a video of it in action, which I had planned to post here, but the microphone on my phone is super sensitive and made it sound much louder than it is!
I’d highly recommend this compressor for garage use, workshop use, staple/nail gun use.
And although heavier than the little bandit, it has wheels!!
Bought for my home workshop to replace an old compressor which was so noisy I’m surprised I’d not had complaints from Neighbours. This one is great, it is super silent and honestly I could have it on at 3 in the morning without worrying about it being to noisy. Holds pressure well and very happy with the unit in general. Only thing I would say is the lead on it is very short, (probably a metre long at most) but I just made up a custom length extension lead to go with it.

Very quiet and smooth, ideal for light workshop use. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is that the gauges are very cheap quality, in fact one on mine was broken on delivery. I replaced it myself with a good one for 5, so no drama. Hyundai UK helpline is contactable and helpful, which makes a welcome change these days.
We bought this to replace our old compressor which was on it’s last legs and couldn’t support a de-Walt nail gun. This compressor is superb, very quiet and very powerful. Bigger than I expected but I never look at the dimensions! Very easy to manoeuvre also.

Very low noise, able to have a conversation without raising voice whilst stood next to it, can’t hear it running when you have a 5 m hose attached, good supply of air no drops in output, very low vibration if any
Nice little compressor,make sure it’s up for what you need to do. I need a biger compressor,but that’s my fault.
The compressor is easy to assemble and once set up I couldn’t believe how quiet it runs. It is very quick to build up the pressure and maintain it whilst working. It far out ways any other compressor that I have purchased. When it comes to price I could not find anything anywhere near to it compere it to. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone.

Even quieter than I expected, you can easily talk over it at a normal vocal level. Not bad for long but works well so far and seems to be good quality.

I needed a quieter compressor as the neighbors commented on the noise when i was working in my home workshops although not completely silent this is at least 60db lower than my previous piston one, the re-charge of the cylinder appears to be quicker too, so overall im extremely happy with, my neighbors are too.
I bought it to replace an older smaller one with a small capacity , as I will be using it to prep fossils.
As I will be using it in my garage which is incorporated in my house, it had to be quite. I was not disappointed, its noise level is really low, actually quieter than the washing machine.
I am very pleased with my purchase and recommend this for great value for money.

Just what I needed. The overall build was excellent and is super silent, no need for earmuffs. Use it for spray painting and laser machine air feed.
Received from my wife for Christmas, really impressed with her choice. I wouldn’t have chosen better. This is my first compressor. It’s more than enough for my DIY needs.
I used to work as a rep in motor factor industry, so I know a little about power tools, air tools etc.
What I like:
I was blown away how silent this is. It takes about 90 seconds to get to max pressure (100PSI). When pressure drops by about 2bars, compressor kicks back in and refills the tank. Which can be quite often, but don’t forget it is just 24L, so that was to be expected.
It has got 2 outlets which is a bonus.
What I don’t like:
First thing I’ve noticed power lead is ridiculously short under 1m. So can’t store it under the work bench without having an extension lead attached.
Even though I have some experience with compressors I looked through manual and come to conclusion that is totally useless. If you are new to this you will need to gather information elsewhere. Manual won’t help, just leaves you confused. One last thing I didn’t like was the fact, that compressor feels really sturdy and it is well built, but attaching flimsy wheels, doesn’t boost your confidence in this unit. Quite the opposite.
It could be easily 5 stars. But useless manual, cheap wheels and very short lead takes at least one star away.

There was minimal putting together however I did get stumped on this. the manual is a bit basic and just says put it together but in reality, for someone who has never put together a compressor, this had me scratching my head.
First part was a black round part – no idea what it was initially but could see it could only screw on the end valve so that was easy enough. I now know this to be a filter of some sort which dampens the noise too.
The second bit was the wheels – this is where I got stumped but now looking back, it is easy as pie.
The issue was you had 2 round washers, a spring washer, a nut and a bolt but I didn’t know what way the wheel went (one side has ridges, the other does not), and whether it was nut, washer, wheel, washer, spring, bolt or do two of the round washers stay together or… In the end, the above NWWWSB is what I did and it seems to be fine.
The last bits were the anti-vibration legs, these bolted on quickly…and that is really it!
So the usage… I saw lots of reviews about the head being the wrong way making one of the outlets difficult to get to – in my case, this was the correct way round and both were accessible.
I guess they have listened and corrected it.
I used a Stanley kit 6 as a quick test and found it worked perfectly. One thing that caught me out is both outlets need to be blocked whether its with a pipe or I guess some sort of blocker? I hooked up the stanley pipe on one and the Stanley tyre pressure gauge on the other as a temp solution but this did the trick.
Tank filled up fairly quickly and again, quietly! I could not hear it filling up once outside the shed/door shut.
Once filled, it automatically stops and the pressure needle is just below the red area.
Finally, hit the plunger/gun or whatever you have and its air on demand.
Again this is my first time buying a compressor mainly to remove the need for compressed air cans that were costing a lot of money but now I can use this for tyres, maybe quick painting, light nailing, etc.

I have owned and used many compressors over the years. This is by far the best I have come across. It is so quiet you hardly know its running. Wish I had of had one years ago.
Bought to replace an old compressor. Only used this new one to test as it was bought for me as a Christmas present. Initial thoughts are it runs very quietly compared to my old one and fits into the workshop space well. Ideal for what I need.

Actually really quiet, not the most powerful, but for its size it’s great!
The holes for the wheel bolts are slightly too small so the spacers rattle abit, but nothing major.

Very easy to setup, assemble wheels, plugged in hose, I was blowing sawdust away in a couple of minutes. It only kicks in when the pressure drops and the noise is minimal.
This machine is great – really quiet (can’t hear it at all with shed door closed), well made and works well.
No problems with outlets that others report. mine had one pointing straight out and other to the right and fully accessible.
Cables a bit short – won’t reach from floor to a socket mounted at shoulder height directly above, but thats only issue.

Fantastic little compressor – oh so quiet! Remarkable how it able to be so quiet in comparison to other traditional compressors. This is quieter than my 12v tyre compressor! Plenty of power – the only negative is the 2nd output is faced towards the motor housing. Not a big deal but may be too tight for your fitting. No problem for the Stanley Air Kit 5 I also ordered. Fittings are Euro type air fittings.

It take a while to come up to pressure, but has a large tank so can go on and on and on…..
One small gripe is that one of the outlets requires a 90 degree adaptor to connect a pipe without hindrance. Otherwise very happy with the purchase.
The Hyundai compressor is easy to set up and really quiet,. Although I have never used a compressor before I followed the set up guide and it is now up and running. It is solidly built and the dials are easy to read, and the compressor looks really good. There is no need to adjust any of the pressure settings, after initial set up you just need to plug it in, switch it on and let the pressure build and then you are good to go, it is ideal for use in my garage.
The only down side and the reason I only gave it 4 stars is that some numpty assembled it incorrectly and it makes it impossible to attach an air line to one of the outlets which basically means it is a single outlet compressor. Please see the pictures
Once the warranty is finished I’ll move the control valve and outlets by 90 degrees.

The machine is extremely quiet in operation and comes up to pressure quickly. There are 2 euro style connections provided on the adjustable filter/regulator assembly. One connection is straight out and the other is to the right of it, there are no problems in connecting to these. Overall a very well made unit.
For its size, it’s rather a compact compressor, which is great for a small workshop like mine. Super-quiet too, which won’t upset the neighbours!
Purchased this Hyundai compressor after a friend showed me how extremely quiet this unit was. Very happy indeed.
Not in use yet?but the delivery was great and safety I am happy now just build up tools to goes with air compressor brilliant.
They seem to have changed the safety valve to one which doesn’t have a manual test ring on this latest version which made me think it was wrong but a call to Hyundai assured me it was correct.
I’m happy and very glad I didn’t buy one of the ‘ultra budget’ compressors available
