The pictures are really sharp and you can easily set the camera to provide exactly what you need it to do. I placed this in my garage and the Wi-Fi connection is spot on.
Great product – amazing clarity ensures security but despite instructions stating insert SD Card none was included therefor events couldn’t be recorded or retrieved until SD Card purchased and inserted
The product has many features that are ideal for my needs so I purchased the twin pack. Unfortunately one camera did not work but contacting support to help, they responded very quickly and ultimately replaced the faulty in two days. Could not ask for more! Highly recommended!
Good results, it’s working but I have yet to put it in it’s permanent settings, and I plan to reroute the wiring via the cavity of my porch. Something that I will be able to do once my leg injury is sorted. The set up was very easy. Will update once it is fixed in it’s rightful place.
After 9 months I had an issue with the light and auto track. Customer services were great, tried to sort from remote then sent a replacement with no arguments. Great service, thank you.
I had this camera for 11 months and it stopped rotating. So I got it touch with support services, who told me to reboot the camera and try again. I rebooted the camera and it made no difference so I contacted support services again and they promised to replace the camera within 3 day. Well it took 2 days and I had a brand new camera. It is working far better than my old one and I just wanted to say a big thank you to the support services for the way they delt with my complaint and the speed at which it was resolved. Great service would recommend to any one
Now I have got this set up , its one of the best security cameras I have ever used. So easy to use,with features matching cameras costing considerably more money
I have 4 ieGeek battery cameras, 3 with Solar Panels provided by ieGeek still going strong after 3 years and I’ve just purchase and installed ieGeek mains powered cameras elsewhere in my property. All cameras are excellent. The picture quality is fabulous, the sharpness, colour and night modes are unbelievable. The pan, tilt and follow me features on the new mains cameras are first class. Having these features lets you install the cameras almost in any position. The picture quality and humanoid detection is superb considering the cost of these cameras. I purchased SD cards that store everything I will need. I would definitely recommend ieGeek Battery and Mains cameras. Great quality, features, Customer’s Care/support, good looking design, and excellent value for money .
Only gets 4 stars because after it was setup and working the tilt up feature stopped working. It would move on every other axis. I had to get the ladders out again and do a reset. It has worked fine since then. One bit of advice, if you are installing it up a height, like I did, pair the camera to your phone before you install it, as you have to point the phone screen at the camera.
Good quality product, shame i was sent the wrong camera and not the one i ordered. I recieved the one without an ethernet connection so was unable to use it as an ip camera. Only realised as I installed it so had already cut the usb cable to run it to the power supply in the loft so was unable to return it. Lesson learnt, check you receive what you ordered.
Very good for the price, does all it promises and yes, it actually does connect to Alexa via a skill – woohoo. Just two disappointments – the way Amazon shows products shows user comments for all items in the range, not specific to the camera being looked at (in this case model ZS-GQ2 ) and so from the Q&A, it appeared to have ethernet connectivity, which it doesn’t – frustrating as I had wished to use that rather than wifi. It also does not communicate with general cam apps like CamHi and Genbolt (other ipGeek products have done so in the past), so a touch annoying that it can’t be viewed or managed in the same app as my other cameras – you have to use the specific ipGeek app. It does say that in the instructions but not in the spec shown by Amazon.
For the money, it’s a good purchase, easy to set up, although I will offer a word of caution, the software used with the iGeek is exactly the same as another another PTZ camera I purchased. Therefore removing the need to use two different apps for the two camera’s. The offer of cloud storage was unwelcome and the need to register was annoying, although I realise it was possibly for the warranty, iGeek offering 2 years, that will be interesting to see if it is honoured.
The image quality appeared excellent during the day, but its been up for a week and lens issues have become apparent, the range of the WiFi impressive, my garage is detached from the house and several metres away. Signal strength has been impressive. I like to the look of the new camera’s control is easy, movement of the camera via the software is smooth, I’ve used a Samsung 128Gb card into the unit, high speed, which provides some decent feedback during review mode.
I was thinking of purchasing another one, but the lens quality has let it down.
Has now been in operation for a few days. The night capability is okay, not as bright as expected. I also noticed a slight blurring on the right side of the image, not as sharp (Yes, the lens has been cleaned, and yes, the cover has been removed). So initial impressions have been dented by the lack of clarity in part of the image and the night ability lacking compared to a cheaper model I also purchased. Have now moved the camera to replace another unit (different manufacturer) and changed the software interface. Its now been several weeks in operation and i can say OK, I’m impressed again.
I really like that the iegeek camera has a lot of different functions and that it is easy to use. I would definitely go with iegeek camera in the future
Works great, easy to use, looks great, I’ve been using them for a long time now no problems. I live in Scotland and the weather her is very relentless. Get very windy, wet and a wee bit frozen most of the year. The camera survived all Scotland her self hurled at them. Brilliant.

Definitely would buy again and would recommend this outdoor camera. Installation was easy since I was replacing a previous camera which had gone faulty hence my wiring was all the way back to my router and the power socket was just behind the camera. No batteries needed
After selecting where to place it, it took about 20 minutes to drill and secure the camera, feed the cable through then set it up.
Brilliant camera, able to select alerts to my phone and also alter whether I have audible siren or just the warning light to come on.
I look at it this way that the camera is more of a deterrent and that is why I chose it.

My only criticism is that the Amazon website photo showed a black camera but on arrival it was white. I would have preferred black. I liked this camera so much that I’ve since bought a second one (also came in white not black)
This was a replacement for an Existing security camera that went wrong in the recent storm
The new camera is slightly larger but still very well made and was simple to fix
The camera came with the all the necessary leads for a quick installation
My location for the camera required an additional power extension cable (10m) and waterproof ip66 connection box
The camera comes with default settings and these work well for me, as I haven’t had to change anything This is a simple plug and play camera and I would highly recommend for the price and peace of mind
Also, I particularly like the additional security feature of built in led spotlights!
I recently purchased this rather attractive looking ieGeek 360 Security Camera for my back garden. And as well as it arriving in double-quick time, it does exactly what it says on the packet. The installation was not as bigger challenge as i anticipated and in all aspects it performs really well, which gives me much satisfaction and reassurance. I would definately recommend this item to any potential buyer.

Bought this product originally to track wildlife in the garden and then to protect our motorhome that is stored at home. The video that it produced in infrared were superb and so clear, we could make out all the animals in our garden.
So easy to install and if I had any questions, the support team responded to emails very promptly.

Have had the product for a while now and have contacted the support team a couple of times, always with a question about the camera / software never with a problem with it. They have always been very prompt ( usually within 12 hours) and have always been really helpful and friendly. Well done guys great camera and great support, what more can you ask for. This is a really great product, but it just needs a bit of time to work out how to set up and use.
I bought one over a year ago and it’s still working fine, so bought this one as extra cover for the house.
Unfortunately the instructions are a little confusing with the translation from Chinese to English. But basically you need to set it up to your WiFi network with the Ethernet cable before fixing to the wall.
As I already had one I had the app and it was easy to add a new camera. Don’t forget to insert the tf sd card (max 128gb) (128gb over rights after about 3 weeks of recording).
Remember this unit needs a standard 3pin socket and the unit only comes with 3 meters of power cable, so if you’re power source is not going to be under cover you will have to install a ip66 waterproof box to mount a 3pin socket.
It will take a little while working out how best to set the options for your own expectations, so just keep trying and it will work out fine.
I have a few of these now around my property and I have to say for the money they are good quality, reliable and easy set up.. definitely recommend them .
Works perfectly and pictures up movement brilliantly; my only criticism would be that, when viewing images they don’t load automatically, you have to actually click on each individual box to see the capture.
Used the camera to cover the back of the house and driveway. Motion detection works well and will follow humans, but will not trigger when dogs are running around when Human AI is set to 100%.
Security at the back of the house. Even though motion detection sensor is set to 1 it still alerts for no discernible movement. Auto night vision gives a clear colour video and tracking works well.
