It does take a while to charge the powerbank This powerbank is excellent at doing its job and quickly charges my device several times (currently using a Huawei p20 lite)

Superb Robust Battery that is what its claims to be I have had my fair share of powerbanks, but this is by far the best. It’s actually 20000mAh unlike some others that claim to be, its really sturdy and due to an accident, I have found it to be robust. And by accident, i mean i nudged it out of my first floor window onto concrete…oops. Checking it has some scratches on the casing, but still is working as normal!!! Would i recommend it, well lets just say i’m buying a second (can’t now have too many decent powerbanks) and i’ve told friends, who also have stated how good it is. It does everything it states, and in my opinion….Worth every penny!!!

Managed to get a few shifts done with no need to recharge as this unit takes a while to discharge with the items I run off it.

I’m very impressed with its charging power, battery life feature is reliable and speed of charging is very good. Highly recommended
Overall really good Honestly beat my expectations. The build quality is really good, the LED display works well and is bright enough to see it in even sunny conditions. Perfec Bought to replace a ~10 year old 10Ah pack that was finally starting to lose capacity. This pack is less than double the weight for twice the capacity whilst also including USB C and a useful digital display. Looks smart, feels nice in the hand and arrived well packaged.

Is it possible to charge battery whilst battery chargers other devices? For a battery of this large capacity and quite high weight, it seems a pity you can only charge two devices while charging.
Great portable charge Great for charging on the move. It’s not a particularly fast charger, but it’s own battery lasts a long time and provides more than one charge (up to three plus charges of my S21 Ultra). So impressed I bought another for my kids and would recommend.

Samsung S21 4 full charges! After first full charge I’m charged Samsung S21 4 times from 10% to 100% plus some usage while charging and 12% still left in the powerbank. I think it’s a good results. So far happy after first week. I will update review if anything goes wrong in a future.
Solid. Well built. Arrived quickly. Used at a festival for 7 days. Charged the power pact twice to charge samsung s20 once a day. Solid and seems to be well built.
Probably one of the best banks available! The battery capacity is great and easily charges my phone from dead to 100% 4-5 times from one charge. The fast charging capabilities are also very good and works with both android and apple products. The only downside i can think of is it takes alot of time to charge the powerbank itself. I think the next improvement should be supporting a higher wattage supply to charge the powerbank i.e. 60-100 watt input would drastically reduce charge time. All in all though a great product.
Excellent power bank 100% recommend!! Brilliant power bank for the price. Not big enough to be a pain to carry or use and not small enough to be fragile. Solid bit of kit for the price! Comes with a padded carry case and a USB to C charger cable which is also super fast charging (charges my P30 Pro in 50 minutes to 100%). Easily worth the money and looks good too

HTC Vive Wireless Compatible I bought this battery after a long hunt to find a better pack for my wireless vive pro setup and so far I’ve not encountered a single issue with the battery. Can’t speak for normal uses but for those looking for a vive battery this is compact and high enough capacity to comfortably do 5+ hour dance events in VR without having to worry about charge.
Worth i A friend had this and thought it was great so I bought it for myself. It charges a phone 4 times full or two phones at the same time then another two items. Was brilliant. From an empty phone it gave a speedy charge for a few minutes to 50 % and then the next 50% charge is slower but still quicker than a mains charge. Brilliant and well recommend

HOWEVER i feel its not true size.. after 3 charges this is flat– (and 1 and half on the lower mah ones)
so its great value and works well for samsung fast charging etc – but i would say this is more 15000 not 20000 – but works for couple days – just not in your pocket as its quite heavy.
Power indicator is a must have One of the main selling points for me was the power indicator, allowing me to know how much charged I have left.
I have just been on a long flight to America and was able to take it through security and on the flight with no problems. The charger allowed me to keep my phone alive all the way to my destination =-)
Amazing & good for festivals! Used for Leeds Fest and stayed Thursday night through to early hours of Monday morning, went with 100% charge on my phone and the portable charger. The first time I used it was Friday afternoon/ evening and again later that night/ the next morning. Used about 3-4 times after that and left the festival with the charger on 36%. I will say that due to the lack of service there I used my phone significantly less than I usually would and only really charged my phone when it was getting low but would definitely recommend if you’re going to a festival or anywhere with no access to charging ports from a prolonged period of time! 🙂

THE BEST POWERBANK EVER! This is the second powerbank I have purchased from INIU. It does at least 4 full charges of an iphone and is well made and easy to operate. Built in torch is a bonus for any festival goers. You won’t be disappointed, this is a high quality charging device.

So far, so good. All good and charges my S21 from zero to 100 percent in less than one hour. Only slight issue is the weight. It is a heavy block of a charger and not something to slip into a pocket.
Great battery pack Yes it’s quite chunky and takes a while to charge up itself but that’s because you’re getting a 20,000mAh pack.
Look beyond that and you get a great power bank that’s very good value. It’s kept our three Samsung phones topped up all day and still had bags of power left in it.
The percentage display is very handy too.
The only reason that this gets 4 stars rather than 5 is that the cable it came supplied with snapped on the second use. Fortunately we had a spare with us that day.
Very good I bought this in time for an overseas trip where I knew I would be out and mobile practically the whole day and evening with little chance to re-charge the power bank, which means the only chance for that is overnight. The recharging is not swift as already reported by others, but once that done, I have used the charging continuously 4 to 5 hours a time with no problem. The good thing about multiple charging – and the device itself being recharged simultaneously – is an excellent feature. Also, to charge devices, plugging the cable to the bank, and the other end to the devices (phone etc) will initiate the charging, without having to “turn it on”. On fully charged, I have used it down to about 40% on the most demanding day. Most days it was about 70% left at the end of the day.
So far so good This is a replacement unit that was sent as my original stopped working a few months after receiving it. So far it is working great.
I am glad that the company did contact me and did finally replace my unit just wish they had a better process as I was no able to contact the company directly and was only able to get the item replaced after leaving a negitive comment.
Good The charger is really good, it seems to last a fair amount of time, it’s handy that you can see how much % is left on it. My only negative is that when we first charged it, it was stuck on around 86% for hours to the point I thought it was broke but it up eventually
A beast of a power bank ! This power bank is an absolute beast! Was able to charge my power hungry S20FE (Exynos CPU) three times from 0 to 100%, still enough juice left to charge a 4000mah vape battery to about 70%.
The build quality is really good, feels solid and the rubberized texture gives it a nice touch.
I normally don’t leave reviews but this one deserve it, if you’re looking for a decent power bank with loads of capacity and charge speed this is the one!
A bit bulky and doesn't work with solar panels It’s my second 20000mAh power bank, a bit bigger than the other one. Bought it for solar panels but doesn’t work with it, for some reason solar panels don’t charge it even the indicator flashes. Charging from wall charger works fine.
This has become one of those important items that I have come to rely on so I never have to worry I am really impressed by this company, I had one previously which was great then I ordered one for my Grandaughter but it was faulty so I threw it away. A while later the company emailed asking what I thought of the charger so I told them in no uncertain words that I was pretty unhappy. They immediately sent me a new charger which worked perfectly at no cost. I was so impressed that I ordered another one to take on holiday ‘just in case’ it is brilliant!
Stopped working after 3 months!! November 2022 update: after seeing my review, INIU sent me a replacement battery back which is working well so far.
I bought this power bank in May 2022 and it worked quite well. It has good battery life and is light enough to travel with. However after just 3 months, the battery pack stopped working. Even when it is fully charged, it doesn’t charge anything. I’ve tried it on multiple devices using multiple cables to ensure that it was not my devices fault.
Product would be 4/5 stars if it weren’t for this issue
Actually charges a Pixel 6! I have so many problems with my Pixel 6 that I am starting to wonder if I actually have a broken phone. Anyway, the first issue I had with the Pixel 6 was that I couldn’t charge it with any existing charger (unlike every other phone), and plugging it into the PC said was charging but no charge ever occurred. It also has a terrible battery so it is quite frequently useless!
This power bank changes that slightly. I can now charge the phone, and charge it multiple times. I can use the phone as a GPS and not run out of power half way.
The power bank’s power level display is maybe a bit too big and overdone, but it is very useful!
Incredible battery! I don’t want to say this is waterproof but it survived sitting in a puddle in my tent when it collapsed on itself and let an absolute storm in.
The fact it didn’t break after being sat in a puddle for over an hour is great, I thought it was done for, for sure. However I was pleasantly surprised when it lit up and carried on working!
This takes a while to charge using my S22 ultra phone charger (USB-C) but it holds its charge very VERY well. I used this whilst camping to charge my phone twice and my e-cig about 10 times. it charges my phone from dead to full (when completely dead and not power on until fully charged) in just over an hour which I haven’t seen from a portable charger of this price before.
The flashlight built in isn’t very bright but I was surprised how useful it actually is.
The % display is useful as well to know exactly how much juice you’ve got left.
3 outputs, 2 USB 3 ports (the blue ones) and one USB-C which is both an input and an output.
Will definitely buy another if I lose/break this one, wont be using any others in the future.

This battery charger prooved to be very useful on a trip to disneyland, where you have the disney app open all day checking ride queues, e-tickets, apple payments etc.
We charged an iphone se from 20% to 80% via usb-c in the time we queued for a ride (around 30min).
It only used about 8% from the power bank if i recall.
It certainly has enough to keep our 2 phones charged for a few days.
Brilliant charging power bank. This is my first purchase of a power bank and I am very impressed with just how much charging capacity this holds and how quickly it recharges my devices. I have had 3 of my devices all charging at once, and even more impressed how quickly it does charge all 3. I would certainly recommend this device to anyone thinking of purchasing a power bank.
Little but mighty Now, I can confidently say this powerbank is a tank. It charges everything I throw at it with the maximum possible charging speed, very close to the rated 22.5W. I have both Samsung devices and Xiaomi devices. This turbo-charges my Xiaomi at 22.2W. It doesn’t end here. I used my Fnb48 to measure the battery drain from 100% to 0%. I got a total of 69.4919Wh. For a device rated at 74Wh, this equals to 93.91 efficiency. Most other powerbanks out there have over-stated capacities. That’s not the case with this one from the results above. I highly recommend this powerbank.

An excellent power bank that is easy to use and comes with top customer service! My first time purchase of a power bank and I was very impressed with how much charging capacity this holds and how quickly it recharges my devices. After a few weeks I was then disappointed that there seemed to be a software fault – the power bank continues to charge devices, but the digital display doesn’t show how much battery life is left. I contacted customer service team for the product and they were very friendly and helpful… they quickly sent out a replacement under warranty and in fact sent me two replacements by mistake, but then were happy for me to keep the additional one as a gift! Superb customer service.
Second time lucky I bought this to go on holiday as it would charge several devices. However, the model I received was not the one advertised (an older model). I therefore sent it back (be aware returning lithium battery products is not straight forward). I received a refund without any problems. A couple of months later the supplier offered a complimentary new one to try. This was the newer model and works well. It charges my phone quickly and due to the large capacity battery can charge several devices. It is a heavy and bulky device, so not one to simply slip in your pocket, but that is to be expected due to its large capacity. Had I received this model originally I would have kept it and been pleased with it. Overall, the replacement does the job well, providing you are OK with the weight and size. I do like the display showing the percentage charge for the Powerbank and also the torch/flashlight as well. I would have given it 5 stars if it was not for the fact that I had to return the original one I was sent.
Only 18W on the Usb-c PD - Look for BI-B63 if you need more than tha The USB/PD is in fact just 18W, and I was not able to charge my laptop with it, it was telling me that the power was not enough and had to return it. It needs 25W charger, I was assuming that 22.5W would be on the edge, but the real 18W was too low.

This is a completely different beast at the same level than the Anker PowerCore III 60W that I have, and it is even better if you are only using the 65W output charging the laptops.
I had tested it with a Fujitsu Laptop and it recharges at 15v x 3A / 45Wh (max allowed by the laptop). From 30% to 70% in 20 mins (powered on but not used). Great so far! This charger is way faster than my old one.
It arrived with 80% battery which was helpful.
Using an older Samsung Galaxy 9 for charging, I went from 12% to 78% in an hour – an increase of 66% in an hour – so more than 1% phone battery increase per minute. During this time the charger itself decreased around 12%.
Slightly heavy but same weight as all the others I’ve had. Fine for my handbag, backpack or laptop case.
Awesome power bank The powerbank is easy to charge, charges tablet even when watching it. Works wonderful to charge off our solar panel.
Only small moan is the charging cable is very short, but we’ve worked around that. All in all a great powerbank.

After this I personally had the chance to extensively use the power bank during my holiday abroad. With a 100% charge of the bank I managed to fast charge my Samsung S22 ULTRA 3 times.

I have bought the power bank for my partner as it was advertised as a 22.5 W device. However upon receiving the product I have noticed that on the box it state is a 20W device.
My partner was in contact with the company’s customers service asking clarification but no one got back with an answer.
Anyway the power bank seems to work good and is fast charging a samsung s22 ultra, however I can’t tell about the battery life as I didn’t use it long enough.
Just disappointed about the discrepancy between the advert and what stated on the box.
Best charger, robust very powerful ! Best charger puts Xiaomi pick x3 NFC into mi turbo charge mode ! As powerful as the plug in charger when connected via 100w c cable ! Extremely fast charging - Amazing price for an amazing device !!!! We have bought it 2 weeks ago, husband extremely happy with his new “toy”.
This Power bank charges extremely fast and lasts for a few chargings.
We only had an issue when the light came on and we didn’t know how to switch it off.
The seller replied very quickly. We just needed to press the switch twice in once…. problem solved !!!

Just wow!! I have a Samsung galaxy s22 ultra it takes a good few hours on a normal charge and to be honest with heavy use does not last the day so I needed a decent portable charger. I have read many reviews and thought I would need to spend a fair bit for a halfway decent one.
However this charger was very well priced and since arriving,straight from box it had 77% charge already and I have charged my phone twice already and with the cable it came with it has also fast charged!!!

Contacted INIU support who were responsive and proactive. In no time at all they arranged delivery of a replacement unit.
It works exceptionally well so far and charges in about 6 hours with a fast charger. The replacement unit now charges an iPhone quickly and handles multiple devices.

Initial impressions are extremely disappointing.
The INIU BI-B5 power bank delivered product was not the new updated 2022 version with a 22.5W output as advertised. , Me and few others have received 2021 version with 20W output.
To then make matters worse after a long time charging the output is not as advertised. It is probably more like 10000mAh.
I will update if there are any changes. Currently I would advised you to save your money and purchase another power bank that delivers what is promised.
Pretty good power bank Received power bank yesterday 12 April 22. It arrived sealed and well packaged. Mine arrived dead, 0%. After reading other reviews people got theirs with at least 80% battery.
So put it on to charge which took 10 hours.
Charging my phone today as had 10% battery on my phone. It took 2hrs 15 mins to charge my phone to 100%.
Power bank still has 79% battery left.
So far so good.
I have had many power banks, my recent one was a Juice one which would charge your phone but then when the power bank got to 56% it dropped to 0%. So that got returned.
Hoping this one doesn’t do the same.
Will update review if there are any faults but so far so good. Only con is, it is quite a heavy device.
UPDATE: 17 April 22. This power bank is actually very very good. It didn’t drop any power. I managed to charge up my iphone12 pro 3 times and an ipad mini once in one power charge with still 6% left in the power bank.
I think this is one of the best power banks I’ve ever had, apart from the heaviness it’s a great product.
15 May 22. Ok so far so good, only bad point is I can’t charge on the go, power bank has to be stable on a table in order to charge properly. I’ve taken it out in my bag a few times to charge on the go and it just switches off. So I probably need to find a lighter and more smaller one to be on the go. But overall it’s a good power bank and battery stays in the power bank even after not being used for a week or 2.

Absolutely fantastic This has by far met my expectations, the speed in which it charges is phenomenal I get at least several charges from it and it keeps going on and on it recharges quick which is one of it great selling points and light enough to carry around.
Extremely pleased with this produc Firstly, warranty extension is needed for purchases on Amazon. You need to know this. It is an easy process to set up. In your internet search engine type in extended warranty for INIU products and a box will appear. You just put your name and amazon order number in and the extended warranty is complete.
The product arrived and had no charge. The first charge did take a long time, but I expected that as it was new. I have tested the product and to charge up my fitbit Verse 3, from zero, only 1% of the INIU battery life was used. To charge an S9, having just 15% battery life left, used 11% of the INIU battery. This will give youvan idea of how many charges you can get out of a full charge. The unit comes with a padded storage bag which protects the unit well. Charging leads and battery have plenty of room. The unit itself is heavier than others, which once again, for the size, I also expected. Showing the batterage life left in the unit, as a percentage is a huge plus. It gives a more accurate measure of what battery life is left and how much you use for different gadgets. More accurate than a lit bar. I am now looking at purchasing the Mini charger to use on smaller journeys.
Good solid power bank Seems to charge and be charged pretty quickly. A good size for carrying and robust. Good indication of charge level. Rather it did not have the light but that is personal preference.
Would recommend and it has now become the preferred chargebank to take away.

Absolutely brilliant. A must for travelling I can’t fault this thing. It gives you 4 charges on a semi-decent smartphone (at least if you don’t charge from much lower than 15% – even then 3.75 charges is pretty good going). Did me wonders camping at a festival and even comes with a handy light. Having 2 USB outs so you can charge 2 phones at once is a nice touch too. I’ve only had this for 6-7 months so I don’t know how it’ll hold up X many years down the line but you could do a lot worse at this price.
Fast charger with handy extras I already have 3 of these brick chargers for when we go camping, but they have a slow output so I wanted this for fast charging. It does that very well and I charged my Samsung phone twice and my ipad once before it ran out of battery.
The little USB light attachment that comes with it was a nice touch and made a great bedside lamp when I visited a relative (although I have misplaced it as it is so small). The built in torch would also come in handy. It also has a lovely smooth exterior that’s nice to hold, and a decent pouch to keep it in. I’ve already managed to drop it twice in the first week but thankfully it seems pretty resilient!
It’s pretty heavy so you wouldn’t want to carry it round in a handbag every day ‘just in case’ but I have a small charger for that, and it is a decent compact size for the capacity. I tend to use this most sitting on the sofa where I’m out of reach of a plug but my phone is running down, and it will be great for longer trips away from home.
Best Power Bank I have owned We have 4 different power banks from small trouser pocket sized ones to larger Multi charge, multi connection units and I honestly have to say that so far (after a month) this is the best. It charges my Iphone at least 7 times and sometimes even more, it charges multiple units and the digital charge display is really handy. it also came with a bag to carry it in. Downsides, as you would expect from a larger battery it does take a while to charge up. I put it on charge last night and it was at 57% this morning. So if you are going away or on a trip make sure you put it on charge with plenty of time! It’s not really pocket size as its too thick and heavy. But these are being picky. I really do rate it and would recommend it.
Battery charge I was suprised by the weight of the charger as it was heavier than I expected. However when I checked back on the weight stated it was ok. It appears to be very efficient. So far I have only used it a couple of times but it charged my phone from under 50% to 100% in about 35 minutes. If this continues I will be very pleased.
BI-B62 and BI-B5 models INIU customer service is outstanding and I would recommend their products.
The only downside with the model BI-B5 is that “fast charging mode can not be activated when charging multiple devices simultaneously” – as you can read in the manual. But apart from that it is a great power bank to have at home for all occasions.
Because of this issue, the customer service offered me another model (BI-B62) and I received it the next day.
INIU Power bank BI-B62 is an excellent product. Feels and looks premium. It is sturdy and efficient, a perfect device to fast charge your mobile and all your gadgets. It does what it says in the advertisement and even the flash light is stronger in comparison to the other model. If this review was about the model BI-B62 I would definitely give it 5 stars!
Replacement product A OK I’ve only used this a handful of times but already the charge drops from 40% remaining to zero in a matter of seconds. You only get 60% charge out of this, buyer beware.

After reading my review the company sent me a new product. I have used it half a dozen times now and all is well. The only question now is will it stand the test of time. I will use it regularly for a month and then post the results.

I’ve been using this replacement regularly for around a month now and am happy to report that everything is hunky dory.
Happy I received my power bank and to my disappointment the display was faulty and it wasn’t displaying the power percentage as it should.
I contacted Amazon to ask for replacement I was told to return it and I have to pay for the postage when it is faulty in the first place.
To update:
I got contacted by INIU who they apologised for the inconvenience and offered to send me a replacement. I did receive the replacement and it work perfectly. Thank you for your excellent customer service
Works well will recharge my mobile phone multiple times on one charge Use my mobile phone to connect my I pad and tv on line a lot. Can recharge my mobile more than four times without any problems you can also recharge the power bank while it’s recharging your phone ie overnight. My mobile phone is due for a replacement battery and loses it charge quite quickly the power bank is a life saver would highly recommend. *****

had mine for a while but dont use much..always stored as it should be..charged and discharged sensibly…however it only drains to 60% and then cuts out completely..completely dead, no ore power…should have 60% of its supposed 20,000 Mah battery power left. i suspect they arnt as advertised, or a cell inside has failed. will be using a better known brand for my next one.
Good powerbank The power bank itself is great. Takes a looooong time to fully charge and the torch is mediocre (you could have a touch with incredible lumens with that battery!) But it keeps my son’s phone charged so he doesn’t have the excuse of not phoning us when late from school…
Great Device Remember to Activate Warranty Quickly Great charger, good capacity and charges my Apple watch, iPhone 11, and iPad quickly, without depleting too much of the battery pack. Star removed due to the warranty limits between purchase and registration, plus requirements for a review. Customer service did rectify this, so thumbs up to them for doing that with no fuss.

Amazing customer service! Was so impressed with this battery pack. Charged 2 phones at the same time rather quickly and had lots of power left. Unfortunately, after being used a couple of times it stopped working and despite being charged would not charge the phone. I contacted their customer services who asked a few questions and immediately sent out a replacement which arrived the following day!
Hopefully this one lasts longer but I know customer services are great no matter what!
Quality item Unboxing this power bank was a delight. It’s really well-presented in its simple eco-friendly packaging with nice touches like end caps on the USB plugs. It’s a solid unit, reassuringly heavy with sturdy USB sockets. Even the snug-fitting carry-bag is robust enough to provide protection from knocks and scratches. In use it seems fine. Rapidly charging from my Moto adaptor and providing turbo power to my phone using my existing cables without any user intervention. Just plug in anything that needs charging, and it’ll automatically be done at its highest rate. Slow charging peripherals too.
Amazing Produc I purchased this power bank for my other half, he loves it .Its well made ,charges at a rapid pace and comes with lead , two usb ports plus a usb light that you could use for a million purposes. The product can be registered very easily on there website to extend the warranty to 3 years . A you have to do is copy and paste your order number from Amazon website and enter it on the registration page along with your name etc, and bingo done . Pretty good! When I first got this it was on about 80% charged and 2 weeks later it’s on 71% (but I’ve only charged a watch every 2 days which takes 1 hours). When I opened it the torch was on in the box but I just turned that off.
One of the USB ports doesn’t seem to keep whatever is plugged in charging for some reason and will only start to charge if I press the on button but stops charging when the percentage light goes off.
It does charge things quickly though. Bit heavier than I expected but is fine for travelling. Also came with a strange plug in light which is quite bright but haven’t found a use for it yet. I recommend getting this. The battery percentage is really helpful!
Great Customer Service; Originally Received a used product, but…. Just received my INIU Power Bank I order yesterday and noticed the seal on the box was broken and on opening the box the Power Bank was half out of the wrapping (see photos).
It isn’t marked and seems to be working; it’s shows 80% charge, so I will charge it then fully test it.
So 3 Stars because of the condition it was received in, having paid fully price for a secondhand product. I’m also as yet unsure if it’s a returned faulty product that I’ve been sent.

I was contacted (completely unexpectedly) yesterday stating they wanted to send me a replacement, this was delivered today. It’s a 100% new unopened, sealed item (see additional photos).

First impressions. When I first held the INIU POWER BANK my first impressions were that it was heavier than I had anticipated.
But it is a powerful unit and with it must come weight. It is a really well built unit and looks and feels great in the hand.
For me it is ideal. When my wife and I go on holiday we take two IPhones and two IPads and consequently we often find either a lack of power plugs in hotel rooms meaning you have to disconnect a kettle to charge the above. Plus because the IPhones and IPads have a mix of lightning and usb-c connections we also have to haul a selection of chargers and leads. Now we will not need to worry about the number of plugs in the room. Just the INIU power bank placed anywhere in the room. For that reason alone I think it will prove to have been a good buy.
The other thing I like is the fact that you can charge almost anything. See my photo above of me charging my electronic candle lighter. I am already finding the power bank very useful at home.

Excellent Portable Charge Bought this as a replacement for an older portable charger. The USB C port is up to date for most goods now and I was using it to keep a charge on an old IPad, which was constantly losing charge. Used it on a 4.5hrs flight and only used 16% to keep the IPad charged. Would recommend.
INIU Power Bank, 22.5W PD3.0 QC4.0 Fast Charging 20000mAh Portable Charge After reading reviews, mostly by Amazon customers, I decided to make this purchase of an INIU Power Bank, 22.5W PD3.0 QC4.0 Fast Charging 20000mAh Portable Charger.
Delivered in a plain cardboard box, inside was the charger itself, a thick mesh bag to keep it clean and safe, a USB C to USB charging cable, and a small USB lamp.
I was surprised by the weight of the charger, it feels substantial and it is very well-made. I particularly like the fact there is a numeric count when switched on showing how much charge is left in the product.
Unfortunately, the charger I received had zero charge and so needed to be recharged. I had two adapters I could use, the first was just not powerful enough, the second was barely average, and it took me over 12 hours to reach a bare 80% charge. A read through of the questions on this Amazon sales page pointed me to look at 18w adapters, especially the answer given early on by INIU themselves.
I ordered such an adapter and it made a huge difference.
Before using the new adapter, I charged up an iPhone XR which was almost flat. This is not a fast charge product and it took barely 2.5 hours to charge fully and used 20% of the available charging power on the INUI. I then charged up an iPad Air (2020 model) and this, again, only took just over 2.5 hours to fully charge – the iPad does use fast charging and so naturally that helped and the INUI power bank switched to fast charging as soon as it was plugged in. Charging the iPad took approx 50% of the available power bank power.
I have to say I was really pleased with the performance, the speed, and the fact this power pack can clearly charge up an iPhone several times and an iPad at least twice.
Using the adapter I purchased separately, it took 4 hours and 15 minutes (on fast charge) to charge the power bank from 30% up to 100%. It wouldn’t have taken much longer to fully charge had the power bank reduced to 5%-10% (the amount suggested to look for before recharging).
Overall, I am really pleased with the performance of this power bank, it is definitely money well-spent, and the large battery inside it means that whilst it might take longer to charge up (definitely buy a separate 18w adapter for this) but the extra power it holds will charge products more often before needing a recharge itself.
I can certainly recommend this product and, aside from travelling, it is likely to be essential during periods when power is out, as happens in a lot of areas of this country during bad weather.
The only power bank u need Perfect power bank for when your are out and about or if your in the house can be used for convenience charging, lovely non slip rubberized coating that feels good in the hand and looks good, has a good size display to show the battery left or show when it’s fully charged, takes about 6 hours to fully charge on a normal charger and about 4 hours on a fast charger which is very convenient that it can take fast charge and also gives out fast charge when used with the proper cables, its mostly used for my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 5G plus which it charges about 4 and a half to 5 times which is really good for the size of the power bank, its got a decent weight too, which feels good in the hand so can be placed in your pocket or bag when you carry it with you, comes with a nice netted carry pouch to save it from any scratches which I don’t use and the product isn’t showing any signs of wear and tear at the moment and it’s used every day, I think it will take a lot to scratch or damage it as it is build like a tank, you can see some thought has gone in to the design of it as it looks and feels good, comes with 2 normal size USB slots and 1 USB-c slot so 3 devices can be charged at the same time. INIU are making some great products at the moment as I have just bought some fast charge cables from them that work as described and look great with excellent design, this power bank has got to be given a 10/10 by me and I could recommend this product for anybody looking for a fast charger that is tough in design and works well. Comes with a power button on the side which knocks the power on and off and it will automatically knock off if left without a device plugged in so doesn’t discharge the power accidentally also comes with a handy L.E.D light build in when you double press the power button, all in all another great product from INIU.

OLD REVIEW The charging speed seem as advertised. It can charge my pixel 6 pro the same rate as the Google wall charger. However, the capacity is not even close to advertised. It charged my 5000 mah phone from 5% to 90% (4250 mah) and the battery bank went frem 100% to 65%. Which works out at just over 12000 mah.
Saved me a lot of money and time.. I spent money on the iPhone battery pac but it wasn’t suitable for my phone, and you could imagine how much that cost. Therefore I got this and it has been able to charge my phone very quickly within an hour at most 70%, I like the light that comes with it also.
Great Purchase I purchased this item, to provide extra power for kids tablets, and phones whilst travelling.
This is a wonderful power pack, and didn’t disappoint. I was able to charge an array of items with ease, before the power pack itself required charging.
Only draw back is that the power pack is quite heavy to carry. This is my personal feelings on the matter, as it may not be a problem for others. But considering how powerful this power pack is, I suppose this should be expected.
As Expected I use this causally, when out for a day or two and it gets me by just fine. The power bank holds a lot of charge and could probably charge my phone (S10) from 0 to 100 about 3/4 times, which is plenty for me.
I’m not sure how it would hold up on a long camping trip but it certainly works fine if need it for a day or two.
Amazing, elegant and very useful. I like this discreet black lump of smooth metal. It does its job splendidly. Nice digital power readout- all you really need to know exactly where you stand. Have had three full charges so far and only down to 60%. It started at 80%. I intend to drain it fully, then charge it up. We shall see how that goes- but I’m sure it will be fine. Nice bit of kit!

First impressions… I really like the Display panel… handy to know how much charge is remaining. A few minor hiccups in the beginning (Another man who doesn’t read instructions) but it is doing fine and early thoughts are that it is a good bit of kit.

So surprised by this power bank This power bank has been the best investment I’ve made! It charges my iPhone quickly and I can charge my phone from 1% to 100% quite often before the power bank does need recharging. I would say it’s only downfalls see how heavy it is and how long it takes to charge the power bank from empty to 100% other than that I’d still recommend this power bank!
Almost perfec This power pack just keeps on giving. I’ve had it a good few weeks now and it’s still on 58% so I can’t really comment on charge cycles or longevity or anything. I’ve been using it to power a Polyend Tracker and a midi keyboard as there are simply not enough sockets in this house. I must admit, I keep forgetting I could use it to charge my phone!!
I’ve docked one star because it’s a bit picky about having two devices plugged in at once. Plugging in the second device has a tendency to reset or even power down the first, but it does let you have two devices plugged in at once, you might just have to do a little bit of plugging and unplugging to get them both going.
Good looking and great feel 23/10/21
First thing is that I haven’t had this power bank (pb) for a long time.
It is packaged really well so no worries there.
The pb was pre-charged at 80% my Samsung S21 Ultra was at 70% and I topped the phone up to 100% in about 25 minutes. The display on the pb went down to 70% from 80%.
Remember to visit the site for instructions on how to extend your warranty to 3 years.
It looks great and feels great and seemed to charge the phone really quickly. I intend to run my phone down until it’s really low or even turns off. I will then let the pb charge it up and update this review.
*UPDATE* – 24/10/21
My wife’s Samsung S20 was down to 15% the pb was at 70%. The pb charged the S10 to 100% and went down to 44%.
I ran my S21 down to 9%, the pb charged the S21 to 100% and went down to 11%.
I think I could get near enough 3 full charges from it. I think I’m happy with that.
I’ll monitor the performance once I’m able to drain the pb and fully charge it a few times to see how it performs.

Ideal fast charging power and normal charging port, comes with a little sack for keeping it getting damaged too, really good and prompt delivery.
I have had my fair share of powerbanks, but this is by far the best. It’s actually 20000mAh unlike some others that claim to be, its really sturdy and due to an accident, I have found it to be robust. And by accident, i mean i nudged it out of my first floor window onto concrete…oops. Checking it has some scratches on the casing, but still is working as normal!!! Would i recommend it, well lets just say i’m buying a second (can’t now have too many decent powerbanks) and i’ve told friends, who also have stated how good it is. It does everything it states, and in my opinion….Worth every penny!!!

I’m a truck driver and bought this to run various items in the cab, when the 12 volt charging port has ceased to work.
Managed to get a few shifts done with no need to recharge as this unit takes a while to discharge with the items I run off it.

I bought two power banks for my hols. This one which is smaller and lighter for carrying on trips out, the other for days out. This was the smaller one. I’m very impressed with its charging power, battery life feature is reliable and speed of charging is very good. Highly recommended
Overall really good
Honestly beat my expectations. The build quality is really good, the LED display works well and is bright enough to see it in even sunny conditions. It has a torch which although abit of a gimmick, a nice feature. And it does support fast charging which is pretty reliable, very happy overall.

Is it possible to charge battery whilst battery chargers other devices?
For a battery of this large capacity and quite high weight, it seems a pity you can only charge two devices while charging.
Great portable charge
Great for charging on the move. It’s not a particularly fast charger, but it’s own battery lasts a long time and provides more than one charge (up to three plus charges of my S21 Ultra). So impressed I bought another for my kids and would recommend.

After first full charge I’m charged Samsung S21 4 times from 10% to 100% plus some usage while charging and 12% still left in the powerbank. I think it’s a good results. So far happy after first week. I will update review if anything goes wrong in a future.

The battery capacity is great and easily charges my phone from dead to 100% 4-5 times from one charge. The fast charging capabilities are also very good and works with both android and apple products. The only downside i can think of is it takes alot of time to charge the powerbank itself. I think the next improvement should be supporting a higher wattage supply to charge the powerbank i.e. 60-100 watt input would drastically reduce charge time. All in all though a great product.

Brilliant power bank for the price. Not big enough to be a pain to carry or use and not small enough to be fragile. Solid bit of kit for the price! Comes with a padded carry case and a USB to C charger cable which is also super fast charging (charges my P30 Pro in 50 minutes to 100%). Easily worth the money and looks good too

HTC Vive Wireless Compatible
I bought this battery after a long hunt to find a better pack for my wireless vive pro setup and so far I’ve not encountered a single issue with the battery. Can’t speak for normal uses but for those looking for a vive battery this is compact and high enough capacity to comfortably do 5+ hour dance events in VR without having to worry about charge.

A friend had this and thought it was great so I bought it for myself. It charges a phone 4 times full or two phones at the same time then another two items. Was brilliant. From an empty phone it gave a speedy charge for a few minutes to 50 % and then the next 50% charge is slower but still quicker than a mains charge. Brilliant and well recommend
I purchased my first powerbank and was over the moon with it.I used it a lot and it never let me down.I started having an issue with charging and left a review.The next day it had been noticed by iniu customer services.They apologised and offered to send me a new one.I was going on holiday and worried about it being delivered and me not being able to take delivery.They then went out of their way to send it next day delivery as to ensure i could take it on holiday with me.This is the very best customer service i have ever had from a company.It totally blew me away.I cant recommend iniu products or their amazing customer service highly enough.Buy with complete peace of mind .This powerbank lasts so well.I often take it out for full days fishing,charging my phone (for the radio) ,charging my vape and my partners phone.It never seems to run out .
A great portable charger – but heavier then i expected
I had their 10000mah one (old and new design) my phone is 5000mah so i expect to charge twice on them ones and 4 times on this one..
HOWEVER i feel its not true size.. after 3 charges this is flat– (and 1 and half on the lower mah ones)
so its great value and works well for samsung fast charging etc – but i would say this is more 15000 not 20000 – but works for couple days – just not in your pocket as its quite heavy.
Power indicator is a must have
One of the main selling points for me was the power indicator, allowing me to know how much charged I have left.
I have just been on a long flight to America and was able to take it through security and on the flight with no problems. The charger allowed me to keep my phone alive all the way to my destination =-)
Used for Leeds Fest and stayed Thursday night through to early hours of Monday morning, went with 100% charge on my phone and the portable charger. The first time I used it was Friday afternoon/ evening and again later that night/ the next morning. Used about 3-4 times after that and left the festival with the charger on 36%. I will say that due to the lack of service there I used my phone significantly less than I usually would and only really charged my phone when it was getting low but would definitely recommend if you’re going to a festival or anywhere with no access to charging ports from a prolonged period of time! 🙂
This is great, exceeded expectations
Went to a festival, charged/powered various items over the weekend and came back with power to spare. Power indicator really useful, charges very quickly, feels satisfyingly heavy and solid with rubberised finish.

This is the second powerbank I have purchased from INIU. It does at least 4 full charges of an iphone and is well made and easy to operate. Built in torch is a bonus for any festival goers. You won’t be disappointed, this is a high quality charging device.

All good and charges my S21 from zero to 100 percent in less than one hour. Only slight issue is the weight. It is a heavy block of a charger and not something to slip into a pocket.

Yes it’s quite chunky and takes a while to charge up itself but that’s because you’re getting a 20,000mAh pack.
Look beyond that and you get a great power bank that’s very good value. It’s kept our three Samsung phones topped up all day and still had bags of power left in it.
The percentage display is very handy too.
The only reason that this gets 4 stars rather than 5 is that the cable it came supplied with snapped on the second use. Fortunately we had a spare with us that day.

I bought this in time for an overseas trip where I knew I would be out and mobile practically the whole day and evening with little chance to re-charge the power bank, which means the only chance for that is overnight. The recharging is not swift as already reported by others, but once that done, I have used the charging continuously 4 to 5 hours a time with no problem. The good thing about multiple charging – and the device itself being recharged simultaneously – is an excellent feature. Also, to charge devices, plugging the cable to the bank, and the other end to the devices (phone etc) will initiate the charging, without having to “turn it on”. On fully charged, I have used it down to about 40% on the most demanding day. Most days it was about 70% left at the end of the day.

I am glad that the company did contact me and did finally replace my unit just wish they had a better process as I was no able to contact the company directly and was only able to get the item replaced after leaving a negitive comment.

The charger is really good, it seems to last a fair amount of time, it’s handy that you can see how much % is left on it. My only negative is that when we first charged it, it was stuck on around 86% for hours to the point I thought it was broke but it up eventually
This power bank is an absolute beast! Was able to charge my power hungry S20FE (Exynos CPU) three times from 0 to 100%, still enough juice left to charge a 4000mah vape battery to about 70%.
The build quality is really good, feels solid and the rubberized texture gives it a nice touch.
I normally don’t leave reviews but this one deserve it, if you’re looking for a decent power bank with loads of capacity and charge speed this is the one!
A bit bulky and doesn't work with solar panels
It’s my second 20000mAh power bank, a bit bigger than the other one. Bought it for solar panels but doesn’t work with it, for some reason solar panels don’t charge it even the indicator flashes. Charging from wall charger works fine.
This has become one of those important items that I have come to rely on so I never have to worry
I am really impressed by this company, I had one previously which was great then I ordered one for my Grandaughter but it was faulty so I threw it away. A while later the company emailed asking what I thought of the charger so I told them in no uncertain words that I was pretty unhappy. They immediately sent me a new charger which worked perfectly at no cost. I was so impressed that I ordered another one to take on holiday ‘just in case’ it is brilliant!
November 2022 update: after seeing my review, INIU sent me a replacement battery back which is working well so far.
I bought this power bank in May 2022 and it worked quite well. It has good battery life and is light enough to travel with. However after just 3 months, the battery pack stopped working. Even when it is fully charged, it doesn’t charge anything. I’ve tried it on multiple devices using multiple cables to ensure that it was not my devices fault.
Product would be 4/5 stars if it weren’t for this issue
Actually charges a Pixel 6!
I have so many problems with my Pixel 6 that I am starting to wonder if I actually have a broken phone. Anyway, the first issue I had with the Pixel 6 was that I couldn’t charge it with any existing charger (unlike every other phone), and plugging it into the PC said was charging but no charge ever occurred. It also has a terrible battery so it is quite frequently useless!
This power bank changes that slightly. I can now charge the phone, and charge it multiple times. I can use the phone as a GPS and not run out of power half way.
The power bank’s power level display is maybe a bit too big and overdone, but it is very useful!
I don’t want to say this is waterproof but it survived sitting in a puddle in my tent when it collapsed on itself and let an absolute storm in.
The fact it didn’t break after being sat in a puddle for over an hour is great, I thought it was done for, for sure. However I was pleasantly surprised when it lit up and carried on working!
This takes a while to charge using my S22 ultra phone charger (USB-C) but it holds its charge very VERY well. I used this whilst camping to charge my phone twice and my e-cig about 10 times. it charges my phone from dead to full (when completely dead and not power on until fully charged) in just over an hour which I haven’t seen from a portable charger of this price before.
The flashlight built in isn’t very bright but I was surprised how useful it actually is.
The % display is useful as well to know exactly how much juice you’ve got left.
3 outputs, 2 USB 3 ports (the blue ones) and one USB-C which is both an input and an output.
Will definitely buy another if I lose/break this one, wont be using any others in the future.

Even without the kids watching videos our iphone se’s batteries only manage to the early evening.
This battery charger prooved to be very useful on a trip to disneyland, where you have the disney app open all day checking ride queues, e-tickets, apple payments etc.
We charged an iphone se from 20% to 80% via usb-c in the time we queued for a ride (around 30min).
It only used about 8% from the power bank if i recall.
It certainly has enough to keep our 2 phones charged for a few days.
Brilliant charging power bank.
This is my first purchase of a power bank and I am very impressed with just how much charging capacity this holds and how quickly it recharges my devices. I have had 3 of my devices all charging at once, and even more impressed how quickly it does charge all 3. I would certainly recommend this device to anyone thinking of purchasing a power bank.
Now, I can confidently say this powerbank is a tank. It charges everything I throw at it with the maximum possible charging speed, very close to the rated 22.5W. I have both Samsung devices and Xiaomi devices. This turbo-charges my Xiaomi at 22.2W. It doesn’t end here. I used my Fnb48 to measure the battery drain from 100% to 0%. I got a total of 69.4919Wh. For a device rated at 74Wh, this equals to 93.91 efficiency. Most other powerbanks out there have over-stated capacities. That’s not the case with this one from the results above. I highly recommend this powerbank.

My first time purchase of a power bank and I was very impressed with how much charging capacity this holds and how quickly it recharges my devices. After a few weeks I was then disappointed that there seemed to be a software fault – the power bank continues to charge devices, but the digital display doesn’t show how much battery life is left. I contacted customer service team for the product and they were very friendly and helpful… they quickly sent out a replacement under warranty and in fact sent me two replacements by mistake, but then were happy for me to keep the additional one as a gift! Superb customer service.
Second time lucky
I bought this to go on holiday as it would charge several devices. However, the model I received was not the one advertised (an older model). I therefore sent it back (be aware returning lithium battery products is not straight forward). I received a refund without any problems. A couple of months later the supplier offered a complimentary new one to try. This was the newer model and works well. It charges my phone quickly and due to the large capacity battery can charge several devices. It is a heavy and bulky device, so not one to simply slip in your pocket, but that is to be expected due to its large capacity. Had I received this model originally I would have kept it and been pleased with it. Overall, the replacement does the job well, providing you are OK with the weight and size. I do like the display showing the percentage charge for the Powerbank and also the torch/flashlight as well. I would have given it 5 stars if it was not for the fact that I had to return the original one I was sent.

The USB/PD is in fact just 18W, and I was not able to charge my laptop with it, it was telling me that the power was not enough and had to return it. It needs 25W charger, I was assuming that 22.5W would be on the edge, but the real 18W was too low.

This is a completely different beast at the same level than the Anker PowerCore III 60W that I have, and it is even better if you are only using the 65W output charging the laptops.
I had tested it with a Fujitsu Laptop and it recharges at 15v x 3A / 45Wh (max allowed by the laptop). From 30% to 70% in 20 mins (powered on but not used). This charger is way faster than my old one.
It arrived with 80% battery which was helpful.
Using an older Samsung Galaxy 9 for charging, I went from 12% to 78% in an hour – an increase of 66% in an hour – so more than 1% phone battery increase per minute. During this time the charger itself decreased around 12%.
Slightly heavy but same weight as all the others I’ve had. Fine for my handbag, backpack or laptop case.
Awesome power bank
The powerbank is easy to charge, charges tablet even when watching it. Works wonderful to charge off our solar panel.
Only small moan is the charging cable is very short, but we’ve worked around that. All in all a great powerbank.

After this I personally had the chance to extensively use the power bank during my holiday abroad. With a 100% charge of the bank I managed to fast charge my Samsung S22 ULTRA 3 times.

I have bought the power bank for my partner as it was advertised as a 22.5 W device. However upon receiving the product I have noticed that on the box it state is a 20W device.
My partner was in contact with the company’s customers service asking clarification but no one got back with an answer.
Anyway the power bank seems to work good and is fast charging a samsung s22 ultra, however I can’t tell about the battery life as I didn’t use it long enough.
Just disappointed about the discrepancy between the advert and what stated on the box.

Best charger puts Xiaomi pick x3 NFC into mi turbo charge mode ! As powerful as the plug in charger when connected via 100w c cable ! (I would buy the 45w version as this version doesn’t have the very handy phone clip to hold your phone) ! That’s my only critism 🙂
Extremely fast charging - Amazing price for an amazing device !!!!
We have bought it 2 weeks ago, husband extremely happy with his new “toy”.
This Power bank charges extremely fast and lasts for a few chargings.
We only had an issue when the light came on and we didn’t know how to switch it off.
The seller replied very quickly. We just needed to press the switch twice in once…. problem solved !!!

I have a Samsung galaxy s22 ultra it takes a good few hours on a normal charge and to be honest with heavy use does not last the day so I needed a decent portable charger. I have read many reviews and thought I would need to spend a fair bit for a halfway decent one.
However this charger was very well priced and since arriving,straight from box it had 77% charge already and I have charged my phone twice already and with the cable it came with it has also fast charged!!!

Contacted INIU support who were responsive and proactive. In no time at all they arranged delivery of a replacement unit.
It works exceptionally well so far and charges in about 6 hours with a fast charger. The replacement unit now charges an iPhone quickly and handles multiple devices.

Initial impressions are extremely disappointing.
The INIU BI-B5 power bank delivered product was not the new updated 2022 version with a 22.5W output as advertised. , Me and few others have received 2021 version with 20W output.
To then make matters worse after a long time charging the output is not as advertised. It is probably more like 10000mAh.
I will update if there are any changes. Currently I would advised you to save your money and purchase another power bank that delivers what is promised.
Pretty good power bank
Received power bank yesterday 12 April 22. It arrived sealed and well packaged. Mine arrived dead, 0%. After reading other reviews people got theirs with at least 80% battery.
So put it on to charge which took 10 hours.
Charging my phone today as had 10% battery on my phone. It took 2hrs 15 mins to charge my phone to 100%.
Power bank still has 79% battery left.
So far so good.
I have had many power banks, my recent one was a Juice one which would charge your phone but then when the power bank got to 56% it dropped to 0%. So that got returned.
Hoping this one doesn’t do the same.
Will update review if there are any faults but so far so good. Only con is, it is quite a heavy device.
UPDATE: 17 April 22. This power bank is actually very very good. It didn’t drop any power. I managed to charge up my iphone12 pro 3 times and an ipad mini once in one power charge with still 6% left in the power bank.
I think this is one of the best power banks I’ve ever had, apart from the heaviness it’s a great product.
15 May 22. Ok so far so good, only bad point is I can’t charge on the go, power bank has to be stable on a table in order to charge properly. I’ve taken it out in my bag a few times to charge on the go and it just switches off. So I probably need to find a lighter and more smaller one to be on the go. But overall it’s a good power bank and battery stays in the power bank even after not being used for a week or 2.

Absolutely fantastic
This has by far met my expectations, the speed in which it charges is phenomenal I get at least several charges from it and it keeps going on and on it recharges quick which is one of it great selling points and light enough to carry around.
Extremely pleased with this produc
Firstly, warranty extension is needed for purchases on Amazon. You need to know this. It is an easy process to set up. In your internet search engine type in extended warranty for INIU products and a box will appear. You just put your name and amazon order number in and the extended warranty is complete.
The product arrived and had no charge. The first charge did take a long time, but I expected that as it was new. I have tested the product and to charge up my fitbit Verse 3, from zero, only 1% of the INIU battery life was used. To charge an S9, having just 15% battery life left, used 11% of the INIU battery. This will give youvan idea of how many charges you can get out of a full charge. The unit comes with a padded storage bag which protects the unit well. Charging leads and battery have plenty of room. The unit itself is heavier than others, which once again, for the size, I also expected. Showing the batterage life left in the unit, as a percentage is a huge plus. It gives a more accurate measure of what battery life is left and how much you use for different gadgets. More accurate than a lit bar. I am now looking at purchasing the Mini charger to use on smaller journeys.
Good solid power bank
Seems to charge and be charged pretty quickly. A good size for carrying and robust. Good indication of charge level. Rather it did not have the light but that is personal preference.
Would recommend and it has now become the preferred chargebank to take away.

Absolutely brilliant. A must for travelling
I can’t fault this thing. It gives you 4 charges on a semi-decent smartphone (at least if you don’t charge from much lower than 15% – even then 3.75 charges is pretty good going). Did me wonders camping at a festival and even comes with a handy light. Having 2 USB outs so you can charge 2 phones at once is a nice touch too. I’ve only had this for 6-7 months so I don’t know how it’ll hold up X many years down the line but you could do a lot worse at this price.
Fast charger with handy extras
I already have 3 of these brick chargers for when we go camping, but they have a slow output so I wanted this for fast charging. It does that very well and I charged my Samsung phone twice and my ipad once before it ran out of battery.
The little USB light attachment that comes with it was a nice touch and made a great bedside lamp when I visited a relative (although I have misplaced it as it is so small). The built in torch would also come in handy. It also has a lovely smooth exterior that’s nice to hold, and a decent pouch to keep it in. I’ve already managed to drop it twice in the first week but thankfully it seems pretty resilient!
It’s pretty heavy so you wouldn’t want to carry it round in a handbag every day ‘just in case’ but I have a small charger for that, and it is a decent compact size for the capacity. I tend to use this most sitting on the sofa where I’m out of reach of a plug but my phone is running down, and it will be great for longer trips away from home.
Best Power Bank I have owned
We have 4 different power banks from small trouser pocket sized ones to larger Multi charge, multi connection units and I honestly have to say that so far (after a month) this is the best. It charges my Iphone at least 7 times and sometimes even more, it charges multiple units and the digital charge display is really handy. it also came with a bag to carry it in. Downsides, as you would expect from a larger battery it does take a while to charge up. I put it on charge last night and it was at 57% this morning. So if you are going away or on a trip make sure you put it on charge with plenty of time! It’s not really pocket size as its too thick and heavy. But these are being picky. I really do rate it and would recommend it.
Battery charge
I was suprised by the weight of the charger as it was heavier than I expected. However when I checked back on the weight stated it was ok. It appears to be very efficient. So far I have only used it a couple of times but it charged my phone from under 50% to 100% in about 35 minutes. If this continues I will be very pleased.
BI-B62 and BI-B5 models
INIU customer service is outstanding and I would recommend their products.
The only downside with the model BI-B5 is that “fast charging mode can not be activated when charging multiple devices simultaneously” – as you can read in the manual. But apart from that it is a great power bank to have at home for all occasions.
Because of this issue, the customer service offered me another model (BI-B62) and I received it the next day.
INIU Power bank BI-B62 is an excellent product. Feels and looks premium. It is sturdy and efficient, a perfect device to fast charge your mobile and all your gadgets. It does what it says in the advertisement and even the flash light is stronger in comparison to the other model. If this review was about the model BI-B62 I would definitely give it 5 stars!
Replacement product A OK
I’ve only used this a handful of times but already the charge drops from 40% remaining to zero in a matter of seconds. You only get 60% charge out of this, buyer beware.

After reading my review the company sent me a new product. I have used it half a dozen times now and all is well. The only question now is will it stand the test of time. I will use it regularly for a month and then post the results.

I received my power bank and to my disappointment the display was faulty and it wasn’t displaying the power percentage as it should.
I contacted Amazon to ask for replacement I was told to return it and I have to pay for the postage when it is faulty in the first place.

Works well will recharge my mobile phone multiple times on one charge
Use my mobile phone to connect my I pad and tv on line a lot. Can recharge my mobile more than four times without any problems you can also recharge the power bank while it’s recharging your phone ie overnight. My mobile phone is due for a replacement battery and loses it charge quite quickly the power bank is a life saver would highly recommend. *****

had mine for a while but dont use much..always stored as it should be..charged and discharged sensibly…however it only drains to 60% and then cuts out completely..completely dead, no ore power…should have 60% of its supposed 20,000 Mah battery power left. i suspect they arnt as advertised, or a cell inside has failed. will be using a better known brand for my next one.

The power bank itself is great. Takes a looooong time to fully charge and the torch is mediocre (you could have a touch with incredible lumens with that battery!) But it keeps my son’s phone charged so he doesn’t have the excuse of not phoning us when late from school…
Great Device Remember to Activate Warranty Quickly
Great charger, good capacity and charges my Apple watch, iPhone 11, and iPad quickly, without depleting too much of the battery pack. Star removed due to the warranty limits between purchase and registration, plus requirements for a review. Customer service did rectify this, so thumbs up to them for doing that with no fuss.

Amazing customer service!
Was so impressed with this battery pack. Charged 2 phones at the same time rather quickly and had lots of power left. Unfortunately, after being used a couple of times it stopped working and despite being charged would not charge the phone. I contacted their customer services who asked a few questions and immediately sent out a replacement which arrived the following day!
Hopefully this one lasts longer but I know customer services are great no matter what!
Quality item
Unboxing this power bank was a delight. It’s really well-presented in its simple eco-friendly packaging with nice touches like end caps on the USB plugs. It’s a solid unit, reassuringly heavy with sturdy USB sockets. Even the snug-fitting carry-bag is robust enough to provide protection from knocks and scratches. In use it seems fine. Rapidly charging from my Moto adaptor and providing turbo power to my phone using my existing cables without any user intervention. Just plug in anything that needs charging, and it’ll automatically be done at its highest rate. Slow charging peripherals too.

I purchased this power bank for my other half, he loves it .Its well made ,charges at a rapid pace and comes with lead , two usb ports plus a usb light that you could use for a million purposes. The product can be registered very easily on there website to extend the warranty to 3 years . A you have to do is copy and paste your order number from Amazon website and enter it on the registration page along with your name etc, and bingo done . Brilliant quality ,pleased with it so much ordering another today .

When I first got this it was on about 80% charged and 2 weeks later it’s on 71% (but I’ve only charged a watch every 2 days which takes 1 hours). When I opened it the torch was on in the box but I just turned that off.
One of the USB ports doesn’t seem to keep whatever is plugged in charging for some reason and will only start to charge if I press the on button but stops charging when the percentage light goes off.
It does charge things quickly though. Bit heavier than I expected but is fine for travelling. Also came with a strange plug in light which is quite bright but haven’t found a use for it yet. I recommend getting this. The battery percentage is really helpful!
Great Customer Service; Originally Received a used product, but….
Just received my INIU Power Bank I order yesterday and noticed the seal on the box was broken and on opening the box the Power Bank was half out of the wrapping (see photos).
It isn’t marked and seems to be working; it’s shows 80% charge, so I will charge it then fully test it.
So 3 Stars because of the condition it was received in, having paid fully price for a secondhand product. I’m also as yet unsure if it’s a returned faulty product that I’ve been sent.

I was contacted (completely unexpectedly) yesterday stating they wanted to send me a replacement, this was delivered today. It’s a 100% new unopened, sealed item (see additional photos).

First impressions.
When I first held the INIU POWER BANK my first impressions were that it was heavier than I had anticipated.
But it is a powerful unit and with it must come weight. It is a really well built unit and looks and feels great in the hand.
For me it is ideal. When my wife and I go on holiday we take two IPhones and two IPads and consequently we often find either a lack of power plugs in hotel rooms meaning you have to disconnect a kettle to charge the above. Plus because the IPhones and IPads have a mix of lightning and usb-c connections we also have to haul a selection of chargers and leads. Now we will not need to worry about the number of plugs in the room. Just the INIU power bank placed anywhere in the room. For that reason alone I think it will prove to have been a good buy.
The other thing I like is the fact that you can charge almost anything. See my photo above of me charging my electronic candle lighter. I am already finding the power bank very useful at home.
Early days but I think I will be glad I purchased the INIU power bank.
Excellent Portable Charge
Bought this as a replacement for an older portable charger. The USB C port is up to date for most goods now and I was using it to keep a charge on an old IPad, which was constantly losing charge. Used it on a 4.5hrs flight and only used 16% to keep the IPad charged. Would recommend.
INIU Power Bank, 22.5W PD3.0 QC4.0 Fast Charging 20000mAh Portable Charge
After reading reviews, mostly by Amazon customers, I decided to make this purchase of an INIU Power Bank, 22.5W PD3.0 QC4.0 Fast Charging 20000mAh Portable Charger.
Delivered in a plain cardboard box, inside was the charger itself, a thick mesh bag to keep it clean and safe, a USB C to USB charging cable, and a small USB lamp.
I was surprised by the weight of the charger, it feels substantial and it is very well-made. I particularly like the fact there is a numeric count when switched on showing how much charge is left in the product.
Unfortunately, the charger I received had zero charge and so needed to be recharged. I had two adapters I could use, the first was just not powerful enough, the second was barely average, and it took me over 12 hours to reach a bare 80% charge. A read through of the questions on this Amazon sales page pointed me to look at 18w adapters, especially the answer given early on by INIU themselves.
I ordered such an adapter and it made a huge difference.
Before using the new adapter, I charged up an iPhone XR which was almost flat. This is not a fast charge product and it took barely 2.5 hours to charge fully and used 20% of the available charging power on the INUI. I then charged up an iPad Air (2020 model) and this, again, only took just over 2.5 hours to fully charge – the iPad does use fast charging and so naturally that helped and the INUI power bank switched to fast charging as soon as it was plugged in. Charging the iPad took approx 50% of the available power bank power.
I have to say I was really pleased with the performance, the speed, and the fact this power pack can clearly charge up an iPhone several times and an iPad at least twice.
Using the adapter I purchased separately, it took 4 hours and 15 minutes (on fast charge) to charge the power bank from 30% up to 100%. It wouldn’t have taken much longer to fully charge had the power bank reduced to 5%-10% (the amount suggested to look for before recharging).
Overall, I am really pleased with the performance of this power bank, it is definitely money well-spent, and the large battery inside it means that whilst it might take longer to charge up (definitely buy a separate 18w adapter for this) but the extra power it holds will charge products more often before needing a recharge itself.
I can certainly recommend this product and, aside from travelling, it is likely to be essential during periods when power is out, as happens in a lot of areas of this country during bad weather.
The only power bank u need
Perfect power bank for when your are out and about or if your in the house can be used for convenience charging, lovely non slip rubberized coating that feels good in the hand and looks good, has a good size display to show the battery left or show when it’s fully charged, takes about 6 hours to fully charge on a normal charger and about 4 hours on a fast charger which is very convenient that it can take fast charge and also gives out fast charge when used with the proper cables, its mostly used for my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 5G plus which it charges about 4 and a half to 5 times which is really good for the size of the power bank, its got a decent weight too, which feels good in the hand so can be placed in your pocket or bag when you carry it with you, comes with a nice netted carry pouch to save it from any scratches which I don’t use and the product isn’t showing any signs of wear and tear at the moment and it’s used every day, I think it will take a lot to scratch or damage it as it is build like a tank, you can see some thought has gone in to the design of it as it looks and feels good, comes with 2 normal size USB slots and 1 USB-c slot so 3 devices can be charged at the same time. INIU are making some great products at the moment as I have just bought some fast charge cables from them that work as described and look great with excellent design, this power bank has got to be given a 10/10 by me and I could recommend this product for anybody looking for a fast charger that is tough in design and works well. Comes with a power button on the side which knocks the power on and off and it will automatically knock off if left without a device plugged in so doesn’t discharge the power accidentally also comes with a handy L.E.D light build in when you double press the power button, all in all another great product from INIU.

OLD REVIEW The charging speed seem as advertised. It can charge my pixel 6 pro the same rate as the Google wall charger. However, the capacity is not even close to advertised. It charged my 5000 mah phone from 5% to 90% (4250 mah) and the battery bank went frem 100% to 65%. Which works out at just over 12000 mah.
Saved me a lot of money and time..
I spent money on the iPhone battery pac but it wasn’t suitable for my phone, and you could imagine how much that cost. Therefore I got this and it has been able to charge my phone very quickly within an hour at most 70%, I like the light that comes with it also.
Great Purchase
I purchased this item, to provide extra power for kids tablets, and phones whilst travelling.
This is a wonderful power pack, and didn’t disappoint. I was able to charge an array of items with ease, before the power pack itself required charging.
Only draw back is that the power pack is quite heavy to carry. This is my personal feelings on the matter, as it may not be a problem for others. But considering how powerful this power pack is, I suppose this should be expected.
I would recommend this item.
As Expected
I use this causally, when out for a day or two and it gets me by just fine. The power bank holds a lot of charge and could probably charge my phone (S10) from 0 to 100 about 3/4 times, which is plenty for me.
I’m not sure how it would hold up on a long camping trip but it certainly works fine if need it for a day or two.
Amazing, elegant and very useful.
I like this discreet black lump of smooth metal. It does its job splendidly. Nice digital power readout- all you really need to know exactly where you stand. Have had three full charges so far and only down to 60%. It started at 80%. I intend to drain it fully, then charge it up. We shall see how that goes- but I’m sure it will be fine. Nice bit of kit!

Will edit review in the future to allow time to get to know the strengths and weaknesses of this device.
First impressions… I really like the Display panel… handy to know how much charge is remaining. A few minor hiccups in the beginning (Another man who doesn’t read instructions) but it is doing fine and early thoughts are that it is a good bit of kit.

So surprised by this power bank
This power bank has been the best investment I’ve made! It charges my iPhone quickly and I can charge my phone from 1% to 100% quite often before the power bank does need recharging. I would say it’s only downfalls see how heavy it is and how long it takes to charge the power bank from empty to 100% other than that I’d still recommend this power bank!
Almost perfec
This power pack just keeps on giving. I’ve had it a good few weeks now and it’s still on 58% so I can’t really comment on charge cycles or longevity or anything. I’ve been using it to power a Polyend Tracker and a midi keyboard as there are simply not enough sockets in this house. I must admit, I keep forgetting I could use it to charge my phone!!
I’ve docked one star because it’s a bit picky about having two devices plugged in at once. Plugging in the second device has a tendency to reset or even power down the first, but it does let you have two devices plugged in at once, you might just have to do a little bit of plugging and unplugging to get them both going.
Good looking and great feel

First thing is that I haven’t had this power bank (pb) for a long time.
It is packaged really well so no worries there.
The pb was pre-charged at 80% my Samsung S21 Ultra was at 70% and I topped the phone up to 100% in about 25 minutes. The display on the pb went down to 70% from 80%.
Remember to visit the site for instructions on how to extend your warranty to 3 years.
It looks great and feels great and seemed to charge the phone really quickly. I intend to run my phone down until it’s really low or even turns off. I will then let the pb charge it up and update this review.
*UPDATE* – 24/10/21
My wife’s Samsung S20 was down to 15% the pb was at 70%. The pb charged the S10 to 100% and went down to 44%.
I ran my S21 down to 9%, the pb charged the S21 to 100% and went down to 11%.
I think I could get near enough 3 full charges from it. I think I’m happy with that.
I’ll monitor the performance once I’m able to drain the pb and fully charge it a few times to see how it performs.
