The wall installation is a bit tricky because the nylon spacers fall but a bit nothing like a bit of glue doesn’t help.

The product’s quality is superior and the smart features work really well.

The app is responsive and the premium features aren’t really that expensive, although it could be reviewed and have some extra perks like extended warranty, etc.

Being able to view a cctv camera directly in the app is a great touch, the Apple Watch app works well and sharing the access with someone else while sharing the premium features is really good.

Support is outstanding, had some issues and they were are resolved in hours, I can’t complement this enough, support is brilliant!

By far, the best parcel bin I have ever used and I had a few installed previously, I recommended it to anyone that loves a good well thought product and that at the end of the day, solves a problem

Great gadget.. a little tricky to get set up but that’s probably as it’s located a long way from the Wi-Fi but the company Helene’s with great customer service and a Wi-Fi extension cable sorted that glitch

IParcelBox is a bit pricey but it is excellent. Setting up was easy and it works flawlessly. I’ve even had couriers ask about it and say it makes things much easier for them too. Knowing I can go out anytime and not miss a delivery gives me peace of mind. Customer service is fantastic, I had a query that I emailed at 11:00pm and received a reply 5 minutes later from Paul. A couple of suggestions I have is to supply rubber feet so that it doesn’t sit on ground where rain may collect (it is fully waterproof but I don’t think it would do it good in the long run). Also it would be better to have a removable battery that could be charged indoors as it took 18 hours to initially charge the battery.

I choose this over more simpler options based on the size of package it can take, this is a good size. Other than that I was unsure about the ‘smart’ side of things, fear it could be more hassle than it was worth. But reasonably happy so far. Main thing to note is that the first delivery of the day doesn’t require any user input, so for sure you can accept one package a day even if your phone doesn’t work to remotely unlock, I think this is a key bit of information missing from the product description.
My main fear was the app wouldn’t be quick enough to unlock before a delivery driver gets bored of waiting. But so far this seems ok, there can be a bit of lag on the app but not too much. Change your notification sound in your phone options to make it something destinctive to avoid missing it, for some reason no options in the app for different sounds so. Just picks up the default.
The initial setup failed half way through (just after the box connected to my wifi) but closing the app, starting again then skipping the WiFi setup worked fine, it had connected no issues. Pretty standard for IOT stuff. Looses a star for that.
One other thing that helped it loose a star is the offer of a premium subscription. If you want me to subscribe the initial buy in needs to be way lower. This is an expensive box! I don’t want to hear about subscriptions the moment I turn it on. Tempted to knock off another star thinking about i

I bought an iParcebox a couple of weeks ago to receive work-related deliveries at home into a secure drop box. The box is a good size, very robust and clearly labelled to explain to delivery agents what to do. It is also “smart” – controllable by my iPhone via a very simple app, and overseen by an excellent security camera (bought separately but integrated in the app) that doubles as a video door camera.
More importantly, the customer service is amazing – I had a problem with installation and Paul (the owner) came out on a Sunday morning to help! It’s functioning perfectly and I can’t recommend the product and the company highly enough.
