Iv got the bottom part the clip holds on to bottom bit missing an didn’t have instructions
We needed a pen fo a maine coon cat to recuperate in post op for 3-4 weeks. Perfect for the job – easy to put up easy to clean, big door for access. Don’t know how robust it would be for a dog.

Realy nice puppy pen. Took a wee whyle to work out how to build but once you get started it’s easy should come with building directions would be a big help.
Cage is nice, easy to assemble, very sturdy. My toy poodles bed fit nicely inside. Plenty of room. Easy to clean too as it has a tray. I’m very pleased with purchased. Would recommended.

Got this for my chihuahua. She loves it. I can fit a small donut bed in there. Puppy pad and 2 small bowels . Was easy to put together with instructions which was included . Lid is ok but doesn’t fit on snug like i thought it would . Not sure what ive done wrong or if the lid is a little to big. Looks so much nicer than the cold looking metal cages . Very pleased
Nailed it on quality, usability and style. I would upload the photos only the Amazon settings require you to give permission to your camera and photos In future without a permission step.
It looks great, enough space for a small dog to have a bed and room to lay flat.
The sliding door is a bonus so it doesn’t swing out, easy access for the puppy.
Loved removable top for easy access to small puppy to lift her out.
Also love sliding door overall I love the whole look of cage just wish it was easy to move from room to room

I would just like to add that I have now been able to move cage from my kitchen into to my bedroom nightly and back again in morning by just sliding it.

Nice stylish dog bed. Keeps pets safe. Negative or maybe its not is only one door so if accidents at other side its on your hands and knees which isn’t brill for me. Suppose you can take lid off. My pup can jump to roof. Would buy again though
Easy to put together and clean. My dog loves it! When I tried to put him in a traditional crate he was really stressed. But he will go into this with no problem. I read previous reviews and didn’t use the cover. I think that helped him.

When you read negative reviews it makes you hesitate! I struggled with normal cages/crates they look so prison like. Yes I know their dogs but couldn’t her my head round it.

VERY EASY TO CLEAN AND FITS MY CHI LIFE VERY NICELY
Perfect space for our 11 week old pug puppy, Beryl as a playroom. Wanders in and out quite happily. Only closing door for a few minutes at a time at the moment so that she gets used to it. She continues to play or snooze without any anxiety.

It did what I bought it for ,looks great ,need a screwdriver to assemble which I did not mind some might struggle with it ,inside od corner posts hace little seams and joins were poo can get smooshed into so a cover on those would help but I liked it as a pen as I dont mind the cleaning

I have two Bichons, who love sleeping in here. The door slides opens, so doesn’t take up extra space. I haven’t had to close the door yet, when my Bichons want time out, they just go there to chill.
This is a great wee pen, my pup took to it straight away, like that it is open and therefore not as daunting as others I looked at. Would have been a much better rating if there had been assembly instructions or even you could view online, however wasn’t rocket science to figure out. It’s not the sturdiest however I do not plan to have the pup in for extended periods of time. Overall I love the look of it and her majesty gave it her seal of approval too.

Love the look of this pen. Like how you can use the extra top on it needed. Bought for my puppy who hated being in a crate. She seems contempt in this and has settled very well

Ok for a small dog who can’t jump too high but not high enough for an active puppy.
Bought this for my Pomeranian boy to sleep in and to be safe in when I am out of the house, rather than his crate. He loves it. Plenty of room even though it’s the small one! He has never tried to get out of it. Very happy with this purchase.
I have moved it around the house, it is sturdy and well made.
It’s a great pen all in all. However our puppy (chiweenie) can let herself out! We have stuffed a coaster and bit of cardboard into the catch on the outside which has solved the problem but bit of a pain.
I love this crate as it sits in my living room and looks okay as it is much nicer than a normal crate. I love the pink trim. It’s easy to clean and is big enough for my maltipoo have a bed and tray with water and food. I bought the one with a roof. Really nice

Could not be more delighted with this Play pen. It was easy to put together and is very sturdy. Our puppy took to it straightaway and sleeps in there during the day as well as at night. Love the fact she can’t climb up the sides, so there is no danger of her being able to jump out. A quality product that I would highly recommend. It looks nice too and does not take up too much room. A lovely size and shape.

I purchased this playpen for my new 8 week old puppy & she loves it! Easy to assemble even though it has no instructions. It’s not as bulky as I thought & doesn’t take up much room. It has a slide door rather than an open & shut type so puppy can just pop in and out when she wants to. Would thoroughly recommend but in hindsight I would have preferred one with a roof so I had to get one from another source. Didn’t realise how high puppies can jump!

Great but not easy to put together if you are doing it by yourself. Ended up having to gaffa tape mine but Amazon gave discount for inconvenience which more than made up for the unsightly tape

2. No customer service email or anything to contact Iris The actual item is top quality and looks great (I called for someone to help me put it together) why fall down so badly on such items? I give 4 stars because the quality of the item deserves it. I would also point out that there aren’t even any download instructions from internet for this model – at least do that please!!!

Dog pen is a bit fragile for the price would not take much to break if your dog is overactive
I especially like the little gate which slides open and shut to let the dog in. You have to pinch the gate to open it, so small child proof too! Hope my new doggy loves it too!
