Bought this treadmill for me and the wife as part of a health kick and have to say, for the price, this is well constructed and feels very durable with some great preset programs
Great machine
Our family bought it for us(2 OAPS) to help us keep fit during bad weather/winter weather etc. The speed and gradient range is ideal. We only use it for walking, but I’m sure it’s great for running too.
After almost daily use for a month, I feel confident in saying that this is an excellent treadmill, and has been a very good purchase.
Set up was so simple and quick, it is well made and very sturdy and solid, extremely quiet to use, and the shock absorbing system has noticeably helped ease any strain on my ankles and knees.
So far, there is nothing I can fault about it – and I am hoping this will continue!

Great Machine for the home
Replacing an old Reebok Treadmill. Arrived safely, item is very heavy and I regret ordering to my work place. Took 3 of us to load it into my car and unload it at my home. Didn’t take long to make, took longer to unpack the item and is was very securely packaged. Loads of recyclable cardboard. Item itself is easy to setup and use. Of course this is not the same as a gym Treadmill but it does the job at home. You can walk, jog, run, what more do you want. It does the job, looks nice in our home and it didn’t break the bank!!

I like that I can exercise with the ability to start at basic fitness levels and build up my strength and stamina. Good to see how many calories I burn too. Machine easy to set up in 10 mins when delivered. I also like the folding option as my cats cannot sit on it when I’m not around. Very pleased. Delivery prompt as well and booked a delivery time which was helpful.
It was delivered and put together on time in our chosen room and so far seems has good as any I’ve used in local gyms .
Easy to assemble – I paid the 50 to have it assembled and it was worth every penny! Excellent product for home use.

Alright so far, but poor delivery
No gripes about the item itself, which came neatly packed and was easy enough to put together. Has worked well so far. The delivery was a shame though, as the delivery crew from ArrowXL proved to be rather lousy and intent on making excuses for not getting the item up to my apartment, despite there being a lift. Their attitude was appalling. They complained about it being too heavy and bolted after leaving it at the concierge, only for me to arrange for it to be lugged up to my flat.

This is the second time I have purchased this treadmill. The first time was for family, this time it was for me. It came as expected, quite a heavy box, but I unboxed it ok on my own. There are quite good videos online to help with assembly along with written instructions. I would not say it was easy to assemble, it did require a bit of ‘jigging and wiggling’ to get it to fit the parts together (the console has to be fitted). It did come together, had to have a bit of patience, didn’t take too long and worked well. I like that it is not too noisy to operate, it has a good range of speed (although I mainly use it for walking). I particularly like the incline feature, it goes up to 20%. There are fast keys to get your speed up to 5 or 8 km etc. There is a safety clip so that if you miss step the treadmill will cut out. I tend to leave the treadmill down as it is used daily, but I know that it can be put into a more upright position if you need your floorspace back. I have had no problems using this treadmill and happy to recommend it. It has a good screen, with large digits, I find it quite sturdy, although have not tested it at high speed. It also has pre-made programs that I have not tried. The hand rests/rails are good and you can control the speed and incline from the rails or the dashboard/console. Overall this treadmill is good value, and the delivery was very efficient, and delivery details were communicated well.
Great Treadmill for working out that’s not to pricey
I’ve been wanting to get this treadmill for over a year, it was never the right time until this Jan I pulled the trigger and bought it.
It was easy to assemble and the maintenance on it is simple, I do 20k a day on this and it handles like a dream.
Well worth the money and the 5 year guarantee is a no brainier in my mind

I purchased this threadmill in Febuary of this Year, Recently the screen faded, I contact Jll who got back to me quickly, about the screen display which has faded from bright blue to dark grey not displaying properly. I was advised to switch machine on, In stand by mode with light flashing to press start and quickly switch stop and use fast or slow mode to increase the colour. I try it seems to work and back to its original display colour. I only had the machine for 4 month and its hardly been used as ive now resume going back to the gym. There is still a slight noise comming from the belt. Will wait and see if it needs adjusting etc. Apart from that its now working ok.

Great treadmill
This is a good treadmill. Overall I’m very happy with it and it gets used by the whole family. My only complaint is a squeaky noise while running or walking which won’t go even after oiling. Without the squeaking I’d give five stars.
Can't faul
This is a sturdy feeling treadmill that is easy to use (even for me) & I use it every day for fastish walking for 40mins.
Can definitely handle the larger built person who are determined to lose weigh
Ordered this treadmill to replace another brand that didnt last so thought i would pay the extra for this model. I must admit im not disappointed. When put together this treadmill is very sturdy and can handle my weight with no issues and im large person and the larger running area is alot better to run on compared to other models with smaller width on running area. Touch controls for the speed and incline are very easy to use. Havnt used the speakers that are built in so cant comment on them. Other treadmill i had used to stop at 60 minutes of use and stop, this one just keeps going and i do like the fact you can press stop once and it pauses your stats incase you have to answer door etc and press start again to continue so you dont lose the stats. Very impressed with this treadmill and would recommend. The 2 year warranty this unit comes with is also extra piece of mind incase of issues.
Just like the gym quality
Very easy to set up my eldest son has been using this non stop everyday he is a tall lad and did put weight on in since beginning of lockdown he did use to go to the gym but I would recommend this running machine it has a lot of functions that you can use that suit you as a beginner or a regular my family all are using this.It is strong and powerful so far no problems you save more money and time than going to the gym you can use this when it suits you in the comfort of your home and it is much easier and the best part that it folds up and you have more space. my family are noticing the difference in our health and weight my eldest son loves this threadmill i definitely would recommend it is a lot of money well spend and the delivery service was great!

Good sturdy treadmill
I have to say that I’ve had no problems with this treadmill, it’s doing everything that it should well. I have a spinal injury so do a lot of walking, fast walking and also incline training on this treadmill every day as I live in an area of the country that’s flat. I can’t fault it so far.
Incredible value for money
Genuinely impressed by the quality of this product for the price. Thought it would probably be noisy but it’s as quiet as any I’ve tried in a gym.

Decent machine, quality checks could be bette
It was a little tricky to put together if you’re using the manual out of the box. Easier with the video.
There were several points I had to make modifications to put it together properly.
One of the screws hadn’t been threaded properly, fortunately I had a threading tool I could fix it with.
Another point a bolt that was supposed to be welded to the frame was missing but digging out a similar bolt and gluing it to the frame till I re: mounted the screw sorted that.
Still, not the kind of quality checks you expect for the price.
The machine itself works fine, the impact absorption is essential in my opinion and works well. Not had any problems since getting it set up.

So far working great, have it for a few months now, my husband is using it for running at the weekends and I am using it for walking as I hate running, but it is a great and sturdy machine. Had some issues with it once but JLL customer support is great and fast and sorted out quickly.
Does the job
Arrived quickly, good packaging to avoid damage. Seems pretty sturdy once built. Instructions could have been a bit clearer as there seemed to be a lot of areas for bolts that weren’t actually listed in the instructions so assembly is part common sense too on where to put the left over bolts. Easy to use and does the job. Doesn’t seem to log much info but does distance, speed and rough cal count which is all you really need if just looking to shift some lockdown weight.

Easy to assemble and use, only downfall is you have to download your music onto a USB drive to be able to listen to through the speakers. However the drink holder makes a good mobile phone holder so still able to listen to my music. Smooth run and good incline options. Overall well worth the money spe

Good quality product, very robust and stable. The monitor is very easy to use and the folding running track is a useful option.

Basic but effective
I found the instructions a little bit unclear when I put it together, particular connecting the arms to the main body, but once I’d figured it out, it came together easily. I run 5k around 3/4 times a week and no complaints so far (1 month in).
Definitely recommend
This is my first ever treadmill, but I did do a lot of research beforehand. I love how easy it is to put together. I did manage to do it alone, but only just – I would recommend 2 people. The machine is a great size and feels really sturdy. The company have videos on YouTube to show you how to assemble it, which I felt was a great touch. Can’t fault it!
