A great garden/patio storage box.
It was so easy to erect, I needed no help even for the lid. Clearly very well made and it looks good. Very pleased with purchase for storing garden tools and appliances etc etc, but would be very useful for cushions and so forth. Good size.
So easy to assemble
Unpacked and assembled in 20 minutes. Could hardly believe how simple and how effective. Side panels and base just click together. Lid, which is stromg enough to sit on needs 8 screws (provided) to fit the piston assisted hinges. Strong well designed product which hopefully will weather our occasional winter storms.

I went for this one and in fairness is a solid piece of kit as opposed to the ones I has seen in the garden centres for half the price. It took less than 5 minutes to assemble and is a solid and sturdy box with a strong hinge to keep the kid lid open. Am quite impressed and will be buying another.

Love this storage box, but do check for broken bits asap
This was the 2nd box I’d ordered, as I was so impressed with the first. However, I made the error of not checking the contents, leaving the unopened box in the garage until my handyman could come & assemble it. On opening the box, he found a corner bit had been broken off. Hopefully it will still be as weatherproof as the first. (BTW The contents stay bone dry – it’s only when you lift the lid up that water can get in – so always wipe any water off the lid first before opening)

Fitted together easily, stores my gardening tools and compost bags and can be locked, seems to have stood up to recent heavy downpours with no leaks.

Perfect size
he garden storage arrived on time, I needed something to fit all our outdoor cushions into and this was the perfect size and capacity. Cannot comment on waterproof as yet as we havent had the weather for me to try this out, eventhough it does actually have a linning to protect from rain.

I got this for a bargain price, but even at full RRP it’s an excellent box. The gas-lift pistons each side of the lid make it ultra-easy to open, and it doesn’t slam shut on your arm like others do but stays up until you shut it. It’s spacious, not unattractive, doesn’t leak so far (although I only use it to store my recycling so it wouldn’t much matter to me) and wasn’t hard for two people to assemble – took us about 20 minutes, without rushing. I would highly recommend it.

There is nothing to dislike. The boxes are strong, easy to assemble, great quality, and although we have not had torrential rain, the rain we have had, the boxes remained dry.

This is an extremely solid and most definitely weather-proof storage box which is easy on the eye and best of all it’s easy to assemble. The price was great and with super-fast delivery what’s not to like?!
Very Good
To be honest with the mixed reviews I wasn’t totally sure about buying this but as it was on offer I thought I’d chance it.
It arrived well packaged and took me less than 30 minutes to assemble without assistance – it really is quite easy for one person to build it.
Once built it appears quite sturdy and is more spacious than I was expecting. I can’t yet comment on how weatherproof it is but so far I’m pleased with my purchase.
Really useful garden storage
This is the second one and you can get a lot of kit in there. This one now has a (huge) 6 man inflatable tent, 2 ring stove, gas bottle and all the bits safely stored away.
My wife assembled most of it herself but it needed a bit of extra brute force to make one of the sides click together otherwise no problems at all.

Much nicer than I thought the only thing is the lid does not fit properly even with the lick on It only took me 10 minutes to put together just click and its fitted . The mice can not know get at the bird food

I have been looking for an inexpensive garden storage for some time. I have to admit I was put off after seeing some of the examples available at my local garden centre as they seemed to have the very same problems described on some previous reviews. Stories of warped and cracked panels seemed to occure all too often with some people but I was willing to take the chance as these were just the right size, colour and style I wanted. I’m very pleased to say they arrived promptly, well packaged, with simple clear instructions included for setup. I actually put them together (I bought two) within 30 minutes. I had no problems what so ever. Seeing as it rained that night it was a good test confirm if they would keep the water out with only the fittings as supplied. Well i checked the following morning and just as i hoped it was bone dry inside in spite of the heavy over night rain and strong winds. Well I have only had them two days but I was compelled to add this review to show how pleased I was. I won’t bother with too much detail of the construction of this particular model storage box other than to say, they appear quite sturdy and rigide where required. Two of us sat on them confidently. I would recommend to anyone looking for this type of garden storage for both size and style. I may update this review after a couple of months to let everyone know how the boxes cope in the garden.
A satisfied custome
Delivered following day, delivery driver kindly put in my garage. Well packaged. No missing parts. Instructions easy to follow. Took about an hour. My son helped me with hinges and lid. Looks brilliant. Very sturdy. It is ideal will take 4 recliner cushions and the collapsible patio chairs . Very pleased.
I agree with one comment you do need a small mallet with a plastic coating or use a folded up rag just to ensure the sides click into each other properly when you gently tap them in.
Study the instructions carefully.
Once assembled this chest is sturdy and quite attractive. My recommendation is that you study the instructions very carefully, including looking at the diagrams, because if you go wrong it’s difficult to go back and put it right without breaking something. I struggled for a while until I realised I had the first side panel the wrong way up. Once I fixed that the rest was plain sailing and took a matter of minutes.

Quite a few negative reviews for this product with complaints about packaging, items missing and poor mouldings so I purchased with some trepidation. For me the products arrived complete and undamaged. The instructions were clear and very easy to follow. Assembly was very easy (a rubber mallet helped) and I assembled two of them in less than an hour. No complaints from me.
Fairly easy to put together. The joints between pieces not as tight as I would have liked ( all the pieces clicked in place but very small gaps were visible in places around the bottom of the box).

Perfect for housing outdoor upholstery
Very sturdy and waterproof. We keep our outdoor seat cushions in here for most of the year and they have stayed dry. It also provides additional seating. A good, strong design. My only wish is that it had been available in a natural brown colour rather than black.

Easy to put together, holds loads of seat cushions and bench cushion. Have used polystyrene packaging that came with it to line the bottom and put cushions in black bags just in case.

Sturdy waterproof, transformational!
I use this to store fild up wooden garden chairs. It’s sturdy and waterproof. Very happy with it, it’s transformed my life, reduced my stress level, made me content with my lot, my wife is more beautiful than ever….. Too much?

NO worries they were clean dry and no sign of mould or animal attack. RESULT – would I buy more- YES!!!

The Keter Borneo Plastic storage is an excellent product. I am storing garden furniture cushions in it. It is perfect for this and also looks very smart in the garden.

Nach langer Suche habe ich 2 von diesen Kissenboxen um je knapp 70 ergattert und den Kauf bis dato nicht bereut. Die Konstruktion ist sehr stabil, man kann zu 2 problemlos darauf sitzen. Der Aufbau ist in max. 15 min erledigt. Bei berr 400 l Volumen bekommt man einiges hinein, Dank dem Federmechanismus lt es sich kinderleicht ffnen und auch gedmpft wieder schlieen.

Had some problems with delivery which, in my experience with Amazon, is unusual. However, pleased with the storage box when it did arrive. Put it together on my own in half and hour or so. Been mostly dry since so not tested it for water proofness but seems secure enough and quite sturdy.

A great robust capacious storage box
This is a very good storage box for outdoor or shed use. It is relatively easy to put together and is very robust. The lid has good hinges with a pneumatic plunger holding it open. It holds large amounts of outdoor equipment and is particularly good to store these in over the winter. Highly recommended.

I would suggest using a Power Screwdriver to speed the process up. Using a powered driver, I would say it took me approx 5 mins to build this item.

Aufgrund der hier doch so hufigen schlechten Rezessionen waren wir vorab skeptisch was uns erwartet.
Das Paket kam an und war usserlich beschdigt was allerdings am Versandunternehmen liegt. Die Box war Top in Ordnung und ist wirklich hochwertig verarbeitet. Es gibt mehr als genug andere Boxen in den einschlgigen Mbelhusern die lange nicht ber die Qualitt verfgen und durchaus teurer sind! Klare Kaufempfehlung.

Decent box but don't pay full price
Decent enough box. Unlike some, mine arrived undamaged and with instructions, albeit in fairly basic diagrams. Mind you, it was pretty straightforward to assemble compared to the other Keter boxes that I have purchased. Large capacity and waterproof so far. Got mine on a Lightning deal so I am happy with it but I wouldn’t pay full price for it.

Very good quality storage box and much larger than many others on sale. Good material as you would expect from Keter. The internal measurements are so good you can store a lot of your garden cushions in it and it makes a good extra sofa.

This is proving very useful to store simple things needed for gardening on a regular basis. Saves me hunting for the key to the shed! It seems to keep everything dry so could be used for cushions, although maybe not in winter when the air would be very damp.

Die Box steht mittlerweile einige Tage bei uns. Auch starker Regen wird ohne Probleme weggesteckt. Der Zusammenbau war wirklich einfach. Grobmotoriker mssen wahrscheinlich aufpassen hier nicht sinnlos rohe Krfte walten zu lassen. Mit etwas Gefhl wie gesagt keinerlei Problem. Optisch in meinen Augen klasse. Bei uns passen exakt 8 Sitzauflagen von IKEA (Hll) rein. Darber bleiben dann noch ca 10cm Platz fr weitere Gegenstnde (Planen oder hnliches)

Watertight and looks good
Very good product. 1st one came damaged but seller replaced part without hassle. It’s watertight and spacious. Looks great in garden. Downside is some parts don’t align up perfectly.
Massive! Spacious! Stores loads and easy to put together (but did have to ask a chap to help slot three of the pieces together for pure strength). Otherwise, easy to put together. And the hinge is great. Looks durable, good quality and definitely serves its purpose.

Bin einigermaßen Zufriede
Die Box ist OK , die Gre gefllt mir,aber sie ist nicht nicht so schn verarbeitet, sind Fehler drin, und im Deckel ein kleines Loch.
Bei mir steht sie im trocknen aber wenn es drauf regnen wrde ,wre es nichts.

I bought this to remove an old plywood garden store that was a bit ugly and no longer used.
Very simple to put together, and locks together with simple click fittings that do feel secure. I was able to build on my own and the panels go together with clicks on the plam of your hand.
I doubt you need to, but a rubber mallet could be used if you dont have the hand strength. Other than that, a cross screwdriver to attach the lock, and hinges, total of 10 screws. I would do by hand rather than electric so no danger of stipping the plastic mount.
To give an idea on capacity, we have the kids garden toys, cricket set, water pistols, pop open garden chairs, and still loads of space
Die Aufbewahrungsbox kam fast wohlbehalten bei uns an. Ist schnell aufgebaut und das Material ist auch gut. War nicht ganz OK aber wir konnten es berbrcken und haben die Kiste behalten.Mal sehen was sie alles aushlt das werden wir noch sehen.

Nachdem ich im Paket keine Aufbauanleitung gefunden hatte, war ich schon enttuscht. Allerdings hab ich in der Rezension eines “Vorkufers” gelesen, das man das auch so hinbekommt. Und es klappte tatschlich berraschend einfach. Sehr stabil und gerumig, und absolut wasserdicht, selbst nach Starkregen.
Short of storage- buy one of these
This is brilliant for storing just about anything you can think of as it is massive! Easy to put together – managed it singlehanded although would have been easier with two. Looks nice and keeps everything nice and dry. Mine still isn’t full and I have 4 large cushions, towels ( for my dogs) 3 baskets with overflow of cleaning products, walking boots, garden sprays and small garden tools and lots more things that it is nice to have to hand in the garden, but also if you are short of storage indoors.

Great Quality storage box and massive space, lock clasp could do with a little refining (I added another hole and screw to keep it secure, easy enough to do) apart from this the box is great and stores plenty.

This storage box was even better than I expected, and I have filled it with all my garden equipment. It seems very very sturdy, was real easy to put together and much roomier than I anticipated. Cant say how it will fair in the weather as its been nice since I got it! , but I am more than pleased with it and for my needs.

Very easy to assemble. Strong once assembled. good capacity and NO LEAKS and there has been some heavy rainfalls since we have had it. Since buying it we have purchased another one and they are both behind our caravan for storage of all the things we use when at the van. I can recommend these boxes, good value for money.

Storage solution for folding chairs etc.
Ideal for secure and easy access storage of folding garden chairs & cushions etc. Contents all remained dry even after very heavy rainfall and strong winds (we live on the coast!). Purchase of a padlock recommended to make sure lid can’t blow open.

Delivery was on time. Assembly instructions very simple and easy to put together and very sturdy once assembled. Bought to match Roma 6pc Rattan Garden Corner Sofa Set, so we could store the cushions away when not in use. All cushions do fit inside but with careful planning and packing. We have had some heavy, persistent downpours and the contents inside remained dry as a bone, so very water-tight as claimed in the description. The storage box complements our newly designed garden perfectly.

This storage box is great and delivers what it promises. It looks good, is roomy and keeps everything inside absolutely dry. It’s very quick and easy to put together, as all parts except the lid just slot together without any screws. Even the lid mechanism was screwed on in no time, 10mins. from unpacking to filling it with cushions. Job done.
Not disappointed....
Bought this to replace a much cheaper one I had had for a couple of years which fell to bits big time. Decided to spend a bit more money in the hope I would get something that was a bit more solid and that would last somewhat longer. I was not disappointed, this is a large and solid box that is more than adequate to fit in all my garden furniture cushions and much more, as well as provide extra outdoor seating? It was relatively easy to put together, including attaching the lid, all of which I did on my own. I am hopeful that it will last somewhat longer than my last one, only time will tell! Feeling confident at the moment.
Adequate quality but expensive
The box arrived on time and all the parts were there. It was easy to put together, using the pictorial instructions. The box is adequately made, reasonably strong, probably waterproof unless it is windy and does the job required of it. However, I cannot believe how much I was charged for it! It looks to me as if it should have cost around 40, yet it cost double that!
Expensive but worth it.
I’ve had this for a year now and it’s stood up to rain and wind and sun very well and still looks as good as new. It’s well built and sturdy enough to sit on. It is very expensive at three times the price of some others but I think it may last three times as long. It keeps out rain and pests apart form spiders and small snails. The only complaint I have is that the deep rattan pattern on the top retains water so it takes a long time to dry out after rain, only a problem if you want to use it as a seat.

Great storage box, doesn’t look out of place next to our rattan garden furniture.
Has made it through some absolutely atrocious downpours and has done the job admirably (with no leaks!)
This is easy to construct and very well built. I had a couple of screws missing in the box but emailed Keter and they sent them out a few days later. Not ideal but just one of those things that was resolved promptly enough (even had a few extra spare screws supplied).

I have bought one of these boxes before and they are brilliant for storing your garden cushions. No mice, damp or even spiders. It says that you need two people to put this together but I am a 52 year old girly who is rubbish at putting things together but managed this easily.
Sturdy, waterproof and easy to assemble.
It looks good (not too plasticky) and holds quite a large volume. The hinge inside will lock the lid open which makes dumping stuff into the box much easier and the interior stays dry. It’s sturdy enough to sit on too.
A good product, very sturdy. The reason for giving it 4 stars and not 5 was because where you screw the brackets into the plastic, the plastic is a bit thin it could do with being much thicker. It seems very solid, I put my washing basket on it to hang the washing out and the lid does not move. Overall we are pleased with it but are wary with regards to the brackets.

This is a superb piece of kit and we are delighted with it. I strongly recommend that you buy this box if you need a storage facility for your garden; it is far better than those flimsy green and beige ones that you can buy. It is worth investing the extra money in this item.
Excellent Storage seat for my balcony
This product was bought on the strength of my satisfaction with the Keter Storage bench. This product is easily assembled and provides a voluminous storage space. It is also strong enough to for two people to sit on, making it ideal for my narrow balcony.

Storage box arrived as described on website. Self assembly was difficult to comprehend at first but eventually managed to cope and the finished product turned out to be a solid construction and is proving to do the job it was designed for.
Ideal Weatherproof Storage
The storage box was very strong and easy to assemble. It was able to contain all of our outdoor patio seat cushions and covers. We checked their condition after it rained during the night and they were all perfectly dry. A good solid product well constructed.
This storage box may be at the pricier end of the scale, but you get what you pay for.
The instructions are a piece of cake, and I had it built in under 10 minutes. The finished product is solid, plus the hydraulic mechanism on the lid is surprisingly sturdy. It even makes a decent makeshift bench to sit on!

wow. better than expected with superb hinge system which makes it easy to open and shut the lid. well constructed. I expected rattan because I didn’t read the description properly and its plastic in rattan style, but its strong. it goes well with our rattan garden furniture and doesn’t look “plasticky”. I would recommend it despite the price of ninety five pounds. I am sure it will last for a long time.
Very easy to assemble. Purchased for the garden cushion storage but is spacious enough to hold a couple of loungers. Has to be placed on an even surface or the lid is squint and probably not weather proof. Too early to judge on water but may consider a line of silicone over the joints. It takes my weight for sitting but a smaller one would be better for this. Not an attractive piece of garden furniture but very useful.
This was easy to put together, and holds quite a lot. Would definitely recommend both it, and the seller. Delivery was prompt, and so far the items inside have stayed dry despite the heavy rain and thunderstorms we’ve had recently. We are considering buying further Keter storage following this purchase as we are so pleased with it. The anthracite is a good colour, and blends in with our garden furniture well.
Having read others reviews I bought this item because I want to store some heavier items in it. The cheaper ones seemed prone to bending or bowing and only suitable for cushions. I put it together all by myself in less than an hour this afternoon. Just needed a phillips screwdriver for the hinge & lock mechanisms. The actual box clicked together beautifully, and it’s now in use and looking neat.
This is so great I bought a second one as we have lots of garden seating/cushions. Really sturdy construction, impressively manufactured, extremely easy and quick to assemble, great design throughout. Strong enough for two heavy people to sit on and doesn’t even bow under the weight! Cushion dry test overnight as it rained. Perfectly dry. Would not hesitate to recommend this product.
Fairly large, holds all I need to put in it. Fairly sturdy, I can sit on it without any noticeable twisting (big guy!!). Not easily moveable and apparently waterproof, especially when you close the lid!!
