Happy Husband
Anything that doesn’t move is getting a power wash! It keeps my husband amused for ages and the cars are now always sparkling, the patio is clean and so is the front garden brick wall. It’s great!
Great tool No instructions on assembling
I searched the net and youtube an eventually purchased the Kartcher 3 .I previously had a Nilfisk 125.3 120bar for around 15 years .It done me proud .So to purchase the same quality Nilfisk they where 70 more . That is the reason i have the K3 .Used it the next day and found ‘ as videos said’ a swirl wand on it for doing driveways and paths .I must say it worked a treat . So as long as it last as the Nilfisk did im a happy man.

Very quick and very quite
I bought a jet washer some years ago to clean our patio and it was pretty useless and the motor packed in after about a year. Just assembled the Karcher K3 (easy) and tried it out. Very impressed with the circular action nozzle which goes through the grime really quickly. The other surprise is that it is relatively quite and when you let go of the trigger the motor stops completely (not the idling you get with other washers). Add to that the 5 year warranty and you’ve got a happy customer. Made in Germany so hopefully reliability won’t be a problem.

I bought this to replace a Karcher K2 that had seen the ghost after eleven years. The K3 is just as good, if not better for occasional use. I washed the car and the power control (adjustable lancet) was quite useful. It blasted off the stubborn dirt with ease and the gentle spray was useful around the doors. Looking forward to (not really) using it to freshen up the fence, patio and driveway. Very happy with the price and purchase.
Performed as expected.
Having never owned a pressure washer, I decided to buy a Karcher before any other brand based solely on name & reputation. I was surprised at how cheap it all felt, lots of plastic, quite flimsy handle etc… but it performed miracles on patio paving slabs giving those a new lease of life. I’ve yet to use the (seperately bought) brush head for car washing but can imagine it will work tremendously. A tiny bit of clip into place assembly on the wheels and handle and you’re away.
Good upgrade over the K2 but the pressure setting is a bit random
Early days but seems better quality and quieter than the K2 which it replaced (after it broke – partly as it was dropped).
Its a good product but the control on the main lance which allows for variable soft to hard is difficult to control and can jump from soft to hard quiet rapidly (as a result I might go back to the lance from the K2 which had 3 fixed settings).
Having borrowed my neighbour’s K5 7 year old pressure washer about 2 months ago and another neighbours 10 year old Bosch pressure washer about 2 years ago, I decided to purchase the K3 model due to a more reasonable price. My choice of product was correct. It did great job on all my front paths and small patio. I have no regrets of buying a cheaper and less powerful product from Kaercher than the K5 – it did the job admirably. My only complaint is that the patio spray cleaner liquid did not empty on to the slabs, it just stayed in the unit at the rear of the pressure washer. I will not repeat that purchase.
It’s a solid enough piece of kit, simple and easy to use, the adjuster on the lance works well with the various attachments, don’t know if I’m being picky but I was a little underwhelmed by the water pressure, also if your thinking of buying attachments, don’t bother with the wheel brush, you would be better off with a decent hand brush, I also went with an aftermarket snow foam cannon as I had heard mixed reviews for the Karcher one.
My Karcher K2 suddenly packed in mid-use after 10 years which isn’t bad i suppose so i opted for the K3 power washer. The compact design and integrated wheels make it easy to maneuver, while the 20-foot high-pressure hose provides decent reach albeit it gets a bit tangled up on itself.
One notable feature is the N-Cor pump, which enhances durability and corrosion resistance. However, some users report occasional leaks and issues with build quality, indicating room for improvement. The adjustable Vario Power Spray wand allows you to switch between high and low pressure easily, adapting to various cleaning needs.
On the downside, the plastic construction might raise concerns about long-term durability, especially for users with more demanding tasks. Additionally, the power cord and hose storage could be more user-friendly, as some find them a bit cumbersome to manage.
In terms of noise, the K3 is relatively quiet compared to other pressure washers, making it suitable for residential use without causing excessive disturbance.
So far the Karcher K3 seems a decent mid-range power washer with satisfactory power and performance for typical household cleaning tasks like car washing, patios etc.
Firstly, I have tried many pressure washers over the last 6 months, this one is definitely the best.
The K3 is the lightest, quietest, easiest to assemble and easiest to use pressure washer i have ever come across. Far superior to any other brand.
Yes it is “plasticky” but if it performs better than the competition, does that really matter?
Compared to Nilfisk (Unreliable & 3x the price) Bosch (3x the price) Michelin (Broken after 1 use) and RAC (Poor Quality) The Karcher K3 works perfectly every time, and there are loads of different attachments available.
The “Vario Lance” is excellent, and the optional Snow Foam attachment is very good for car cleaning.
Easily powerful enough for cleaning my car and the patio. I have even used it to blast the mud off the road outside my house!
Highly recommended over other brands, especially the overpriced & overrated Nilfisk washers.
My old Karcher was over 30 years old and showing it’s age I spotted this one and it has more pressure than my old one. The connections are all different to the old one except the wand fitment as a result you really need to study the instructions for putting it together , My son used it to clean his van and was so impressed he cleaned my car as well ,after this I wanted to store it away but not with the pressure hose attached in case it broken [ down side of these new ones everything is plastic] Tip. if you want to remove the pressure hose release all the pressure first as you will get a face full of sprayed water! Overall a good bit of kit.
Almost very good
I had one of these before and is was very good on decking and slabs etc. I found the instructions not exactly easy to follow, but got there in the end. I fired it up and the water pipe came off. With a bit of fiddling I did get it to work. The pressure was not as good as I would have hoped to clean off my wood decking, I would recommend that you buy the more powerful one. Am I happy with my purchase, well sort of.
It was satisfying!
It’s my very first power washer since moving from a flat to a house with our own back garden and wanted to make it pretty. I was super satisfied at how it got rid of dirt and grime, revealing some coloured stone tiles. Some moss spots were a bit tough but they get lifted off after a few seconds too. Really happy with the end results even if i missed some spots on the after photo oops

Had a K2 for years and loved it. Decided to replace with the new K3 and pleased I did. It’s smooth and powerful. On board detergent tank is nice and power control works well. Comfier to hold than the other one and far less vibration.

Powerful and does the job. This is my second Karcher and no hesitation in buying it.
It arrived last night and I set it up this morning. The set up instructions are terrible, really bad, so I had to search YouTube for some help. Found a really helpful setup video and once I saw that the set up was a doddle. It connects easily to the hozelock hosepipe I have (note, you only need to turn your outside tap a bit, it doesn’t need a lot of pressure from the hose).
Just tested it very quickly on a filthy patio and I’m very happy with the result. Will probably get the patio attachment to finish the job perfectly. Highly recommend this Karcher K3. It’s going to save me a fortune from having to pay some dude to power wash my drive.
