easy to use and very light to carry good assortment of tools
Im really happy i bought this! It works well while cleaning bathroom and tiles. I only wish they mentioned it clearly in the advertisement that its not suitable for wooden/engineered flooring. I saw the note only after i read the manual. I like cleaning my house without harsh chemicals and this works well.
Very easy to use! Uses are unlimited! I’ve used it to clean all worktops in the house, remove mould from the shower glass, the laminate floors, the inside lid of my Ninja Foodi, my white leather sofa, I’ve even cleaned the alloy wheels on my car! Highly recommend!

Good at what it does
I like it, it works, only disadvantage for me is it takes a long while to heat up compared to some models but it does what it’s meant to do

Bought to replace same model which finally gave up after 8 years .
Only negative comment is only comes with 1 cloth which velcros on to updated mophead ..Luckily I kept old head attachment & was able to clean floor throughly . Have ordered new cloths ,but cost over 29 for 2 genuine Karcher cloths

Purchased this on a special price had previous one for over 12 years inc renovating a three bedroomed house not touched from the fifties did all the jobs needed and more great product but time to replace

Love this for cleaning my floors dries alot faster than mopping, clean and sterilised all in one
Well worth the money. Pads are a little expensive but you can buy substitute ones on amozon like i have they are exactly the same
Great little uni
I used to have one many years ago but didn’t use it very often. I got this one as we were were installing porcelain floors and wanted something that would work fast without using chemicals. It heats up really fast and doesn’t drench the floor. It’s still bigger than I need but it will make a quick clean nice and easy and steam is so much better for the environment and my floors
Does what it says
Much easier than last model – now with the Velcro attachment floor cloths. Only one floor cloth included but I was able to buy more online. An inexpensive steam cleaner.

It’s easy to use, lightweight and easy to store away. Only comes with one micro cloth so I would recommend buying more. Overall really pleased.

Great tool, does what it says on the tin. Takes a while to get up to pressure but after that was great. The small brush is very stiff and could scratch softer surfaces.
It removes dirt very quickly and effectively.

I bought this for my sister, who loves cleaning. I was searching for quite a while because all of the steam cleaners have some negative review, including this one. Howver, my sister is extremely happy with it and does not have any concerns or problems.

To clean deeply
I bought the product before our move to our new house. I really liked its easiness to use and it helped me a lot to clean the house quicker. Especially I loved to clean the oven and it removed all the stains and greases. Also using high pressure steam enables that I have sterilized the areas. Loved it too much as a cleaning obsessed lady 🙂

Over the last 4 years, I’ve owned four steam mops, one from Bissell, another from Morphy Richards, both of which had to be replaced under guarantee. Both replacement machines went on to fail again. Basically, they weren’t fit for purpose. Initially, I wasn’t too keen to purchase the Karcher machine because it looked cumbersome and some reviews suggested it left the floor wet. However, it’s a great machine. Yes it’s cumbersome but it doesn’t leave the floor any wetter than my other purchases. Importantly, it does a brilliant job. It’s easy to use and leaves surfaces really clean. Additionally, it’s not just a floor mop, it cleans tiles and many other household areas. It’s also really sturdy and well built. I don’t usually post reviews but this machine deserves to be positively promoted.

You need to fill the water reservoir up before switching it on and before it hears up. There is a safety feature that stops you unscrewing the nozzle when the cleaner is hot.
The cord could be longer as t the floors can be a ake a little while to dry and you don’t want to walk on them to unplug and plug in another room.
Buy extra cleaning pads as they get dirty very quickly. I bought them in ebay for a fraction of the price.
I have also used the cleaner with the nozzle attachment to clean the grouting on my floor tiles and it did an excellent job. I wish I’d taken before and after photos.
All in all a really good quality steam floor cleaner that does a very thorough job. Really pleased.

Really love this apart from one tiny niggle…
Love this and it’s versatility. I can’t think of anything negative apart from one small but very annoying thingthe tubes and cords do not tidy away easily. Apart from that this is a genius gadget! Makes cleaning easy and fun!

Super product but requires a bit of time to heat up when starting and also to cool down. Spits some water at start so beware.
