The KSIPZE RGB LED strip lights was supplied through Prime, arrived on time, was well boxed up and the packaging was good. The instruction booklet was good the guidance was essential and needed to be followed to get the correct method of fixing the tape. Planning the route of the strip lights and the length of the 15 meter runs is a good tip to avoid struggling with the installation. The connection to the controls was simple but important to follow guidance, the hand controls were easy to use and testing the lights was simple. The book on how to use as well as how to install was good and there’s a connection to your phone option if you want to use it. I would recommend these LED lights, l perched three sets and have fitted one and was pleased with the results. Donald Lack

Son No.1 very happy with the lights. Exactly as requested and they work to full expectation; plus there are a couple of features that weren’t budgeted for.
Installing them was straightforward but the self adhesive qualities are not the best. We’ve had to beef them up with some Gorilla double-sided tape but overall we’re very suited.
Considering to buy it? BUY IT
I posted a photo to show what you receive inside the packet. The adhesive it’s okay it is Very sticky but it’s my walls that’s just a bit weird so it kinda struggled to stick a bit at first. I brought the 30m LED strip light thinking it’ll fill up my whole room turns out I just needed 15m. I still have 2 rolls left so if I wanna add more LED lights I can just buy one of them connectors and connect it to one of the strips. I would consider buying these! They’re really good! On the app you get to change the LED lights to the colour of your choice! The LED lights will synchronise with your music too if you connect it by Bluetooth. Overall I think I made a great purchase! If you’re considering to buy it! I would go for it! Also the adhesive I think it’s double sided tape! So if one of the strips don’t stick you can get some double sided tape and stick it on there and it’s sorted! 🙂 hope this review helps anyone who’s considering to buy it!
Great just fiddly
Took me a while to put up around corners but it is doable, they stuck really well no problems.
The connector plug was very fiddly it took me half an hour to finally get the strip to plug in, difficult to see if it’s in the right place. Eventually got it, and the lights themselves are really nice. Super bright, good colour selection.
Would be nice to have instructions on what the controller buttons do and if we could configure them. The app works but is a bit awkward to navigate. Overall a solid 8/10
Easy to install, easy to use
Fantastic product, great for the price! A little dimmer at full brightness than more expensive versions and I wouldn’t use them in a kitchen but perfect for a bedroom/ living room etc.
I ordered 2 sets and got 2 different remotes woth slightly different functions but both remotes work with both sets so I effectively have a spare.
Will be ordering more for the remaining room that currently doesn’t have LEDs

Ordered for my sons room. Quick and easy to put up. Could do with extra plug as we only needed to use one reel for his room and now left with second reel but no extra plug for another room.
Decent quality
Has been stuck to my ceiling and wall for around 8 months and is still working pretty well. Around 10-20ish of the leds are always a different colour to the rest, and the remote doesn’t choose the right colours anymore. Still useable and a decent enough quality for the price though

As we are rubbish at DIY we were apprehensive at purchasing these as a Christmas present for our 11yr old,but it was honestly so easy. Took about 15mins to complete . The only reason I gave 4/5 is ideally the adapter wire could be 2-3 meters long rather than 1ish, as if applying along the ceiling it’s not long enough to connect with the plug socket. Otherwise my daughter loved it and contemplating getting another real for the kitchen along the plinth.

Good product, the sticky back can be abit of a pain and the remote has to be pointed at the plug for it to work if you lose the sticky back half way through peeling good luck finding it again also ordered 10m and it was 5m each side of the plug feel like that’s worth knowing

First set of lights delivered was faulty and contacted seller who replaced with fully working set within a couple of days. The lights are surrounding my sons headboard and are very effective and versatile, providing enough light to read by and can also be dimmed enough to provide night light.

So I was a bit disappointed initially as when I received my product there was a few things missing however upon contacting their customer service within no time they sent me out another one, no quibbles, no headache just streamline customer service!! I am truly pleasantly surprised as I did not expect such high quality yet as you can see from the video that’s exactly what I got!! The led is multifunctional with a variety of colours and even syncs to your music (once app is downloaded) couldn’t of asked for a better shopping experience, it’s always good to feel like your consumer needs are being met so again thank you for the best customer service I’ve received on Amazon and such an amazing product at such a decent price!!
Be careful when CUTTING these strips.
I bought the 20m roll of this KSIPZE strip and successfully applied the LEDs to the wall with no hassle. At certain points, (corners, etc) I had to CUT the LED strip at the allocated snipping point. WARNING – in the instructions it is easy to miss where it says, and I quote: ‘Please kindly note that if you want to cut the strip lights, you need to buy some connectors or more power supply from Amazon to connect it. So please do not cut the light randomly.’ This is a heads up to anyone else who plans, or is planning, to cut their LED strips.
Furthermore, when I purchased the connectors they messed up the colour system (only turned green) and I had to press down on said connector for the rest of the strip to light up. I am uncertain as to if this is the fault of the connectors or the strip. Good luck!
Remote is easy to use
Really helpful because I’m lazy and can’t get out of bed to turn my light off so the remote is so useful.
All 3 of my sonds now have these in their bedrooms. I was sceptical at first but they’re actually brilliant! When I was their age, it was the larva lamps which were all the rage and now it’s led strip lights! My sons room we bought this set for is 5m x 2.5m and the 20m strip went the whole circumference of the ceiling and down one wall to the plug. Adhesive is absolutely sufficient, easy to apply and remove to re-apply if needed. It took me about 15mins to put them up. Just ensure you start near the plug socket! My eldest son has had his up for about 2yrs and is always forgetting to switch them off so they’ve had hours and hours of use without any sign of running out! I’d say good value for money and one of the best things to add to a child/teenagers bedroom!

The product itself is great! It’s been a month and so far so good. It’s still stuck to the wall and isn’t peeling off, not yet at least. Instructions were clear on how to install. Easy to do.
One issue is the remote. I don’t know why but the ‘Quick’ ‘Slow’ ‘DIY’ and arrow buttons don’t work for me. I’m not sure what the DIY buttons do or the arrow ones but nothing New happens When I press it.

hese lights are good overall 🙂 i’m 17 & i installed them myself (tho i’m pretty sure most people could do it) and they only took me some time because i’m a perfectionist lol and there were a couple ‘technical difficulties’. basically just make sure you point the remote control directly towards the power adapter thingy to switch colours / turn on and off etc and use the remote lol!! because i thought i had a dodgy remote but it was just bc i wasn’t using it correctly cause i have no common sense. another thing is that the instruction manual says you can’t cut the lights ‘randomly’ which is true yes, but there are scissor marks for you to cut lights if u look very closely on the strips. just obvi make sure you don’t cut both ends or it isn’t gonna work LMAO. overall! great lights! and they make my room look sick. only had difficulties because of myself bein a bit brain cell deficie

I got these lights yesterday and they were fine but now the remotes being weird and the colours have changed

UPDATE – I cannot change the stars …. the remote now does not give correct signals to the lights, so pressing a colour does not actually give you that colour. Also orange has stopped working. Will complain & ask for replacement or money back… watch this place for next update.
The strips are extremely lightweight, which allowed them to be blutac’d to the wall successfully & for changes of direction eg 90 degree angles. They will be attached permanently in the next house. This is not my daughters 1st set of strip lights! The quality is so much better than some of the ‘rope’ lights on the market. The colours do change AND can be dimmed which is a great bonus feature. I would say I will buy again – but hope they will last a long time! (I will update age span if I can).

I absolutely love these lights. First I bought a double set then after seeing how bright and fun they were I ordered another set. Very easy to stick to most surfaces. The remote control is comprehensive and lights can flash, fade or be constant. Most definitely pleased with these and happily recommend them.
Peel the strip on the back of lights to reveal adhesive
I didn’t realise that you don’t need to buy additional adhesive strips because all you need to peel the back of the led light, but once I figure that out they went up nicely, the adhesive is strong. The light are bright but you can also dim them. Overall I think it’s a good buy
I bought these as they seemed the best reviewed of the cheaper lights among a multitude of similar items ….not that it always means that much these days…..
However they have lived up to the hype so far.
They were easy to fit….although I have used LED lights around my TV (MediaLights especially for television use and much pricier but similar in principle) so I know how to peel off the backing little by little and not to randomly cut them!
It pays to watch a video of how to do it if you are not sure. Make sure the surface is clean and dust free and they stick well.
I used the lights to light up my drinks cabinet, they seem plenty bright enough and the remote has plenty of options to change the colours easily etc.
I’m not sure how long they will last but they are certainly worth the money so far.

Sticks well, does take time and thought to twist around a room, as these are not that flexible corners can be difficult, the lights are a straight line after all.

Very sticky back but not good when attached to slanted ceiling- needed to use command strips to help them stay up.
Remote control ok… needs to be pointed at the control box to work which is a little frustrating considering it’s hidden behind bed.

+ve… Have been really pleased with them, the back is really sticky and lights are a perfect brightness. They work great in the night, as well as in the day as a bit of extra brightness. Definitely would recommend the 10 metre length though (in the photo), as can’t imagine 5 metres would have been enough for my room.
-ve… One or two of the lights are broken and permanently one colour. One of my housemates has the same set, and it is the same on his. Doesn’t matter too much and doesn’t really take away from the overall effect.

They came ripped right at the bottom where the fixture attaches to the strip. This essentially meant that the whole strip was wasted. I can see they would’ve worked well had they not been damaged.
Edit: I contacted the seller and they quickly sorted things out. Will definitely buy from them again!

TV Remote power button may effect colour changes.
Not the stickiest adhesion onto walls & ceilings, peeled in small places after about 2 weeks even after cleaning down the surface.

I gave these to my son for his 13 birthday. They arrived really swiftly and were well packaged. The instructions were clear and easy to use. We had no problem setting them up. We did carefully measure the area that we put them in so that we got them in the right place and then were able to attach them to the wall really easily. 5 metres is a generous length too. There is a long strip of strong sticky tape that runs along the back of the lights for you to attach them to the wall. It also has a clip to attach the end cable to the wall so it is really discreet. They are certainly secure on the wall too. When the lights are not on, it looks really neat and tidy. I was so impressed with how bright they are when you turn them on. Their is a huge range of really cool colours to choose from. The remote control works really well and is easy to use. It also works well from a distance, we have had no problems with that. You can have different settings for brightness too so if you want to chill out they are not so bright but if you want to party, then they are super bright. There is a big range of flashing settings, slow and fast, one colour or you can choose a range of colours. My son loves them so much he wants another set and my youngest son is jealous and wants them too. I don’t often write reviews but I would definitely recommend these. For the price I I think this is a great product and works very well. The colours are very distinct, and, if like me you were looking to light up under a desk or bunk bed it’s a very effective way of doing it.
