This is a well designed, solid piece of kit.
This KVM switch allows you to share/use one keyboard and mouse plus one output monitor for up to four separate devices .
Selection of the output device is by simply pressing the relevant button on the front. With the addition of 4 x USB 2.0 ports on the front of the switch, you can add other peripherals and even more than one mouse or keyboard if you are so inclined) with multiple monitors. These ports also provide enough power to charge other devices.
The switch is powered by 5 V with a micro-USB cable included. This means you can plug it into an existing hub (even a laptop power supply) without yet another wall wart.
The unit is of a space grey colour and the various ports are well labelled. The labelling is neat and unobtrusive and doesn’t detract from the look of the unit. 4 self adhesive silicone feet are also provided.
Selection between devices is provided by a push button in the relevant position on the front of the device. In each position next to each switch, a LED illuminates when a port has been selected and a second LED illuminates when the device is connected to USB.
No way around this – if you are using this with multiple machines, you are going to end up with a lot of cables coming out of the device (in this case at the back). However, the inputs for each device (HDMI and USB) are located together compactly; but at the same time, they are not cramped. The output HDMI port is located at the rear right of the unit, meaning that you can route the output cable away from the input cables.
There is also an On/Off switch that can help conserve power use if the device is not being used.
At the front right of the front of the device there are four USB 2.0 ports. These are clearly intended for a mouse or keyboard to be connected rather than Hard Drives which are more suited for a USB 3.0 port. However, KVM switches of this type with USB 3.0 inputs are notoriously expensive.
If your main intention is the ability to use one of several devices at a time, then this unit is ideal. It is a relatively low cost unit and is supplied with all necessary cables for connection including a HDMI cable for connection from the output to the monitor.
I was able to use two separate sets of wireless keyboard/wireless mouse combinations through this switch. I simply plugged the USB receiver dongles into the front USB 2.0 ports. No installation of any drivers were required, thus giving me a lot of flexibility without the cable clutter.
This is a well made and functional unit that just works. I can certainly recommend it.
Wertig und zusätzlich noch gut aussehend
Ich schreibe nicht fr jede Bestellung eine Bewertung, manchmal ist es mir aber ein Bedrfnis, meine Erfahrungen zu teilen. Besonders bei sehr guten und besonders schlechten Artikeln.
Der Switsch heisst bei uns nur “der KVM”. Zuerst haben wir diesen bestellt, weil wir einen Laptop zustzlich an den groen Monitor anschliessen wollten und nicht massig Kabel auf dem Schreibtisch. Getestet wurde also nur der Betrieb mit 2Gerten (aber das 3. kommt bald, dann schreibe ich noch einen Nachsatz!).
Geliefert wurde ein futuristisch aussehendes und solides Gert in einem Metallgehuse. Dabei waren noch 4 +1 Kabel und ein Netzteil, sodass wir nichts zustzlich kaufen mussten. Ich mchte noch erwhnen, das das Gertknapp 80 gekostet hat, also nicht unbedingt als “billig” zu bezeichnen.
Der Hauprechner wurde mit HDMI angeschlossen und das mitgelieferte HDMI Kabel vom KVM zum Monitor. Dazu noch Tastatur, Mause und Scanner. Lief nach nicht mal einer Minute einwandfrei.
Dann haben wir noch den Laptop (zugeklappt) an den Switch angestpselt. Zum Umschalten gibt es leider keine Hotkey-Funktion, allerdings ist das kleine Kstchen so gefllig, dass es auf einem Schreibtisch nicht strt! Die Quellen werden also ber runde Knpfchen umgeschaltet, was dem Komfort aber nicht beeintrchtigt.
Alles in allem ein empfehlenswertes Teil, wenn vielleicht beim Preis noch etwas nach unten geht und ihn dann mehr Leute auch im Privatbereich kaufen wrden, denke ich. Aber man mu dazu auch sagen, dass wir kein NoName Produkt gekauft hatten und uns bei dem Markenartikel auch eine lange Haltbarkeit erhofft haben.

Habe das KVM Switch ber Amazon sehr schnell bekommen und gleich ausprobiert. Ich bin bisher sehr zufrieden mit dem Produkt. Zum Anschlieen waren alle ntigen Kabel dabei und ich persnlich finde es gut, dass es zum Umschalten nicht irgendwelche Hotkeys fr die Tastatur oder Maus gibt. Das ist aber Geschmackssache.
Mein 4K@60Hz Bildschirm/Fernseher wurde auf anhieb von jedem Gert erkannt und auch das Umschalten funktioniert bisher reibungslos.

I use this to switch between a Windows PC, a Mac Mini M1, a Linux server and a Raspberry Pi. Setup consisted of just plugging in all the cables, and it works flawlessly, connecting to a 34″ monitor. Great!

Excellent quality product. I use this to select between gaming consoles without having to change out my brook ultimate fighting board encoder enabled joystick. Just simply choose what I want and select it. Also it can self power from the consoles which is nice.

Das Gert dient einfach ausgedrckt dazu, einzelne Gerte mit mehreren PCs zu teilen.
Von den Maen her ist das Gert schn klein gehalten, wodurch es auf dem Schreibtisch nicht sonderlich viel Platz einnimmt. Die Kabel weisen eine ausreichende Lnge auf und die Verarbeitung ist durchgngig berzeugend geraten: Die Oberflche ist glatt und weist keine berstnde oder scharfen Kanten auf.
Auch die Anschlsse sind stabil gefertigt und haben eine angemessene Klemmkraft. Generell lsst sich alles einfach verbinden. Wer die Gerte an seinem PC anschlieen kann, wird es auch hier hinbekommen. Darber hinaus funktioniert das Gert, wie man es erwarten darf, der Betrieb ist durchweg stabil und zuverlssig.
Fazit: Von Steetek” gibt es hier einen guten Switch, der seine Funktion erfllt, ohne dabei nennenswerte Mngel aufzuweisen. Da auch der Preis der Leistung angemessen erscheint, kann eine Kaufempfehlung mit gutem Gewissen ausgesprochen werden. Sollte sich an diesem Eindruck noch etwas ndern, wird es hier nachgetragen.

This switcher is a great gadget.
It’s got a strong metal case and is well built. It has rubber feet to keep it in place on your desk and prevent it from scratching surfaces too. The case has good ventilation and it doesn’t get too hot in use.
The supplied cables are all good quality with secure connectors. It’s handy that it features USB inputs as well as HDMI inputs.
It’s very easy to use – literally plug and play – your computer recognises everything you plug in.
The switching process is very easy takes just a few seconds and is obviously massively better than fiddling around with wires behind your devices which is the alternative if you don’t have enough ports. You have to press a button manually – no remote control – so bear in mind that you need to place this switcher within easy reach for it to be useful.

Ein genialer Switch mit ordentlicher Leistung, super Begleiter fr Home Office und natrlich auch andere Lsungen
Mit 4 Eingngen per HDMI und einem Ausgang, kann man vier Rechner / Notebooks / Gerte mit zwei einem Monitor parallel betreiben und mit einem Knopfdruck die Ausgabe der PCs entsprechend steuern. Das gleiche funktioniert andersherum mit den USB-Anschlssen, man hat vier Eingnge (fr Tastatur und Maus, Headset, USB Stick, Drucker, etc.) und entsprechend je Kanal einen Ausgang fr die angeschlossenen Gerte. Sehr praktisch, dass man auch hierbei alle Peripheriegerte hat, aber an 4 verschiedenen Systemen nutzen kann.
Per Knopfdruck am Gert kann man schnell (etwa 2-3 Sekunden Ladezeit) zwischen den Gerten wechseln. Ich habe zwei Notebooks und einen PC angeschlossen und betreibe diese somit nur an einem groen Monitor, auch nur eine Tastatur und Maus sind nun notwendig. Fr den Home-Office betrieb ein absoluter Vorteil.
Bildbertragung ist ohne Fehler und Verzgerungen, also keine Latenzen beim Bewegen der Maus oder tippen der Tastatur. 4K Auflsung bei 60Hz werden auf jeden Fall untersttzt, fr die ganzen 120Hz oder mehr Gaming Monitore ist dieser Switch nicht mehr ausreichend, aber ist auch eher im Interesse der Office Anwender.
Verarbeitung lsst keine Wnsche brig, alle Buchsen bieten einen ordentlichen Halt fr den Stecker, nichts wackelt. Betrieben wird das ganze nur ber Micro USB mit einem 5V 1A Anschluss.
Da allerdings nur USB 2.0 Anschlsse vorhanden sind, somit die bertragung der Daten von einem USB Stick / externe Festplatte etwas Zeit nimmt und nicht mehr so modern ist, ziehe ich einen Stern ab, auch wre hier mit einem neueren Anschluss die Ladezeit deutlich verkrzt. Wenn man allerdings nur Tastatur / Maus / Drucker / Scanner / Headset verwendet, reicht USB 2.0 natrlich absolut aus.
Darf es etwas mehr sein ... ? 😅

Der Switch eignet sich super, wenn es mehr als 2 PCs in der Nhe gibt, die man parallel betreiben und nicht immer Kabel umstecken mchte 🙂
Die Verarbeitung ist insgesamt sehr gut und wertig.
Ein CE- / FCC-Prfzeichen gibt es allerdings nicht.
Er hat lediglich ein USB 2.0 Interface, was etwas schade ist.
Die Bestromung erfolgt entweder per Micro-USB oder USB-A (sofern angeschlossen).
Der Switch macht keine Gerusche, was ich sehr gut finde.
Es knnen bis zu 4 USB 2.0 Gerte angeschlossen werden.
Das Umschalten funktioniert einwandfrei.
Er bertragt bei mir WQHD mit 144Hz, was absolut top ist!
Da derzeit kein Preis angegeben ist, kann ich diese nicht bewerten. Insgesamt performt der Switch aus meiner Sicht sehr gut und zuverlssig, weshalb er von mir 4 solide Sterne bekommt 🙂

Great for my work, I have to use few computers and it works brilliant for what I wanted. Exactly as expected.
The box itself is really solid, made of steel with a tough coating and is supplied with cables.
Setting up was very easy.
Great buy, but not compatible with dual monitors or wireless mouse
The device arrives well packaged in a cardboard box, the device arrived with no damage or defects.
The device is a grey colour which would be more ideal in black to blend in with the rest of the computing dcor, however I don’t actually have this device on show, so this isn’t an issue for me at all.
The device has worked well, not only has it saved space and tidied up the mound of cables I had tangled up, but it has given me the ability to switch between devices in just a few seconds. Before I got this device, it was a nightmare to switch devices having to unplug and re-plug things in, my life is so much easier now.
The device also allows 4K resolution, which is compatible with my computer set up, so the images are crisp and clear, this has made a noticeable different when gaming.
The only downside that would be nice to see in future models would be the ability to use this for dual monitors as it isn’t compatible with my dual monitors, I also had issues with my wireless mouse so you need the mouse connected with a cable for it to work.
Overall, I am happy with the device and it has improved day to day switching between devices, there are just a couple more things I would like to see to make it perfect for me.

Im Test: KVM Switch HDMI 4 Ports
Im Gegensatz zu den anderen Switches die ich bisher testen durfte haben wir hier den Vorteil das wir 4 USB 2.0 Anschlsse haben, das sind 1-2 mehr als gewhnlich.
Praktisch: Durch LED’s wird angezeigt an welchem Port grad ein Signal anliegt. Natrlich liegt nur ein HDMI Kabel bei, dafr sind aber alle anderen vorhanden.
Ich benutze gerne Switches, da einfach kein Platz vorhanden ist fr die ganzen PC’s (USFF , Tower PC’s etc) und noch zustzliche Monitore.
Bisher funktioniert alles, bei einem anderen Switch ist es mir passiert das ich nach ein paar Monaten Probleme mit meiner Logitech Tastatur bekam. Tasten wurden mehrfach gedrckt oder gar nicht. Hier bisher nicht.

The KVM Switch makes it so much better quality and i can use a few monitors at once which I really benefit from and defiently is everything I thought it would be, It has a ultra HD button control compared to others I’ve had this one’s got more going for it than others.
Easy to connect to the monitors without an issue and the graphics look so much better using this HDMI 4 Ports, I would definitely recommend for an office or for Home use which I am doing and makes it allot better while doing a few things on my computer.
Klasse Switch und völlig unkomplizie
Einfacher wie bei diesem Switch geht es kaum, wer sich ein wenig mit dem Anschlu von Bildschirm, Tastatur und Maus am PC auskennt, wird mit diesem Switch seine Freude haben wenn es darum geht diese Gerte mit mehreren PCs zu teilen.
Der KVM Switch ist super verarbeitet, sehr robust, verfgt ber 4 PC Anschlsse und hat 4 USB 2.0 Ports um USB Devices am Switch zu betreiben und zu teilen. Ein Stromanschluss ist nicht erforderlich, kann aber ber Micro USB DC 5V hergestellt werden, das Kabel liegt bei.
Fr jeden PC steht ein HDMI Port und ein USB Anschluss zur Verfgung, so dass der Switch als Hub fr den jeweils aktiven PC arbeitet. Ideal um Tastatur, Maus um Webcam zu teilen und dann ist immer noch ein Port frei um z.B. ein Speichergert zu teilen, fr alle welche die PCs nicht vernetzen wollen oder falls einige PCs im VPN hngen. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass nur USB 2.0 untersttzt wird aber sind wir mal ehrlich: Wer Massendaten teilt macht das ber eine schnelle Netzwerkverbindung und nicht ber einen PC Switch. Fr ein paar Bilder oder mp3 Dateien reicht das allemal. Webcam, Maus und Keyboard haben damit kein Problem.
Umgeschaltet wird vorne an der Front, ich gehe davon aus, dass es auch ber die Tastatur geht, habe das aber noch nicht getestet.
Das HDMI Signal wird 1a durcbgeschleust, so dass am Bildschirm kein Unterschied zwischen Switch und Direktanschluss erkennbar ist.
Alles in allem ein super Gert, ideal auch um zwischen Homeoffice und Privat PC zu wechseln. Der Preis ist bei der Leistung und Verarbeitung absolut gerechtfertigt.

A switch can be helpful in the home, not just the server room
With the shift to working from home these days the chances are that a lot more people are having to juggle a personal and work computer in the same desk space wherever the home “office” gets situated.
While KVM (keyboard, video and monitor) switches are normally more likely to be found in a server room, if you’re having to juggle several devices at home you may find a use for one.
Having been working at home for over a year now, I’ve made the best I can out of my home “office” (read corner of the lounge), which has to cater for me working on my large monitor with my personal desktop computer, my work laptop, or just watching something off a streaming stick or DVD player. Unfortunately, the monitor I chose is rather slow switching video inputs and it doesn’t always seem to register the switch the first time.
As I was otherwise happy with the performance of the monitor I decided to try this switch to help overcome this issue.
On the front of the switch there are four push buttons to switch between the different inputs, a power light and 4 USB-A 2.0 ports for connecting keyboards, mice and other peripherals (such as a webcam) you want to share between your computers.
At the rear there are 4 pairs of HDMI and USB-B inputs, allowing you to connect up to 4 computers, the HDMI out, which supports a claimed 4k resolution at 60Hz, the on/off switch and a micro-USB port to provide power.
Included in the box are 4 stick on feet, 4 USB-B to USB-A cables to connect your computers to the switch, a HDMI cable to connect the switch to your monitor and a USB-A to micro-USB cable for power. You do need to supply your own HDMI cables for your computers or other source devices, meaning you can choose the right length cable for the job and don’t end up with spare cable should any supplied be too short for where they need to connect between..
Set-up is as simple as plugging in cables from your source devices, keyboard and mouse and connecting the HDMI cable to your monitor. And checking the power is on (I think I accidentally managed to press the power switch when putting the KVM into its intended final position).
The input selection buttons on the front are each accompanied by a pair of LED lights, The top green light indicates the source is currently selected, while the bottom amber light indicates a computer is connected to the corresponding USB input on the rear. If you’re in a domestic environment like me and also using the switch to toggle the input for a DVD player or streaming stick you won’t get any indication that anything is live on that input – not an issue for this device’s intended environment but something to bear in mind if this is used at home.
Anyway, essentially this device just works. I was able to switch which computer I was using without issue and without have to unplug and plug in devices each time I switched.
While I do have a couple of minor issues, these are more from the point of view of using this in a domestic environment and probably wouldn’t be issues in an office server room. They are as follows:
The USB ports are all USB 2.0. Given it’s 2021 now I’d have liked to see USB 3.0 in case I need to copy some large files to a USB stick.
Using micro-USB for the power input. Personally I try to avoid any devices still using this connector in 2021, USB-C would be appreciated due to there being more chance of having an appropriate cable going spare in the future if the supplied cable gets damaged
Still with the micro-USB, I found the cable was actually a bit short for where I needed to put the switch. Fortunately I did have a longer cable I could use but a longer cable could be supplied.
Do all the ports for the USB hub need to be on the front? While it might mean making the device a little longer, a couple on the back for device you’re not likely to want to remove that often (e.g. your keyboard and mouse) with one or two on the front for things that might get moved more often (e.g. a USB stick) would perhaps be more flexible and allow better cable management.

Den KVM Switch habe ich meinem Schwiegersohn zu Testen berlassen, weil er als Softwareentwickler im Homeoffice mit mehreren Gerten arbeiten muss.
Im Lieferumfang enthalten: 1x Switch, 1x HDMI-Kabel, 4x USB-Kabel (fr Verbindung zw.
Switch und PCs), 1x USB-Strom-Kabel, Anleitung.
Die Verarbeitung ist gut, stabiles Gehuse aus Metall, alle Knpfe haben einen guten
Druckpunkt, alle Aufdrucke sind gut zu lesen
Der Aufbau ist simpel. Die Anleitung gibt sehr gut vor, was wohin
gehrt oder wie man es bedient. Allerdings ist sie nur auf Englisch.
Der Switch bildet bei mehreren PC’s (mindestens 2) eine Art Schaltzentrale.
Er kann die einzelnen Computer identifizieren und somit die Daten bei Bedarf nur an bestimmte Computer senden. Zudem kann ein Switch gleichzeitig Daten senden und empfangen.
Mein Schwiegersohn kann nun 2 PCs mit jeweils einem HDMI- und einem USB-Kabel
anschlieen und am Switch auswhlen, mit welchem PC er kommunizieren mchte.
Das heit, die Eingaben der Tastatur, Maus oder Webcam gehen an den jeweils
ausgewhlten PC. Auerdem wird vom ausgewhlten PC das Bild per HDMI an
den Monitor gesendet.
Dementsprechend hat er eine Maus und eine Tastatur weniger auf dem
Schreibtisch und kann die Webcam fr beide PCs verwenden.
Alle USB-Gerte wurden korrekt erkannt, die Anzeige zeigte das Bild vom ausgewhlten PC an.
Das Monitorbild hat sich stets schnell angepasst und die Eingaben der USB-Gerte wurden richtig weitergeleitet. Der Switch macht genau das, was es soll und ist dabei schnell.
Es wre schn gewesen, wenn noch ein Netzteil fr das USB-Strom-Kabel dabei gewesen wre.
Leider untersttzt der Switch nur USB 2.0
Ansonsten ein gutes ntzliches Gert, um Platz auf dem Schreibtisch zu sparen.

Reasonably priced and multi-functional hdmi/usb switcher.
This switching device comes in a plain cardboard box with four usb-b to usb-a cables, a micro usb cable and a hdmi cable. All of the cables feel like good quality and are of a decent length so you should be able to reach from a desk to a variety of devices. You also get a set of self-stick rubber feet so no problems with it slipping around after putting them on.
The included instructions are basic because the device is fully plug and play so it’s very simple to get up and running.
Good for those scenarios where you are looking to reduce cable clutter from controlling multiple devices such as consoles, windows pc and mini-computers like the raspberry pi. You can easily use a single monitor, keyboard and mouse to control four different devices at the press of a button. The switch takes about 5 seconds to swap over from one output to another so it’s a lot less disruptive than swapping cables manually. This is also handy if your output device (monitor/projector/tv) has limited hdmi inputs, this is good for expanding the number of devices you can have connected at a given time.
The device does everything as advertised, I literally cannot fault this. If I were to really think about an issue it would be the colour chosen for the device, as black would fit in a bit more but I don’t really care all that much. In my setup I am always within arms reach of the device so I don’t personally need a remote but I could see some people needing the ability to change devices at a distance and at this price point a remote wouldn’t be a bad idea honestly.
As it stands this switcher isn’t that much more expensive than a 4k@60hz hdmi switcher but it also has the ability to swap a set of four usb 2.0 devices at the same time so it’s well worth the extra cost. It combines the functions of a HDMI switcher and a USB switcher into one compact unit for a reasonable cost.
This can solve a lot of problems, if your looking for something like this buy it!
Here we have a KVM switch that I thought might come in handy for my home office so thought let’s give it a go and test one out.
I was a bit sceptical about how these kinds of devices work but I had to change my mind. It was remarkably straightforward to install, and the cables in the box allow you to perform everything you would require from a KVM switch. The USB ports on the device are very effective for connecting a mouse and a keyboard… therefore, every time you switch from one PC to another you can manage everything from there. Switching between devices is not immediate, but I think this is reasonable (like when attaching an external mouse or keyboard). I’m utilising it to connect a PC, MacBook, and laptop to the same monitor and it works effectively. Obviously, if you use the audio delivered on the HDMI cable, you must remember that the audio signal of the active PC device will play through monitor. The material with which the switch is constructed from is robust and with this system I have also solved space problems. I recommend it especially to those who require several devices switched on at the same time.

Das Gehuse des KVM Switches ist aus Stahlblech und wirkt gut verarbeitet und stabil. Die Anschlsse fr die Computer und den Montior liegen auf der Rckseite, an der Front befinden sich 4 Taster zum Umschalten und ein 4 Port USB 2.0 Hub fr Tastatur und sonstige Peripheriegerte.
Die Bildqualitt im 1080p Modus wird durch den KVM Switch nicht beeinflusst, nach dem Umschalten dauert es etwa 1-2 Sekunden bis Maus/Tastatur funktionieren. Leider liegen dem Set nur 4 USB Kabel und ein HDMI Kabel bei, fr die Computer muss man also noch 4 HDMI Kabel dazukaufen.
Schliet man an den USB Hub einen USB Stick an kann man mit diesem schn Daten zwischen zwei Computern austauschen wenn z.B. einer der Computer keine Verbindung zum Internet haben soll. Da leider nur USB 2.0 Untersttzt wird dauert die bertragung bei groen Dateien aber etwas.
FAZIT:

Spart einigen Platz und Ressource
Bekanntlich knnen richtig gute Monitore ganz schn ins Geld gehen, wobei die Unterbringung von mehreren Gertes durchaus auch eine Platzfrage darstellt, wenn der Schreibtisch ohnehin schon vollgestellt ist
Wer mehrere PCs/ Rechner (hier bis zu 4) mit jeweils leistungsfhiger Grafikkarte besitzt, hat oder z. B. auch aktuell im Home-Office privat und dienstlich nutzt, steht hier vor einem lsbaren Problem. Denn solch ein 4 Port-HDMI Switch kann vergleichsweise gnstig Abhilfe schaffen, sofern man jeweils den HDMI-Port bemht, der natrlich die Bild- und Tonsignale extrahieren kann. Dabei ist wohl auch die Nutzung einer Konsole mglich, sofern das (groe) TV-Gert hier nicht genutzt wird. Die Darstellung aktueller, hochauflsender Formate in 4K ist selbstverstndlich mglich, also 3840×2160@60Hz.
Aber nicht nur die gemeinsame Nutzung eines Monitors ist mit diesem Switch mglich, denn das wre auch nur die halbe Miete. Mittels mehrerer USB 2.0-Anschlsse lassen sich nmlich tatschlich auch Gerte wie Drucker, USB-Laufwerke, Speicher etc. gemeinsam nutzen. Auch das spart Platz sowie Ressourcen und ist sehr praktisch. Die drahtlose Nutzung von elementaren Eingabegerten (Tastatur, Maus) versteht sich dabei fast schon von selbst und klappt einwandfrei, wobei Bluetooth (Maus, Tastatur) hier allerdings auen vor bleibt.
Das eigentliche Switchen klappt stets schnell ber die vier Tasten auf der Vorderseite des KVM Switch-Gertes.
Die Optik und Verarbeitung des Steetek Switch HDMI 4 Port gefallen mir ansonsten, wobei das angenehm flache Gert nur einen gewissen Platz beansprucht und dabei alle Kabel und Stecker sicher und fest halten. Bei etwaigen Problemen in der Darstellung/ beim Ton o. . kann die Verwendung anderer Kabel sinnvoll sein, einfach einmal ausprobieren ! Weiteres Zubehr (Kabel, Fernbedienung etc.) gibt es hier allerdings nicht, ist in der Preisklasse aber auch nicht zu. erwarten.
Fazit: Alles in allem eine sinnvolle Anschaffung, die bislang keine wesentlichen Schwchen zeigt (zumindest bei meiner Gerte-Konstellation). Somit gibt es hier aktuell vier Punkte, wobei leider weder eine (z. B. 1-Jahres-) Herstellergarantie, noch eine Rckerstattung (z. B. innerhalb von 30 Tagen ausgesprochen werden.

If like me you need to control multiple computers simultaneously with a single monitor and a single keyboard and mouse then for me a KVM switch is still essential.
I have two laptops one iOS and one Windows 10, plus two PCs that need to be used at various points in the day and the option to switch over quickly without messing around with cables and peripherals is invaluable for time management, cable management and general ease of use. I don’t necessarily need to be using all 4 at once but I may need to switch from personal to work computers at varying times and this gives me an easy no fuss solution.
This is a brilliant device that is exceptionally well engineered and thought out with the end user in mind. It’s a premium device that once set up can be forgotten about until needed.
No unreliable software needed or to constantly be messing around in computer settings to control several unnecessary monitors, no additional micr or keyboards. Run 4 computers off 1 monitor, 1 mouse and 1 keyboard. It’s that simple and it’s very effective especially in a home setting where valuable space is at a premium. Makes switching between work to personal to gaming pc effortless and with that comes more time to get on with the job in hand.
If you have a similar situation and needs then all I can say is that this is essential for me and it makes life far simpler than it was before.

Gute Lösung für einen Multi-Rechner aufbau
Ich betreibe mehrere Compunter an einem Monitor. Neben einem Windows PC, luft hier ein Chromebook, ein Mac Mini und noch ein Gaming Laptop. Diese sind bisher alle an einen Monitor angeschlossen.
Leider hat dieser Monitor nur 2 HDMI Anschlsse. Was dann zum hufigen Ein und Ausstpseln der verschiedenen Gerte gefhrt hat.
Das hat sich mit diesem Switch erledigt. Ohne Probleme lassen sich hier verschiedene Gerte verbinden und es kann einfach umgeschaltet werden
Der Aufbau des Switches ist sehr robut!
Well constructed
This is a solid, outwardly looking well made unit with four ports to enable connection from four different sources to one monitor. The metal case is sturdy and, despite having a warning not to open it up because there are no user serviceable parts inside, I cannot see any way that you would be able to open this up to see the wiring even if you wanted to; hence I am only able to state it is outwardly a well made unit.
Various different leads are supplied, but their quality is perhaps not quite up to that of the unit and I will be swapping these out for some of my own.
Works great with Windows PCs and Linux Mi
This device really simplified my workspace, in which space is at a premium. I’m running a windows 10 mini desktop as my home computer, a windows 10 laptop for remote working, a Windows XP workstation for legacy work stuff, and a Linux Mint mini computer – all need to share the same 32″ TV. Previously I was toggling inputs, swapping cables, swapping mouse/keyboard – not ideal. Now, I’ve got all 4 units sharing the TV and one wireless mouse/keyboard. The Windows units work fantastic – the Linux machine seems to have trouble playing nice with the wireless keyboard/mouse. At first, it wasn’t working. Then, I rebooted and got Linux to work, but somehow it neutralized the Windows connectivity with the mouse/keyboard (all 3 machines). I have a feeling I can get it to work eventually, but have to do some troubleshooting.
