Gute Trainingsmatte, wenn man mehr Bewegungsfreiheit brauch
Auf der Suche nach einer groen Trainingsmatte habe ich mich fr diese entschieden. Zweck ist Kettelbelltraining. Normale Matten waren mir fr Turkish Get Up zu klein. Diese passt wunderbar.
Great home exercise matt.
Item only 7mm thick but is dense and durable. I use it for kettlebell and not a mark on it. At 6″2 I’d like it to be longer but it is a good size in general.

Great black thick exercise mat would have been more value for money if it had been the same size again I.e double the size. It’s expensive for the size of it BUT it’s very good.
Great size
Very good mats. I bought 2 for my wife to cover a larger training area. Reasonable thickness and appears to be quite durable. Would buy another. They also came with a skipping rope.
You get what you pay fo
A bit pricey but well worth the money. First 2 days it slid a bit on the carpet but then I put some 2kg weights on the side it keeps sliding and it stayed in place. Very well built in terms of bounce protection when using for HIIT

Sturdy ma
I bought this to go on a wooden floor in a bedroom that we use as a gym. I put a smaller yoga mat on top for my pilates and yoga classes. The mat is firm and non slip. It does not move about, it is just what I wanted after looking for ages at all the gym mats online.

Best mat I have ever used. Fantastic size and material and easy to clean. Not too soft, not too hard, considering that I have spinal disk hernias and few mats are comfortable for me.
I don’t know how durable it is on the long run but the durability on cat claws is confirmed.
NB: it’s a little bit smaller than the main image suggests.

This is a great thick fitness mat, Me and my wife do weights and exercises at home and always suffer with our wooden flooring being hard.
Its perfect for those exercises such as sit up were I need to lay down and often found the flooring hurt my lower back. Another great thing about using a mat is preventing damage to your own floor.
I did not slip when using this thanks to the double sided slip free design.
Overall I am very happy with this.

Expensive for a good reason, material alone is 3x the cheap mat we have to replace every few months. We wear trainer and do a lot of HIT exercises, having a good solid mat is essential for us. We love this large exercise mat as I no longer running out of mat space.
Thickness is as advertised 7mm, although it comes with a nice storage bag this is heavy to be transport or move around. Bottom side has lots of round dots which grip to our short carpet really well. Given it is a heavy mat there is no slip or sliding.
The skipping rope has very smooth bearings on each handle, I was not expecting that and it makes speed skipping rope a lot easier and faster.

It’s thick, roughly the size of 2 normal sized yoga mats laid side by side and is pretty thick. No problems so far, the initial unpleasant smell that the mat gave off dissipated quite quickly.
I’ll update if I notice any problems with the mat.

HIIT and Yoga cannot fault i
I absolutely love this mat. It is quite heavy and though it could be carried to lass its size and wight make me feel its just little big and heave to take so I will definitely use for home exercise and of course on line classes. It is big enough to take 2 if needed but I only occasionally work with and one so usually have it all to my self. It is quite thick and I find it comfortable to lie on. It is roomy enough to take my full body and when doing exercises such as mountain climbers it does not slip or moves at all I have used it for a HIIT class and some separate Yoga exercises and I cannot fault i

I was worried about putting exercise equipment on this after reading other reviews. So I took out a little extra insurance and put double sided gorilla tape under each corner. After many uses on the treadmill and elliptical I do not see any signs of of it coming apart.
