I drink far too much coffee now!
I love the look of my little coffee machine, it’s really cute!
Sometimes the frother doesn’t froth as much as I’d like but most of the time it does.
Sometimes the pods drop straight down so you have to pull the tray out to retrieve them.
I always have a big cup so never use the coffee catcher and therefore there is nothing to catch drips because I’m not going to stick that back in everything. So they could have done with making it an inch taller so to have 2 drip catchers. Saying that, it doesn’t drip a lot.
In the main, I love it. Lots of coffee choices too.

This machine is the best coffee machine we have had, the coffee is amazing, the milk frothy is fantastic, I would recommend.
Excellent ki
This was bought for the upstairs of the house, for when cold winter mornings don’t invite climbing out of bed early. I don’t know if it’s the most economical but it’s certainly very good and does exactly what I want of it.
The instruction book is clear, the quick guide card far too small for this old person to read, and the resultant coffee very good. I’m happy with it.

Great Machine
We have previously had an AEG Lavazza Coffee Machine with a built in frother so we knew that we wanted another Lavazza Machine. This one had the best reviews and was a favourable price so we purchased the Black model. The coffee it produces is excellent with a lovely creamy top which I guess it about as good as you can get outside of a coffee house!! It is also easy to clean and does not take up much room on the work surface. All in all an excellent purchase and highly recommended.
Best Coffee Ever!
This is the best coffee I have ever tasted! The machine is so easy to use, it’s not a huge contraption which takes up too much space. The milk is so frothy and the coffee is the perfect temperature. I’ve had the machine since Xmas and can’t fault it!
Very easy to use
So easy to use, 9 pods supplied for tasting, very well packaged, easy to clean and maintain. The milk frother is brilliant, remember to warm the milk before pressing the button on the coffee!! It is nice and compact and doesn’t take up very much space so would fit even in a smaller kitchen side. Overall really pleased with the Lavazza a modo Mio Jolie & Milk Coffee Machine and recommend.

After 2 previous different branded coffee machines, this one is fabulous! So easy to use, and loving my cappuccinos, with the froth setting. Hot chocolate’s and lattes are a hit with other members of the family.

The coffee the machine makes is superb however it is worth looking at Lavazza subscription for the coffee pods as they are discounted if you go for subscription.
Nice wee machine
Bought this machine for a family member who enjoys a cappuccino out and about so thought this would be the right machine to break him into having something nice but easy to use at home. It’s basic – basically two buttons for the pod itself and the separate milk frother. It does all a good milky, frothy coffee. Would recommend this machine for someone who doesn’t want fussy coffees but still something better than instant!!

Machine just arrived and OMG I love it! I’ve had loads of coffee machines but this is The One. Coffee tastes great, the milk frother creates thick creamy cappuccino milk and it’s so compact on the worktop. It’s really easy to use, so simple yet gives such great results. The milk from the frother was so yummy I spooned the last bit out! This is the best machine coffee I’ve ever achieved at home and I was lucky enough to buy it half price on a Warehouse offer! I don’t ever want to be without it now.. it’s a great little machine, buy one you won’t regret it.
Nice coffee
This is the second machine I have had, the first one was a disaster it never worked properly. This is better. It does make a good cup of coffee but I always us boiling water in the dispenser.

Works very well, coffee produced not as hot as we would like it, but the addition of boiling water in the cup once made soon rectifies this. Milk frother is wonderful. Pleased with this so far.

It was only after taking delivery and unpacking my wife and I realised we never have our coffee without cream or froth. This was an error on our part! Never mind we know have excellent wedding present.

My previous a modo mio machine started to fail after 11 years of good service. This one is simple to use, and makes great coffee. The electric milk frother is particularly good.
Good design, robust and lovely coffee
The neatness of the design with the milk frother attached to the main unit is a good feature. It means you only need one plug to power both functions. The unit is small, meaning there is not huge storage of used capsules in the system and you do need to keep an eye on this otherwise when you attempt to place a new pod in it can cause a few issues. That said it is really simple to use and clean and the frother works extremely well, enabling you, through its different functions, to create different coffees. Used with Lavazza pods and compatible ones both producing excellent results. highly recommend.
Had been considering purchasing one of these for a while and finally did. Found it easy to use. No mess. Makes a coffee as quickly as it takes a kettle to boil. A bleep tells you when milk is ready. Milk is lovely and frothy. Easy to clean and put back together. I find the flavours are not bitter, compared to some coffee shops, which I prefer. Only downside would be that like a coffee shop the coffee does not stay warm for very long. But overall very pleased.
Amazing product. If you like Lavazza coffee. Espresso shots are perfect every time. Milk is perfect every time. Small and very nicely designed. Have been using frequently for about a month. Make sure to get the eco pods as you can put them into your compost when used in most places.

Easy to use and very quie
Got this machine to replace another Lavazza coffee machine and this one is much quicker! You can warm and froth the milk while the coffee is being dispensed. We are really pleased with it so far!

great coffee, so-so machine
Makes a great cup of coffee, easily superior to any other pod machine I’ve used. Bit finicky to use however, not helped by the instructions which seem to have been written by a) someone who hasn’t used the machine before and b) someone who has never written a set of instructions before.
Small and makes perfect coffee
I am So impressed with this coffee machine. It is so small, compact, looks good, is so easy to use and makes good coffee. However, one of the most impressive parts is the stand alone milk frothier. Not only dies it froth the milk, it heats it up to a decent temperature so that cappuccinos are hot to drink. It’s amazing! I’m gutted I didn’t stumble across it years ago. I definitely recommend it!

Got this as a gift for my house mate, it’s incredible. The coffee that comes out tastes way better than I anticipated. Trumps nespresso IMO as you end up paying close to a third of the price for a pod in comparison. Cheaper, tastier. What’s not to like?

Superb strong coffee every time
At last a coffee machine that actually makes decent, strong coffee that tastes as coffee should rather than like weak Starbucks. The Italians know what they’re doing; unlike Nespresso who know they appeal to the mass market and their coffee tastes like it…oh so ordinary. When I tried this at a friend’s house I knew it was what I’d been looking for and the froth makes it more like a flat white than a cappuccino. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Creating coffee as you've always wanted it to taste
Brilliant coffee every time! I bought a Lavazza Jolie Plus about 4 months ago and I haven’t made coffee any other way since it arrived. It creates a totally different drink and a drink from which there’s no going back. This is coffee at its best. For those who enjoy milk in their coffee the frother does a marvellous job of making the drink look and taste extremely good.
Since buying mine I’ve treated others to the same as a birthday or a house warming gift and each time it’s been received with great thanks.
My advice. Buy one, you’ll not regret it. And at 21p a cup you have nothing to lose!

Great coffee from a good looking machine which does not use up much space on the work surface. It’s a bit noisy but i’m told all pod machines are. Although the emphasis is on simplicity, it has a few neat touches: you can ‘programme’ the buttons to dispense just the right amount of coffee for you, although it’s a bit annoying that there is no easy way to reset to default values. The range of pods looks impressive on paper, but is dwarfed in the shops by the choice for Nespresso. Also, my wife only drinks decaffeinated and found their decaf ‘bitter’; this is unfortunate as Lavazza only have one decaf in the range ! My main reason for buying Lavazza was the promise of compostable pods, which is a great idea for eco nerds like me, but I cannot find them in the shops and at an eye watering 3.40 delivery for a small box of 6 compostable pods (2.20) from Lavazza UK HQ, they work out at just under 1 a coffee! Disappointing, but the coffee is that popular in our house that we will just have to put up with it.
The machine is compact and well made. The milk frother is integral with the blender which is handy as only one plug is required, but it spoils the looks of the machine a bit as it looks as though it has been stuck on the side. The machine is easy to use and is quite quick. There’s a large choice of coffees available, but you may have to go to the larger supermarkets to buy the pods, and even then there may only be a limited choice, not the full range. I would definitely buy another. The coffee is good quality and is good value at 21p per cup.
Arrived a bit earlier than scheduled. Unpacked it, cleaned it as instructions then made a lovely coffee. The milk frother can run at the same time. Excellent product, excellent coffee and easy to use once you’ve read the instructions. Comes with 9 sample pods. Nice and compact and the black model looks nice on the kitchen worktop.
