Incredible! Worth every penny
Straight up, I can confirm that the jug part and lid can go in the dishwasher. It’s in the instructions, but not really in the product description above. This is a brilliant bit of kit, so much easier to clean than previous devices, mostly because the milk never sticks, not ever, never! We use full fat 4% milk. Looks really smart too.
Takes slightly longer than previous devices, but not really a big deal, given how little time you spend cleaning it!

I love this milk frothier. It blends and heats up the milk to the perfect temperature. I use this to mix a turmeric drink with the milk. It blends perfectly. Also cleans well too.

Neat design and way more efficient than my Nespresso milk frother, it heats the milk really well and is able to manage hot chocolate! Given as a gift to a relative who quickly got used to it and it now gets used 4-5 times a day. Slight wobble when filled to max level, it looks like the rubber/plastic feet aren’t quite level. Neat warning system if the agitator isn’t on the plinth correctly. Minor gripe is separating the frother whisk cover if you want cappuccino. Stainless steel jug goes in the dishwasher.
Easy to clean milk frothe
The frother worked really well, it has a gadget clipped to the lid, 2 parts, leave both parts connected and drop over the inner metal plug for hot milk with a “bit of foam” or prise out the inner part and use that by itself for LOTS of foam…. one touch usage and really easy to clean under the tap or in the dishwasher. Really simple and easy to use.

GREAT PRODUCT. Froths the milk as good as any cafe! Great for Cappuchino coffees or for a hot chocolate. Much better than my previous expensive coffee machine ever did.
Fantastic and so easy to clea
First off-the reviews that say this doesn’t foam – you have to remove the smooth disc!! It has two modes, just heat, or heat and foam, and you have to just remove the smooth disc which comes pre attached and if you don’t read the instructions it’s easy to miss!! Easy to rinse off or dishwasher, takes about 2 mins to heat a cup of milk so similar to microwave but you get foam too. Can also use for hot choc aka hotel chocolat velvetiser.
Excellent milk frothe
Very quiet machine during operation and with the removable stainless steel jug it is extremely easy to clean. It also means that no water goes near the unit which could affect the electrics. It can make up to two cappuccino coffees and plenty of froth. The magnetic frother that attaches to Inside of the jug is also an excellent idea as it means there are no holes in the jug itself to cause problems. Would highly recommend this product.
Simple and easy perfect milk every time.
Bought this to accompany a Nespresso machine, as liked the the design of the device, especially with the handle to help pouring. Machine creates perfect latte and cappucino milk every time, and is incredibly easy to use – with only one button to press. You don’t need to think about things, all you need to do is pop the metallic device in, pour the milk, press the button and wait until you get things.
Lavazza brand and simplicty of the frother eventually led me to get a Lavazza capsule machine too!
So easy to clea
It’s pricey but so worth the extra few bob. Have always hated cleaning frothers but so easy with this as you can put straight in the dishwasher. Also, milk frothing is perfect every time. Highly recommend!
Favourite buy of the yea
Absolutely love this machine. Elegant design and compact so it doesn’t take up much space on the worktop. Heats and froths milk perfectly (when setting up for the first time make sure you’ve separated the 2 cog type attachments and fitted the right one for frothing). Whole milk works best but I’ve also tried semi-skimmed and it worked.
Best feature compared to other milk frothers is how easy the jug is to clean. Just rinse under the tap after use and you’ll have no issues.
Been using this everyday for a month to enjoy lattes, no issues, highly recommended.
Weren't sure which one to go fo
I had been waiting to decide which milk frother would be most suitable, after some research this one doesn’t use any toxic non stick coatings as seen with most Teflon coated frothers.
Initially with using almond milk I attempted making a matcha, it wasn’t frothy at all.
Then using both regular semi skimmed milk and also batista plant milks, I got a very nicely frothy matcha/hit chocolate.
You have two attachments that go into the middle of the frother. One is tye smooth one that combines to the cog like attachment, the smooth one is to blend, the cog one is to help froth. The attachment spins with magnetism.
First class milk frothe
It is so easy to use and to clean, just rinse out and leave to drain. It just does what it promises and was well worth purchasing.

Makes enough for one Latte/Cappuccino. Nice froth and ready to drink temperature. Must use knotched widget and whole milk for best results.
Excellent milk frother and heate
Great bit of equipment. Not the cheapest but does a great job. Really like the magnetic operation which means the jug is solid stainless steel and easy to clean. Also dishwasher friendly.
I’m sure like many, used the ‘quick-start’ manual, which really isn’t that clear, and just got warm milk a couple of times. Then when figured out separating the whisk from the hood, didn’t get best results first couple of times, but that might’ve been that particular milk. Since, almost get too much foam, no matter how much milk I use, so tend to set if off before I put the mocha pot on, so have enough time to knock out any big bubbles and to get a little more textured milk beneath the foam.
I bought mainly because I liked the separate jug from a cleaning perspective, but there are some very cool aspects to the design of this thing. It can rattle a little, but then, just reseat a little and it doesn’t. But the magnetic aspect of the whisk and hood thing, plus possibly induction heating of the jug, seems to work great. Just so easy to clean! While the stepped jug is a little strange to pour, and think it’s worth decanting into separate warmed jug.
All said, this is totally over the top gadget to just do one or two things, but I still like it. Plus, putting maximum amount of milk for foam is possibly only just enough for 2 cups. But then, it’s quick enough to do more than one and 99% of the time, I’m making coffee for myself. I don’t want to like this, especially after I saw it apparently available in red too, but there’s some really cool design features.
Fantastic Gadge
This is the best frother we have had so far. Better than Jura. We use lactose free milk, regular milk and oat milk in this — both, hot or cold — and the froth is always nice and light and just perfect. Easy to clean.

Use this every day either with aeropress coffee maker or for hot chocolate or a milky instant coffee.

Really good if you use the right milk!
Like many other people commented here, I was very disappointed with this milk frother at first. I was using fresh semi skimmed milk, so I changed to whole, but I couldn’t see any improvement really. So I started using long life semi skimmed milk, the tetra brick one, and I’m very pleased with the outcome. The foam gets even better if you do it cold first and then hot, or the other way around. I’m talking about the maximum amount of milk for foaming. If you do less you always get better results.

Quite good
This is a good product. Easy to clean and quite fast. Make sure the four rubber feet are firmly in place as one fell out of ours. Fortunately I found it and put it back. The milk is hot but not piping hot. But it is way way better than the built in frothers that come with a Nespresso machines. It is a little lighter than I expected. Beeps when ready which is cool when you are multi-tasking in the kitchen in the morning!
Better than the non-stick frothers
I’ve owned several frothers and this one may not produce the frothiest milk, it may be a little noisy but it is hands-down the best. Why? Its two-piece design means that the milk is frothed in a stainless steel jug that can be totally immersed in hot water to clean it (or even put in the dishwasher). Previous ‘non-stick’ one-piece frothers have always eventually developed a disgusting film of milk fat that couldn’t be removed and left a taint in the milk. This one, just rinse / wash after use and it’s perfect.
Update - Choose your milk wisely
Update – Ensure your milk has a high fat content, test a range of milks until you find one you’re happy with. Oatly’s barista edition works a treat giving the hot frothy goodness sought after.
If I wanted hot milk I’d use a pot, if I wanted cold froth I’d use a handheld electric whisk. I bought this to do provide hot frothy milk, unfortunately it can only provide cold froth or hot milk, not the hot frothy number I was expecting. Leaving this device failing to fulfill its potential. Will be returning.

Only really makes enough froth for one normal sized cup or mug…difficult to get the ‘crowns’ separated…it arrived with them together and took me 30 minutes to part them….also the ‘notched crown’, when using it for the froth, is difficult to get out of the milk container to clean…maybe as it’s plastic I should leave it in there!

we use semi skimmed milk and it froths great for coffee or hot chocolate, would froth more if a full fat milk used.takes about 21/2 mins for full mug of really hot milk then best of all pop the mug in the dishwasher.thoroughly recommend.

Great at frothing skimmed milk
The product is extremely easy to use. Just put in milk up to the marked line, shut the lid and press the button. 20 seconds later, you have frothy milk! We drink skimmed milk and we’re worried it wouldn’t work for this but actually it was far more frothy with the skimmed than when we tried with sem-skimmed. It can make enough for two cups at a time, unless you like a lot of froth, in which case it’s enough for one. But it’s so quick that it doesn’t matter if you have to do them separately. Washing the jug and lid is easy, takes a few seconds.

Since I purchased this milk frother, I cannnot have my coffee without adding the frothed milk, It makes such a difference. The coffee tastes amazing and it also makes an excellent cappuccino!
I was sceptic about it, as I read some of the reviews which were not great but, I decided to buy it and try it.
It does what it says it does! The milk becomes a creamy, fluffy and thick foam and it can be cold or hot. It is incredibly fast and easy to use as well as easy to clean. Excellent product. I am so pleased with it and glad I decided to go for it despite the bad reviews.

I was a little dubious about this after reading some of the reviews, but have to say I’m very pleased with this milk frother.
I have a Nespresso Vertuo machine, and the coffee was lukewarm at best, and we had to give it 10 seconds in the microwave. However, with a shot of milk from this Frother, the temperature is much hotter and the extra froth is very indulgent. I use semi skimmed milk with the corrugated disc and have no problems getting a nice rich froth. It is also very easy to clean which is an added bonus.
The best frother ever!
I’ve had a few well known branded coffee frothers and they all fail in one thing: milk sticks and burns on the non-stick interior. Well this Lavazza Frother stops that happening. The inside is all stainless steel and so no more scorched milk! I find it works perfectly with Lactofree milk and regular semi-skimmed. The froth is a cross between the thickness of a latte and a capuccino, but you can get a full froth with some tweeks to the process. It is marginally bigger than the frother I had before, but because it is black it fades into the counter space, so seems the same size. It is a well designed product that works so very well. Top marks!
Brilliant little device
Really good at its job. Thanks to the induction heating, milk doesn’t burn at the bottom and its a piece of cake to clean. Milk temperature could be higher thought, but it’s a small price to pay for the hassle free experience. The negative reviews claiming that the amount and stability of their froth wasn’t good enough cannot be blamed on the device. It works brilliantly, they may be using the wrong milk, the milk may not be cold enough, or they could have forgot to separate the mixing ring from its smooth cap prior to using it.
Easy to use and lots of froth!
I love this frother as it’s so easy to use and more importantly easy to clean! I use it mainly to make hot chocolate and it does so very effectively although for my liking it could do with being a bit hotter.
Delicious hot foamy milk for everyday use
Excellent milk frothier. I was never that bothered about frothy hot milk for my coffee and bought this primarily for hot chocolate. I’ve quickly found it addictive, however, and how use it twice a day for my coffee! So quick and easy to use and also to clean. Don’t quite understand why some of the bad reviews – it all comes down to the milk you use really. I’ve found the absolute top frothiest milk is Waitrose essentials full fat – almost double in size to some more expensive milks.

Great product - use skimmed milk for best results
Having had a Dualit frother before, I was disappointed in this (as it wouldn’t froth the milk) – nearly returned it – HOWEVER once I discovered the froth you get with skimmed milk, I was a convert. Great product, good price and best of all, easy to clean. Shove it in the dishwasher and it comes out like new every time.
Update: 2 Feb – after less than a year (with what I’d reckon is moderate use – maybe once a day max) it’s just blown up. Literally – overheated, burnt the milk, and then fell apart.

I love these frothers. Be careful not to lose the rings – they are magnetic and can easily get lost in the dishwasher or cupboards. I wash mine by hand to keep them safe as they are almost impossible to replace, but it can all go in the dishwasher!! skimmed milk is the best for froth
Works well
With full cream milk, it works as it should. Semi-skimmed is heated but doesn’t produce much foam. I don’t use or intended to use any milk substitutes so I don’t know what they would work like.

Quiet, quick and a real trea
I hummed and haahed over whether this was a needless luxury, which model, which make etc and read lots of reviews. In the end I decided this looked good as the size was more appropriate, generally only 2 people in the household want a drink at the same time and this had the advantage of being able to do a very small amount.
There is a quick start guide for the most popular items which is good and on the Lavazza website some recipes for more complex drinks. I must admit I have not gone further than the quick start guide at present. The machine is quick and quiet, does not take up a huge amount of room and easy to clean. The resulting sigh when you sit down and have the first mouthful of a frothy topped drink is worth every penny. Thinking of buying one for a present now too.
EDIT. I have had this over a year now and it has been one of the best purchases I have made. It has been in use every day, and multiple times. I also bought one as a gift and the recipient loves it.and is also using daily!

I had the standard frother and it did work beautifully but this one is so much easier to clean and the spout makes all the difference; no more milk dripping down the side. Also you only remove the part that you froth mill on unlike it’s cousin that I had to wash the whole part.

Bought this to replace a nonstick frother which had got all milk burned on. This one is much better and loads easier to clean as you can soak the jug or put in the dishwasher as the electrical bit is in the stand not the jug. I prefer this one as it makes a finer more delicate froth… bear in mind it doesn’t make it really foamy with loads of air/bubbles like other frothers which I think actually makes your coffee look and taste more high quality rather than just drinking a mouthful of air!!

Well impressed so far, have used this to froth milk and make hot chocolate, good results with both, really easy to use, looks good and washes up easily.
Works like magic
Literally, this machine is enchanted. How does it work? The whisk spins round and the milk heats up, yet there are no moving parts and the main unit is plastic! It also does a superb job of heating and frothing the milk, as well as making charming hot chocolate. Due to the design, the part that gets dirty can be completely cleaned. Unlike cheaper machines that are a single piece and, therefore, must not be submerged but inevitably get wet and stop working. There is no non-stick to wear off (and eventually require the machine to be discarded) so it is more healthy. The milk does not burn, either.
So, I’ve got this primarily for myself – working from home I was missing my oat milk cappuccinos. It makes the milk of just perfect temperature, and nice and foamy, I miss the take away no more.
It is not extra foamy – so if you like your froth to be thick enough to stand, this machine won’t be enough. But for a take-away cappuccino consistency – this is spot on.
Another use of it – can warm up my kid’s milk, nice and easy and no need to microwave.
Super easy to clean – it is enough to simply rinse under water, nothing sticks, even if not rinsed right away – super easy to clean. This was a key point for me -I’ve gone through 2 frothers in the previous 12m (of a different make) and they are very easily scratched inside, there is always some milk sticking to the walls, cleaning was a mess and once scratched they get rusty. Nothing like that with this one – I am 2 months into use, behaves like a new one.

Great for lattes. Only thing: I like my coffee pretty hot and this does not deliver a really hot coffee. Simple answer to that- stick it in the microwave for 25 seconds and then it’s perfect.

If you like coca or a nice Starbucks, buy this milk frothier. Milk changes molecularly above 70 degrees C and starts to taste bad. I love my freshly ground coffee, but I hate burnt, eggy milk.this solved my problem. Perfect milk every time and so easy to clean.
Use full fat milk
To get the best froth you must use full fat milk otherwise the machine just heats the milk with very little froth. Good product would recommend.
I was a little apprehensive after having seen some negative reviews. If you can’t get your milk to foam in this, you’re definitely doing something wrong! I needed a replacement for my Nespresso foamer, as over the years the inner coating had started to come off. This foamer has a removable stainless steel jug which goes into the dishwasher, and the lid is much easier to clean than the Nespresso foamer’s lid and seal combo. In our house we use oat, pea, coconut and semi skimmed cow’s milk, all of which foam absolutely perfectly – you need to get the barista version of the plant milks and shake before use, as you would for any foamer. The machine is slightly larger and a bit noisier than I expected, a small price to pay for much easier cleaning, pouring and almost half the price of the Nespresso foamer. I am very happy with this product.

I’ve been using this for a week now and I’m really pleased with it. I’ve used whole milk and almond milk and both worked fine. I use it mainly to heat rather than froth the milk and it saves all the previous hassle of heating the milk in the microwave and not being sure of the temperature – or heating it for too long and having to clean up the mess! I use a Senseo coffee machine and find that the resulting mug of coffee is lovely and hot. The frother is really easy to clean. Although it is dishwasher friendly, I just give it a quick rinse as soon as I’ve used it and that’s enough.

Easy to clean, very practical.
Use semi or full cream milk for best results, skimmed nowhere near as good for keeping a good froth. Also, this is the first frothervI have used that works just as well with UHT milk.
Better than a steam wand - fantastic produc
We bought this because the steam wand on our built in bean to cup broke. This produces a dense, fluffy foam that is just a delight. I use fully skimmed milk which triples in size with this – slightly less good result with semi skimmed. Operation is simple & quiet and it’s easy to clean. I’ve tried the Dualit one and much prefer this. Very happy indeed with this, and the results are far better than a built in Miele at many multiples of the price.

Works well with UHT Milk. Pleasure to use during the lockdown. We’ve probably saved a fortune on coffee… probably will not buy as many coffees from the known retailers once lockdown is over. Worth the little extra money.
Don’t listen to the bad reviews, they have no clue what they are on about. I bought this because I had the other Lavazza milk frother and it was a nightmare to clean. This one is brilliant, no more scrubbing the inside to clean milk skin stuck to the metal, it heats and froths the milk thick and perfect (just like a coffee shop). When finished just rinse under the tab and it’s clean. You can also put it in the dishwasher should you prefer. I am a coffee/cappuccino snob and it does the job perfectly. If you can afford it, buy the lavazza espresso machine called Idola (the one that’s around 100 quid) and you’ve got the perfect set up. You won’t be disappointed. Enjoy!!
Excellent frother and outstanding after service
Excellent milk frother – easy to use and the it is dishwasher safe – naturally with the exception of the electrical base. There is a small removable disc inside the jug that whisks the milk. Unfortunately I mislaid mine and therefore contacted Lavazza direct. My email was answered within a short time and a replacement whisk sent free of charge. Cannot ask for more than that!

Best frothe
My cousin bought me one as a gift an oh my goodness it is brilliant. I then bought this one for a friend and so it goes on Makes my coffee taste brilliant.
Had been using a Nespresso Aeroccino but found it difficult to clean, and because of that, kept getting burnt milk deposits.
The Lavazza machine is much better – the milk is heated in a stainless steel cup that can go in the dishwasher. Milk temperature seems to be hotter than the Nespresso. I have read comments regarding the frothing of the milk… There are 2 parts to the whisk – 1 for cappuccino, and the 2 combined for lattes. The type of milk (semi skimmed etc) used makes quite a difference, as does putting in too much milk do cappuccino.

Brilliant with barista milk!
Absolutely delighted with it. Feels like treating myself to a cafe quality coffee every time. Tried quite a few differnt soya, almond, hemp and other plant based milk, most which didn’t work very well. Any Barista milk are guaranteed to perform best while many(alpro, most supermarket own ones, haven’t tried any cows milk) won’t. So keep that in mind. Easy to clean, a brilliant wee machine.

Very happy with this product! I use it to make hot chocolate- makes a perfect amount and froths the milk perfectly. Could heat the milk to be slightly hotter because I like my hot chocolate very warm but really can’t complain as it is easy to use and perfect for my needs. Love that it has a removable cup which makes it easy to wash! Highly recommend!

Pretty decent, doesn’t make loads at a time but 1% milk gives a nice mix of warm milk worth foam for one, possibly just about two. Semi skimmed gave somewhat weak results, ok but not much foam, I haven’t tried with full fat or non dairy milk. I’m pleased with it for what I need, I mostly make just one coffee for myself with the aeropress and do 1%/ BOB milk frothed in this machine and it’s a nice fit. I enjoy the convenience as it doesn’t take up a lot of counter space, it’s just one button press and the jug only needs a thorough swill under the tap after use and I put it on the drainer with the press ready for next time.
I deducted one star as it doesn’t make the milk very hot and only makes a small amount. The good results only seem to work for some milk.
Yes it’s washable in water!
This milk frothed is great. The first thing that’s fab about it is that the jug where the milk goes is removable. As this meanings you can wash it properly in water it also means you can use it for making hot chocolate without worrying about making a mess.
It’s easy to use with just a couple of buttons and it froths and warms milk well.
The blending function warms and blends hot chocolate to a drinkable but not hot temperature. I would personally like it a little hotter but it’s actually perfect for the kids.
It comes with two little rings, one for frothing, one blending which are magnetic and were stuck together when I opened the box leading me to panic that a part was missing! It wasn’t so don’t make that mistake and get all flustered like I did!
Overall an excellent little gadget. It takes up more counter top than some but I think it’s worth it for the ability to was it properly.

Use the right milk
This consistently gives loads of foam if you use Waitrose essential whole milk. For some reason, other whole milks just give a whisp of foam (including fancy Waitrose milk).
Also, I feel that it “cooks” the milk if left to it’s own devices. I put it on a cold froth followed by half a hot froth cycle to get warm frothy milk. I wish it did this itself.

Unlike other reviewers had no problem frothing semi skimmed milk. if you READ the manual and follow the instructions it is great.
Lavazza Induction milk frothe
I love this machine. Which I bought from LakeLand have a lavazza coffee machine that I twice managed to break the milk frothing part of so I purchased this. I have had it for over 12months. I use full fat, semi skimmed and fully skimmed milk depending on which family member wants a coffee. I have never had any problems with it, perfect results every time, we get through about 10 cups of coffee a day so it is well used. I also use it with grated dark chocolate to make a very delicious unsweetened hot chocolate drink. My son uses it for milkshakes and when it wears out I will certainly replace it with another. The only problem I have with it is the plastic lid got slightly chewed by my greyhound, but it still works absolutely fine. During the day as it’s in fairly regular use I give the jug and lid a rinse under the hot tap and then just stick it in the dishwasher at night, and wipe over the base with.a clean damp cloth. The only thing that you should be aware of is it has an induction motor which may not be suitable for you to use if you have a pacemaker.

Ok so far so amazing !! Have only had this machine for a couple of days but love it. Easy to use easy to clean & have HOT milk to add to my coffee. Can’t comment on durability yet. Hope this is useful.

Does a great job frothing milk. It is real quick at heating the milk to the right temperature and the froth is really thick and creamy. Operation is quiet. It is really easy to clean and with minimal moving parts you can imagine very few issues with it.
I’d highly reccomend.
I love this milk frother it works so well, once you realise that the outer smooth circle has to be separated from the inner one it works like a dream.
I tried a few different frothers but this was by far the best. You can froth a tiny volume of milk up to and decent cup size for lattes and the milk is always very hot, thick and frothy. The kids also love the thick cold milk it can also produce for milkshakes.
I asked the question above beginning “Purchased several weeks ago” …. Well first of all, a big thank you to all who answered my question, your replies were most helpful and appreciated. Conclusion, well if the instructions had been a little more informative I may have got off to a better start. I had been using semi skimmed milk which gave results I found were disappointing though don’t take my word for that as many do get good results with semi skimmed milk. After reading the responses to my question I went and bought some full fat milk from M&S, did one frothing cycle by holding the button in for 3 seconds followed by one heat and froth cycle. The result? Excellent, a full (almost) jug of thick frothy milk which stays frothy in the cup until the last sip of your coffee. And as several others have mentioned, use the disc with groves in for frothing, not the smooth disc, that is for warming chocolate etc. So at the end of the day, a great product once you know how to get the results you want. Experiment to get the results you want but I’m happy. Hope you are too.

I like this machine, and will keep and use it. But it doesn’t do exactly what I wanted. I was looking for a machine to turn milk completely into froth; this (and probably other similar machines) doesn’t do that. What you get is a good quantity of foam on top of some hot milk. Whole milk seems to give a higher proportion of foam than semi-skimmed.
The amount of milk/foam it produces is enough for two typical glasses of cortado or a single, longer late; it only takes a minute.
The process is quick and easy; so is cleaning. There’s also an option to ‘foam’ a larger quantity of cold milk (by pressing the ‘go’ button for 3 seconds instead of 1).
There are two small rotor wheels that spin in the milk: one for frothing, the other for mixing (such as hot chocolate). A nice design feature is that the unused wheel stows neatly on the lid. The whole unit is solid and robust.

Upgraded to this milk frothed as I broke the previous one, which was an earlier model. Work great and such a hassle free way to warm and froth milk. We’ve only just discovered that it froths cold milk too! AND makes hot chocolate!
Looks amazing! Heats up as it should! Does the proper froth! You don’t need to buy professional milk for baristas. I use soya milk from Aldi for 59p and it works perfectly! My mum has bought exactly the same and she is entirely satisfied! There are two discs attached; one for frother and one for mixing/ blending to give you hot milk.

This is a great milk frother. It looks handsome, feels nice, and works every time. There are enough options for all my heated milk needs. It’s very easy to clean, which I really value.
So good , I have been using mine now every day for a few months , I have had to buy another one as my Granddaughter loved it is much when she came to visit . so easy to work .
I have a expensive Jura Impressa with milk frother never ever frothed the milk ! Bought this to help at first I wasn’t impressed at all same only a small amount of froth on top of ordinary milk disappointed but I tried it on the cold frother hold the button in for 4 seconds and it was a lot better but cold so I’ve worked out if you frother twice then warm it on the 1st setting it works fantastic! No problems now have the perfect latte or cappuccino you need to figure it out yourself instructions are useless just added I started using whole milk and it’s amazing the froth like an ice cream cone so it works for what it’s supposed to milk !

Fantastic item- will heat and froth enough milk for two coffees without any fuss- we have a bean to cup coffee machine but the steam frother is a pain to use – this Lavazza frother makes a massive difference. It also does slightly frothed milk which I prefer. Very easy to clean – 100% happy with this

Great thing, small enough to happily have on your work surfaces and stylish enough to catch people’s eye. 3 functions is fab, hot milk, froth and cold milk. Just what I wanted. Perfect for one cup.
Exactly as described, well packaged, very quick dispatch. Takes a little getting used to after using a traditional cappuccino espresso machine for years. If you follow the instructions it makes good hot frothy milk for cappuccino.

Speedy delivery. Christmas gift do not used but already own one and think they are marvellous. Safe and easy for kids to make own hot chocolate. Easy to clean.
