Reasonable price, compact and easy and reliable
I was looking for a small dumbell sets for few months and most of them are plastic made and honestly as I saw their review I decided to go with this one. It is just 20 more but honestly (it is not plastic). They really think about the product it have been included red and black rubber for weights. it have pads so no need for gloves and also there is leaflet of exercises that have been suggested can be done by these dumbbells. I am actually wasn’t expecting that much details and extra was included. I have no issue with anything so far and as you can see everything can be packed into the bag (it is included)

Really pleased with the set. Easy to assemble with good grips. Bolt’s stay firmly in place so very good for safety. Box to store them is a nice touch. Set also included two sets of plastic weight covers so they don’t clink when used. Highly recommended.
Great Starter Set for Adolescent Kids
This is very compact and versatile set for our 12 year old.
The set is a maximum of 20kg so is easy to move around the house and also prevents him from trying to lift too much.
Good qaulity and very sturdy with a good storage case. The rubber protectors for the weight plates are good for for protecting our wood floor.

I wanted a basic set of dumbells to try and tone up a bit. I had a set about 25 years ago but those were the concrete type with a plastic cover. After a few years the plastic cracked and perished. I wanted to get cast iron ones this time.
The quality of these is very good. They’re not faultless like in the manufacturer photos, carrying a few flaws in the casting, but you’re not buying them as a work of art. They look great with the chrome effect. I’ve put a set of the rubber covers on. They look pretty good and help prevent any rattles and will protect my laminate flooring. The spindles work really well, remaining locked on tightly. The grips feel very comfortable.
The case they come in is better than I expected it to be and keeps everything together neatly and you can easily move the set around. Overall, no regrets about buying this set.

Great quality set of weights. Look and feel quality. The case is the only thing that could have been better. Feels cheap, plastic and flimsy. The weights don’t sit inside as well as you’d expect. In saying that, I haven’t struggled to ever close and lock the case with the weights inside
The weights are made of cast iron and you get the standard set weights that you would expect (2×0.5kg, 2×1.25kg and 2×2.5kg). The addition of the connecting rod is a welcome. Adds more depth to your workout and saved you from buying a curl bar. The foam cover on the connecting rod helps with comfort when resting the rod over your shoulders.
The biggest benefit, which I was not expecting, was the design of the nuts. They don’t come loose over time. No interruptions during workout. The drip on the rods are decent. Without gloves, they do provide a little comfort and grip. But certainly advisable to wear gloves.

Needed a set of weights for our home gym. These are nice and tidy piece of kit. When not in use they fold away into the case, which has been perfect as it’s a small area.
The weights are solid and easy to change. The rubber surrounds are useful and look good. We’ve been using them for a month now and I’m very pleased with the purchase.

safety and a variety of combinations
Easy to install, a variety of weight combinations, the most important thing is safety. When it can be combined into a barbell it helps me make hip bridges at home.
Good quality and versatile set of weights
I already have a set like this but the securing nut keeps coming loose. Also it takes forever to change to another weight, so wanted something else that I can use.
These weights allow me to easily go from dumbells to barbell in less than a minute.
The handles are also padded which is a bonus.
The case allows me to carry around or store the weights nicely.

Can’t went to gym at this moment and no outdoor camp either. As the risk of covid-19, have to stay in home and work out as alternative weight control exercise.
To be honestly, I have never did any free weight training before, all my exercise is majorly in gym class or outdoor running. Train and gym nearly 11+ yrs and the only aim I am working on is keep my body fat lower than15…..
Usually running in the morning and went to gym class after work. But all changed due to the pandemic. Lack of class and only short distance running made me add about 1 stone of weight. After pandemic, try back to training but all the class has been canceled and running under mask is pain. Therefore joined only course and starting free weight training. But those dumbbells are very expensive, usually a 5kg dumbbells are under 10 but now all over 20+, barbell is even worth, and most of them are out of stock.
The adjustable weights seems my only options. As I do not know so many about the brand or other so called buying options, I only need full functions, nice looking and cheap but well made dumbbells.
This set fit all my requirement, the red and black colour really looks good and 20kg is way enough for me.
Added to basket and paid, get delivery very faster and thanks for the delivery man, really heavy for them.
sets came with two cardboard out boxes with film protection and strips, took me a bit while to open.
within the cardboard box is a well made plastic box contain all the weight and bars.
Notices here, the colour cover for dumbbell plates are out of the plastic box, therefore if you bought this set, please searching for the plastic cover in the cardboard box but not inside of the plastic box. This cover could give red colour on your weight plate, originally is chrome colour. For me the chrome colour is better, therefore I have not use the red plastic cover.
Anyway, the weight is well made, plate is very shining, the plate fasten is very nice and not loose at all even in some jumping exercise. The most lovely parts is the handle, it covered with plastic, which even you grab the dumbbell without glove will not hurt your hand. Very useful.
For the barbell, that was a short barbell connector which could make you connect two dumbbell together and make a barbell. But the good thing is eve you have already assembled the dumbbell, you no need to take the plate off, but could use the connector to connect two dumbbells together into a barbell straight away. Which is really a saver, as I really do not want to dis-assemble the dumbbell over and over again.
And the form cover in the mid of barbell is very cosy and easy to handle.
Over all, five star for this dumbbell set, just only a small notice here for future buyer, if you have small hand, you might need to choose smaller dumbbell, as this set’s holding bar is a bit thick.

First impressions on receiving this package was the storage box is very good quality and the weights well made. Inside the hard plastic storage case is 1 x Connecting Rod, 4 x 2.5kg plates, 4 x 1.25kg plates, 4 x 0.5kg plates and 2 bags containing a set of red and black dumbbell disc bumper covers. These plates are made from solid iron and you can create whatever weight dumbbell or barbell of your choice depending on which part of your body you wish to work on.
The rubber plate covers are a great idea these will protect your floor if you drop them a bit too hard. The set comes with a nice little leaflet showing various positions to exercise back, shoulders, arms etc. This is a great all round set from novice to experienced body builder. Once the spin locks are in place these plates will be secured safely and you can get on with your routine.

Well organised weight set.
Weight set which came well organised in plastic storage case.
On locks it has extra rubber which helps to keep the lock tight. When comes without robber on locks it usually loosens when working out and distracts work out. This one on that perspective really nice, holds the weights secure and tight.
Grip on hands great as handles made ergonomically easy to hold.
It also has middle bar which can connect to dumbbells and transform to barbell.
Love the part that it can be transformed to barbell which helps with sit up workouts.
So far it’s brilliant barbell which great for work outs, with time I will need get heavier work out weights but so far it’s great.

Easy to store but comprehensive se
It comes very well packaged and comes with useful instructions. The smaller dumbells join together to make a large bar. This is very secure and means that the set can be easily stored in a cupboard.
Useful adjustable set - nice to swop from dumbbells to barbell
Specifically looking for metal weights not the cheap plastic ones which don’t last. These are just the job, solid electroplated iron so no rusting. Dead easy to swop from dumbbells to a barbell in a matter of seconds. The non slip bars not bad, shame no rubber disc bumper covers came with this but I wouldn’t use them anyway. 44lbs of weight is fine for a good routine and the non slip covering on the bar bells is really nice to grip. This is an excellent all rounder for any home gym. Metal weights will always be more popular and more practical and a good investment. Nice storage box if you need to use it or transport them fits it all very nicely and proper strong. Great cheers

I was looking for multi function weights for a long time for my home gym during lock down . A friend recommended this and I must say am not disappointed. Worth the price!
Very good so far. Really sturdy both as dumbells and a barbell. The weights being metal makes them incredibly reliable and long lasting. A lot of weights to improve your gains upon. Because of what it comes with you’re able to do many different exercises with it for your whole body. Just a bonus that you get a mini leaflet which shows different exercises to do for different body parts. Overall would definitely recommend.

Multi-use weights

This is a great set of dumbells! They are made very strong and durable metal with soft padded foam handles. They are clearly made to some very high standards and feel robust and durable. I can see how they would be fantastic for a whole range of exercising, especially upper body workouts. The 2 dumbells can be easily connected together with the connecting rod, forming them into a barbell! This can then be used for an even more extensive range of workouts. This is all neatly housed in a rigid plastic case, which is perfect for storage and transportation.
They’re comfortable, grippy, strong and very very durable! They’re also very stylish and colourful too.

Good quality, versatile equipme
I got this for while I’m working from home and avoiding gyms and this has proven great for my needs. I’m not an exercise expert so the guide included has helped me a lot. With this you can exercise most muscle areas.
Dumbells and barbells are known to be versatile in usage so knowing a few extra exercises like wrist curls and more can hit more muscle groups. Another example is I’m no good at non assisted sit ups so I use the bar to help me with that too. In my opinion, it’s two forms are a great combination.
I’d recommend this for everyone, even people already with home gyms as the set is portable enough to take in cars wherever you go.

An excellent weight set.
I was looking for a metal weight set that has dumbbells and a bar. This set meets these requirements as the 3 bars attach to one another to make a bar. The set is wonderful, nice solid metal. The set is also supplied with rubber surrounds for each weight in two colours black and red as seen in my last picture. I really like the box it comes with, very sturdy and it keeps everything nice and neat for easy storage. An excellent buy. Thumbs up.

Great convertible dumbell/bar combination with storage transport box
These weights are great. Mostly because of the ability to turn them into a Barbell. This is something that I have struggled with over the last year whilst working out at home.
I was reluctant to spend the money at first on more gym equipment but this was definitely worth purchasing. The weights fit a 1inch bar so can be combined with other adjustable weights you may have.
The weights come with a rubber casing to make them quieter. There are two colour options included for this which can be mixed. Whilst this is a good option, it is quite tricky to get them on, but once on they can be left on. It will also keep the noise down.
The centre of the Barbell has rubber padding, this makes it more comfortable to use which is definitely a big advantage.
The set also comes in a handy box that can keep everything organised, although complete disassembly is required to pack the weights into the box. Not unexpected, but until you’ve done it a few times it will take a little time. Great for transportation though.
Overall, a nice set of dumbbells with the added advantage of being able to convert to a full bar.
excellent quality weights
I bought this weigh set because of the versatility. This set of weights can be used as dumbbells or a barbell which is very easy to do thanks to the connecting rod. This set of weights is excellent quality and made of cast iron and come in a very nice carry case which keeps everything neat and tidy when they are not being used. This set also comes with stainless steel nuts to lock the weights onto the bar and i much prefer this to the cheap plastic ones you see on other weights.
The connecting rod has a nice padded middle so this means it’s comfortable for doing exercises and won’t cause any discomfort.
Overall I ahve been extremly pleased with the quality of this set of weights and for the following reasons I have decided to rate them 5 stars:

I’ve gone through quite a few dumbbells where I had issues with the spinlock or clip staying on so I thought I’d spend a bit more and get something of a better quality.
First thing to note is that the box that comes to store the weights is a very very nice touch. The weights and bars slot in and it’s easy to store them away without worrying about losing anything.
The weights themselves are spot on, only negative is that the paintwork isn’t the best but aesthetics doesn’t matter to me.
The spinlocks is what I was most interested in. Once you tighten the locks, they do not come lose. I’m no longer worried that a weight is going to fall off and drop on my foot as these spinlocks properly lock the weight down
Added bonus is the connecting bar which allows you to use all the weights. I’ve been able to do my squat and overhead press warmups before hitting the gym and warmdowns using this bar and it’s perfect for both. I was concerned that the bar would be difficult to use as it’s connecting to dumbbells, but it really is very comfy and easy to use.
Overall a great product that does what it’s designed to do.
Everything you need in one box!
Really product! After lockdown I now want to set up my own gym (now prices have gone down) but don’t have a lot of space. This has a great box to keep it all tidy. I can do arm curls and I can do bench press just by extending the bar. It comes with extra bolts to do bench press. Easy instructions, and has a variety of weight options. A must buy!
Perfect for my home workouts
So happy that I bought this as I needed dumbbells and a barbell for my home workouts. It’s quite easy and fast to convert this product from a dumbbell to a barbell and vice-versa using the middle bar attachment. The weights seem to be made from iron which is better than the sand-filled dumbbells that I used to have. I like how there is a storage box to put away the weights neatly.
