How do I know what size plant I need for my space?
All our plants are measured at their highest points from the base of the plant pot to the highest leaf. The actual height will vary depending on how you arrange it. An additional helpful tip when you are measuring for outdoor artificial topiaries is that additional height can be added by purchasing a larger planter then standing the plant on bricks inside it before covering with gravel or similar. Examples of this can be seen in our photographs on our topiary pages.
How can I make my artificial plant or tree look real?
Our plants are high grade and ultra-realistic but the key to making them look absolutely real is to spend some time dressing out the leaves and checking the plant from all angles if you have purchased one of our wired plants;
- Unpack the plant and stand it on a flat surface, removing outer packaging
- Starting at the bottom, carefully fold out the leaves. It can help to look at our pictures or a photograph of the real type of plant you have purchased to get an idea of how the leaves should sit
- To get a natural curve on the leaves carefully hold the tip in one hand and the stem in the other and run you hand along the curve to bend it gently into shape
- Look at the plant from all angles making sure there are no gaps and your plant is well dressed out and ready to pot
- Put the plant inside a larger planter. You can stand it on bricks to raise the height inside
- Cover the base of the pot with a layer of gravel or soil

Looks very real
When the box arrived left outside luckily quiet area, the box was all squashed I opened it a few leaves fell off, anyway once I fluffed it up highly impressed. Looks great in my extension.

Finally getting round to tarting up the place after moving in a while back. I thought some foliage would look nice, and as I’m very good at killing real plants, it seemed artificial was the best way to go.
The tree arrived yesterday – not sure about final placement, or that I’ve arranged all the leaves optimally yet.
But I love this tree – looks great (decently realistic), great quality, little bit fiddly to arrange the leaves (but no big deal), and arrived in a metallic gold pot.
So pleased with it I ordered another one (different kind) from Leaf.

Looks very attractive and lifelike. We Put it into a bigger pot which was filled with a variety of things to add stability and placed attractive stones on the top. It also looks attractive covered in lights.

Great addition to the room
It was packed well when delivered and had a lot of fun opening up branches (Photos attached). The branches look&feel like real woods and it is beautiful no matter where you put it. I ended up putting it behind the TV but if you’re gonna put it in the open, I recommend getting a new decorative pot for it. Overall, very satisfied!

The tree arrived well packaged and after some rearranging of the branches it looks wonderful in the space it was purchased for. Comes in a very weighty pot which keeps it sturdy. Would recommend!
Realistic looking
Prompt delivery. I was wary at first in ordering this but decided to take the plunge and glad l did, much more bushy and realistic than others l have viewed would definitely buy again in future. Competitively priced – (especially as this was on offer) l have bought real trees for similar price – but as this is fake cannot be killed by over/ under watered and can be put anywhere especially useful in places where real plants have difficulty thriving. Like the fact that l didn’t have to put all the money up front and could stagger payment especially at this time of the year.

Wow oh Wow, You certainly get big bucks for your money, honestly this picture does not do the trees justice, they are amazing,
We have used a spray can of clear lacquer to protect against UV, it is a good protection for using these outdoors.
Do remember to make sure you secure the pot well within your own pot, we used a brick and a bag of sand topped with woodchip.

Absolutely love this plant! Looks very realistic and comes in a very sturdy little pot. Great that you can pay in installments too. Comes in a nice slim box so you just have to spread the branches out when you take it out of the box. Very pleased with it and would definitely recommend. Just wish I had room for another one!

This is a lovely artificial ficus tree. 5ft tall, and sturdy. Base benefits going into another planter with some extra weight/decorative gravel just to make sure it doesnt blow over and looks pretty with the added planter too. Very pleased. Arrived earlier than stated also.

Fantastic Artificial Tree , looks great at both a distance and close up , all leaves look life like , unlike most other artificial Trees no sign of hot glue or attachments
It’s just arrived and it’s taken me only 20 minutes to tweak the branches and now it looks just like the picture. I’m so impressed with it. Very bushy and realistic. Each and every leaf is wired. It’s made to a very high standard and now I’m contemplating buying more. Highly recommend.

When arrived ,it stank ,half the leaf’s had come off , and the other half glued upside down,so after 2 days of getting the smell out and reglueing it looks better ,excepted it to be a higher quality product for the cost …

Love how it looks and leaves are easily adjustable, which I still need to do. I’ve received a lot of compliments on the it. Mine did have a few strands of glue hanging but it was easily removed. Personally feel like It’s slightly overpriced.
Lovely addition to the room. The real wood trunk is a very nice touch. Arrives in a pot which is more than suitable to display ‘as is’ but I felt it would look more established in the ceramic planter I already had. Only on close inspection is the truth revealed. Long story short – no regrets.
Very realistic
This was bought for my son for Christmas. He wanted a large plant but no earth in the house. It looks lovely in the lounge. It has height but doesn’t spread out to much.
Brought this to brighten up my office. Very realistic and looks good. No watering which is a bonus. Just needs a better pot holder, which I will change shortly. Delivery was fast and no damage on arrival. Very pleased with my purchase.
If you are willing to spend a bit more more I would highly recommend this product. It looks great in my office.
Looks Good for a Fake Pla
I can’t have real plants as my living room doesn’t get a lot of natural daylight so I’m pleased with this from a distance it does look real. As long as you get a nice pot to put it in too.
I absolutely love this tree, it looks so realistic, it’s quite heavy and sturdy.
I’m not one to leave a review but I just wanted to help anyone out there who is as picky as me with artificial plants. If you want one that looks real and is very beautiful, this is it.

Came well packaged and easy to assemble – just a case of gently flattening down and shaping the leaves. Looks exactly as per picture and, when placed in a nice pot looks realistic and very effective. I also filled my pot with real soil which looks even better.

Great quality
Looks very real, great quality, speedy delivery, very happy with my purchase.
Looks good and most people who have actually looked at it were convinced it was real until they looked closer. Friend’s girlfriend even said she wanted a few to use at their wedding so they’re that good.

My real plant unfortunately got infested with little fruit flys (new entry to my failed attempts at looking after real life plants) so after months of trying to sort it I finally conceded defeat and had to remove it from my house but the gap needed filling and this ticked all the boxes… when it first arrived it needed a lot of sorting out (bending branches etc) but it looks really good and most peoples first impressions are it’s real … You will be constantly bending branches tho while getting the positioning correct for the first few weeks. Overall really happy with the fact I don’t have the flys anymore and the fact it looks great.

The top half of the tree is quite a pain to get looking ‘Natural’ because of the fact it gets squashed and isn’t very well protected in transit i guess. so you’re left with alot of bent, crooked leaves that won’t straighten out.
Apart from that, its really gorgeous, and isn’t noticeable unless you’re really close
