Mio nipote e’ appassionato di Lego e anche molto bravo a montare le costruzioni Lego.
Questo lo ha tenuto impegnato un bel po’ di ore ed il risultato e’ eccellente.
Schönes Display Set, ein wenig monoton im Aufbau
Insgesamt wirklich schnes Set aus dem Hause Lego. Ich habe es als Display-Set gekauft, es passt grundstzlich sehr gut in die Reihe der Sehenswrdigkeiten in der Lego Architecture Serie.
Optik: Mir persnlich gefllt die Optik des Sets sehr gut, macht sich im Regel sehr gut als Schaustck.
Bauspa: Der Aufbau ist wie bei Lego typisch gut beschrieben und die Anleitung fehlerfrei. Absolut auch fr Einsteiger in die Lego Welt zu empfehlen. Der Bauspa hlt sich durch wiederholende Bautechniken und viele Gleichteile allerdings in Grenzen und war fr mich ein bisschen monoton. Das Ergebnis entschdigt aber dafr.
Meine Aufbauzeit: Ca. 60 Minuten
Teilequalitt: Beim gelieferten Set waren alle Teile wie bei Lego typisch von der Passform perfekt und auch keine Farbabweichungen festzustellen.

Sin duda el Lego Architecture que ms me gusta (de los que tengo). El resultado, en forma, proporciones, tamao y texturas es muy bueno. Perfecto para tenerlo de exposicin, sobre todo en el estudio! 😉
No cabe duda, de que el montaje, a veces, es un poco repetitivo: fuste principal o revestimiento de fachada. Y aun as, se las ingenian para, mediante tcnicas alternativas de montaje, entretenga. Muchas de estas “artimaas” adems, brindan al conjunto, la solidez final con la que cuente.
Totalmente recomendable para aficionados a la arquitectura, Lego y sobre todo, los antiguos rascacielos como el Empire Estate.

L’ho ordinato alle 10.30 sera e il pacco stato consegnato il giorno successivo alle 15.30. Pacco perfetto e scatola con nessun tipo di danneggiamento, cosa che per i veri amanti dei Lego veramente fondamentale. Bellissimo da costruire e risultato sorprendente!

LEGO- Preise, aber ein wirklicher Hingucke
Lieferung erfolgte schnell und die Verpackung war unbeschdigt. Der Zusammenbau dauert in etwa 3h – wenn man wie ich schon seit dem Kindesalter nicht mehr mit LEGO zu tun hatte. Zu empfehlen ist darber hinaus die Bauanleitung ber die LEGO-App (resp. einen PDF-Viewer) zu nutzen… das erleichtert die Sache.
Fr dieses Produkt kann ich ganz klar eine Kaufempfehlung aussprechen.

Brilliant piece of engineering
This was bought for my son-in-law for his birthday. He is an extremely patient and focussed person and had assembled the kit within 8 hrs. He was thrilled by the gift, his wife bought the lights to illuminate the building and it now has pride of place in their lounge. We are now looking to purchase another building for Xmas 2021. Any recommendations?
Missing pages in build bookle
Needed to get my mind desperately off lockdown and ordered the Empire State Building – Lego has let me down – after building a great take your mind of things I realised the finished build was short?? After completing there was a lot of Lego left over…….. why?? after investing I noticed 4 pages were missing in the build booklet – I love the model but at least 7 floors to short thanks !! Not happy – I will keep it but disappointed!

The Empire State Building, in it’s Lego format looks pretty good. It take several hours to assemble so beware of the time needed. Also make sure you check the height if you plan to put it on a shelf.

Ridiculous Instructions
Beautifully engineered and a really lovely finished piece. First Lego kit I’ve ever bought and mostly impressed. An unnecessary amount of separate fiddly pieces for no other reason than to quote that there are over a thousand pieces involved. Many of the pieces used exist as longer complete elements in other kits I have seen so why didn’t they cut down on these numbers and use some larger pieces? One piece was completely missing but it was an internal piece so I subbed it with a standard piece from my Lego collection. Worst thing by far was the manual. No issues with 136 pages but what was it all printed on a black background? This was confusing when more than half of the pieces are white, light grey or mid grey. I had to keep referencing images of the final piece on the internet to work out which of the three colours I was meant to use. This only took me four hours to put together but I reckon it could have been 3.5 hours if the instruction manual had simply been printed on a white background – would have saved the printer a lot of ink too!
Great display Lego set.
I’m in my 40s and this is my first ever Lego built. Previously bought the NASA Saturn V set a few years ago and it was gathering dust in the garage. Here we are in 2020 with the whole pandemic around us and with the shut down everywhere, my daughter (5 years old) and I spent the Xmas and NY period decided to build this set along with the Saturn V. We have since acquired another 6 Lego sets. The smaller sets were easy for my daughter so we aim for more bigger complex sets.
Nothing else to add about this set. Every Lego fan should have already own it.

My son and his nine-year daughter apparently got this (one of his presents) assembled without too many problems in three days over Xmas. No pieces missing. And without too many tears (from whom he didn’t say). He loved it and is already planning to extend is architecture collection. At this totally unrealistic I suppose this this a another contribution from me — I’ll see if I can escape with a lighting scheme from the Empire Building.

Skyscrapers sometimes seem boring – repetitive structures with little imagination. Yet the Empire State is elegant, beautiful, noble and iconic. This set captures all of that in an enjoyable build designed with love for detail, and with little touches of humour. The (equally iconic) yellow cabs on the ground are a nice touch, as are the “builder’s treat” of escalators in the base of the model, invisible to all except those who built it. This is a lovely display piece, a fun build, and the clever construction limits repetition. The actual Empire State was built in an astonishing 23 weeks; this lovely set took me three leisurely evenings in lockdown 2.0, and brought a little bit of New York, New York’s magic to a dark November evening.

Negli ultimi anni ho acquistato diversi set Lego e inizialmente pensavo che questo Empire fosse un p troppo semplice. E in effetti nella costruzione non aspettatevi chiss cosa. Ma devo dire per che una volta montato fa una bella figura e pu essere messo in un salotto come arredamento. Forse la Statua della Libert ha qualcosa in pi, ma consiglio comunque il set.

Mein erstes Lego bauwerk
Es ist wirklich ein schnes Gebude, dass hervorragend in meinem Wohnzimmer seinen Platz gefunden hat, da es im New jork style eingerichtet ist .
Der Bau hat etwa 6 Stunden gedauert und riesigen Spa gemacht. Es fllt einem richtig schwer unvollendet Pause zu machen.
Das wird bestimmt nicht mein letztes Lego Projekt werden. Jeder, der frher schon gerne mit Lego seine Zeit verbracht hat , kommt damit nicht zu kurz . Das nchste Projekt ist schon in Planung.

Mein Sohn ist seit vielen Jahren LEGO Fan, mit nun 12 Jahren geht es ein wenig weg von Feuerwehr, Raumschiffen etc. hin zu eben solchen Gebuden, mit denen man weniger spielt, sie dafr aber auf die Kommode stellen kann und die sich dann auch vor Freunden dem Alter entsprechend richtig gut machen! Aufgebaut hat er es in knapp 2 Stunden, er ist da ziemlich flott mit den Anleitungen. Das Ding sieht super realistisch aus, auch die Farben sind sehr gut gelungen. Wie immer fehlten KEINE Steine und der Preis ist angemessen, da fast unkaputtbar!

Gerade in Kombination mit der Freiheitsstatue ein echter Hingucker auch wenn die beiden Modelle nicht denselben Mastab besitzen.
Die Bautechniken sind in Ordnung. Es ist beim Aufbau schon eine Herausforderung die ca. 600 gleichen Teile fr die Fassade zu verbauen. Das Ergebnis aber belohnt! Ein tolles Gebude mit doch stattlicher Gre.
Es ist etwas zu teuer…leider allgemein ein Thema bei Lego – da kann man aber inzwischen auch auf gute Konkurrenzprodukte zurckgreifen.
Der Karton wre schn – leider war er in meinem Fall zerkratzt. Da ich den Bausatz aber sowieso aufbauen wollte strte mich das nicht zu sehr.

Tolle Umsetzung und fr unter 70 ein sehr gutes Preis-/Steineverhltnis. Das Modell ist recht gro und kann daher gut einzeln als “Eyecatcher” aufgestellt werden. Ich bin jedenfalls vllig begeistert und kann das Modell nur empfehlen. Die Qualitt der Steine ist beanstandungsfrei (inzwischen ist das ja leider nicht mehr selbstverstndlich, insb. was z.B. Farbunterschiede in der Creator Expert Reihe angeht).

It looks like something an adult would have in their house because it comes together as a structure that doesn’t look like Lego when finished. It’s 16+ but not expert level. Well worth it.

I love both Legos and the city of Ny and of course its horizon … The empire state is an icon of this almost 100 years ago, since I saw this model in the lego store in manhatta and I did not buy it I regret it. Today it is much more expensive than the original price but I really enjoyed putting it together as well as having it in plain sight on my desk.
PS: I have been seeing for a long time that the quality of the lego peizaes are not what they were before, the fit is 99.9% perfect but several are only a little loose or they show up or mark a little … it is a pity, they are surely Manufactured in China in an economical way … however personally I prefer this to the disappearance of the company that has made me happy since my childhood 🙂

Heute das Empire State Building bekommen. Preis war super aber die Verpackung total eingedrckt und als Ergebnis hab ich jetzt eine ordentliche Delle im set set selber. Wirklich super wenn man den Karton aufheben will.

A great Lego set this, had hours of fun building it. I spread the build over 3 evenings, could easily be done in 4 to 6 hours in one go. The booklet is extremely informative throughout. Not just instructions but the history of the building and facts on the little details as you progress through its construction. Now looking for other sets available, hoping they launch the WTC in this Lego architecture range soon.

Maravillosa rplica. Es el Lego Architecture con mayor nmero de piezas de los que han salido hasta la fecha.
Fan dei Lego di vario genere, malato per le versioni di “Star Wars”, questo il mio primo dedicato alle architetture famose. L’ho acquistato perch per me un ricordo della bellissima NYC, nella quale intendo ritornare prima o poi. La costruzione non elaboratissima, di per s, in alcuni momenti, risulta anche ripetitiva, ma il risultato finale decisamente fedele alla realt, manca solo King Kong .
Ottima fattura, tanti bei pezzi, molti piccini, si monta con estrema facilit, magari facendosi aiutare anche da qualcuno per velocizzarsi. Devo dire che sul ripiano fa la sua bella figura. Ottimo.

Bellissimo set Lego da abbinare a quello della Statua della Libert. Se vi piacciono quei set che vi tengono impegnati un pomeriggio, questo fa al caso vostro! Lo consiglio sia per un regalo e sia per chi ama collezionarli ed esporli. Fa un bel figurone! Il prezzo, a differenza di quello della statua della libert, lo ritengo giusto. Lo consiglio!

Bon, on ne va pas se mentir, mme pour un passionn, je trouve le montage trs rbarbatif.
Le btiment veut cela, mais je n’ai pas trouv un grand plaisir le construire.
On se demande si on a bien fait de l’acheter (mme en promotion) mais au final, je suis trs tonn du rendu.
C’est assez joli, pos sur le meuble ct de la TV.
En rsum, on prend plus de plaisir le regarder mont, qu’ le construire.

Preso in offertissima, ma anche il prezzo standard non eccessivo. Modello fedelissimo, incredibilmente grande e soprattutto molto solido. Abbastanza divertente da montare nonostante l’incredibile numero di pezzi tutti uguali che compongono il rivestimento esterni (ben 684!).

Un bel ricordo
Essendo stato di recente a New York, ed avendo visto il modello esposto nel negozio della Lego in centro, non ho potuto fare altro che acquistarlo.
Costruzione fantastica ed imponente che forse non regala molte emozioni durante la costruzione vista la semplicit della struttura ma che fa una grande figura su una scrivania o in una libreria.

What a fabulous model.. At over 20inches tall this is a Lego masterpiece. Once you get over the initial fixing of the base and start working up this set comes alive… The antenna at the top had to be made different from the specs because some pieces were missing but I had some other bits from some spares I had so managed to complete it. Overall I’m giving this model 5 stars all round it looks amazing when complete and I love it.

Optisch super gelungen, der Aufbau – allerdings auch durch die Form des Gebudes geschuldet – sehr repetitiv. Insgesamt ein tolles Modell mit schner Detailtreue (inkl. kleiner NYC Taxi Cabs vor dem Gebude).
Lästig beim Aufbauen/ Fantastisch im Aussehen.
Ich habe dieses Legomodell whrend einer Rabattaktion erworben. Fr die gerade mal 60 Euro die ich ausgeben musste, knnte ich nun ein fantastisches Modell des Empire State Buildings auf mein Regal stellen. Dieses Modell hat sogar Details an Stellen an denen es unmglich ist die zu sehen, was meiner Meinung nach unntig ist und den Preis nur steigert. Das aufbauen war auch eine Qual, da man die gleichen Schritte mehrere mal wiederholen muss. Trotzdem hat sich dieser Kauf fr mich geloh
