A good product, well made and has a quality feel to it. The only disappointment was that it would not connect by bluetooth to my phone. which is one of the featurs that I would use.

I haven’t had the opportunity to listen for very long as it was a Christmas present, but will do every thing I want and more even operate from my phone

Like everything about it. It replaced our very ancient midi system!

This was advertised at 189 at the time I received it. Overall I’d say I’m not sure about the value for money, but then again finding cheaper is difficult (a B&O single speaker give similar features, better sound quality, but is more expensive).

There is a slight hiss during quiet moments in audio.

Setup was very easy and quick (contrary to other reviews) – you just turn on, follow instructions and press the WPS button on your router. It’ll update its firmware sometime after this too.

Once it is connected to your WiFi, you can straight away play internet radio.

Other features are CD player, DAB radio, play from USB, AUX in, Spotify, and headphones out.

Spotify functionality requires you to use Spotify (obviously), so I don’t really rate that. There is no ability to play from Amazon music or your own network shares (that would be a big plus). Also, this is Wifi rather than wired networking, though it is good that is supports both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks. Given that it has network functionality, I think there is so much more that is possible than what it offers.

Overall, I do recommend this because at the price it is very good and stylish, I just wish it offered more functionality though.

This feel and looks a little retro, particularly with its inclusion of a CD player. However, it is clearly trying to be all things to all people, with DAB, FM, Internet radio, Spotify and a Bluetooth connection for streaming playback. However, in these days of Sonos, Echo, etc, where all your devices around the house can be interconnected, it feels a little old-school.

For a device with so much capability, the instructions are pretty limited. However, with patience and trial and error, I managed to get access to all the functions. Even with some practice, it still feel like a bit of a fiddle.

However, most important perhaps is the sound quality, and it’s pretty good. The unit is quite weighty and solid, so there’s a decent amount of base and depth to the sound. It also has an impressive level of volume if you want to fill your house with sound.

Overall, it’s pretty good, but feels a little dated. If you have a room where you want to have a dedicated sound system that covers all the bases, then this isn’t bad. However, in these days of fully integrated sound systems, I think the market for this device might be a little limited.

LEMEGA MSY5 is a great allrounder.
Featured with DAB, Spotify connect, USB player, Internet radio non mention about good old FM radio and CD player.
Easy setup. No problems with connecting to WI-FI network. Lots of functions.
Good sound quality as for such a small device.
It’s my favourite kitchen source of music for now.

    Great all-in-one audio player.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThe following is a review of the LEMEGA MSY5 All-in-One Music System. This stylish music system is in a White Oak finish that boasts a CD player, DAB – DAB + with FM digital radio, stereo internet radio, Spotify connection if required, combined Bluetooth speaker, USB charging socket, clock with alarms, a remote (no batteries supplied but takes 2 AAA size) & App control. The is also a designated and supplied Smartphone charging adaptor/plug/socket – see photo. The instructions are basic or rather they could be better for something this complex but after a bit of fiddling about, its possible to get everything sorted out as to what does what. Once sorted, the sound is quite good – not a big fan of twin speakers merely inches apart but in this case they do work well. However I find that trying to tune into any DAB station is a bit hit and miss – I like Boom radio but while our less than 24 cheapy radio can pick up the signal and keep it, this seems to hold it for a few minutes then vanishes, then back again and so on. I have tried putting it in the same location as the cheapy radio in case it’s a signal reception problem, but to no avail. The CD playing side is also very good in music reproduction plus the remote responds quite well and easy to use. What I do find strange is while there is a USB socket for use to play from, it’s not possible to record from CD’s, radio etc. to a dongle so it does leave the claim of ‘All-in-One Music System’ a bit underwhelming . So while it has it’s foibles as outlined above, its not bad overall but a shame about not being able to record as explained hence my four stars rating

Its feature packed but lacking in one..

This unit exceeded expectations for me, in sound and function. The CD player does the job well and simply, with a reasonably punchy sound. When connected to wifi, the DAB and (as you’d expect) Internet Radio work fine, bringing in a range of stations you won’t get on your ghetto blaster. The FM tuner is a waste of space – even with the retro arial I couldn’t pick up a single station – but would you use it anyway, when the FM stations are available on DAB and sound better? I wouldn’t expect this to shake the house, but if you need something for your kitchen or bedroom, the LEMEGA is worth a listen.

This is an extremely fine music centre. It has everything you could wish for in a small well-made box which is very stylish with its wood and metal finish. Easy to set up and easy to use. A handy clock on the front display when it’s in standby mode gives it a slightly retro look. As the instruction booklet states setting up Bluetooth devices can take more than one attempt and the only device I could not pair is my very early model Amazon Echo. Not a great loss as it pairs with my Samsung Flip no problem.
The sound quality is good and has a built-in EQ for different genres of music. The only downside is that it’s very heavy, but once in place why would you move it?

I am very pleased with the speakers so far. It is very easy to use and connect via Bluetooth.

Adjustments to music settings are possible. Bass and Treble can be adjusted based on your mood.
It also has pre-defined music modes such as watching movies, listening to Jazz, or Rock, etc.
The bass is quite good which makes the music enjoyable.

Speakers are very loud – I have attached a video in which I hardly go up to 30% volume. Was very loud to increase further.

It has excellent features such as Spotify, FM, Bluetooth, Internet Radio, USB, AUX-in, etc. Once connected for the first time via Bluetooth, next time it connects automatically after switching ON.

Design is quite beautiful and stylish. Looks great on the table. The only thing I did not like much are the small buttons on top. The buttons’ design could have been improved. However, the central dial is rotatable to choose functionality easily. Comes with a remote which can provide some convenience.

Price to me looks OK or maybe a little expensive. But speakers are of really great quality so price could be justified.

Overall, I am super happy with the speakers and will recommend.

Beautiful Design - Excellent Sound Quality

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersMy daughter is collecting CD albums of her favourite Kpop idols but is not literally playing them. So I bought this as her Christmas present though its expensive for a 14 year old. I wanted a a CD player that is multifunctional which I can also use myself if she is not using it, e.g. using the DAB or bluetooth functions. The quality is good and has different functions, sound quality is ok and design matches my daughter’s bedroom furniture as well. In summary, we really like this music system.

Buttons very small but remote is easier to use. Good sound quality. Better than expected. It plays spotify but very randomly, you don’t seem to pick what plays.

Absolutely love the sound on this and the apps. Conveniently connected to Spotify and Internet radio. All in one player that’s easy to use.
Also looks good with a sleek finish. This was a present and a decently priced unit compared to others out there.

Good sound and everything works fine. App is great. It also looks nice.

Would be good to be able to connect an external antenna as the DAB reception is poor in my house.
