Delivery was quicker than I expected which I was very happy about and easy to install, the wiring is simple to connect. I am very pleased with my security light as I have a small front garden with an open porch so I am pleased that it is waterproof, I chose this security light for a few reasons I needed a sensor as I didn’t want the light on all night, as I have a public footpath close to my garden gate with other neighbours walking past and I didn’t want the light being triggered all the time only when someone came down my patch. I was also pleased it had settings to spread the light out further if needed I fitted it underneath my porch room and it lights up my steps and garden just as I want, once fitted it looks great and for 14 it is value for money, the wire that comes with it could have been longer, but all in all I would recommend this to you if you are looking for Durability, long-lasting and a sensor.
Easy to install, and the 10W level of illumination is perfect for my front garden, without lighting up the whole street. The reason I have only given it 4 stars is that I believe the cable would benefit from being just another 100mm longer to make installation ideal, and the sensor (even when adjusted to the fullest range) does not pick up movement from the specified 8m (in my case about 6.5m) but apart from those 2 minor niggles, it’s a very good product. Arrived next day delivery from the supplier as advertised.
I purchased this as the current light is not working properly. I have tested it in the house and the settings work perfectly, I find 10w is just right for the back yard.
One of the best things about it is that it’s much smaller than the one it’s replacing, it’s about two thirds the size including a thinner PIR. Strangely it has more LED’S 14, than the larger units 12, go figure.
I Just fitted it about 20ft up on an outside wall and another major plus is the mounting bracket is angled diagonally which is brilliant, it means you don’t have to remove the bracket from the light to screw it into the wall, the other lights I have the bracket to be needs removed first and as any DIY person knows, nothing worse than trying to fit a bolt and washer up a high ladder, they inevitably fall off and get lost or it adds to the time going to retrieve them, also the bracket legs are a bit longer which makes it easier to pivot the light to the required angle.
This made replacement a very easy 10min job.
My only concerns would be that the smaller housing won’t dissipate the heat as efficiently and the fact it’s IP54 not IP65 like the unit it’s replacing.
Last point, the power cable is much thicker than the other lights.
I will update the review once I have used it for a few months.
Existing light had become faulty so needed to be replaced. This was a good price. Physically smaller that expected and cable was shorter than ideal but it is now in place and functioning as required. It is bright enough for what I need. Longevity still to be determined but satisfied at prese

The Lepro 20W Security Lights Outdoor Motion Sensor, 1700 Lumen PIR Light, was easy to install and set up. The light is working very well since being installed and illuminates the house drive exactly as I hoped it would do.

It looks very good, have not fitted yet, has longer cable than others I’ve fitted, the controls are located at the back/bottom, may need a mirror or phone for setting up.
Easy to install, and it just works, no hassle.
This quite small LED array security light provides adequate illumination for a fairly large area at the back of my house, excellent for my convenience, and as a deterrent. Just three simple adjustments to make to suit the exact situation, and that’s it!
Quality security ligh
Bought & fitted 2 of the above lights to replace ageing 300watt halogen units that gave good service but cannot match the crisp light from these ones. Fitment is made easy by using a (Wiska) or similar type of out door ip rated junction box.
These lights are well constructed which comes as no surprise to me as I have purchased LE out door ground wash lights from them a few years back & they are still going strong.
I bought two of these lights as I’m quite impressed by the relatively small size and the effectiveness of the sensors on them. The only downside, in common with all these type of lights that Amazon cells, is they all come with rather short cable as he assume you were going to join them to a circuit using a switch box. I bought some small waterproof plug holders in order to join it to a longer cable and I found it excellent for that. You can adjust the sensor up and down and left and right to stop it triggering all the time and I found the light. It gives really good as it doesn’t blind you completely and it doesn’t annoy the neighbours either they carefully set up .
It doesn’t work…!!
This product is useless! Which ever setting I set it to the light only works when I hold my hand completely over the detection sensor.
I’m returning it for a replacement that actually works..!!
Leider schon kapu
Der Strahler hat vorhin dann ausgesetzt, kA warum. Bis heute funktionierte er super, war fr seine 10W ordentlich hell und mir gefiel das kleine Design. Jetzt werd ich mal schauen ob ich Ersatz bekomme, Zumindest sollte es ein Strahler dieser Gre bleiben da er fr meinen Treppengang im Garten perfekt war.

Also, die erste LED wurde anstandslos ersetzt ohne viel Abwicklung, das war schonmal Klasse. Der neue Strahler wurde ebenfalls ber Dauerstromzustand installiert, da hier nur in der Dmmerung bzw im Dunkeln das Licht angehen soll. Nach inzwischen lngerem Betrieb auch ber die Wintertage hinweg kann ich behaupten, das sie das auch Tadellos umsetzt. Was mir sehr gefllt ist die Gre. Also sie ist wirklich klein und frisst auch im kleinsten Winkel kaum Platz. Lediglich der Haltebgel war nicht so mein Fall und ich habe mir hier eine eigene Konstruktion, Quasi einen Schwanenhals gebaut. Damit lsst sich die LED auch nachtrglich in verschiedene Richtungen stellen. Der Bewegungsmelder ist hiervon nicht betroffen, der lsst sich eh extra einstellen. Die Justierung des Sensors selbst ist etwas frickelig, da die Stellrder hier sehr minimalistisch sind und eine 100%ige Wunscheinstellung nur schwer umsetzbar ist. Er funktioniert dennoch ganz passabel. Alles in allem, Super Ausleuchtung fr wenig Geld mit gutem Sensor.

Small
When this arrived was saddened by the size. Well as they say size doesn’t matter. This is fab. The shine of the light is excellent.
The light comes on nice and quick once it’s been triggered. Very happy won’t loose the dogs now.

Small compact light.
Nice small compact light. Fixing holes are quite small, so be prepared for a trip to they DIY shop for some small fixing. Everything on the light works as it should.
Easy to install.
My other one failed for some reason. I decided to purchase a higher watt replacement. It is easy to instal and I was careful follow the electrics protocols. I switched mine off at the mains and the normal switch. It took about 15 minutes to do. It works fine. I took a photo of the wiring for my old failed light before I began to ensure that the new wiring replicated.

LED outside motion ligh
I purchased and installed this over a year ago.
I’m not an electrician but found this easy to install. Just make sure you switch the power off for the house first!
After many months of rain and more recently snow and strong winds this light still works as intended. The lamp is bright and the sensitivity of the motion detector is good. Recommended.

Very short lead
This Lepro security light looks almost identical to a Luceco product of which I’ve never had one last longer than 1 yr. However it offers a very bright light, it’s easy to install, but be aware the lead is far too short, the unit is sealed so one can’t fit a longer lead. I’ll see how long it lasts and edit this review.

Great light, very short electric lead
Great light, just what we wanted to light a small outside garden. The only problem is the length of the electric lead, way to short for most outside connections.
Shocked with the brightness from such a small ligh
I wanted an affordable light to replace the one that broke and decided to get one with motion detection so that it turned on when the dogs went out at night.
I read the reviews and was expecting it to be small but when I opened it I was shocked at the fact it was TINY so was a little sceptical about how good it would be but was pleasantly surprised once it was fitted. The sensor pics up movement well and the light is actually bright enough to light up the whole top part of our garden which is huge so am very impressed.
The wire is a little short so was limiting to where we could fit it but apart from that there is not really anything else that i could fault.
Powerful and excellent detectio
This has replaced a really old security light and the detection range is excellent. As we have limited lighting in the road this not only helps people get to our door it also helps by lighting up our bit of the road. It helped that there were holes drilled already, both to push the cable through to the electricity supply inside and to secure the unit to the wall, there was a good range on the metal support bracket so no new holes required. Good purchase.

Bought this to replace one that failed. This is smaller, but does the job it was needed for, i.e. overlook the drive and come on if anyone approaches the car at night. Would get another for the front door if I could find a way of getting power there.
Nice bright ligh
Purchased this to replace ones I had been buying previously that were microwave based, but unfortunately only lasted around 12 months. Trying these for the first time so time will tell.
IR seems not as sensitive or far reaching as microwave so there’s that. Otherwise so far so good. Nice strong light in a smaller unit than before.
Led floodlight.
Small light, but for 10 watt gives of a good spread of light. Only niggle is not a lot of cable, 30cm. Easy to install and set up.only gets 4 for install as had to extend cable.
The light works great at night and I am pleased with its range and brightness. I got an electrician to install it and that was fine except, according to him, using the daylight sensitivity setting should allow for the light to be set up (direction and movement sensitivity) in daylight. It didn’t detect movement so it had to be done at night which is much more awkward. Also I could have come to the conlclusion the light wasn’t working and sent it back if I had not tested it at night. I am unsure whether this is a general design failure or a problem with my particular light.
