Relatively quiet; excellent great to use
A little bit of a faff to empty initially but you get better at it! Very good suction both on carpets and hard floor. Reasonable amount of time on Eco before needing to be recharged. Great that you can separate it to a smaller hand-held vacuum. Quiet in use and having used over the last couple of months would recommend.
Great product, definately worth your money
Compact and light to use, great cleaning ability, easy to use across multiple surfaces as it adapts its power to suit during use. No regrets here
I must admit I am a bit OCD when it comes to housework, I already have 2 Miele vacuums & they are firm favourites. However this machine is just amazing, I could not believe how much dust & grime it picked up.
It is easy to clean, it has amazing suction & just brilliant, buy it you want be disappointed.
This is a very well made and really effective vac.
The manual is clear. Operation and cleaning is simple.
It is powerful and has cleaned our carpets and parquet as never before!

As you would expect it works brilliantly. Expensive …. yes… Worth it… yes. I would recommend. I use this for commercial purposes to clean a block of apartments and its works really well. A bit much for a small flat or house . A case of you get what you pay for.
The product is good but although it had not been used, the box it was in had obviously been opened and torn and one of the batteries had the safety sticker removed, I assume it was a returned product, I was not impressed. For the cost of it I expected a pristine produc
Best stick hoover I have ever purchased.
I was amazed to read the negative feedback on this product and decided to share my recent experience and thoughts . This stick cleaner is not a lightweight machine but there are 2 different options for assembly, the traditional working parts at the top where you hold your hand or it can be assembled with the working parts lower down the stick moving the weight downhill as it were !
Anyone with wrist elbow or shoulder issues should try before you buy as The dust receptacle is small and requires frequent emptying with a wrist twist movement easy enough if you have full arm mobility but not if you do not .That said, I like the design and the solid feel of this stick cleaner. It lasts for the charge period and offers great suction.easy to assemble and after first lengthy charge has kept up with suction. I will update after 6 months

Great Suction for a cordless
Good hoover, but heavy at times but depends on carpet thickness, but it’s not the item that is heavy but the suction is so good it’s difficult to push.
However, depends on your reasoning for this item, but it’s a good hoover and need to empty the canister often, but that’s down to good suction and what it picks up. Best empty often than not, as the longer you leave it as with larger canisters the more the smell. Each to their own preference really, the item is good and does what it says….
Not worth paying the high price
More or less the price should be arround 300 , suction is good , a second battery would be advisible although with one battery which is still new I can clean a large 5 bedroom property . Its okay but not standing up to miele reputation.
