Classic MK
Bought this for my PS5 after playing the majority of the other MK titles on older consoles and it’s brilliant, great story mode, towers, extra characters, new moves, great online, recommended for fans of the series
I recently bought a PS5 and wanted a competitive game that I can enjoy with the family. You can’t go wrong with Mortal Kombat Ultimate.
Product came well packaged and secure the very next day after I placed an order which is what you expect from Amazon.
The game is very easy to set up and play. But, if you really want to beat everybody you will need to do some training. What I mean is there’s those who just press any button and fight for fun but there are moves that you can practice for specific characters which will give you an edge in beating your opponent much quicker and easier which takes some practice.
In my opinion this games is more suitable for family/friends that want to have fun playing against each other and compete. I gave it 4 stars because the only thing negative about it is you wont have as much fun playing alone.

Most of us veteran gamers know how an MK game works, this game didn’t disappoint.
The dlc characters that they chose for this one were amazing too, Terminator is probably my favourite.

Flawless Victory!!
This really is a fantastic beat em up 2D fighting game and for me it’s the best fighting game I’ve ever played! And I’ve been playing fighting games since the early 1990’s. The 4K graphics and HDR visuals are very impressive on the PS5.
Great game great price
The price I paid was 15.00 or something and it comes with the 2 expansion packs. If you like mortal kombat this is a great addition. The changing of the costumes is a bit fiddly but that’s the only downside.

The graphics are amazing the gameplay is really fun and easy to learn but hard to master the new customisation features are also great I literally spent my whole weekend playing this game

The game is the gorefest that you expect. Graphically, excellent and so smooth gameplay.
Fantastic price too, less than half the price of the digital only version.
Pointless Disc
Great game, comes with a code for DLC, however when you redeem it, you get the ps5 and PS4 versions of the game and the dlc, making the disc pointless.

Bought this to play as I enjoyed mortal Monday 11 delux edition now have up graded to this very good game
Great game. I picked up the the ultimate edition as it worked out cheaper than buying the DOC separately. I would have preferred the extra characters to be “on the disc” not a code in the box.
The game itself is excellent and the spectacle of watching robocop fight rambo is just pure geekout joy!
Be aware that unlike all previous MK games any new skins are only available in the Kustomise section & not on the main roster as in previous editions! Other than that ( which took a 2 hour call to discover) – brilliant game as usual !

Contains the entire game unlocked with all characters available. The included code actually allows you to download the digital version of the game so you don’t need to use the disc.
It’s the full experience, put the disc i, then enter the included code to get access to the ultimate content. Total download is like 90gb so be prepared for that. The game is clever though and you can play the game from about 20gb and characters and maps continue to download as you play.

Absolutely loving MK11 and the sheer amount of DLC included with the Ultimate Edition. I’ve been playing since the original in 1992 and there’s been a lot of ups and downs in that time. Since MK9 the series has really found its feet and this continues that trend.
Graphics, sound, story mode, content (sorry, Kontent) are all top notch. A must buy for fans of 2D Fighters.

looks and plays great on the PS5 in glorious 60FPS.
Being the ultimate edition would’ve thought it included all DLC but there is a caveat that it is just all current DLC.

Not usually a fan of fighting games as find them hard to get into but not many PS5 games out so I thought I’d pick this up.
Comes with all characters and maps.
Plenty of online and offline modes, standard vs – ranked – solo and co-op towers – story mode etc. The best fighting game I’ve ever played.
What can I say?
If you know mortal kombat then you will love this.
Includes all dlc and all downloadable characters, robocop, terminator etc.
If you like moral kombat then get this versio

Just to let people know. Inside the box is the Standard version in disc format. However, there are 2 separate digital codes for the rest of the content. These codes are found inside. Once redeemed on the PlayStation store, they will be downloaded and installed to obtain full ULTIMATE Edition. This is the best version of MK ever. With Rambo, The Terminator, Robocop, The Joker all included, it’s simply awesome if a little bit gory.
Amazing, all the extras all in one disk, I’ve been looking at the feedback about not getting all the extras with the disc. Isn’t that obvious you need to put the code in order to get all the extras
Ignore the other review on here claiming this release isn’t complete – it is indeed complete with all of the DLC advertised.
While the DLC isn’t on the disc itself you do get download codes in the case for the additional content from the PSN store.
The game looks amazing on PS5 and the loading times are super quick!!! We’ll worth it if you’re a fan of MK

This review is merely to point out that the review from Farrow is invalid – he is complaining about the ultimate edition not having the DLC characters when he clearly bought the standard edition – it even says so on the review. He messed up, it is not the games faul
Rambo vs Scorpion? Robocop vs Kano? Yes yes yes
This is the first time I’ve played MK since the mega drive. It’s come a long long way since then! For a typical fighting game, the story mode is mint! Such huge kontent will keep me going for months!
