Best little printer around I got this for printing business labels for shipping and it’s been super useful for that and more! Love this printe been printing everything I need for my self-run business. There is no cost for ink, as it’s thermal printing, but you need to print on special paper. Very good, recommended. Good customer support.

Great printer for small and large business I am very impressed by the quality of this printer. I was researching a good quality one and came across the Munbyn. It has not disappointed me and the service provided by then is excellent.

Simple setup excellent results Bought this last May (2022), have to say what an excellent product, no jams like my Dymo’s, simple to install, literally works out of the box. Technical support is also excellent, recently had a problem where it would try and print & give back an error, switched off and on & the printer printed no problems, this happened randomly. Tec support suggested moving the USB connector to another port which immediately solved the problem. I don’t normally write reviews but this item has exceeded expectations especially for unknown manufacturer Munbyn (at the time), I’ve printed over a 1000 labels over the past year without a single failure. Munbyn’s are now up there if not better than the likes of Dymo. Buy with confidence

Excellent Product, Excellent Customer Service Excellent product. I originally had issues with the post office being unable to scan my Royal mail label QR codes, however after speaking with Munbyn customer support via whatsapp they advised me to drop the darkness from 8 to 4 and lower print speed. And just like that problem solved all within the space of 24 hours. Couldn’t recommend this product enough. User manual is also very comprehensive. 5 stars from me!

A quality thermal printer - great for Ebay and Royal Mail dispatch labels, home use. I needed a printer for labels for Ebay shipping, and don’t want to keep putting ink in the printer. So I did my research and this one came up well. I downloaded the driver, had a little help from tech support and watched a youTube video to get me going. I am not a clever young person and this sort of thing is challenging… I was prompted to put in the size of printing paper, and now i have perfect labels time after time. What a great little printer.

Munbyn USB Printe I got this printer delivered yesterday and tbh I had a bit of trouble trying to figure things out but once I done it, it has been a breeze. I would definitely recommend this if you are going to be using labels for your business.

Great little printer!! Bought this for shipping labels. Nice and compact but no too small. Build quality is well and prints out the labels perfectly every time and nice and clear. Very easy to set up which I always love. I use it to print Royal Mail labels online and integrates very well the computer to print it out by default. Would recommend this highly.
Superior quality product with excellent customer suppo I think it’s important to write my review about this product in two parts because the 2 areas go hand-in-hand. First, the product: I bought the thermal printer and did not attempt to use it for months. Why? Am extremely busy and assumed (mistakenly) that setting up would be technical and time consuming. How wrong I was. In fact, It could have been saving me time and money since it arrived. When I got round to setting it up, it took me 15 -20 minutes, max. I even expected that printing my first labels would require adjustments etc. Wrong again! From the word go the print quality has been sharp, crisp and basically, second to none. My packages now look professional, I save time and money (from buying endless ink cartridges). I urge anyone considering this printer, to give it a try. You won’t be disappointed. The size of the printer is also such a space saver. It is not noisy when printing. Oh, and the speed of printing labels is unbelievable.
Secondly, customer support. I wish all electrical manufacturers were that available and accessible to customers. As I didn’t use the printer straight away, I misplaced the cable and lead. I messaged Munbyn Customer Support. They responded within a few minutes and agreed to send me a reacement lead. Not only that, they’ve also followed up to ascertain if I received it, and importantly, if everything was OK with the printer. I can’t praise them enough (I have NOT been paid for this review) Every business needs a service like that. Well done Munbyn keep up the good work!
Quick set up and sharp printing plus value for money The printer is small and available in white. Very easy to set up following the online Munbyn website videos. I am using it for eBay postage labels. I had a problem at first as the printing was too dark and the post office could not scan the QR code but went back to the FAQs on Munbyn website and sent a message via the WhatsApp group and managed to sort it by taking the darkness level down to 5 and speed to 1 and set it as a preset in the printing dialogue box so I do not have to change it every time. I think originally the factory settings were 6 & 8. Now very happy printing out postage labels. I can also print from Word so have set up a 6″ x 4′ template to print other types of labels for my storage boxes.
Great product & customer service I’ve had this printer just over 2 years. The product is great. Very easy to set up & use. The settings are easy to change if you need to slow printing down so it prints more accurately.
I use it to print 4 x6 shipping labels & much smaller labels for barcoding products & can switch between label sizes very easily.
When I encountered a problem after 2 years of use the customer service has been excellent. You can message them on whatsapp & they’re very responsive & help you troubleshoot the issue.
Easy to setup and use They have all the cables that are needed to use, even the one piece I needed to connect my MacBook. They had this video on youtube, showing how to set up step by step, so the setup process was flawless. I easily set it up and started using it. I am using it to print my Etsy labels, and it is very effective and easy. I previously bought another brand which was very difficult to calibrate and in the end, I gave up and bought this one. Compared to that one,
– calibration is a piece of cake
– setup is very easy with all the instructions (even with the video)
– print quality is great
– very easy to use

Good for UK postage via Ebay This printer is simple and easy to use. It works great printing labels via ebay UK for items being sent within the UK. It does not let you print labels via ebay for international orders though, which is a real shame. You can print international labels and customs forms if you purchase labels via royal mail, but this is not as quick/easy as buying labels though ebay.
I will continue to use this for UK orders, it’s also good for printing labels around the home. I’ve even experimented with printing photos and drawings.
If you are a business you can register on royal mail website to get free rolls of thermal labels from them. I got the Munbyn label holder to hold the rolled labels and the folded labels.
VERY FAST, VERY EASY TO SETUP, VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SUPPORT Since 2021 using this printer every day printing more than 50 labels per day.
The setup is very easy, the printing quality is perfect, the cables are LONG and you can put it anywhere around your office, even after more tban 2 yearsI had one small situation with I can’t understand about and the customer service provide me support by WhatsApp explaining that I need to restart the printer just pressing the button for 20 seconds and DONE , the support answered ALL the questions, I am like “AFTER 2 years they still are here for me ?”

Must have for any business owne A must have for any business owner. So much easier and convenient than printing them out and manually sticking on via regular printer. Came with all the required cables and came with some labels which was very handy.
Easy set up – i have mac and its as simple as downloading the file and installing. Print quality is excellent, clear and legible text. Plus it’s a cute colour!
This is amazing, so glad I got one!!! I love this printer. At first I wasn’t sure about getting one because it was so expensive and as a small business just starting out it was a high expense. So I kept looking and one day I saw Amazon put it on offer so I got it and the labels too. I print all my postage labels, delivery notes, custom labels is so good. I had an issue with it because it stopped orienting, I was like oh no I need a new one. So I rang Amazon to start the refund side and to my surprise I went onto the Munbyn website troubleshooting website and wow the machine is designed to reconfigure itself. So in the end I didn’t need to send it back and was so happy and now I’m even more happier with this printer. They have made it so good and I’m impressed well done!!!
If you are going to print round labels definitely get the label holder too because I wasted so many labels because they got jammed so defo get the holder. You won’t be disappointed if you are not sure about getting one, if you have the money just do it!!!!

A great investment! I own a small business for the past 2 years and only now I’ve invested in a thermal printer, and I wish I invested sooner!, the package comes with accessories like a usb c to USB adapter which is super useful, and a usb with all the drivers on it to install onto your computer, it was fairly easy to set up , the YouTube tutorials was super helpful. Not only have I printed shipping labels but I’ve also got creative into printing thank you stickers with discount codes and even created shipping tape!, the possibilities are endless and I’ve already convinced my other business friends to invest in one!
Munbyn - excellent customer service I originally left a 1 star review in frustration at receiving two printers that were sent out having been used/refurbished.
Munbyn reached out to me and apologised and explained that the printers were sent out by Amazon and not themselves and so they had no control over this and offered to send me a brand new printer.
The printer arrived today and whilst I have not had a chance to use it yet, it is brand new and is exactly what I wanted in the first place. I can’t wait to set it up and I know that if there are any problems they are there to help and care about their customers.
I applaud Munbyn for their customer service and will have no hesitation in buying another printer and/or any of their other products. My confidence has been fully restored by them taking the time to reach out and to assist me.
Better than I thought! Time/Money/Life Saver! I was always contemplating purchasing a label printer for my eBay business but put it off as believed it was expensive, but wow I really should of brought this years ago.
It saves the time of having to write each address and your own return address, it saves the time of putting on tracking labels and uploading the tracking information, the time at the post office scanning each item.
I simply purchase the labels directly from eBay which works out cheaper anyway and this little beauty of a machine (which comes with 6×4 labels already) prints the label in literally seconds.
So easy to install, can change label size with a touch of a button and it installs easily on your laptop.
Perfect machine, Thermal printer also, so you save on ink and having to change it etc.
What would make this the best machine ever is a Bluetooth function, but I don’t really mind so much.
Don’t think twice, just purchase it and you will save hours/days of your life if running a small business 🙂

Great for small businesses I rarely leave reviews on Amazon but this printer is a must for small businesses. At first its quite easy to install but I had problems in which the 4×6 label prints would print onto another label thus causing 2 labels to be consumed in the process. After adjusting all the settings it seemed to work but I had contacted their Skype support in the meantime and got talking to someone who was ready to help. One of the reasons I did buy this was the reviews of support help (myself being in customer support business too) should I have problems I would get assistance. All and all this is great, however, you may use quite a few labels to get the correct settings and printing density through trial and error.

After sales suppo I purchased this originally last year, has been a lifesaver for my business as I require ingredients labels for all products and shipping labels. The printer was easy to install and use. A couple weeks ago, the printer would not connect even though everything was connected and installed. I tried all troubleshooting and I couldn’t get it to work. I was given the numbers for product support, I explained the issue to them and how important the printer was for my business. I originally spoke to Ge who then referred me to James at the head office, who arranged for a replacement after listening to what was going wrong. The replacement arrived within 3 days of speaking to James. I set the new printer up and the issue was completely fixed and I was able to carry on business as usual. Aftersales/tech support was a lifesaver!
Excellent printer. Excellent Support. I’ve used this printer most days for over 6 months and it’s simple to use, the labels are clear and are easily scanned. Setup was straight forward.

What’s not to like? The product works as well as it’s more pricey competitors and you know you’ll get support if you need it.
Super handy and simple to use I am so glad I purchased my Munbyn – it is such a time saver and really simple to use. I used to write out all the addresses for orders by hand or have to cut out from regular adhesive paper and use up ink doing this. It was really quick to install to my laptop and it prints the labels really quickly, which is handy especially when I have a whole load of them to print out. The pink is also super cute!
Absolutely worth it! I absolutely love my new thermal printer!! The size is perfect and it was super easy to install. It has made packing orders so much easier for me as I use to handwrite each boxes. Although, there’s isn’t much differences in price wise when buying postages online but the fact that it’s much more convenient and you get a quick service at the post office, it’s totally worth it!
SUPERB LABEL PRINTER for CHROMEBOOK I had some difficulty in understanding the Chromebook setup for the printer but I was put in touch by Amazon Support UK with a very helpful Munbyn customer Chromebook support young lady in China via Whatsapp her name is Bridy and thanks to her help and instructions the printer is now fully functional and I am very happy as to how easy it is to use . Outstanding customer service I had difficulty getting the printer to print the correct size label and contacted tech support via facebook. The support provided by Ge was outstanding – I was provided with step by step instructions as to what needed to be done and was also given the opportunity of a zoom call to go through it with me. Within minutes the printer was printing labels correctly. The print quality is amazing too. It was easy to install the printer and link to my laptop – the only difficulty was with the print size but now that is working well too.
Perfect Print Quality Previously i reviewed this product as bad print quality but the technial customer service was exceptional and way more than my expectations. Bridy was just amazing tech support. He made me clear about the issue which i was facing and shared the videos to resolve the issue i was facing. I tried that methid while easy to follow videos and the result was exactly which i needed. I stand corrected with my previous review and highly recommend the seller as well as the product. Worth buying and value for the money. The print quality is amazing, and printer itself is easy to install on either windows or mac.
Great piece of equipment! I absolutely love this! I’d been debating about whether to invest in a thermal printer for a while and spent quite a bit of time researching which model to get. I came across Munbyn and loved the different colour ways. I eventually settled on the pink (my business colours are white, grey and pink). Honestly, it saves so much time when it comes to processing postage labels. I sell on Etsy, Ebay and have a website and they all link through to my Royal Mail account, which then just prints the labels on the thermal printer… job done! You won’t regret getting one!
Love it, makes my life so much easie I’m so, far really impressed with this product. I did a lot of research before purchasing and this machine came highly recommended. The post office has said it’s printing the barcodes too thickly so they are harder to read with the scanner but they have all gone through so i’m not sure if its because it’s new.

I ordered the white machine and it never turned up Instead I received a bottle of Wilkos own screen wash! Looks like the driver attempted to swap my item for something else
The machine itself does what it says on the tin. It prints quickly and the designs look great when printed. I would say though that the lines are thicker than I wanted them, so small text can be hard to read there may be a way to fix this but I’ve not tried yet and unsure how.
I’ve also round that the clips inside the machine, used to hold the differing sizes of stickers aren’t the most stable. You have to hold the stickers very straight before closing the lid, or the stickers print off centre. It doesn’t have any specific feature to keep the stickers in line.
Finally, I purchased the stickers from Munbyn and found that it is very difficult to print directly from the roll. You do need a stand/ holder, as the stickers don’t unravel naturally (due to the weight of the roll) and on more than one occasion, the stickers flipped upside down. The machine didn’t recognised that this had happened, so continued to print – so I lost a dozen stickers as they were bent and crumpled before I could get to the machine to turn it off. Like I say, no feature to hold the stickers in place.
When printing onto round 2″ stickers, I’ve yet to figure out how to centralise my design. My design has a circle boarder and it is printing off to one side! Again, there’s probably a fix but I tried for quite some time and couldn’t suss this one ou
Perfect for Etsy I am really happy I bought this printer. I ordered this printer to make printing my Etsy postage easier and it’s so enjoyable to use, I actually look forward to printing them off. It uses the 4×6 paper, and I bought the matching munbyn label paper in the fanfold format. The paper works perfectly, but the stack definitely needs room behind the printer in order for it to be fed through properly or the labels will jam (user error, not the printer at all). The cables provided (USB and power) are both quite long so easy to position the printer around your workspace. The only downside really is that it’s not a wireless printer, but I also appreciate the fact there’s no connection issues when printing due to it being directly connected. Overall, I’m really happy with the printer and the matching labels. You do get a small pack of labels in the box with the printer, so you can try it out before committing to buying a full pack of labels.

I was searching around for a thermal label printer and looked at reviews online and recommendations, after hearing all the good stuff, I bit the bullet and went with the Munbyn printer.
I can’t say I have used thermal printers before, I am new to the online business world and I’m not going to give you the old spiel “this is the best label printer ever”what I will say though is, I do not see how this product could be any better.
The way it calibrates, the way it prints just everything about it is top quality technology and I am so glad I forked the bit extra over other options I was contemplating.
When you pair this with the great support that is only a message away, I have no idea why anyone would risk trying another option.

I wish I would have bought this soone I send parcels as a small business and I had been printing labels then cutting them out on a standard printer. I had some recommendations for this printer and thought that I would give it a try. First of all included in the box is the power lead, usb lead, a pack of labels, instructions and usb memory stick which contains the drivers. There was also another lead which converts the standard usb to a usb c. I am not very technical but I found this really easy to install. I don’t know why I didn’t get the printer sooner. I printed my postage labels quickly and without any difficulty and I would definitely recommend.
The best thermal printer! Fantastic label printer and the pink colour is SO cute! Works incredibly fast and the printing quality is perfect. I use this for all my shipping labels which makes the whole process just so much quicker. Would recommend this to everyone!
Absolutely perfect for etsy orders! I bought this for my small business as I was sick of printing out labels, cutting them out and sticking them with sellotape. Let me tell you this was life changing, genuinely the best thing I’ve bought for my shop. It was a little tricky to figure out the correct size to print however once I did that it’s been an absolute breeze. I’ve even used it to make logo stickers to improve my packaging. Honestly couldn’t recommend more! Also it’s pink, how could you go wrong. I wish I bought it soon, its worth the price just in the time I’ve saved. If you’re trying to decide if it’s worth it, just buy it honestly I can’t explain how much this has helped me, I wouldn’t have survived the christmas rush otherwise.
High Qty, Low Price & Quick Install I run a small shipping company for comic creators and after 2 years of using a Dymo printer and it breaking we were on the market for a new printer.
After some searching we found this particular brand and at first was shocked at the low price for the device, however we were not disappointed.
This printer is cost effective, takes up a small footprint on the desk and most importantly can be feed labels from the back. This is vital as we sometimes use rolls that have 1000 4×6 labels and our old Dymo one could not do this.
The speed of the printer is also noticeably better and the qty of the label is not effected by this.
The last thing I would like to touch on is how easy it was to get setup and going. All we had to do was install the drivers that came on the supplied USB stick and it was ready to go.
Great little label printer for shipping labels and a whole lot more I bought this printer for my small business, and it worked well to print shipping labels. The international and tracking barcodes on royal mail labels sometimes don’t come out with quite the level of clarity you want, but after lowering the print speed and density in settings I tested them with my barcode scanner and they work (the print speed is still respectable when lowered). I’ve also used them to print a black and white logo sticker for a few of my products in the past, and for black white and grey simple art printed at over an inch in size it turns out well, and it helped give a personal touch to some of my products.
There’s not much bad to say about it! It’s been serving me well for over a year now and it’s showing no signs of stopping.
Great printe Had a few teething issues to begin with regarding clarity of QR codes but having spoken to their technical help on WhatsApp, which is excellent by the way, I changed the density settings and it was much clearer. It’s a really neat little unit that sits perfectly in my desk drawer.
This is just what I needed and saves so much time and messing about cutting hand written labels out.
Fantastic little printe What a great little printer! I have an Etsy store and this is going to make my life so much easier and save so much time at the post office! I can pay for postage online on Etsy and print labels immediately. It even prints the custom forms too! For reference when I first tried to print something I kept getting a blank page but after a few trials with printer settings and orientation it was all sorted. Small and compact on the desk and prints really quickly! Highly recommend!
Simple setup and works reliably I’ve been using this label printer with my Etsy store for some months now, and it’s been a real time-saver. It was very easy to set up, even for a technophobe like me. I did have a problem which was purely user error, but when I contacted Munbyn via Messenger I received an almost instant response from their agent Martin who helped me to solve it. He was very helpful and thankfully didn’t laugh at me for being an idiot. I’d recommend this printer to anyone for ease of use – I print labels daily and it saves so much time.
It's very good I needed this little printer for printing barcode labels. Guess what? That’s exactly what it does.
Fairly straightforward to setup: download the print driver, install it, plug in the printer, connect it to computer, run the setup utility for the driver, and away you go.
I use rolls of 50mm x 30mm labels with it. Very good, well priced, does what it needs to do. Happy with it.
Great for Click & Drop labels Ok so I used to use the A4 Avery labels (4 on a sheet) which worked out around 26 for 400 labels and with my business I also print invoices which was taking more toner doing both. After the quality of the labels were printing a mid grey I decided that I needed to start looking at better, more cost effective ways to print my labels.
I had seen these small thermal labels before & had always thought about buying one but kept with the same setup until the other day when I watched a few reviews on using them so decided to purchase one.
So arrived the next day, spent about 5 mins setting up and I was away. I have to admit I wasnt sure if I was going to have any problems switching between printers each time I printed an invoice and labels but it was so easy and automatically sorts for you. The print quality is spot on! perfect black each time and no more need for replacing toner as these are thermal. Also the pack of 500 labels only cost me 16 so already saved 10 on my labels plus there are 100 more and all have a non smudge finish to them so very happy with that.
Only cons on this is the wires on the back when you plug them in the labels have to sit back enough so that they do not catch on the wires but is easily remidied by purchasing the label holder (Which I did the following day) but apart from that, if you had been using the same set up as I did, please go for it! you will not regret it and wonder why you didnt change sooner. I also use a Mac and was super easy to install the driver just make sure that you add the printer in your settings or may not show up.
All in all a perfect label printer for a small price, cheap labels but quality at the same time and a must for any businesses using Click & Drop, very happy I decided to purchase 🙂 AAA+
No silly drivers or software required, but has no dithering and print quality is so-so It’s obviously intended for printing postage labels, which it does so with aplomb. It will print dozens in a minute and can print from any software that can print.
If you’re trying to print something more complicated, beware it does no dithering in software and it’s very much optimised for printing text. Complex graphics are to be avoided.
Why didn't I get this earlier!? Really love this printer, it is well made and came with everything I needed to set up easily and start printing straight away! The labels print super fast, I have been saving so much time and space compared to when I used to carry my huge printer around with me – it is great for travelling with. The only small issue I have had is after a few uses, the options for paper size changed in the print dialogue and 4×6 was not there anymore, however I contacted Munbyn on WhatsApp and they told me which option to choose ( for me it was w288h432 ). The customer service is great and this is a great product.
Brilliant machine, a true time saver. So I bought this machine after a couple of failed attempts at getting a label printer for my eBaying and future mail ordering in which I am selling off a lot of collectables and other items. This machine has truly revolutionised how I deal with shipping, everything on this is a breeze versus printing out on A4 paper, cutting it out, making sure its stuck on enough so the post office don’t have a go at you for it not being secure enough etc.
Nope, just click “print” and watch as as many labels you desire run off with near perfect qualit, QR code on full display and the sheets reccomended with this are perforated and so can be easily torn off one by one so you can peel and just slap it on.
Wonderful device, if I had to buy again, it’s definitely one of these!
Massive Time Save I bought this to print labels for my Etsy store. I was reluctant to spend so much when I could just carry on handwriting my parcels but this has been such a huge time saver that I’m so glad I took the leap. It’s super easy to set up and connects to Etsy label printing well. It literally takes seconds from purchasing the label to having it printed which means I can spend less time writing addresses and buying stamps from the Post Office and more time on making my products.
It’s smaller than the product images make it look (which is a good thing for desk space!) One thing I would suggest would be to get a feeder/holding tray for the labels. I’ve put mine on the windowsill above the desk, but if you don’t have room behind the machine you’ll need to find somewhere to put the stack of labels.

Never knew i needed this until i had it! I finally got sick of printing out a4 labels and folding and cutting and sticking.
This has made like so easy and ‘just a click’ . Really simple to install, 3 out of 5 for the ease of use as there is a learning curve for print sizes that aren’t explained very well. But once you sort that, you’re golden.

Thermal label printer - Perfect for small business This is an amazing printer (which are normally my kryptonite if I’m honest) that is simple to set up and use out of the box.
Quick, quiet, great print quality with the availability of cheap eco-friendly labels in a variety of sizes makes this a great investment.
This one is being used as a postal label printer and with some experimentation and trial and error I’ve discovered which of the 4 Royal Mail websites to use so that I can upload a CSV file full of purchases and print them all out in one fell swoop rather than locking my debit card by doing 30+ individual purchases via PayPal.
Love it, and works with chromebook! Amazing thermal printer. I use it for my royal mail click and drop account as I was fed up of printing paper labels and cutting and sticking myself. This is a great cheaper alternative compared to the Zebras. It is saving me so much time and set up was actually OK. A note to add, it DOES work with chrome books. I was initially going to send it back because I only have a chromebook but I looked up how to set up thermal printer and chrome book and I came across a YouTube video showing you how to connect the zebra printer to chromebook and the instructions on how to do it worked for the munbyn too luckily !
The best label printe Im the happiest small business owner after i bought this label printer. I used to use a4 paper print then cut then glue to my boxes. I saved up just to get this beautiful printer, very easy to set up. They have manual to guide you step by step. Then when its set up you just need to adjust your shop delivery like the size of the label paper. You can adjust the density of the print. At first mine comes out to dark so its hard to scan the bar code. So just lower down the density on your settings.
If you have small business you should imvest this, it saves your time and ink on your normal printer and paper.

Couldn’t even power it on. As in the photo, the lead and the power supply won’t actually fit together! Amazon associate asked me to look for a spare part on the website, because they couldn’t help. Filled in a form on the manufacturer’s website, but to be honest, I’ll either have to pay for a lead that fits, or just return the whole thing and buy something more expensive that actually turns on.
OMFG why didn't I buy this label printer 3 years ago!!!! I have been selling things and printing postage labels for 3 years. Until now I have been printing labels on 6×4 stickers on A4 sheets in a normal printer. Oh how stupid that was in hind sight. It took me AGES to print labels that way as I would have to place the Postage label in the correct quadrant on word first before printing. And then printing would take a few minutes (F.U. HP!).
However now with this label printer when I buy a postage label through Etsy or Ebay I click print and the label is printed in less than a second (72 a minute I think they claimed).
Plus these thermal label printers don’t use ink. This printer prints fast, well, and easily.
ADVICE: If the printer is plugged in and turned on and not appearing on you computer (after Initial setup and instructions have been followed), then do the following: press the windows key + R, type in “services.msc”, hit enter, go down to “print spooler”, click on it then click start.
Not wireless but it works very well I bought this having issued a search in Amazon for a wireless thermal label printer and this came up, I saw the excellent reviews and so I bought it within minutes! So, after initial setup I discovered that it in fact isn’t wireless. I used it for a while connected via USB to my laptop and it works very well but not having wireless connectivity will hinder me for my uses longer term, and so I returned it. My fault, I should have read more into the listing! That said, for wired usage it is excellent. It is a very solid construction and printing of the labels is consistent and very fast. I would happily recommend this.
Great little printer! I have a small business and print around 20-30 labels per day, I was spending a fortune on ink for my HP printer – I tried a couple of other thermal printers which were rubbish, this has saved the day! Very easy to install, great print quality and so fast. I had an issue finding the drivers as the link was corrupt, the customer service was excellent and resolved within 10 minutes of me sending an email at 8pm! I would recommend this product.
Great printer for a small business use First of all wanted to mentioned for those who just have an Ipad (the software won’t work as although it says for Mac it doesn’t apply to Ipads, although I had all correct cables.
It works great on Macs, instructions are slightly outdated as examples shown on the manuals that come with drives look slightly different.
This company has great support/customer service. I had to ask a question on their facebook group over messages and got instant response.
I use this printer with Click and Drop Post office service for my Shopify store and it certainly takes the pain out of order fulfilment as I had to ask my husband before to print a label on his desk printer and it used to be a really big deal. Now i just get an order, plug the printer into my laptop, print and ship! So please I got my system going now with this little printer. it requires no ink which is another dreamy quality about it!
Use it for my business Got this for my business to print postage labels and it’s brilliant. Doesn’t need any ink and labels are farely cheap so I save money in the long run rather than having to print them in inkjet. Works great and doesn’t seem to heat up too bad. It would be perfect if it would have an integrated wireless (wifi/Bluetooth) capability to use without wires, but that is just me being fussy 😀 USB wire is decent length so very useful when trying to print labels. Overall a great machine. Recomend.
Gamechange We used to queue up at the post office and the staff would usually make faces when they saw us walking in with all these parcels. They hated weighing and pricing all of them which took them ages.
Since we bought this printer, life’s become so simple. We print our labels straight off ETSY and on to the parcels. Walk in the post office, drop off the parcels and walk out.
If you’re sending parcels or need printing at home, you can use this printer with your eyes closed. Look at the printing speed and quality from the video I’ve attached.
Best Printer - Brilliant being Thermal - Fast Printing - Quick Setup! This is better than expected!
I really like this printer, and it has saved me a lot of time hand writing labels. I use the printer for etsy and ebay, and print labels off multiple times a day. The print speed is fantastic, give the machine 2 seconds and its printed perfectly and being thermal nothing smudges! Which makes it possible to add the label straight away whilst still warm and pat the top down onto the parcel.
The only difficulty I had was with the instructions – I wasn’t quite sure what to do but after watching their videos it made perfect sense. I wouldn’t say this as a disadvantage, but more a slight improvement needed.
Quick and easy to use I bought this printer mostly for use with Royal Mail Click & Drop, since I run my own business and wanted to speed up the process of running off labels. It arrived well-packaged and was really quick to set up – I had it working in about 10 minutes. Figuring out how to adjust the sliders to position the paper was a little tricky since I was worried if I pressed too hard it would break, so the first few labels came out a bit wonky.
Using this with Click & Drop is easy – you just need to make sure your page setup is changed to one label per page at 100 x 150 mm. You can adjust the speed and density of the prints if you want them to be clearer – I turned the speed down and the density up. For some reason, while printing directly from Click & Drop is fine, printing Royal Mail labels through Ebay results in a poorer quality print that takes more adjusting. A friend of mine has the same printer and the same issue, so I don’t know if it’s Ebay or the printer itself. Another minor issue I’ve found is that sometimes the printer will pull a label through without printing anything, but most of the time it’s fine and you just put it back in.
This printer also comes with a small pack of labels – I didn’t count them before I used them all, but there were about 20 or so, enough to get you started.
Overall, a couple of hiccups, but generally a very easy printer to use and quick to set up.
Cute! Very satisfying after worrying it might not do the job! It’s quite dinky for a printer, comes with 20 labels and isn’t mind boggling to install (actually I had problems, but I got a Skype conversation going with a friendly Munbyn tech guy who solved things for me nicely*). Simple instructions are provided – note: there are several URLs provided where to get these, but they all provide the same thing. I’m only using it to print “A6” or 6×4 inch labels (150 x 100mm). Its nifty for sure.
* I sent a message via Skype then waited a few hours. Then I got a reply, and a good response. My problem was that after installing and doing a test print successfully I got an error state. These are the instructions I was given to solve this, and they worked. Note: you won’t need to uninstall it, just follow these steps.
To RESET
1Pull out the USB cable and restart the printer;
2Press FEED button and hold on;
3Release your finger when you hear FIVE rapid beeps.
4Then, you will hear another one long beep, which means the printer was reset. Release!
To LEARN the label size
1Turn off the printer, wait 10 seconds then turn it on again;
2Put a string of labels into the guides (blank or used, just not a single label)
3Press FEED button and hold on;
4Release your finger after you hear ONE beep.
5Then, the printer will “know” the label size having fed some blank labels.
After this, put back the USB cable (and into your computer)
Then reinstall the printer by following the guide.
Reliable Thermal Printe Update: I recently set-up a Linux print server using CUPS on an old raspberry pi I had. After emailing the manufacture they sent through a driver for Linux and it works very well.
I have printed thousands of labels with this printer with no problems. It took a few attempts to get the orientation set-up correctly with label printing software. I feed large 6×4 labels reels (900 per reel) through this using a homemade reel holder and it works great. The rollers grip on the label very well with plenty of pull to feed them through.
Good Value - Print Quality is Variable Though Print quality very much depends on how well the software of the application you are printing from has been written. So as such the print quality is either excellent or very poor which is very frustrating when printing postage labels. However that being said this is an excellent price for a thermal printer and very easy to use. One frustration is that when loading bulk fanfold labels it’s very easy to put the labels in the wrong side up -! Maybe it’s just me? Great value for the price. So 4 Stars for now however I desperately wanted to give it 5 Stars.
Brilliant label printe Ok this is an absolute game changer! it was delivered yesterday and I had it set up and printing within 5-minutes, it is so straightforward to setup (I did watch YouTube videos before it arrived and had downloaded the printer driver which helped), fabulous little machine, I have been having the stress of having to use an A4 sheet and cut them all out and wasting so much paper – not anymore! I couldn’t believe how fast it printed, I video’d it and sent it to my friend who is now considering purchasing as she’s also a crafter who sends many parcels. The price is great, I got 8 off and it’s worth every single penny!!!
Not bad for the price. Does the job. Printer was easy to setup and is great for the price. Print quality is not amazing but is of acceptable standard for postage labels. J put it in slowest speed to improve the quality and it still prints plenty fast enough. All the manufacturers blame the source files from ebay, etsy, royal mail etc for print quality. But at the end of the day they are the source files everyone needs to use.
Setup was was, instructions were pretty clear and drivers installed no problem. All in all it does the job I need it for at a good price.
Fantastic little unit for a great price! This year my stationery business boomed during lockdown and I was utterly overwhelmed addressing orders by hand and running to the post office. This Munbyn model seemed to have the same specs as several other more well-known brands (they were nearly twice the price!), so I took a chance after reading the positive reviews. The machine arrived securely packaged, and included both a physical manual and a USB stick containing the drivers and a digital version of the manual as well as UK/EU cables and a decent quantity of labels to get you started. Installation of the drivers was incredibly simple and the printer was able to self-calibrate to the correct settings automatically. This machine has been such a time saver! I can purchase and print labels directly from eBay and Etsy (including those CN22 customs declaration stickers), and have also integrated my shops into Royal Mail Click and Drop, so no more trips to the post office! Quality of printing is excellent and you can also go into the printer settings manually to adjust paper size and depth of printing colour. I’ve hardly pressed “print” on my computer and the label has already printed – no delay! Best thing is, it never runs out of ink! If you’re running your own business, I highly recommend this unit – it is inexpensive, easy to install and use, and takes up very little space. Wish I bought one years ago!

If I had to pick one thing to moan about it would be that sometimes when loading new labels it loads the first one through, effectively wasting one label but it’s not a big deal and in any case it doesn’t happen all the time so I imagine it’s something I am doing as oppose to the machine itself.

Small printer - big labels It’s small but prints a lovely big 6×4 label and I especially like that I can adjust the density of the print if I’m happy to have a label print slower and darker – else not so dark and really fast. Single, roll or tear off flat sheets. A great affordable big sticky peel off label printer.
Amazing, couldn't be happier! The printer was fairly easy to set up (although I did have some minor issues which were my fault, I didn’t plug it in properly). Once you’re good to go and about to print you first set of labels, your scanner measures the first label then begins to print from the 2nd sheet.
A common problem many people have is that the printer seems to ‘skip one, print one’. This is because they turn the printer off/on with every label OR take out the labels after every print. I leave the printer on and the paper in, which solves that issue. If you’re still experiencing this problem, have a look at your printing settings.
After trial and error, I found that you can adjust the darkness of the printed labels (the darker, the thicker the text). For my Hermes labels, I use darkness level of 5. For my Royal Mail labels, I use level 3.
I’ve had this printer for almost a month and after the initial few attempts to adjust to my labels, its perfect!

Small light weight and fas I am new to the world of thermal printers, but saw the reviews and thought this one would be a good match. So far so good, it is light and really compact which is great for my small office. It is also a lot quicker than I imagined it would be! Compared to my normal printer this should have me up and running in no time. It came next day with Amazon Prime and was really easy to set up.
MUNBYN ITPP941 - What a great little printe Could not ask more from this printer. Everything was included in the box to get you up and printing, in the fastest time possible. What I did like was the USB stick that included the drivers – Mac & Windows – also USB cable, sample pack of 6″x4″ labels.
What really impressed me, was the size. Before I got the printer, I was looking at was I could move everything around to fit it in but I had no need to.
i’ve used it now for about 4 days and have had no problems with it at all – shipping labels printed via Shipstation.com – Would I recommend this printer, yes.

I’ve been using the Munbyn standard printer for over a year now. I was impressed by the ease I can print quality 6×4 inch address labels. These labels are perfect for sending letters and packages by Royal Mail Click n Drop, and my Munbyn thermal printer integrates seamlessly with my Royal Mail online account. More than a year on, and I have experienced no technical issues at all. I print well over 500 labels a month. I would thoroughly recommend this printer because it’s Great! Value and has a small footprint works straight out of the box. I’m thinking of getting a second printer as Munbyn now have a brilliant looking 300 DPI printer in the market. This machine is better suited to smaller text and printing promotional stickers and the standard 6×4 address labels.

Bought this last May (2022), have to say what an excellent product, no jams like my Dymo’s, simple to install, literally works out of the box. Technical support is also excellent, recently had a problem where it would try and print & give back an error, switched off and on & the printer printed no problems, this happened randomly. Tec support suggested moving the USB connector to another port which immediately solved the problem. I don’t normally write reviews but this item has exceeded expectations especially for unknown manufacturer Munbyn (at the time), I’ve printed over a 1000 labels over the past year without a single failure. Excellent product. I originally had issues with the post office being unable to scan my Royal mail label QR codes, however after speaking with Munbyn customer support via whatsapp they advised me to drop the darkness from 8 to 4 and lower print speed. And just like that problem solved all within the space of 24 hours. Couldn’t recommend this product enough. User manual is also very comprehensive. 5 stars from me!

A quality thermal printer - great for Ebay and Royal Mail dispatch labels, home use.
I needed a printer for labels for Ebay shipping, and don’t want to keep putting ink in the printer. So I did my research and this one came up well. I downloaded the driver, had a little help from tech support and watched a youTube video to get me going. I am not a clever young person and this sort of thing is challenging… I was prompted to put in the size of printing paper, and now i have perfect labels time after time. What a great little printer.

I got this printer delivered yesterday and tbh I had a bit of trouble trying to figure things out but once I done it, it has been a breeze. I would definitely recommend this if you are going to be using labels for your business.

Great little printer!!
Bought this for shipping labels. Nice and compact but no too small. Build quality is well and prints out the labels perfectly every time and nice and clear. Very easy to set up which I always love. I use it to print Royal Mail labels online and integrates very well the computer to print it out by default. Would recommend this highly.
I think it’s important to write my review about this product in two parts because the 2 areas go hand-in-hand. First, the product: I bought the thermal printer and did not attempt to use it for months. Why? Am extremely busy and assumed (mistakenly) that setting up would be technical and time consuming. How wrong I was. In fact, It could have been saving me time and money since it arrived. When I got round to setting it up, it took me 15 -20 minutes, max. I even expected that printing my first labels would require adjustments etc. Wrong again! From the word go the print quality has been sharp, crisp and basically, second to none. My packages now look professional, I save time and money (from buying endless ink cartridges). I urge anyone considering this printer, to give it a try. You won’t be disappointed. The size of the printer is also such a space saver. It is not noisy when printing. Oh, and the speed of printing labels is unbelievable.
Secondly, customer support. I wish all electrical manufacturers were that available and accessible to customers. As I didn’t use the printer straight away, I misplaced the cable and lead. I messaged Munbyn Customer Support. They responded within a few minutes and agreed to send me a reacement lead. Not only that, they’ve also followed up to ascertain if I received it, and importantly, if everything was OK with the printer. I can’t praise them enough (I have NOT been paid for this review) Every business needs a service like that. Well done Munbyn keep up the good work!
Quick set up and sharp printing plus value for money
The printer is small and available in white. Very easy to set up following the online Munbyn website videos. I am using it for eBay postage labels. I had a problem at first as the printing was too dark and the post office could not scan the QR code but went back to the FAQs on Munbyn website and sent a message via the WhatsApp group and managed to sort it by taking the darkness level down to 5 and speed to 1 and set it as a preset in the printing dialogue box so I do not have to change it every time. I think originally the factory settings were 6 & 8. Now very happy printing out postage labels. I can also print from Word so have set up a 6″ x 4′ template to print other types of labels for my storage boxes.
Great product & customer service
I’ve had this printer just over 2 years. The product is great. Very easy to set up & use. The settings are easy to change if you need to slow printing down so it prints more accurately.
I use it to print 4 x6 shipping labels & much smaller labels for barcoding products & can switch between label sizes very easily.
When I encountered a problem after 2 years of use the customer service has been excellent. You can message them on whatsapp & they’re very responsive & help you troubleshoot the issue.
Easy to setup and use
They have all the cables that are needed to use, even the one piece I needed to connect my MacBook. They had this video on youtube, showing how to set up step by step, so the setup process was flawless. I easily set it up and started using it. I am using it to print my Etsy labels, and it is very effective and easy. I previously bought another brand which was very difficult to calibrate and in the end, I gave up and bought this one. Compared to that one,
– calibration is a piece of cake
– setup is very easy with all the instructions (even with the video)
– print quality is great
– very easy to use

This printer is simple and easy to use. It works great printing labels via ebay UK for items being sent within the UK. It does not let you print labels via ebay for international orders though, which is a real shame. You can print international labels and customs forms if you purchase labels via royal mail, but this is not as quick/easy as buying labels though ebay.
I will continue to use this for UK orders, it’s also good for printing labels around the home. I’ve even experimented with printing photos and drawings.
If you are a business you can register on royal mail website to get free rolls of thermal labels from them. I got the Munbyn label holder to hold the rolled labels and the folded labels.
So far, so good.

The setup is very easy, the printing quality is perfect, the cables are LONG and you can put it anywhere around your office, even after more tban 2 yearsI had one small situation with I can’t understand about and the customer service provide me support by WhatsApp explaining that I need to restart the printer just pressing the button for 20 seconds and DONE , the support answered ALL the questions, I am like “AFTER 2 years they still are here for me ?”

A must have for any business owner. So much easier and convenient than printing them out and manually sticking on via regular printer. Came with all the required cables and came with some labels which was very handy.
Easy set up – i have mac and its as simple as downloading the file and installing. Print quality is excellent, clear and legible text. Plus it’s a cute colour!

I love this printer. At first I wasn’t sure about getting one because it was so expensive and as a small business just starting out it was a high expense. So I kept looking and one day I saw Amazon put it on offer so I got it and the labels too. I print all my postage labels, delivery notes, custom labels is so good. I had an issue with it because it stopped orienting, I was like oh no I need a new one. So I rang Amazon to start the refund side and to my surprise I went onto the Munbyn website troubleshooting website and wow the machine is designed to reconfigure itself. So in the end I didn’t need to send it back and was so happy and now I’m even more happier with this printer. They have made it so good and I’m impressed well done!!!
If you are going to print round labels definitely get the label holder too because I wasted so many labels because they got jammed so defo get the holder. You won’t be disappointed if you are not sure about getting one, if you have the money just do it!!!!

I own a small business for the past 2 years and only now I’ve invested in a thermal printer, and I wish I invested sooner!, the package comes with accessories like a usb c to USB adapter which is super useful, and a usb with all the drivers on it to install onto your computer, it was fairly easy to set up , the YouTube tutorials was super helpful. Not only have I printed shipping labels but I’ve also got creative into printing thank you stickers with discount codes and even created shipping tape!, the possibilities are endless and I’ve already convinced my other business friends to invest in one!
I originally left a 1 star review in frustration at receiving two printers that were sent out having been used/refurbished.
Munbyn reached out to me and apologised and explained that the printers were sent out by Amazon and not themselves and so they had no control over this and offered to send me a brand new printer.
The printer arrived today and whilst I have not had a chance to use it yet, it is brand new and is exactly what I wanted in the first place. I can’t wait to set it up and I know that if there are any problems they are there to help and care about their customers.
I applaud Munbyn for their customer service and will have no hesitation in buying another printer and/or any of their other products. My confidence has been fully restored by them taking the time to reach out and to assist me.
I was always contemplating purchasing a label printer for my eBay business but put it off as believed it was expensive, but wow I really should of brought this years ago.
It saves the time of having to write each address and your own return address, it saves the time of putting on tracking labels and uploading the tracking information, the time at the post office scanning each item.
I simply purchase the labels directly from eBay which works out cheaper anyway and this little beauty of a machine (which comes with 6×4 labels already) prints the label in literally seconds.
So easy to install, can change label size with a touch of a button and it installs easily on your laptop.
Perfect machine, Thermal printer also, so you save on ink and having to change it etc.
What would make this the best machine ever is a Bluetooth function, but I don’t really mind so much.
Don’t think twice, just purchase it and you will save hours/days of your life if running a small business 🙂

Lovely printer although I have found you need to buy their labels as I had a different make and Royal Mail couldn’t read the bar code so I had to pay again. Anyway all sorted now I buy their brand

When the printer first arrived the power adapter was faulty, but the customer service I received from Munbyn was brilliant and they sent a replacement power lead out to me straight away. The printer works exactly as described and has really helped speed up my process when packing orders

I rarely leave reviews on Amazon but this printer is a must for small businesses. At first its quite easy to install but I had problems in which the 4×6 label prints would print onto another label thus causing 2 labels to be consumed in the process. After adjusting all the settings it seemed to work but I had contacted their Skype support in the meantime and got talking to someone who was ready to help. One of the reasons I did buy this was the reviews of support help (myself being in customer support business too) should I have problems I would get assistance. All and all this is great, however, you may use quite a few labels to get the correct settings and printing density through trial and error.

I purchased this originally last year, has been a lifesaver for my business as I require ingredients labels for all products and shipping labels. The printer was easy to install and use. A couple weeks ago, the printer would not connect even though everything was connected and installed. I tried all troubleshooting and I couldn’t get it to work. I was given the numbers for product support, I explained the issue to them and how important the printer was for my business. I originally spoke to Ge who then referred me to James at the head office, who arranged for a replacement after listening to what was going wrong. The replacement arrived within 3 days of speaking to James. I set the new printer up and the issue was completely fixed and I was able to carry on business as usual. Aftersales/tech support was a lifesaver!

I’ve used this printer most days for over 6 months and it’s simple to use, the labels are clear and are easily scanned. Setup was straight forward.
Unfortunately it developed a fault, I received same day tech support from James via WhatsApp resulting in a replacement unit being swiftly dispatched.
What’s not to like? The product works as well as it’s more pricey competitors and you know you’ll get support if you need it.

I am so glad I purchased my Munbyn – it is such a time saver and really simple to use. I used to write out all the addresses for orders by hand or have to cut out from regular adhesive paper and use up ink doing this. It was really quick to install to my laptop and it prints the labels really quickly, which is handy especially when I have a whole load of them to print out. The pink is also super cute!
Absolutely worth it!
I absolutely love my new thermal printer!! The size is perfect and it was super easy to install. It has made packing orders so much easier for me as I use to handwrite each boxes. Although, there’s isn’t much differences in price wise when buying postages online but the fact that it’s much more convenient and you get a quick service at the post office, it’s totally worth it!
SUPERB LABEL PRINTER for CHROMEBOOK
I had some difficulty in understanding the Chromebook setup for the printer but I was put in touch by Amazon Support UK with a very helpful Munbyn customer Chromebook support young lady in China via Whatsapp her name is Bridy and thanks to her help and instructions the printer is now fully functional and I am very happy as to how easy it is to use . So thank you Bridy and thank you Munbyn for making an inexpensive label printer totally compatible with Chromebooks
Outstanding customer service
I had difficulty getting the printer to print the correct size label and contacted tech support via facebook. The support provided by Ge was outstanding – I was provided with step by step instructions as to what needed to be done and was also given the opportunity of a zoom call to go through it with me. Within minutes the printer was printing labels correctly. The print quality is amazing too. It was easy to install the printer and link to my laptop – the only difficulty was with the print size but now that is working well too.
Perfect Print Quality
Previously i reviewed this product as bad print quality but the technial customer service was exceptional and way more than my expectations. Bridy was just amazing tech support. He made me clear about the issue which i was facing and shared the videos to resolve the issue i was facing. I tried that methid while easy to follow videos and the result was exactly which i needed. I stand corrected with my previous review and highly recommend the seller as well as the product. Worth buying and value for the money. The print quality is amazing, and printer itself is easy to install on either windows or mac.

I absolutely love this! I’d been debating about whether to invest in a thermal printer for a while and spent quite a bit of time researching which model to get. I came across Munbyn and loved the different colour ways. I eventually settled on the pink (my business colours are white, grey and pink). Honestly, it saves so much time when it comes to processing postage labels. I sell on Etsy, Ebay and have a website and they all link through to my Royal Mail account, which then just prints the labels on the thermal printer… job done! You won’t regret getting one!

I’m so, far really impressed with this product. I did a lot of research before purchasing and this machine came highly recommended. The post office has said it’s printing the barcodes too thickly so they are harder to read with the scanner but they have all gone through so i’m not sure if its because it’s new.
I’ve recently purchased and used my Munbyn for the first time.
I ordered the white machine and it never turned up Instead I received a bottle of Wilkos own screen wash! Looks like the driver attempted to swap my item for something else
The machine itself does what it says on the tin. It prints quickly and the designs look great when printed. I would say though that the lines are thicker than I wanted them, so small text can be hard to read there may be a way to fix this but I’ve not tried yet and unsure how.
I’ve also round that the clips inside the machine, used to hold the differing sizes of stickers aren’t the most stable. You have to hold the stickers very straight before closing the lid, or the stickers print off centre. It doesn’t have any specific feature to keep the stickers in line.
Finally, I purchased the stickers from Munbyn and found that it is very difficult to print directly from the roll. You do need a stand/ holder, as the stickers don’t unravel naturally (due to the weight of the roll) and on more than one occasion, the stickers flipped upside down. The machine didn’t recognised that this had happened, so continued to print – so I lost a dozen stickers as they were bent and crumpled before I could get to the machine to turn it off. Like I say, no feature to hold the stickers in place.
When printing onto round 2″ stickers, I’ve yet to figure out how to centralise my design. My design has a circle boarder and it is printing off to one side! Again, there’s probably a fix but I tried for quite some time and couldn’t suss this one ou
Perfect for Etsy
I am really happy I bought this printer. I ordered this printer to make printing my Etsy postage easier and it’s so enjoyable to use, I actually look forward to printing them off. It uses the 4×6 paper, and I bought the matching munbyn label paper in the fanfold format. The paper works perfectly, but the stack definitely needs room behind the printer in order for it to be fed through properly or the labels will jam (user error, not the printer at all). The cables provided (USB and power) are both quite long so easy to position the printer around your workspace. The only downside really is that it’s not a wireless printer, but I also appreciate the fact there’s no connection issues when printing due to it being directly connected. Overall, I’m really happy with the printer and the matching labels. You do get a small pack of labels in the box with the printer, so you can try it out before committing to buying a full pack of labels.

A brilliant little printe
After hearing about these printers all over TikTok, I decided to invest in one.
I have a MacBook, and installing the printer was simple and easy! The printer comes with a USB adapter for mac so can be plugged in no trouble!
I like the fact you can use any labels with the printer, this saves me money, and I can create custom labels for my business.
The printer never runs out of ink as it is a thermal printer!
I am very impressed with the print quality and the speed of the printer is fantastic, and easily matches my old dymo!

Munbyn have one of the best customer service experiences I have had the pleasure of dealing with in a long time.
I won’t even go into why I had to contact them as it is irrelevant to the quality of the product and is resolved now.
I was searching around for a thermal label printer and looked at reviews online and recommendations, after hearing all the good stuff, I bit the bullet and went with the Munbyn printer.
I can’t say I have used thermal printers before, I am new to the online business world and I’m not going to give you the old spiel “this is the best label printer ever”what I will say though is, I do not see how this product could be any better.
The way it calibrates, the way it prints just everything about it is top quality technology and I am so glad I forked the bit extra over other options I was contemplating.
When you pair this with the great support that is only a message away, I have no idea why anyone would risk trying another option.

I wish I would have bought this soone
I send parcels as a small business and I had been printing labels then cutting them out on a standard printer. I had some recommendations for this printer and thought that I would give it a try. First of all included in the box is the power lead, usb lead, a pack of labels, instructions and usb memory stick which contains the drivers. There was also another lead which converts the standard usb to a usb c. I am not very technical but I found this really easy to install. I don’t know why I didn’t get the printer sooner. I printed my postage labels quickly and without any difficulty and I would definitely recommend.
Fantastic label printer and the pink colour is SO cute! Works incredibly fast and the printing quality is perfect. I use this for all my shipping labels which makes the whole process just so much quicker. Would recommend this to everyone!
I bought this for my small business as I was sick of printing out labels, cutting them out and sticking them with sellotape. Let me tell you this was life changing, genuinely the best thing I’ve bought for my shop. It was a little tricky to figure out the correct size to print however once I did that it’s been an absolute breeze. I’ve even used it to make logo stickers to improve my packaging. Honestly couldn’t recommend more! Also it’s pink, how could you go wrong. I wish I bought it soon, its worth the price just in the time I’ve saved. If you’re trying to decide if it’s worth it, just buy it honestly I can’t explain how much this has helped me, I wouldn’t have survived the christmas rush otherwise.
High Qty, Low Price & Quick Install
I run a small shipping company for comic creators and after 2 years of using a Dymo printer and it breaking we were on the market for a new printer.
After some searching we found this particular brand and at first was shocked at the low price for the device, however we were not disappointed.
This printer is cost effective, takes up a small footprint on the desk and most importantly can be feed labels from the back. This is vital as we sometimes use rolls that have 1000 4×6 labels and our old Dymo one could not do this.
The speed of the printer is also noticeably better and the qty of the label is not effected by this.
The last thing I would like to touch on is how easy it was to get setup and going. All we had to do was install the drivers that came on the supplied USB stick and it was ready to go.
We would highly recommend this printer.
Great little label printer for shipping labels and a whole lot more
I bought this printer for my small business, and it worked well to print shipping labels. The international and tracking barcodes on royal mail labels sometimes don’t come out with quite the level of clarity you want, but after lowering the print speed and density in settings I tested them with my barcode scanner and they work (the print speed is still respectable when lowered). I’ve also used them to print a black and white logo sticker for a few of my products in the past, and for black white and grey simple art printed at over an inch in size it turns out well, and it helped give a personal touch to some of my products.
There’s not much bad to say about it! It’s been serving me well for over a year now and it’s showing no signs of stopping.

Had a few teething issues to begin with regarding clarity of QR codes but having spoken to their technical help on WhatsApp, which is excellent by the way, I changed the density settings and it was much clearer. It’s a really neat little unit that sits perfectly in my desk drawer.
This is just what I needed and saves so much time and messing about cutting hand written labels out.
Fantastic little printe
What a great little printer! I have an Etsy store and this is going to make my life so much easier and save so much time at the post office! I can pay for postage online on Etsy and print labels immediately. It even prints the custom forms too! For reference when I first tried to print something I kept getting a blank page but after a few trials with printer settings and orientation it was all sorted. Small and compact on the desk and prints really quickly! Highly recommend!
Simple setup and works reliably
I’ve been using this label printer with my Etsy store for some months now, and it’s been a real time-saver. It was very easy to set up, even for a technophobe like me. I did have a problem which was purely user error, but when I contacted Munbyn via Messenger I received an almost instant response from their agent Martin who helped me to solve it. He was very helpful and thankfully didn’t laugh at me for being an idiot. I’d recommend this printer to anyone for ease of use – I print labels daily and it saves so much time.

I needed this little printer for printing barcode labels. Guess what? That’s exactly what it does.
Fairly straightforward to setup: download the print driver, install it, plug in the printer, connect it to computer, run the setup utility for the driver, and away you go.
I use rolls of 50mm x 30mm labels with it. Very good, well priced, does what it needs to do. Happy with it.
Great for Click & Drop labels
Ok so I used to use the A4 Avery labels (4 on a sheet) which worked out around 26 for 400 labels and with my business I also print invoices which was taking more toner doing both. After the quality of the labels were printing a mid grey I decided that I needed to start looking at better, more cost effective ways to print my labels.
I had seen these small thermal labels before & had always thought about buying one but kept with the same setup until the other day when I watched a few reviews on using them so decided to purchase one.
So arrived the next day, spent about 5 mins setting up and I was away. I have to admit I wasnt sure if I was going to have any problems switching between printers each time I printed an invoice and labels but it was so easy and automatically sorts for you. The print quality is spot on! perfect black each time and no more need for replacing toner as these are thermal. Also the pack of 500 labels only cost me 16 so already saved 10 on my labels plus there are 100 more and all have a non smudge finish to them so very happy with that.
Only cons on this is the wires on the back when you plug them in the labels have to sit back enough so that they do not catch on the wires but is easily remidied by purchasing the label holder (Which I did the following day) but apart from that, if you had been using the same set up as I did, please go for it! you will not regret it and wonder why you didnt change sooner. I also use a Mac and was super easy to install the driver just make sure that you add the printer in your settings or may not show up.
All in all a perfect label printer for a small price, cheap labels but quality at the same time and a must for any businesses using Click & Drop, very happy I decided to purchase 🙂 AAA+
No silly drivers or software required, but has no dithering and print quality is so-so
It’s obviously intended for printing postage labels, which it does so with aplomb. It will print dozens in a minute and can print from any software that can print.
If you’re trying to print something more complicated, beware it does no dithering in software and it’s very much optimised for printing text. Complex graphics are to be avoided.
Why didn't I get this earlier!?
Really love this printer, it is well made and came with everything I needed to set up easily and start printing straight away! The labels print super fast, I have been saving so much time and space compared to when I used to carry my huge printer around with me – it is great for travelling with. The only small issue I have had is after a few uses, the options for paper size changed in the print dialogue and 4×6 was not there anymore, however I contacted Munbyn on WhatsApp and they told me which option to choose ( for me it was w288h432 ). The customer service is great and this is a great product.
Brilliant machine, a true time saver.
So I bought this machine after a couple of failed attempts at getting a label printer for my eBaying and future mail ordering in which I am selling off a lot of collectables and other items. This machine has truly revolutionised how I deal with shipping, everything on this is a breeze versus printing out on A4 paper, cutting it out, making sure its stuck on enough so the post office don’t have a go at you for it not being secure enough etc.
Nope, just click “print” and watch as as many labels you desire run off with near perfect qualit, QR code on full display and the sheets reccomended with this are perforated and so can be easily torn off one by one so you can peel and just slap it on.
Wonderful device, if I had to buy again, it’s definitely one of these!
I bought this to print labels for my Etsy store. I was reluctant to spend so much when I could just carry on handwriting my parcels but this has been such a huge time saver that I’m so glad I took the leap. It’s super easy to set up and connects to Etsy label printing well. It literally takes seconds from purchasing the label to having it printed which means I can spend less time writing addresses and buying stamps from the Post Office and more time on making my products.
It’s smaller than the product images make it look (which is a good thing for desk space!) One thing I would suggest would be to get a feeder/holding tray for the labels. I’ve put mine on the windowsill above the desk, but if you don’t have room behind the machine you’ll need to find somewhere to put the stack of labels.

I finally got sick of printing out a4 labels and folding and cutting and sticking.
This has made like so easy and ‘just a click’ . Really simple to install, 3 out of 5 for the ease of use as there is a learning curve for print sizes that aren’t explained very well. But once you sort that, you’re golden.

If you run an Etsy shop or ebay/amazon, then a label printer plus Royal Mail click and drop or OBA is a must to automate/streamline some of your fulfilment processes as your business grows. Thermal label printer - Perfect for small business
This is an amazing printer (which are normally my kryptonite if I’m honest) that is simple to set up and use out of the box.
Quick, quiet, great print quality with the availability of cheap eco-friendly labels in a variety of sizes makes this a great investment.
This one is being used as a postal label printer and with some experimentation and trial and error I’ve discovered which of the 4 Royal Mail websites to use so that I can upload a CSV file full of purchases and print them all out in one fell swoop rather than locking my debit card by doing 30+ individual purchases via PayPal.

Amazing thermal printer. I use it for my royal mail click and drop account as I was fed up of printing paper labels and cutting and sticking myself. This is a great cheaper alternative compared to the Zebras. It is saving me so much time and set up was actually OK. A note to add, it DOES work with chrome books. I was initially going to send it back because I only have a chromebook but I looked up how to set up thermal printer and chrome book and I came across a YouTube video showing you how to connect the zebra printer to chromebook and the instructions on how to do it worked for the munbyn too luckily !
Im the happiest small business owner after i bought this label printer. I used to use a4 paper print then cut then glue to my boxes. I saved up just to get this beautiful printer, very easy to set up. They have manual to guide you step by step. Then when its set up you just need to adjust your shop delivery like the size of the label paper. You can adjust the density of the print. At first mine comes out to dark so its hard to scan the bar code. So just lower down the density on your settings.
If you have small business you should imvest this, it saves your time and ink on your normal printer and paper.

After lead issues (see below) and Amazon useless to help, I contacted the manufacturers direct and they resolved it. The printer is fast, accurate and so far reliable. I was pleasantly surprised at the print quality. It’s quite a neat bit of kit. Consider using labels on a roll with a holder: fanfold is a little bit of a faff to move around.

Couldn’t even power it on. As in the photo, the lead and the power supply won’t actually fit together! Amazon associate asked me to look for a spare part on the website, because they couldn’t help. Filled in a form on the manufacturer’s website, but to be honest, I’ll either have to pay for a lead that fits, or just return the whole thing and buy something more expensive that actually turns on.
I have been selling things and printing postage labels for 3 years. Until now I have been printing labels on 6×4 stickers on A4 sheets in a normal printer. Oh how stupid that was in hind sight. It took me AGES to print labels that way as I would have to place the Postage label in the correct quadrant on word first before printing. And then printing would take a few minutes (F.U. HP!).
However now with this label printer when I buy a postage label through Etsy or Ebay I click print and the label is printed in less than a second (72 a minute I think they claimed).
Plus these thermal label printers don’t use ink. This printer prints fast, well, and easily.
ADVICE: If the printer is plugged in and turned on and not appearing on you computer (after Initial setup and instructions have been followed), then do the following: press the windows key + R, type in “services.msc”, hit enter, go down to “print spooler”, click on it then click start.
I bought this having issued a search in Amazon for a wireless thermal label printer and this came up, I saw the excellent reviews and so I bought it within minutes! So, after initial setup I discovered that it in fact isn’t wireless. I used it for a while connected via USB to my laptop and it works very well but not having wireless connectivity will hinder me for my uses longer term, and so I returned it. My fault, I should have read more into the listing! That said, for wired usage it is excellent. It is a very solid construction and printing of the labels is consistent and very fast. I would happily recommend this.
Great little printer!
I have a small business and print around 20-30 labels per day, I was spending a fortune on ink for my HP printer – I tried a couple of other thermal printers which were rubbish, this has saved the day! Very easy to install, great print quality and so fast. I had an issue finding the drivers as the link was corrupt, the customer service was excellent and resolved within 10 minutes of me sending an email at 8pm! I would recommend this product.
Great printer for a small business use
First of all wanted to mentioned for those who just have an Ipad (the software won’t work as although it says for Mac it doesn’t apply to Ipads, although I had all correct cables.
It works great on Macs, instructions are slightly outdated as examples shown on the manuals that come with drives look slightly different.
This company has great support/customer service. I had to ask a question on their facebook group over messages and got instant response.
I use this printer with Click and Drop Post office service for my Shopify store and it certainly takes the pain out of order fulfilment as I had to ask my husband before to print a label on his desk printer and it used to be a really big deal. Now i just get an order, plug the printer into my laptop, print and ship! So please I got my system going now with this little printer. it requires no ink which is another dreamy quality about it!
Use it for my business
Got this for my business to print postage labels and it’s brilliant. Doesn’t need any ink and labels are farely cheap so I save money in the long run rather than having to print them in inkjet. Works great and doesn’t seem to heat up too bad. It would be perfect if it would have an integrated wireless (wifi/Bluetooth) capability to use without wires, but that is just me being fussy 😀 USB wire is decent length so very useful when trying to print labels. Overall a great machine. Recomend.
We used to queue up at the post office and the staff would usually make faces when they saw us walking in with all these parcels. They hated weighing and pricing all of them which took them ages.
Since we bought this printer, life’s become so simple. We print our labels straight off ETSY and on to the parcels. Walk in the post office, drop off the parcels and walk out.
If you’re sending parcels or need printing at home, you can use this printer with your eyes closed. Look at the printing speed and quality from the video I’ve attached.

This is better than expected!
I really like this printer, and it has saved me a lot of time hand writing labels. I use the printer for etsy and ebay, and print labels off multiple times a day. The print speed is fantastic, give the machine 2 seconds and its printed perfectly and being thermal nothing smudges! Which makes it possible to add the label straight away whilst still warm and pat the top down onto the parcel.
The only difficulty I had was with the instructions – I wasn’t quite sure what to do but after watching their videos it made perfect sense. I wouldn’t say this as a disadvantage, but more a slight improvement needed.
Great price too
I bought this printer mostly for use with Royal Mail Click & Drop, since I run my own business and wanted to speed up the process of running off labels. It arrived well-packaged and was really quick to set up – I had it working in about 10 minutes. Figuring out how to adjust the sliders to position the paper was a little tricky since I was worried if I pressed too hard it would break, so the first few labels came out a bit wonky.
Using this with Click & Drop is easy – you just need to make sure your page setup is changed to one label per page at 100 x 150 mm. You can adjust the speed and density of the prints if you want them to be clearer – I turned the speed down and the density up. For some reason, while printing directly from Click & Drop is fine, printing Royal Mail labels through Ebay results in a poorer quality print that takes more adjusting. A friend of mine has the same printer and the same issue, so I don’t know if it’s Ebay or the printer itself. Another minor issue I’ve found is that sometimes the printer will pull a label through without printing anything, but most of the time it’s fine and you just put it back in.
This printer also comes with a small pack of labels – I didn’t count them before I used them all, but there were about 20 or so, enough to get you started.
Overall, a couple of hiccups, but generally a very easy printer to use and quick to set up.
It’s quite dinky for a printer, comes with 20 labels and isn’t mind boggling to install (actually I had problems, but I got a Skype conversation going with a friendly Munbyn tech guy who solved things for me nicely*). Simple instructions are provided – note: there are several URLs provided where to get these, but they all provide the same thing. I’m only using it to print “A6” or 6×4 inch labels (150 x 100mm). Its nifty for sure.
* I sent a message via Skype then waited a few hours. Then I got a reply, and a good response. My problem was that after installing and doing a test print successfully I got an error state. These are the instructions I was given to solve this, and they worked. Note: you won’t need to uninstall it, just follow these steps.
* Steps included: Reset > Relearn the label size > Reinstall
To RESET
1Pull out the USB cable and restart the printer;
2Press FEED button and hold on;
3Release your finger when you hear FIVE rapid beeps.
4Then, you will hear another one long beep, which means the printer was reset. Release!
To LEARN the label size
1Turn off the printer, wait 10 seconds then turn it on again;
2Put a string of labels into the guides (blank or used, just not a single label)
3Press FEED button and hold on;
4Release your finger after you hear ONE beep.
5Then, the printer will “know” the label size having fed some blank labels.
After this, put back the USB cable (and into your computer)
Then reinstall the printer by following the guide.
Update: I recently set-up a Linux print server using CUPS on an old raspberry pi I had. After emailing the manufacture they sent through a driver for Linux and it works very well.
I have printed thousands of labels with this printer with no problems. It took a few attempts to get the orientation set-up correctly with label printing software. I feed large 6×4 labels reels (900 per reel) through this using a homemade reel holder and it works great. The rollers grip on the label very well with plenty of pull to feed them through.
Good Value - Print Quality is Variable Though
Print quality very much depends on how well the software of the application you are printing from has been written. So as such the print quality is either excellent or very poor which is very frustrating when printing postage labels. However that being said this is an excellent price for a thermal printer and very easy to use. One frustration is that when loading bulk fanfold labels it’s very easy to put the labels in the wrong side up -! Maybe it’s just me? Great value for the price. So 4 Stars for now however I desperately wanted to give it 5 Stars.
Brilliant label printe
Ok this is an absolute game changer! it was delivered yesterday and I had it set up and printing within 5-minutes, it is so straightforward to setup (I did watch YouTube videos before it arrived and had downloaded the printer driver which helped), fabulous little machine, I have been having the stress of having to use an A4 sheet and cut them all out and wasting so much paper – not anymore! I couldn’t believe how fast it printed, I video’d it and sent it to my friend who is now considering purchasing as she’s also a crafter who sends many parcels. The price is great, I got 8 off and it’s worth every single penny!!!

Printer was easy to setup and is great for the price. Print quality is not amazing but is of acceptable standard for postage labels. J put it in slowest speed to improve the quality and it still prints plenty fast enough. All the manufacturers blame the source files from ebay, etsy, royal mail etc for print quality. But at the end of the day they are the source files everyone needs to use.
Setup was was, instructions were pretty clear and drivers installed no problem. All in all it does the job I need it for at a good price.
This year my stationery business boomed during lockdown and I was utterly overwhelmed addressing orders by hand and running to the post office. This Munbyn model seemed to have the same specs as several other more well-known brands (they were nearly twice the price!), so I took a chance after reading the positive reviews. The machine arrived securely packaged, and included both a physical manual and a USB stick containing the drivers and a digital version of the manual as well as UK/EU cables and a decent quantity of labels to get you started. Installation of the drivers was incredibly simple and the printer was able to self-calibrate to the correct settings automatically. This machine has been such a time saver! I can purchase and print labels directly from eBay and Etsy (including those CN22 customs declaration stickers), and have also integrated my shops into Royal Mail Click and Drop, so no more trips to the post office! Quality of printing is excellent and you can also go into the printer settings manually to adjust paper size and depth of printing colour. I’ve hardly pressed “print” on my computer and the label has already printed – no delay! Best thing is, it never runs out of ink! If you’re running your own business, I highly recommend this unit – it is inexpensive, easy to install and use, and takes up very little space. Wish I bought one years ago!

If I had to pick one thing to moan about it would be that sometimes when loading new labels it loads the first one through, effectively wasting one label but it’s not a big deal and in any case it doesn’t happen all the time so I imagine it’s something I am doing as oppose to the machine itself.

It’s small but prints a lovely big 6×4 label and I especially like that I can adjust the density of the print if I’m happy to have a label print slower and darker – else not so dark and really fast. Single, roll or tear off flat sheets. A great affordable big sticky peel off label printer.
The printer was fairly easy to set up (although I did have some minor issues which were my fault, I didn’t plug it in properly). Once you’re good to go and about to print you first set of labels, your scanner measures the first label then begins to print from the 2nd sheet.
A common problem many people have is that the printer seems to ‘skip one, print one’. This is because they turn the printer off/on with every label OR take out the labels after every print. I leave the printer on and the paper in, which solves that issue. If you’re still experiencing this problem, have a look at your printing settings.
After trial and error, I found that you can adjust the darkness of the printed labels (the darker, the thicker the text). For my Hermes labels, I use darkness level of 5. For my Royal Mail labels, I use level 3.
I’ve had this printer for almost a month and after the initial few attempts to adjust to my labels, its perfect!

I am new to the world of thermal printers, but saw the reviews and thought this one would be a good match. So far so good, it is light and really compact which is great for my small office. It is also a lot quicker than I imagined it would be! Compared to my normal printer this should have me up and running in no time. It came next day with Amazon Prime and was really easy to set up.
Could not ask more from this printer. Everything was included in the box to get you up and printing, in the fastest time possible. What I did like was the USB stick that included the drivers – Mac & Windows – also USB cable, sample pack of 6″x4″ labels.
What really impressed me, was the size. Before I got the printer, I was looking at was I could move everything around to fit it in but I had no need to.
i’ve used it now for about 4 days and have had no problems with it at all – shipping labels printed via Shipstation.com – Would I recommend this printer, yes.

I reviewed a number of postage label printers currently on the market and was attracted to the Munbyn because of its small size and fantastic price. I research also the cost of labels and was surprised by the very high cost of some main brand manufacturers. Hence I selected the Munbyn thermal label printer and have been very pleased with its performance. Would Highly Recommend it!
I’ve been using the Munbyn standard printer for over a year now. I was impressed by the ease I can print quality 6×4 inch address labels. These labels are perfect for sending letters and packages by Royal Mail Click n Drop, and my Munbyn thermal printer integrates seamlessly with my Royal Mail online account. More than a year on, and I have experienced no technical issues at all. I print well over 500 labels a month. I would thoroughly recommend this printer because it’s Great! Value and has a small footprint works straight out of the box. I’m thinking of getting a second printer as Munbyn now have a brilliant looking 300 DPI printer in the market. This machine is better suited to smaller text and printing promotional stickers and the standard 6×4 address labels.
