Unit itself ok but phone mirroring not as straight forward as suggested.
*Updated* After purchasing and installing the unit (which was straight forward enough), we plugged in my sons Samsung galaxy a70 via a USB c to hdmi cable. Changing the input on the unit to hdmi, nothing happened. I tried my s22 ultra, and samsung dex started up. I had to then use the phone as a mouse/touch pad to initiate YouTube etc. It was a bit of a faf, and had to give my phone to my son to watch YouTube. Overall, not a great experience and felt a little misled.
*Update* – seller contacted me to resolve and found this was a reasonable outcome. Rather than just leave me with a product I didn’t want to use, they did offer me a refund/return but given their good customer service, I will keep them and look for a solution that will allow us to use the screens.

Good service
The control panel does not work very well but the remote is ok. Costumer services have been amazing with after care
