The biggest hassle I had getting a new mattress was the time I had spent deciding what type to buy. I Finally settled on this one. I found this mattress had great reviews and great price. I can say I am a happy customer. As for the Mattress I can tell it’s a lot more well built than my previous one. We can’t even feel that it’s spring mattress. I deffinetly recomendet this mattress.
Mattress with Gel
I bought this mattress to replace my old one and thought it would be similar to my old one. The first night I slept on this expected my usual pain due to arthritis but was amazed, the next morning. didn’t have to turn over once during the evening and normally I toss and turn all night due to the pain. Anyone who suffers from Arthritis in hips, knees or back I couldn’t recommend this mattress more.

At first I was gutted I bought a super king and my beds a standard king I’m a carpenter and it was a wooden frame so i just made it bigger it cost 14.40 in wood and about 5 in screws and glue. I’m so glad I bought a super king its massive comfy and in a few days it will be more comfey lol. Its a fab price and the 26 inch has better grade of springs. There was no smell. As sometimes a new mattress can smell funny at first but all is well thank you novella. I’m 27 stone so I need a firm good sprung matress thoroughly recommend this one.

I wanted to give it a few weeks before I left a review. Can honestly say that it’s a good medium/firm mattress. Well made and supportive. I suffer from painful hips and am a side sleeper. The pain is still there, but a lot milder than what it had been. Definitely recommend.

Very comfortable and soft mattress
Got this mattress for my new king size bed and it is amazing! It came roller in a vacuum packaging so did not take lots of space and was really easy to setup. It is made of soft bamboo material at the top so is really soft and nice to touch but the mattress itself is not too soft or too hard which works just great for my back! I have been using this for a week now but I can feel so much difference – my back and neck pain have gone completely! Another great feature was that the seller is actually offering 100 trial nights to test and return this mattress if not happy with result – this is how confident they are that we will like it! Highly recommend based on my own experience 🙂
TOO SHORT
This says it comes in different sizes but only single available.. ordered the single but It is much shorter than a uk single and annoyingly slips down the bed.
I also had to wait 3 weeks for this even though it said in stock and premium delivery.
It is comfortable my son does love the comfort of it, but wouldn’t buy again due to the size and poor delivery.
Takes time to get used to i
I brought this mattress because of suffering from bad backs. It took a least 3 weeks to get used to the memory foam the heat from the mattress. The bed seems to of softened up. I sleep ok now but when I wake up I’m wide awake. I don’t ache when I get up but still get stiffness. Was surprised to see the bed was made in Hong Hong China. So not sure if it fire resistant and made with friendly materials. So all in all its an ok bed. Wish I could sleep for longer in this bed but not sure if that’s just me.

I’ve only had this a few weeks ago this is more about initial impressions (that’s not meant to be a Mattress pun).
Like my previous old Mattress this one came rolled up which seemed crazy, but it did make things easier. You have to carefully cut the outer vacuum plastic bag thing (a safety cutter was included with mine). It then springs open and unfurls and then you are meant to leave it already 24 hours or more which is the only major inconvenience if you don’t have the spare room to just leave a Mattress laying flat for a few days.
Comfort is excellent (I’m comparing this to my last one which wasn’t as expensive or as deep).
The Mattress has a nice way of sinking in but then feeling firm so I can lay on my side and sink in while still feeling like I’m being supported and keeping my back alligned.
For me it’s a strange but ideal combination of soft and firm, like a firm Mattress with extra toppers on it.
Very happy so far, will update this review if needed.

I have tested this for months. So I am very confident to put my review here. I had double at first, because I have brought my own mattress online before(for kids, yes). I normally go to IKEA and test it out and buy there.
This product comes from a friend’s recommendation. So I brought it for try out.
It comes in very small package. And it comes out and expanded except size. I leave for a while to get rid of the smell and slept first night. Can’t say I fall in love first night. It maybe just because suddenly change. But after few days, it getting very comfortable for me. I don’t have back pain normally, so can’t comment on that. But for comfort it far better than my previous ones. Good firmness and turning without sounds. And best money spend for this kind of price. I have recommended this to my other friend. So I think this is a good buy for me. Mattress need be changed every 7 years. I think I will come back with this one, after 7 years.

It was straightforward to unpack, there’s a small tool to cut away the plastic wrap which should ensure no accidental damage to the mattress. We left it 48 hours before sleeping on it and it was fully expanded by that time.H

My husband works long hours and he got back pain sometimes. I bought this mattress for a better sleep. It came in a roll, very easy to unpack. It is much thicker than the mattress I had before which is a bonus. It is medium firm and the top is soft. At first my husband worried it maybe too soft but after a night sleep he actually likes the mattress as his back pain reduced slightly. I think the mattress is very comfortable to sit and sleep on. It is a great product which I like.

Ordered 3 novilla mattresses (small double/double and king) all of them are too small for the bed frames. Big gaps at the bottom of the bed. They’ve all had time to expand. Small double I bought back in January and its no different in size now. They are really comfortable mattresses but just do not fit properly. I don’t know if its the type of beds we have (all ottoman gas lifts) but the gap is massive at the base of the bed for all mattresses so they slide up and down.
Just to make you aware the sizing of this small double mattress is not correct as advertised. Should be 120 x 190cm but it’s not. Therefore if you buy a small double bed expect there to be big gaps around the edge so disappointed. Really love the mattress so unsure whether to return or just deal with the gaps. Small double bed sheets also don’t fit(too big)
Slightly comfortable, but needed a cove
The bed itself is comfortable on it’s own, but a little stiff. However, when you add a fitted sheet and bed cover, it becomes very comfortable.
It looks like it is made from good material, so it should last.
First of all, I was very much impressed with the packing. the mattress came in a vaccum sealed bag rolled up tightly in a box ,so delivery was very easy.
To use the mattress simply unroll it onto your bed and cut open the vaccum sealed bag.
I could sleep very comfortably without any backache, which I was worried about before ordering the mattress.The mattress itself is really springy and the top layer is lovely and soft.
This mattress is perfect for me, it’s not too soft or too hard. The springs are very rigid so that you don’t sink into the mattress that much whilst the memory foam provides a comfortable surface.

This is a really comfy mattress. My nephew loves it and has much better quality of sleep since we got it. It is made well and feels really sturdy. It came all packed in a roll and flopped into shape really quickly when unwrapped. Because I just moved to a new house recently and need to eliminate some of the old furniture, my mattress needs to be replaced after many years. I saw that the quality of the mattress my son bought a while ago was good, so I also chose this brand.
It’s really heavy. It was brought in by two staff when it was delivered. Such a big king size mattress can be folded into this box. It’s really amazing. I opened the carton and it was sealed with plastic. Packed in a bag, the mattress is actually very thin in a vacuum. When I rolled it up, I flattened it and cut it along the seal. The mattress slowly became thicker as if it was alive. It stretched out in a few seconds. Wait a few seconds. Minutes for the mattress to fully recover.
I touched its fabric and it was very comfortable. The elasticity of the mattress was also very good. It was not affected by any squeezing. It was really comfortable to lie on the new mattress. It seemed that my choice was not wrong.
I can throw away the old mattress and sleep comfortably on the new mattress.
We’ve got this mattress for our spare room. There was not much explanations for this price range as all our mattresses are branded and have completely different price tag. To my surprise this mattress is not far behind expensive branded products.

The best bit about buying mattresses online is they all come vacuum sealed with all the air removed and are curled into very compact boxes that to look at you wouldn’t believe a mattress could fit in.
The great thing about this is that the mattresses are very easy to transport. No more squeezing a huge mattress down 10 stories of stairs in a block of flats, just take it into the lift with you and off you go. Once your at the room you want to place it in, just remove the mattress from the box, use the included tool and make a small incision in the bag, let some air in and watch the mattress expand then open the plastic completely and remove the mattress. After only a minute or so it will be thick and relatively firm like a mattress, but the instructions do recommend leaving it a significant amount of time before first use to ensure the mattress is fully expanded.
Price is very reasonable especially with high street bed stores as the benchmark. These mattresses are a fraction of the price but still feature innerspring design and memory foam on top. The King Size is a perfect fit for our bed and overall the value for money is really good. Very happy with the purchase, comfort level and quality.

Arrived quickly, nicely packaged and intact. This single mattress is for my 5 year old daughter, she is active and jumps a lot in bed. This mattress is firm and thick, very comfortable, and tough enough to handle the torture from my child! Her sleep quality has been greatly improved! Might purchase another one for my double bed as a Christmas treat.
mine was getting older so was looking for new one . specially with back pain i needed something which not too soft or not too hard . but i have to say i am not disappointment. this one is just perfect . if you got back pain and you don’t want too hard mattress . it come in vacuum pack so easy to transport . it took good 4 hours to fully expand . it look easy to clean . no complaint so far.

The mattress comes in a single long cardboard box, it’s packed impressively small under vacuum packed pressure. Once the mattress is deflated and laid out, give few hours (24 hours) for the foam layers to reach maximum comfort.
The mattress is excellent, soft and very comfortable. It’s got perfect balance between softness & denseness.
All in all, I’m very delighted with this mattress.
I’ve had my mattress for just over a week now and happy to say it has not disappointed. I wanted a medium firm mattress with a good thickness to replace my old one. This is what this mattress has given me. It gives enough support to give a pain free sleep. The breathable fabric is a nice quality to. The mattress appears sturdy and good quality weighing a heavy 30kg.
Comfortable mattress
We decided with my husband to change the mattress in the small bedroom, thanks for delivery service and quick delivery, we could decorate as soon as possible room, as we use it like a guest room and in the Cristmas time we will have guests. Of course, in the small room we can’t put big size double bed because there won’t be much space left and were happy when we find a smaller size mattress exact like our bed. This mattress with its memory foam is comfortable, hope our guest will have a good sleep. I recommend it for relaxing sleep

I don’t know how to describe it. This mattress is really up to my standards. This mattress was bought for my son. The previous one was too soft and not suitable for the child’s grow up . The firmness of this mattress is moderate. I like it very much and my son can sleep till dawn, I’m so satisfied!
