Having been working at home for some months now and with it looking set to continue, I decided to invest in a “proper” desk and chair. I didn’t want to spend a fortune and opted for this one, hoping it would be OK. When it arrived, I was surprised by the weight of the parcel, expecting something more lightweight. I opened the box and there seemed to be a lot of parts which made me panic slightly, but the instructions were clear and in under 20 minutes, the chair was assembled. It is extremely comfortable and robust and I would say absolutely excellent value for money.
I am sat on it while writing this review. Cheap but cheerful (the chair that is). Sturdy construction and easy to put together.
It was so easy to.put together even for an old amateur like me.
Comfortable you do not get hot and sticky when you are on it for a long time and great support not to bulky

I purchased this product having been working from home since March, it’s easy to assemble, very comfortable. It’s light weight therefore easy to carry up and down stairs when I ‘take down’ my office at weekend and doesn’t dent the carpet. It was a recommendation from a friend who also purchased the item .

I purchased this chair used labeled as in very good condition with minor damage to the back or bottom. The chair itself seems to be in perfect condition, but it wasn’t in parts as suggested in the instructions and this made placing the plastic cover on the part support pole that raises the chair up and down difficult/partially impossible (only 2/3 pieces could be slid on). Also there were a couple of missing washers in the package, which might effect stability in the longterm as I completed putting it together without them…
The instructions are also a bit unclear because they say you’re meant to have more washers/bolts than needed but also tell you that there may be extras in addition to the number stated! Otherwise it seems to be a comfortable chair and the price-point is good. Assuming no missing pieces, I’d recommend it.

I’ve had one in my office for about two years, and I use a padded seat cushion because the chair padding has been squashed beyond use (I’m 15 stone). I don’t remember struggling with assembly. However…
The second one turned up for the wife’s study yesterday. Getting the back on it was a nightmare. The suggested bolts were far too short – I used the bolts meant for the arms instead. Even then, it took two of us to squeeze and hold the back to the seat so that the bolts could catch. I used a drill driver – I couldn’t have completed assembly with the allen key.
Otherwise it looks to be the same.
The chair was very easy to assemble andis very comfortable to sit in.
Fast delivery. Looks great, easy to assemble. Very comfortable, great height adjustment and good adjustable back rest. Free running castor wheels. Ideal height of armrests.
Arrived yesterday, instructions to build are very clear and straightforward. One minor point, better if the diagram showed the forward facing arrow on the underside of the seat.
Ready for use
The only negative point is the arms of the chair are not adjustable and they are too low for me so had to remove them. It would have been a perfect chair apart from this.

This chair is excellent for the money. I use a cushion at my back but that is because I am under five feet tall do need to sit forward in the chair.

Have just received this 3 days early, thankfully. My 5yr old abd I put it together in 15, max 20, mins. Super easy. Moves up and down easily, super smooth and sturdy. Back rest doesn’t move as I expected and the arm rests are a little low but to be honest I couldn’t be more delighted now I won’t be sitting on an industrial kitchen chair anymore working from home. Excellent quality for the price. I strongly recommend.

I bought this chair for my home office during the Covid pandemic. It was the only chair that was still available when the lockdown started. I did not expect much and was pleasantly surprised. For 40 pounds it is an amazing chair and indistinguishable from other much more expensive chairs in my actual office.

Got it for great value at the time, easy enough assembly, I’ve tightened the screws twice with the allen key since I initially put it together. I’d maybe recommend checking the tightness of the screws monthly to ensure they aren’t loosening with normal use. Comfortable chair and does the job
Great chair for a great price. I suffer with back pain and this helps by supporting my back in the right places. I like the fact it doesn’t flex/tips back so you can push yourself right back into the supports. It tilts forward slightly to give you the correct posture. The chair is generally comfortable and well constructed.
For the price this is extremely good value, and sits very well.

Easy to assemble. Not terribly robust but does the job.
This seat was delivered in a kit that was relatively easy to put together. All the parts seemed solid and well made and my wife is very happy with the comfort it provides. We have only had it for a few weeks but from what I have seen so far it appears to be very good value for money.

This chair is less substantial than some office chairs, but very much fit for purpose. It was easy to assemble.
This desk chair was exactly what I wanted. I had to assemble it myself, and I’m old and full of arthritis, but by following the instructions I was able to do it by myself, and I’m very pleased with it. I use it every day.

This is a pretty good chair for the money. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is that, (unlike a smilar one I bought on Amazon some time early for same sort of money), this one has no ‘give’ in the back.
Bought for an office project, the assembly took a while (literally down to nuts and bolts) but the resulting chairs were sturdy and comfortable!

Got this chair as I had been using a dining chair as my office chair. It’s so easy to put together I didn’t have to ask for help! It’s sturdy enough and the seat is deep and firm without being too hard. It’s definitely made sitting for long hours easier and more comfortable. And you can chose to leave off the arms which I have done as I don’t use them

A Year ago I bought a leather one like this with a price tag of 146 pounds from a retail outlet. After one month returned it as it was hard to assemble in the first place it did not give me the support promised and was extremely clumsy. I then decided to look further and found this one. Now, I am disabled and wow it was a brilliant find.It gives great support easy to assemble (4mins) very comfortable with brilliant price tag. I am over the moon with this chair. G.P.W.
When I ordered this chair I was concerned there may be some complicated assembly involved. I couldn’t have been more wrong.
All the parts were clearly labelled, including fixings. The screws and washers were even separated in the packaging to avoid any confusion. The step-by-step assembly guide could not have been clearer or simpler to follow. It took less than 30 mins to put this chair together.
My only feedback would be regarding the chair arms. If they were adjustable, rather than fixed, I would have been happy to give this chair 5 stars across the board. Very happy with this product.
Really good, comfortable chair. Easy to assemble. Sometimes the height adjustment gradually gets lower by itself.
I find this office chair It to be excellent value and good quality. It was well packaged and easy to assemble using the very clear instructions included.
For assembly you have to:
1. Push the 5 castor wheel feet onto the base ( very easy)
2. Insert the gas lift tube into the base( very easy)
3. Put the gas lift tube cover on the tube ( simple)
4. Fit the arm rests to the seat ( very easy just make sure you use the rignt bolts and these are clearly defined and in a multi compartment sealed package with other bolts and washers).You use the Tool provided for this task and no other tools are needed). All of the bolts holes are pre drilled ready to go .
5.Fit a metal plate ( with seat back tension controller) to the seat base using 4 bolts plus washers.
6. Fit the backrest to the seat using 4 bolts and washers
7.Locate the seat onto the base unit and adjust height with the side lever .
Overall it took me 20 minutes to assemble and just take care to lay out all of the bolts and washers ready to use
It is a very comfortable seat with adjustable backrest tension. I highly recommend this seat.
I needed a new swivel chair to go against a rather high work bench in my study where my late wife used to sew. This fitted the bill perfectly as it rises enough for me to sit against the work surface at normal level. Took less than ten minutes to unpack and assemble and appears to be quite sturdy, certainly better than some much more expensive versions I have bought in the past. Comfortable in use over long periods and the castors roll easily and without marking on a thick carpet.

This chair was so easy to assemble & its comfortable especially as I work from home and do roughly 8 hrs per day. A great addition to my office.
I absolutely love this chair! I wanted something that would not take up too much space in my bedroom, where I have all my computer equipment . The chair was easy to assemble (although it was a bit tricky with the washer and screws for the seat), but it took no more than half an hour. The seat itself is comfortable, I feel supported with the back rest, I have quite long legs, so it can be adjusted up or down as needed. For the money this is a very economical chair!
A really good chair for the money. Comfortable and easily altered to suit different heights etc. I have not used the arms so it fits easily under the desk. It is very light and mobile, a ‘stop’ on the wheels might be useful but overall this is a good, strong chair.
It took me about 15 minutes to assemble and it works like a dream. Unexpectedly, the chair is very quiet when you move/roll it, I half expected them to be squeaky/noisy/not smooth – but they’re a dream. Adjustable back and height. For always sitting up straight it does enhance your experience to use a small cushion in the lumbar region. It’s quality, strong and sturdy – feels good to sit in (and I’m over 6′ /200 Ibs).
In our sons bedroom – comfortable and has taken a hell of a lot of use over the past 2 months.

Great quality for the price paid
Bought for a friend who has difficulty walking and getting out of chairs. The swivel action allows her to get up a lot easier from the dining table so she is very happy.
Nice chair for my den. Easy adjustments and fairly comfortable, although the back coud do with being a little higher.
For a low cost chair, its really solid and comfortable. I’d prefer the back to swing a bit more, but considering I wasn’t expecting the back to move at all in a chair this price, I’m pretty happy with it.
Got the chair today. Assembly was very simple and quick. At first I thought the seat felt hard, but once we put it together and I sat on it I realised it’s very comfortable. It does come with everything you need to assemble including an Allen key.
I did want a chair that could tilt back, and this chair does that to an extent, which is good, but you can’t lock it on a tilt which is unfortunate. Overall first impressions are very good! Updates to follow in a few weeks.

Bought 2 of these for our home office. They are extremely comfortable to work in. 4 stars rating because they were very difficult to put together- took over an hour in total! If you’re willing to put in the effort they are worth it though.
