Simple to assemble – the packing had the nice tweak of the screw types being assigned letters and stored in a sequence of pockets,A first then B and so on. The instructions were well printed and understandable.
I find the chair comfortable for all day use. There is no need to fit the arms.
So far it is reasonably free of squeaks.
I’m likely to buy another soon. It’s a good size, nice to sit on… basically does what it promises, which is more than can be said about most office chairs. Naturally based on the price point it competes in.

Have used this chair daily for hours in front of my computer and found it comfortable.
The only complaint is that you tend to very slowly slide forward on the seat and need to pull yourself upright every now and then.
A very strong comfortable chair, quite heavy compared to most similar chairs but not a problem for my needs. Good value for money and I am very pleased with it.

Sturdy well finished chair that wasn’t too much of a struggle to put together.
My Son had this for his birthday, he thinks it is great. The chair is sturdy and of good design and materials. It was very easy to put together, the castors took a bit of pushing in but not really a major issue. The well padded seat has all the adjustments he needs and it gives his back very good support. He likes the way you can set the backwards ’tilt distance. The folding arms allow him to store it close to his desk and the styling is just right for a teenager with it’s lighter coloured accenting and smart appearance. I think it was a really good buy, not cheap, but you get what you pay for.
Enough comfort, easy to put together and solid. Had it a couple of months and for the price I can’t fault it.
My other half put this together for me and said that it was pretty straight forward. There were a few washers missing, but he had some spare ones to fit the job. It is a large chair, much bigger seat than I had expected. Although it says that the back is adjustable, it doesn’t really come forward enough for me, but a cushion behind my back has sorted that. Will make homeworking much more comfortable.
Relatively simple to put together however disappointed as even at the most upright position the back does not offer adequate lumbar and back support.
Chair arrived in a box which was poorly packed and already falling apart. It had been taped by the carriers, so was worried there might be parts missing. All the parts were present and correct, and it was easily assembled by my husband in 20 minutes. The seat part is a little small and I kept sliding off it the first couple of days. Best part of the chair is the fact it’s fully adjustable – you can vary the height and the back tilts enough for you to be comfortable, even though I still needed the lumbar cushion. Once assembled, the chair is sturdy and seems to be of good quality.
My new chair arrived today, just in the nick of time as I was getting a numb butt after 6 months on a hard dining chair!
Took 15 minutes to put together, and no support needed. Instructions were clear, although I was amused by the box containing “Handwear”.
So far, the chair is comfortable, the seat is firm but appropriately cushioned.
The lumbar support is good, and I can already feel a difference.
All parts appear solid and well made, and the chair overall feels as secure as the one in my office that my employer will have spent several hundred pounds on.
More functions would be nice, but for a chair in this price range you just don’t get that.
I like that the arms go back / up, so you can keep them out the way, or snug it closer to the table.
The gas lift seems fine, I’m 5’3″ so I have the chair mid-height to get me to the table.
If this chair continues to perform, I think it will be 80 very well spent.

Comfortable, supportive, good value, easy to assemble and seems a very sturdy piece of kit. I’m 170 cm and the chair fits me perfectly with room to go higher or lower.
Update: After a week or so, I’ve gotten used to the seat and it’s not bad. Still firm, a little more padding would be nice, but it’s not terrible.

Day one review: wow this chair is uncomfortable. To be fair, the description clearly states “please note the seat is initially firm but will mould to the user over time”, and I’ll update my review if the seat comfort improves, but today it’s horrible. Other than that, the materials are all excellent quality and the chair has great adjustments: the arms fold back, the seat has a powerful lift and the back tilts smoothly and locks securely. Delivery was 2 days early which was a nice surprise.
Chair arrived well packed and was relatively easy to assemble even though I think the instructions for assembly are something to be desired for. It doesn’t give details what part goes where and also comes with huge packets of screws and washers but packaging doesn’t state what Alpha number they belong to where instructions states A with G&H for example but what is A and so on. I roughly guessed and apart from one part assembled wrong way, which was frustrating but I got there in the end. Took me about an hour but if instructions were clear and each screw packet was labelled then it would be half an hour job.
Lovely chair and I am hoping it will last longer than 12 months.
The fact that the arms fold up so that the chair can easily be pushed under a desk make this ideal for rooms with limited space. It is comfortable and the mesh allows good airflow to keep it cool. A good value option.
Bought about 1 year ago. Fine to assemble and have found it comfortable after a year’s use, often for a few hours a day. Good depth of seat and good back support.

We bought a couple of these chairs over a year ago. I never like commenting until a product has been used. We were very pleased with the delivery, the price the ease of assembly, quality and comfort. They are both in constant use and probably will be for a long while.
I’m using it from one month, It looks good, like the support on my back.
So far chair is comfortable. Seat is a bit slippery as previous reviewer mentioned but helps to change position so back remains supported. Added benefits of adjustable arm and back tilt help to get more comfortable when doing tasks other than typing. Seat height is good for me. I am 5ft 6in. Was easy to assemble.
I am a professional Furniture Maker, and I am happy with this chair. For the price it does the job very nicely and it’s very straight forward to assemble, comfortable to sit on and attractive in simple design. I also play the guitar, so the drop down arms are a boon!
Like a mattresses, if you’re gonna spend a long time on it then this might not be the chair for you. Invest in your body with a premium chair based on sound anthropometric study!…A Herman Miller Aeron chair for example.
I love this chair. Had it for about a year now, and thought I’d share.
What’s excellent about this chair is the ability to lift the handles, which enables me to play guitar on the same chair on which I work as I have a small office.
It is really comfortable, and I sit on it for many hours without a problem. A really great find at an affordable price.

I can see how the backrest may not suit some people.
I usually sit forward and upright when using the keyboard on my pc and don’t use the backrest at all then. But when I sit back to maybe watch a video or I’m just using a graphics pad I find it more than OK.
It’s so much better than the previous chair we had, maybe that’s what sways my opinion…
Very comfortable chair, if you sit in it right and mind your posture, it doesn’t kill your back as badly as some of the others.
Mesh a bit hard to clean though (espesially if you are weak like me and allow the kids to eat cereal in, on and near it).
Came today. I didn’t realise it would be in so many pieces! Took me just under an hour to unwrap it all and build it. But it is very comfortable – wish I had bought one years ago.
I like this chair. Well made and fits easily into a bedroom desk – not too big, not too small.
However, I did not find the base totally comfortable, A bit hard and needs a bit more padding for by plump bottom. Hence 4 star not 5 star.
The assembled product is solid, functional and of very good quality.

Arrived very promptly! Took no time at all to assemble. Everything fitted properly. Have found it to be quite comfortable but I do use an extra seat squab. Plenty of room between the two armrests!! Could get two of me in between them!

The folding arms are great for stopping the chair bashing into the desk. Nice wide seat, recline can be set in any position or allow you to rock about if you want.
It looks great as well………… especially the rear view which is what you see when its being used or parked at the desk.

When this arrived it was easy to assemble, and my first impressions are that it’s amazingly comfortable. The lumbar support is first rate, the gas cylinder is clearly superior, and it provides everything I need. I’ really impressed so far and expect to remain so. I know some people like a soft cushion, this is a harder -but yet comfortable seat, with an derginomic slope for your legs. I love it so far!

The seat height is something that I am a bit annoyed about, as this was bought because of the seat height (due to a slightly higher than average desk)
Admittedly it Is higher than my old chair, so that is a bonus I suppose.
There was also one bolt missing, but a quick call to their customer services (tel number included on the product page) saw the missing bolt being put in the post to me, so that is good.
The infinite tilt & lock option is good, as you get a variety of options there, but I suggest that you adjust the tension to around medium before you try it or you are in for a bit of a surprise at how fast it can tilt back. But once adjusted to your liking it is a great feature. Unsure as to what the down function of the height adjust bar does, as I’ve not found it to do a thing, only raising it changes anything. The gas lift seems to work fine, only time will tell there of course, but all seems fine with it ATM.
Comfort wise the seat seemed a trifle hard at first, but having used it for a while now it feels fine, no better no worse than any other office chair I have used over the years and perfectly good enough for a days use. The back is the same, comfortable, feels like just about the right angle and shape when working at the desk, although I would have prefered a little more higher back support, but it Is comfortable when relaxing / leaning back. Hard to make the two actions compatible I guess in a cheaper chair (working And relaxing).
The arms are fine, nicely curved. Only a plastic surface (limitations of price no doubt), but are comfortable enough and do have that nice feature of being able to raise them, which is useful in a number of ways, not least making access to/from it to a wheelchair easier (although a lock on the chair turning would be a Great addition, but again price limitations I imagine).
Wheels and base are fine and work well, nothing more needed to be said there.
Overall this is a decent office chair and would have got 5 stars from me if they were a little more accurate in the measurements.

I loved the shape of the chair – it fitted snugly into my back therefore, very supportive and the seat was nice and wide. I loved the fact that I could lean back a VERY long way while I chat on the phone – I think this is the best position of this chair – it’s wonderful! LOL
My only criticism would be the padding on the seat could be just a tad softer. Having said that, I was going to buy a memory foam cushion to sit on but having used the seat now for a few weeks I have grown used to it and don’t feel the need to add a cushion. This is a good, sturdy product.
I was very impressed with this chair, very well made and comfortable. It has good back and lumbar support and could easily sit in all day.

Very sturdily built with metal frame and bolts that were easy to locate and fix into place. A great chair for everyday office use. Feels really high quality. Comfy too!
Chair recline can be turned on and off and gas lift goes to a good height. arms rotate back too. brilliant!
13 bolts to install (3 per arm, 4 for base and 3 to attach back to base) so if you have a few to build an electric driver with right size hex bit is worth using.
