Really easy to install and connect to smart home. You can set three different opening widths for automatic mode or use the switch to stop it as it’s opening when it gets to where you want it. Very sturdy chain on it to drive the window open and the window doesn’t budge! You can’t push on it or pull it open. I’ll purchase more for my other windows in time.
