Really good lights for the money.
These worked perfectly, easy to use, light enough to move around if you need and the fixings for wall mounting are straightfoward. The lead could be longer (it’s a meter or so) but then if wiring in, not a problem and if not (I’m not), I simply use with extension if needed. Saves on having to then bundle up loads of cable when not in use.
Nice lights please note they do not have a sensor.
These are advertised correctly and come without a sensor. And they come at a reasonable price.
But how I wish someone would produce an economical light as powerful as these in a spotlight form – that would illuminate an area say 4ft x 2 ft from about 4 metres away. I wanted these to give front light to a rainbowfish aquarium. They court and display full on colours when the sun rises. That is what i was hoping to simulate with these, but they would need a narrower beam angle – say 20 degrees. Still I have given 5 stars because they were not advertised for that purpose.
Super lights
These lights are super bright and perfect for what I wanted
They really made a difference and have lit up the area that i was trying to
My only gripe is that the cable that is moulded to the light is far too short – it could have done with being double the length
Good powerfull lights
Do all that i want of them. Only niggle is that they come with a useless moulded on plug that has to be cut off and thrown away. It’s very unlikely these are going to be plugged into a socket rather than hard wired via a junction box.
Quality Build
Very sturdy (they are quite heavy) and look very good. They do NOT have motion detection, but that’s fine as I was not looking for that feature. Very bright and look like they will last. Be aware that the cord supplied is short – no more than 40cms.
make great uplighters
I bought a pair of these as workshop lights. They are much better made than I expected with what looks like stainless (might be chromed) socket screws holding it together. It looks properly made. The only way to find out is to leave it out in the weather.
I tried mine indoors and decided they work pretty well as uplighters. I was looking for a replacement for a 300w uplighter, and I reckon one of these will do the job.
They look like you could fit four times as many LEDs in to the case. That would make an interesting lamp

These are incredibly bright. I bought them for the driveway and even one light alone is way more than necessary. I thought as they are so well priced that they’re ‘probably not that good’… the reality is that I’d rather look directly at the sun than I would one of these.
I installed one of them above the garage the other afternoon with a smart motion sensor. When night fell I went outside to check the full extent and was greeted by an absolute bollocking from my neighbour across the road. The word “ridiculous” was used several times. Ive ended up tilting it right down at the floor which does the job but I’d prefer to be able to point it across the drive a bit more without completely illuminating my ill-tempered Neighbour’s living room into artificial daylight.
In short, if you’re on the fence like I was, you might want to think about getting the next wattage down.
Great lights and an absolute bargain.
Very bright, easy to fit.
Illuminates my whole neighbourhood. If this isn’t what you’re after I would look at a lower wattage but these were perfect for me.
They don’t have motion detection as clearly documented and I marked down easy to install because they come with a moulded plug which I suspect needs cutting off for more permanent installations on an outside wall for example but this is to be expected. That said, being fitted with a plug gives you options for say a light on a stand to illuminate a DIY project for example. Once installed they are very bright, I installed two fitted at eaves height on my back garden and it lights quite a big garden like a football stadium. Thin, compact, and seem well made in a mettle case which looks like aluminium (painted black) and they look neat and tidy. Well impressed with them so far.

I plugged one in, and I’m still seeing stars. Dear me, are these bright. Waterproof with a moulded plug, IP66 rating means waterproof even with a hosepipe pointed right at it, the next highest rating is actually submerged! Beautifully made, in cast and machined aluminium, with quality stainless steel Allen bolts and a sturdy bracket. Compact for the size, see pictures
