Nice compact system
Very simple installation, the camera only needs power supply, 240v three pin plug 12v output… Note the cable supplied is limited, I bought the extension cable as advised…
Note. This camera requires a memory card to record. I again used the one indicated… Setting up the camera to the phone direct via my home Wi-Fi is the option I took… You can go direct over the Internet.
My only concern was the hole required to ‘feed’ the connection cables into my house… There are 3/off them and one for the ether net connection required me to use a 15mm hole cutter and limited my positioning away from brick work and use the plastic eaves.
It’s been in use for 3 months, with no trouble….
Good CCTV camera, great customer suppo
Relatively simple camera setting up. Night vision works a treat and so does the motion detection and the mini PIR light on the camera is also a nice touch. Works well and allowed me to keep an eye on things at home when away. After a little while of using the camera an issue arose to which I contacted CTronics customer support. Allowing for the international time delay they looked into the problem and resolved it. They located another issue with the SD card – informed me and are providing me a with a replacement card. In my opinion very professional company with a first class after sales customer support. Oh and the price of the camera was very good. Would recommend to others and would buy again.
Great all round CCTV Camera
I have this camera for a year & a half now and it has served me well.
This camera is very strong and robust, I also found it very straightforward to setup no issues there. The manual that came with my camera was easy enough to follow, if you need a bigger one then go too the Ctronics web site download page for a PDF version.
I found the video quality to be quite good for a 2 megapixel Camera. this camera has Digital Zoom & Not Optical Zoom. ( Google It ) if you want better quality then buy a higher 5 or 8 megapixel camera with Digital Zoom.
The sound quality was quite good though sometimes it can be affected by the wind all depends on where you put it outside.
Playback was good sometimes a bit slower, but I know that it was my crappy WiFi.
Overall a great Camera for the money compared to others out there.
You can also take snapshots & record video on the fly to you’re phone from the app while viewing it.
The Ctronics app, That is used to control this camera. I also found this to be good with loads of options to change settings to the way you want to use your camera. It also allows you to change the default user name and password, that everyone should do.
You can also download & convert videos directly to your phone or computer. Videos can be converted to Mp4 format from the phone so that they can be viewed in any media players.
The camera also has a Web interface where you can tweak other settings like Brightness, exposure, and saturation, Etc. ( see Screen Shots.)
You even can flip & Mirror the image to the other side that is good sometimes.
You can even decide where on the app screen you want to have the time stamp or the camera name to be shown.
To Sum-up. Would I buy this camera again, yes I would.
Would I recommend this camera to my family and friends. Most definitely.
This camera Is a very good general all round camera at this price range, with a very quick pan & tilt,easy access from anywhere in the world, it gives me great peace of mind when we are away.

We were undecided what brand to use and after reading the reviews for this, we opted for it.
Currently we only have one camera but we really should get one for the back.
My husband installed it, connected to the mains and attached to the front of our property.
It is easily controlled via and app on our phone.
All family members have access to it.
Easily controlled and moved via the app.
Night vision is also very clear on hd and has no problems readying a number plate with a zoom option also available.
I’m glad we didn’t throw our money away on a more expensive product. This suits our needs well. Offers some security and is easily accessible. I highly recommend
Outstanding CCTV
What can I say, I have had this running for about a week now and its fabulous, to setup the easiest way like previous buyers have said, set it up on the Ethernet cable first, then it glides onto the WiFi no problems.
The picture quality is brilliant and the Night Vision is excellent, it even can put its flood lights on and light up the night as if it were daylight. I previously had a Miboa camera before this that was only 15 less than it, but this one is far superior in every way.

I purchase one of these cameras from Amazon. It arrived the next day.
When I opened the boxed I was amazed how good it had been packed.
At first the instructions supplied with it were a bit confusing. I contacted there support for advice by email. They replied very quickly.
They answered my questions backed up with photos. I found this to be a great help.
Had the camera working in no time at all.
I was amazed at the quality of the picture, also when it is dark outside the view on the camera was like its daytime.
The Wi-Fi system connectivity works extremely very well.

Camera plus actual tehnical suppo
We have purchased this camera in April 2021 and was working without issues. Quality of picture is good and video recordings. Most importantly, on a slight issue we experienced with camera due to our own fault and thinking that is probably the end of camera, we contacted customer support and they were engaging and provided several different instructions how to fix the issue we were experiencing. Issue is now resolved and camera is working perfectly, so this is a big plus as support is available, helpful and friendly and works towards the solution with you (just take into account different time zones as reply would be delayed). Would therefore recommend the product that gets your covered also if you experience issues in future

I’ve had the camera for a week, and have taken time to set it up properly and have set up a FTP site for it to download the videos to. The only issue I’ve had is the constant recording filling up the FTP site too quickly, so I contacted Customer Service and they were quick to answer my questions and solved the problem for me 🙂

I really like this camera, it was pretty easy to set up (although my son did it, but not much swearing), picture is clear. Would buy again.

The camera is quality for the price. I had an issue with mine and contacted the customer care. I was appointed Celia Qu who was helpful, kind and polite and delivered a great service and helped me to resolve the issue quickly.

I am so pleased with this security camera that I bought another the same. So easy to set up and operate. I have had no problems with either of them.
The night time quality was so good that a car thief was recorded and got caught.
I contacted customer service with a small query and their response was immediate, friendly and without fault.

Very impressive for the money if I have any complaints it does pick up some erroneous things as humanoid. Would I recommend absolutely, I shall be buying another.
Great piece of kit for the price.
I bought this camera for the front of my home after a neighbour told me there car had been tampered with. It arrived the day after ordering and came well packaged. I’m not a techie nerd so had doubts about setup but the instructions are easy to follow and I had it up and running in a short time.
I opted to hard wire the camera to maintain the best possible connection and it works perfectly. Picture quality is amazing when I view it live. I also receive motion detection warnings on my IPhone and video replay and downloading is simple. It’s been installed now for 9 months and so far we’ve had 3 instances where the camera has identified people not behaving as they should. Several neighbours have no also installed similar products having seen the results we have.
I highly recommend this camera. Don’t be put off by the cost thinking it cannot be any good at the price, I can assure you it is.

Canny little camera
Got this CCTV in 2020, it is a canny little camera that does deliver what it says, I have had a few little glitches in pastb2 years but quickly sorted once contracted the support team, app updates often and human detection is brill only drawback I seem to have is the sound is very glitchy and app can keep disconnecting but easy to reconnect.
All in all I would recommend this camera as it is a brill little camera and has made my home much more secure.

Have two of these cameras ,one on the house and another at the gate , which is 80 yards from the wifi extender and no problem connecting , image is very good and the night vision excellent can see nearly 800 yards, the app works well , they are a third of the price of other cameras of a same spec

Putting it of for better weather. It has stood up to the latest storms we’ve just had and worked through them perfectly. I mainly got it to keep an eye on my sheds, so is positioned on the rear side of my house. Would strongly recommend.

Fantastic Cameras
These are great cameras and provide all the features described very well, especially motion detection and following. BUT, the manufacturers have obviously realised that their cheap camera are very good and hiked the price up.
I preferred them when I bought two for 38 each, since then I’ve seen them as high as 80.
So if you’re considering this camera I would highly recommend it, when they lower the price!

The above camera is one of two further camera’s bought, one more for a relative and one for ourselves.
After initially functioning and working well with good clear night vision etc… our relatives camera after only a month has started to malfunction and constantly swivels and turns making it useless and so has had to be switched off!
I would appreciate any positive suggestions as to why or is it a faulty piece of equipment that will need to be returned Amazon for a replacement or refund. Thank you.

We have 3 of these cameras and are the best we used by far. Very quick and simple set up. Great picture quality and motion detection. 24hour recording coverage for free on a SD card. We got got money off for ordering multiple times. Overall good product and have recommended to family and friends.

This a great camera clear pictures many features to store video and picture. It’s taken a bit of time to understand the configurations, but with the help of Ctronics they have helped me as I am not an expert in this technology.
Great Camera
Camera works a treat, has day and night vision. It wasn’t too difficult to set up, had a small issue with wifi, but contacted Ctronics technical support, who got back very quickly and were very helpful, so much so, that I’m considering buying a second one to cover another area. I did need a micro card, an extension lead for the power supply and a junction box (see in photo below camera) I would definitely recommend, it’s a great camera for the cost!
Good cameras and a good APP
I bought these to monitor my property in another country, so far it does the job, they have survived the harsh winter so definitely work good in lower temperatures. Operate on WIFI and have MICRO SD reader to store data on. Very happy with the app and how you can control the cameras. Definitely worth it if you need to keep an eye on something.

Reasons i use Ctronics
There are only two reason I buy Ctronics IP cameras…. 1) they are good camera’s when eventually sorted…. 2) most importantly Ctronics after sales service is exceptional. They are on the ball to help you in every way. I email them and by the morning I have a solution to fix the issue. They are knowledgeable of whether you need new firmware or software updates and fix issues straight away and communicate very well. I have just bought this camera and the problems i had were fixed in less than 48 hours. Ctronics for me because the fantastic after sales service. All my camera’s are Ctronics just for that reason.

Good looking camera 📸
Motion detection is about 30 mtr – picture quality is superb- night vision is ok but the floodlight is great ( comes on with my wee dog – sensitive ) you have to use a booster if your too far from your WiFi hub – manual is hard to read as type is small – no mention of which SD card it takes or where it goes ( I had to Email Echo ) for the money it’s an excellent camera – being bright white it’s easily seen on the building so also a deterent- after sales help is also very good ( Email- reply in 24 hours – Echo )

Great value for money PTZ camera
The camera is quite straightforward to install. I brought some conduit and the extension cable to allow me to get a tidy finish to the install.
The human tracking is very good, not always 100 % perfect but for the price point it’s very good.
The only frustration was the lack of fine adjustment to the camera movements. I ended up downloading a second app called onvier. It gives the fine grade camera adjustment I was after.
I contacted the customer service dept who were very responsive and tried to help me resolve my enquiry.
I am quite pleased with this feature packed camera, yes the connection drops every now and then but it isn’t that often and reconnects straight away. It always continues to record so I don’t miss anything.
Nice picture quality when covering my drive, when looking down the road it’s good still, the zoom is ok but a little blurred. (See pics for zoomed fully out and zoomed fully in) from my camera location to the junction at the top of my road is about 60 meters.

Does what it says
We put our camera quite high up so it doesn’t do the motion as such but otherwise its still a great camera.
Getting it connect to the WiFi is a bit fiddly. And reconnecting to new network, which I found the review a few down from mine on how to reconnect, helped me loads. I pressed and hold reset button for 10secs though.
I can go back on the recordings and download which ones I wanted.
Overall the price its a great camera

Excellent coverage day and night.
This camera gives excellent coverage of our back door area, both night and day. Motion tracking is very good and doesn’t trigger when slight movements occur, birds, rain, vegetation moving in the wind etc..
Can also be remotely moved from the app if required to alter the coverage area.
Can also be view over 4g, but you do need a very strong signal if the unit is set to HD.
This is the second unit I have purchased, which will now extend coverage to our driveway.
All in all, excellent camera.

Once I understood via various online videos how to set up this security camera it was easy lol. The confidence it gives us knowing just about everything around the front of our property is covered and set to react to movement and also record is fabulous . A great extra is also the ability to view our property when away from it so for example when the tracking shows a delivery is due to be dropped off we can then also speak to the deliverer via this camera . Very impressed indeed

for the price its decent enough, easy enough to install but i would buy the extention cable aswell as you will need it, will be buying another one of these in the future
Pretty impressive for the price
I got one of these because we had an increased number of cases trying to get into people’s cars at night. The fact that it follows humanoid motion is amazing. 2 of my neighbours have asked me where I’ve got it and have recommended it to them and they’ve bought it as well. Picture quality is decent when close but if the picture is far, the zoomed picture is pretty grainy as it’s only digital zoom and not physical.

Wifi strong signal
I came back for my second purchase as the first camera is still brilliant after 1 year.
I’ve bought an indoor camera from a different brand but no comparison with Ctronics,found that Ctronics are more easy and upgraded.
Definitely recommended and will be doing next purchase with Ctronics.

Good Quality Camera
I have had this camera a couple of weeks am very pleased with the product. Daytime video is excellent & night time is quite good. I like the ability to have colour setting for night video as it emits a powerful light should any humans be sensed in the field of view. There are numerous settings to set the camera up as you want & I have not had any issues with the wifi connection. My router uses dual 2.4/5ghz but this appears not to have been an issue for this camera. Only downside is that the camera only records video for 15 sec bursts, but will continue recording so movement is never lost. I love the way it tracks human movement & will keep pointing to anyone on the drive.

The quality of picture both day and night is exceptional
The product looks good and works very well. The only downside is the complexity of the instructions. It is not intuitive to set up. It seems to have every thing but this is not explained very well. It talks about Regions, Areas and Channels without guidance as to what or how they should be set-up. Plan record – is not clear, neither is Alarm record. As I say, it is worth persevering with – and the help line via email is good, but obviously there are delays between asking a question and receiving a reply. A verbal /chat helpline would be better – but so would improved explanations as to the cameras functions and how to set them up would be better.
Security camera
Very good camera, easy to set up on my mobile phone, takes just a few minutes to connect it to a home network. Picture quality is amazing and you have a choice of HD or SD.
Had a problem with my first one after 6 months where it wouldn’t pan or tilt, after an email with the company a new one was sent to me in 3 days. You can judge a company by the way they deal with problems and I can’t fault them at all, excellent service.

With fast delivery and a great price, this security camera is great.I purchased it for extra security for my summer house. I am yet to fit to my wall,however I have tested it out and we are very impressed. Its so easy to set up. I love that you can rotate it via your phone and see everything on there! It has some fantastic features like being able to speak via the camera plus clear night vision! I would recommend to anyone! We will be purchasing again from the retaile

Excellent camera a few internet issues to start with but fantastic pictures and alarm makes people aware that the camera has picked them up.
Brilliant audio, picture quality and great service.
Good motion detection with humanoid detection to avoid false alarms. We bought 2 cameras which have been great. After a year 1 developed a fault but we resolved this with Elnums help at Ctronics. She sent us out a new one straight away. Greats service.
Excellent wireless cctv camera
A fantastic quality wireless camera. I have this fitted approximately 28ft away from the rear of my house and it works very well. There is a slight cracking in the audio but nothing really to worry about. The light for night time is excellent and the motion tracking gives the impression someone is watching, which is an excellent deterrent. The video quality is excellent both day and night and very quick and easy to set up, just follow the instructions supplied or read some of the reviews, they give some great tips. Will be purchasing a second for the front of the house.
WIFI strength not great !
The only downside to the camera is the strength of the WIFI. I have it in a shed and I have to go to the back window to receive the signal. Is there anyway to connect it to my LAN/Network router ?
