This fleece is almost identical to a much more expensive Brand name fleece that I own, that is specifically geared at those who perform sweaty exercises. The wicking features are the same on both fleeces as are the comfortable shape and fabric softness. They have used a similar great quality quarter zip in front neck and on the 2 large side pockets that are big enough for phone, wallet, headphones and I can put both hands in the pouch to warm my fingers. I found the size perfect to wear with just a running vest underneath but would size up for layering. The sleeves were a little long for my 5’1″ height but the elastic wrist band held them in place as did the hardly noticeable elastic hem around my thighs, this creates a windbreak for my back. I have used it for a month and washed it half a dozen times at a low temperature. DO NOT USE fabric softener with this type of fleece as it adds a tiny layer of wax to the fibres reducing the sweat wicking effect. I have not tumble dried it, preferring instead to hang it over the bath overnight.

 

This fleece jacket is sooo soft! It feels gorgeous. It’s a pullover style with zip to the top. Not a thick jacket but it’s a nice style that looks good worn over a t-shirt. It will keep you warm on colder days. Great for walking the dog early mornings.
The pockets are a decent size. Washes well on a low machine setting. Keeps it shape after washing.

This fleece jacket is more for outside use when hiking or going for a walk rather than a fashion statements. Although saying that, the jacket does look good. I ordered the brick red fleece which is like a dark pink, I would describe it more as a plum colour.

The jacket is snug fitting with elasticated wrists and waist, this helps prevent any cold wind from entering. What I particularly like is that it has 2 external pocket openings which each have a metal zip to prevent the contents falling out. These pocket openings lead into the same huge pocket that goes the complete width of the jacket which provides plenty of storage space, it’s also handy for placing the hands into for a warm up. Part way down the front is pull up zip which can be pulled right up to the chin for warmth.

Overall this appears to be well made, I could detect no untidy or wayward stitching. The material is made from a single layer of fleece which is warm to the touch. The material is quite thin making this ideal for spring or summer use. Despite the material being thin it does feel quite warm to wear. I ordered this for my wife, the sizing does appear to be correct as it fits her perfectly, plus she loves the colour.

The polyester fabric of this fleece pullover is stretchy, it has a nice soft feel, it is comfortable to wear, and it both lightweight and warmly insulating. The garment is loose fit and appears well-made and stitched with elasticated cuffs and hem. There is a collar and quarter-zip at the V-neck opening, plus zips to two large side pockets that cleverly interconnect to form a sort of muff. Reasonable price — recommended.

 

Mine was a nice burgundy, and was warm and useful for something to slip on in colder weather if you were involved in an outdoor activity. Its not that heavy or indeed warm, so if you are not staying active, I would choose a heavier garment- but for running, gardening, walking its pretty good, so long as you are staying active and generating some heat. Its a nice garment, subject to the above.
