Solid and well made
Arrived quickly and well packaged. It is sturdy and solid.
It’s a bit bulky so storing it when not in use was tricky to hide . I have a medium sized Nissan Juke and was hoping with pre measuring it would store in the boot . Not happening so it stores under the stairs now. But I would prefer the sturdy equipment to difficult to store option for the safety of my dog. He did not like this at first I had to physically drag him up the first few time. The runway has well made sand paper type gritted surface so he didn’t slip whilst going up or down and it looks like a nail file now with his claws protesting against using it . But he’s getting used to it . He doesn’t really have an option . He’s too big to lift and he can’t jump high enough anymore . It’s a far safer option for him . I use treats and encouragement for him to get used to it . I’m Not sure he’ll ever like it – we’ve had it 6 months now but it’s either this or he can’t go out walking in the day trips. If he knew the choices , he’d choose being with us walking

je l’ai depuis plusieurs mois, j’attendais avant de laisser un commentaire fiable ! je l’utilise tout le temps, elle est solide, anti drapante, plutt lgre, faut juste faire attenion quand on la fait coulisser ne pas se pincer les doitgs ! sinon, trs bonne rampe, recommander mon chien fait actuellement 53 kg.

Solide est il a un systme anti drapant pour que le chien ne glisse pas en montant.

Utilizo la rampa para unos 95 cm de altura que se corresponden con tres escalones, el suelo es como de lija y no resbala, tampoco hace dao, adems se sujeta bien tanto arriba como abajo y no se mueve ni tambalea, mi perra, un golden, sube y baja perfectamente, se rompi los ligamentos y no deba saltar los escalones, al ser de 2,10 la longitud de la rampa, la pendiente no es demasiada y no tiene miedo, nos esta dando muy buen resultado, aguanta lluvia.

Really tough and does the job well
Tough and easy to use, this telescopic ramp slides out to double its length and locks in place when weight is put into it. My dog hates it so far because he’s a wuss, but it’s early days and I’m hoping that with a few treats sprinkled along it, he’ll get over himself soon.

Super ramp to help our dog who doesn’t like contact get into large car. Easy to use and put up and down on your own. Good grip for dog. Would recommend.
Nice and stable
Stable enough to give the dogs confidence but we’re just waiting to chop our fingers off as edges are sharp and there are no useful clips to stop it sliding open when picked up! Not too sure how long the abrasive surface will stand up to nails but good so far!

Prima di acquistare mi informo. Leggo le recensioni e le caratteristiche tecniche. Mi serviva una rampa solida per la mia boxer di circa 5 anni, con 3 ernie discali, da utilizzare su una Peugeot 3008. In particolare era necessario averla telescopica, vista l’altezza del bagaglio. Pertanto, mi sono concentrato su una rampa in alluminio e ben lunga. L’unico dubbio era sul grip della base. Una volta provata posso dire che il mio cane sale e scende alla perfezione. e, dopo circa 2 settimane di utilizzo, posso affermare che ad oggi funziona benissimo. La consiglio!

Das Gute: Unser deutscher Schferhund 11 Jahre frchtet sich nicht mehr ins Auto zu steigen.
Das weniger Gute: Die Rampe passt durch ihre Lnge nicht in den Kofferraum. Sie muss hinter dem Vordersitz verstaut werden. Dort jedoch zerkratzt sie mit ihrer rauben Oberflche das Leder.. Wir mssen eine Decke darber legen.
Sie ist auch recht schwer und fr eine Person schwierig zu handhabe

Tolle Rampe!
Der Hund hat diese Rampe zunchst mit Lekkerlies und dann aber auch sehr schnell ohne angenommen. Unser 5 Monate alter Welpe wiegt z.Zt. 21,4kg und wird bis ca 35kg schwer werden. Da ist eine solche Rampe unerlsslich! Schn, dass es sie gibt!;-))

Sceptical as to whether dog would use it but pleasantly surprised. Sturdy, well made ramp, followed instructions using treats on flat floor, then small step, then boot of Fiesta car. Dog is 12 years old, just damaged cruciate ligament so cant jump in and out of boot and is too heavy for us to lift-he is about 30 kilo. Folds up and stows behind front seats easily, Great Item, well pleased!!

Sturdy, well made and my two 35kgs basset hounds love it. I use it to get them into the back of an Audi Q5. Only suggestion would be to add a lock in position mechanism when fully extended, but not really a major issue. Highly recommend
Nos ha salvado a mi perra y a m. Pesa 60 kg y ya tiene artrosis as que le costaba mucho subir al coche y siempre se haca dao. La rampa es larga con lo cual la inclinacin es buena para un coche como el mo cuyo maletero est a 30 cm del suelo. Es bajito, pero estoy segura de que sirve en coches ms altos. La superficie es de lija as que no escurre. Se limpia fcilmente con un cepillo hmedo. Yo pensaba que no aguantara tanto peso…de sobra. Y adems, lleva unos tacos de goma para apoyar en el coche as que no se escurre. Es extensible, no plegable y no pesa mucho. Tambin lleva una trabilla para que no se abra accidentalmente. Cuesta un poco que se acostumbren a usarla sobre todo si son un poco miedosos o desconfiados. A m me cost un mes y muchos sudores…y cantidades ingentes de jamn y queso, tambin. Ahora si no se la pongo no sube al coche.

Excellent for any older dog
I use this for my elderley Japanese Akita as she is vey wary of anything that is strange or wobbles, this is an excellent ramp for getting her in/out of my 20yr old range rover as its quite high. Lightwieght and easy to use, the only reason I have not awarded it 5 is that it’s quite expensive. But it does the job.

wurde auch ohne Probleme von meinen Hunden angenommen.
Muss aber trotzdem einigen anderen zustimmen:
– Die Laufflche ist sehr empfindlich,
nach dem ersten benutzen schon direkt unschne Kratzer auf der Flche.
– Wer aber nicht nur auf die Optik schaut finde hier eine wirklich gute Rampe.
– lsst sich super gut auseinander ziehen und zusammen schieben.
– Drfte aber etwas gnstiger sein.

Achete pour mes labradors dont une est ge et douloureuse. Un vrai bonheur cette rampe, plus besoin de la porter pour qu’elle monte sans nos vhicules. Peut tre un cran pour bloquer la rampe la longueur dsire serait bien. Attention aux doigts en la coulissant.

Great! i would recommend this product to my friends. Better to use when with a friend. it is quite heavy but it’s worth persevering with as my dogs love it. They run up and down it and feel safe.

Die Rampe ist ideal fr meinen in die Jahre gekommenen Golden Retriever. So kann er Problemlos aus meinem MB Vito ein- und aussteigen. Habe allerdings noch zustzlich ein langes Handtuch darauf gelegt, so hat der Hund irgendwie mehr Vertrauen, ohne ist er fter auf der rauhen Oberflche abgerutscht.
Kleiner Nachteil, wenn die Rampe ein wenig verschmutzt ist, luft der einschiebbare Teil nur sehr schlecht. Ist aber auch im sauberen Zustand schon dem Material geschuldet, Alu auf Alu ist schon nicht die ideale Lsung. Aber ansonsten zu empfehlen, wrde ich mir wieder kaufen.

Semplicissima da usare, utilissima, acquisto ottimo. L’unico neo (se cos vogliamo chiamarlo ma che comunque non influisce sul giudizio) che da chiusa bisogna sempre chiudere il bottone di aggancio altrimenti con l’auto in movimento la pedana vibra parecchio.

Super safe dog ramp
We already had a folding pair of steps but as our two English setters are getting on in years even the steps were becoming difficult for them to use, so after looking at several ramps on the market we decided on the Petsafe Happy ride telescopic model. The ramp arrived quickly and after unpacking we tried it out, at first both dogs were hesitant and needed a little assurance but the non slip material on the base gives a sure footing and within minutes both dogs were in and out of the car with no effort or worries. The ramp is very well made and operates smoothly both in extending and retracting, it also stores well in the back of our Mitsubishi ASX suv laying flat between the rear wheel arches. We place a blanket below the top part which mounts across the bumper to prevent any possible scratches in use but apart from that we are delighted with the ramp (as are the dogs) and would recommend it to anyone having difficulty getting their dogs in and out of a car or van.
Perfecta para mi Ford Ranger y mi Labrador Scotty , totalmente aconsejable, se recoge muy fcilmente y no pesa y aunque al principio le daba miedo subir a Scotty en cuanto vio que nos subamos nosotros al coche para irnos , subi como un rayo por la rampa 🙂 .

Cette rampe me sert pour mes deux chiennes (labrador de 35 et 45 kilos). Elle tient le coup pour le moment. J’vite de “l’ouvrir” compltement pour viter de trop forcer sur la “charnire” (ceux qui connaissent cet objet comprendront !).
Elle a les dfauts de sa solidit car elle est un peu lourde pour mes bras un peu fatigus !!

Perfect for an ageing Labrador!
Easy to extend and takes the weight of a 30kg old Labrador. The slope is a little bit steep but a gentle helping hand from behind is enough to get the dog to climb up into the back of a high 4×4. Definitely recommend.

Struggled for a long time with my old 52kg rottweiler and she refused to use any ramp or steps to climb into the car. This ramp she used 1st time, it didn’t move or bow with her weight and the coating on the ramp made it alot easier for her to enter and exit the rear of my car. Highly recommended for any large breed dog with joint problems or severe laziness This ramp easily took my 14 stone and is easy to store and clean.

Great for larger dogs
My Retriever was very nervous with our old plastic ramp as it flexed and moved. This is much more solid and he’s much happier getting in and out of the SUV. There are larger sizes, but unless you have a very high off the ground vehicle this should do the job. Good value, well made, and non slip surface works well.

Our eldest dogs is 15 and was having difficulty jumping in and out - and another dog is very small and so the height of the vehicle was a challenge! BRILLIANT. I have an elderly Newfie who had just had a big op. This ramp held his 73KG weight no problem. Plenty wide enough to give confidence to your dog. Highly recommended.

It’s big and dogs run up it with no problems, they will mark the surface and it is rough, better with carpets but my dogs do not care when food around. It is very stable.

This ramp is sturdy enough to allow large dogs, after a bit of training, to feel safe.
I am very pleased with this ramp which is the extra long version. Over a week or so I’ve trained my two nearly 10 year old Leonburgers to use it with success to get into our 4 x 4 which has quite a high back. It’s a solid piece of kit. The ramp itself is covered in a good non slip adhesive strip but I’m not sure how long that will last without lifting – time will tell but could be recovered with something similarly abrasive if necessary.

My dog is 32kg, aged 13 with arthritis. It took a few goes for him to get accustomed to the ramp and anti-slip surface but he now waits for me to put it up. It is sturdy. It is easy to use, although I find it awkward to get into the car, I think that is largely down to me.

Rampe wurde im Auftrag gekauft. Der Empfnger ist sehr zufrieden, sein Neufundlnder geht die Rampe problemlos hoch, das war das Wichtigste.
Macht was es soll. Der schmirgelpapierartiger Belag ist ungnstig. Es macht viel Lrm wenn der Hund darauf luft und hat wenig Halt. Die Laufflche mit Teppich zu bekleben ist ein Muss. Sonst eine Empfehlung

Ramp for my little dog to get on and off my bed
I am so impressed with the ramp. My little dog is using it already to get onto my bed, she has arthritis in her rear knees. Easily taken down to use on the boot of the car if required. Thank you.
A really strong dog ramp, very well designed.
I bought this PetSafe aluminium ramp to replace a hinged plastic ramp, which eventually always fracture around the hinge area. I am very pleased with my new ramp, which is very strong and well engineered, and so easy for the dog to get into the car. I am not sure the small retaining strap is really up to purpose, as when it arrived the press stud one end had parted from the plastic strap. I am not too worried, as the ramp will always be flat on the estate car floor when it is not being used.
Well worth the cost.
Very sturdy ramp but the surface was not easy for my elderly dog to use to access the rear of the vehicle. We solved this by attaching pieces of ridged matting and then she managed fine. The ramp is weighty and a bit unwieldy but is still worth buying as it provides a safe and secure way to get an elderly dog into the back of a vehicle.

Purchased this for a 30+kg greyhound with a broken shoulder, he was nervous of the abrasive surface to start with but we simply lay a towel on it now and he uses it no problem, even our fit and healthy border collie uses it for getting both in and out of the car thinking it’s a game
Definitely recommend this ramp!
This is a great ramp! Light and easy to extend. My St Bernard used it after a couple of tries. A very good piece of equipment for big dogs who might suffer hip problems in the future.
