I just dispensed a 6ml hypertonic nebule into my lungs in 8 minutes. This is faster than my modern (but noisy) compressor nebuliser. I can actually feel it deeper in my lungs and clearing my lungs better too. Its also silent, small and light so I can take it on overnight trekking/camping trips. I cannot describe how happy I am! You get what you pay for and this is worth every penny.

It was really fab and kept me well and happy until it just stopped working. Then it’s started working again. I’ve struggled to get hold of Philips sadly to help remedy the problem, but hopefully it was just a blip and will continue to work now.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis is the first time I’ve used a nebuliser, I want it to cure my chronic sinusitis as many years of herbal medicines have not worked. It is a beautiful little object, well made, portable, in a smart durable protective case. I used Katharos fine colloidal silver liquid in it, but I think it will take a some frequent using to cope with the strange spiky sensation in the back of my throat which is very sensitive. The steam that one inhales is very fine and gentle but it made me choke. So, perseverance is, I guess, the name of the game. An astonishingly large excretion of mucus was the result, so it works.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersGot this as part of my vocal chord nodule therapy as I use my voice a lot at work, had to inhale medication to relax my chords. Great device, one charge can last forever. One thing as an even better if would be to not stop while there is still medication left as it will call 1-2 drops on you/floor. Other than that it is great.

Golden Review Award: 18 From Our UsersI have an undiagnosed respiratory problem my airways close up and the only way I’m able to breathe and open up my airways is with nebs. I have a large nebuliser at home but its mains run . The research hospital I have to go to is nearly two hours away. I am always worried about having an attack away from my nebuliser. I have managed by using inhalers but its by more luck than judgement. This little machine is fantastic. Anyone with COPD or asthma knows how terrifying an attack can be . What’s amazing about this is it’s small enough to fit in a coat pocket or ladies handbag . What that means is you have access to a nebuliser no matter where you are. I used it for the first time this evening it’s very efficient at distributing the nebs . It’s as good as the machines you may be used to at home and hospital. It runs totally silent. Anyone who is used to how loud the more traditional nebs are will find the silence of this machine such a welcome change. It delivers a 2.5ml neb in four minutes letting you know when its finnished by a little alarm sound. Unlike the hospital nebs no one needs to come and flick the mask to get the last dregs of nebuliser through the machine. It’s a very efficient device. It can be used plugged in or you can run it off the rechargeable battery. The battery only took a short time to charge and it shows charging with a throbbing green light. As soon as the light stays solid green the system is fully charged. It is easily taken apart for cleaning . So a great little machine for anyone requiring nebuliser treatment. I know it’s a little expensive if your on a tight budget but believe me it’s worth every penny. Anyone who needs this type of treatment for themselves or their children needs one of these. My only minus about the system is the case why oh why didn’t the company put a handle or strap on the case. The case is great a good size not to big , enough room for your nebs an inhaler and a few other bits and Bob’s. It’s just lacking a handle or carrying strap.
To sum up a brilliantly efficient quiet nebuliser ,that you can take and use anywhere. It gives me reassurance to go further afield knowing I have this rescue parachute at my side.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersAs I had to have this sent to my English accomodation address I received it today, it has lived up to my expectations , it is easy to charge and to clean. Anyone who has COPD should have one of these. I would have liked it if it could have been charged in my car although the length of the charge is good. I would definitely recommend this product.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersThis is a great product, easy to use . Simple and straightforward. it is pretty much silent which is great especially for night time and less annoying. I like how it’s set up for the solution also, Previous one I used I had to shake especially towards the end when there wasn’t much solution left otherwise it would leave some of it, where this you don’t due to how it’s designed. Battery lasts well, since buying it surprised I haven’t had to recharge yet as I’ve had it just under 2 weeks with daughter using it for both salbutamol and saline solution. One thing that is frustrating is it really should come both with the child mask/ small and the large / adult mask, not have to then buy the adult mask. My daughter is 4 she’s not big for her age at all if anything on the small side yet will be buying the adult mask to see it that’s better. For the price too it really should.

Golden Review Award: 15 From Our UsersSmall, discreet, fast & quiet… this is fantastic. My husband and mum both use this product. It saves time and gets rid of having to plug a noisy big thing into the wall… which is an inconvenience. You can use this anywhere at anytime and it’s finished in 4 minutes. It makes life so much easier.

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersI like the design and how it quietly & efficiently works, but not the high cost. Also the clip that holds the ‘mouthpiece/ solution’ does not work well & I will be asking for a replacement.

Golden Review Award: 22 From Our UsersPurchased this for frail parent following hospital admission. Compared to the larger, mains powered nebulisers, this is a much easier device to use. Being cordless, it has the distinct advantage of being portable, making it perfect for use when travelling, and doesn’t need a plug socket to operate. Operation of the device itself is really straightforward for user, but some may find the absence of a face mask somewhat of a disadvantage – especially if those users lack dexterity to hold the machine to their mouths for delivery.
It’s near silent, which is great for both those using and those around. The beep to signal end of dosing, is a really good design feature.
Maintenance, cleaning and charging of the device again is really all straightforward.
The machine has had six months worth of twice daily use and has had no reliability or user issues and appears as effective as larger mains run machines.
This is definitely a device worth considering, despite the additional cost, compared to the larger machines. All in all I think this is a great item of kit for people with respiratory needs who want something effective, yet discreet.

Golden Review Award: 16 From Our UsersNot sure why but ours came with a slit on the box lid. Looks like done by a cutter or blade?

The product looks ok, the design is better compared to other unknown brands.

Packaging is also nice, the storage pouch/box that comes with it is also good.

We only tried the product once to test it and it is working well. Very quiet almost soundless, our child liked it compared to our bulky and noisy nebulizer. The mist that comes out of this also looks finer than a non-mesh type nebulizer.

The product is indeed portable and easy to use and clean.

    Things to take note though:
    1. The lifespan of the product is only 3yrs, not well indicated what it really means, will it stop working after the 3rd year or is it not advisable to use after?
    2. The mouth piece needs to be replaced every 12 months and is very expensive. Not explicitly explained what happens when the mouthpiece is not replaced and used continuously after 12 months.

Overall, we like that it is easy to use and clean. It’s very portable and quiet. And the treatment is delivered faster and better.

Portable and silent, a bit pricey to maintai

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersFantastic piece of kit! I’m a singer and use it for hydrating the vocal chords with a 0.9% saline solution in it and it’s brilliant. The machine itself is easy and quick to set up, charge and use. Can’t recommend it enough.
