I love this so much. I leave one controller docked while I use the other one, and switch places when the battery gets low. After play I can easily leave both docked and charging. A must have if you own multiple ps4 controllers.

This device saved my controlle
My DS4 gamepad has always had problems with charging via the micro usb in the back of the controller. Eventually it became so bad, I simply couldn’t handle it anymore. A friend of mine reccomended I buy this, and lord I am happy I did. It uses a different charging mechanism from the micro usb, instead going in via the port near where the headphone jack is- and get this, it works like a dream. It charges fast, waay faster than my micro usb did in its prime. It also stays nice and secure while charging, so you can leave it be while you do other things. The only downside I can possibly think of is that you can’t realistically use a controller while it is charging using this device, but that is fairly obvious by the design. I also can’t say how useful it would be for you if you still are able to use the micro usb option, but if not this might be your savior.

Works perfectly. Just remember to have the wands facing the correct direction to fit in the charger. The small footprint of the charger says shelf space which is a bonus. No more grabbing a controller only to find the battery flat. Highly recommended!

Good little stand and charge
A nice little stand for my controllers. Easy to knock of but I always know where I left them now instead of looking under the sofa for them. The biggest bonus is that they are always charged!

I particularly like that you can turn off charging by pressing the individual controller down – it makes a click and disconnects the controller – even though the controller light does turn off when fully charged, it’s nice to know they can easily be prevented from trickle charging.

One side charges and the other side doesn’t but its still 1 million times better than trying to charge my joypads using the USB on the front of the PS4. Have this on the other side of the room plugged in to the wall. Works well on the 1 side that charges.

Great charger! I had two pads that refused to take a charge from the port at the back and was getting very frustrated, this charges from the port next to where you would plug in a headset or headphones. I don’t think even with a new controller I would ever charge by the normally method again. Great thing don’t hesitate just grab it.

Not that easy to slot the controllers in. And they fall out easily. Only shows they are connected if the charge is low so you don’t know if they are attached properly otherwise. Good all round though.

What can I say.. it works. I broke the socket for wired charging in mycontriller and this was the solution. Bit awkward the first few goes trynna figure out how you actually get the thing on.. but once you get the technique you’re flying

Fantastic idea as my son had broken the charging bit on his controller (too much usage and being heavy handed) . This allowed him to charge even though the charging hole was broken! Works great and better that buying a new controller!

Good way to charge your pads.
I got this for my husband because he was having trouble charging his pads. The connection inside the charging point in his pad wasn’t working properly, so you can charge your pads from the bottom of the pad instead. Much cheaper than buying new pads so highly recommend this.
A basic controller charge
Not bad – fiddly to get the controllers to dock but otherwise ok. Feel quite light and flimsy, time will tell if they last.

However, they can easily be removed with little force and this isn’t a negative – I’d hate to put a lot of force to remove them.

If you have a Nintendo Switch then it’s very similar to how the dock works. I’d recommend holding the controller with your thumb/index finger on the touch pad and then the other finger of those two just behind where the regular charging port is on the top. Then you just put it into the dock and you’re good to go!

Im glad I got these. You just push down the controllers on the spring loaded seat and clicks in to charge. Very small but very stable on the surface and charges very quickly.

You have to push each side of the dock
Push it till it clicks and stays down. Make sure you push it again when you want to take the controller out. Down when the controller is in. Up when the dock is empty.Works perfectly.
Cheap price, and works well. Slightly thin plastic which causes it to flex a bit and the push in to click and charge the controller takes a touch getting used to, but it keeps the controllers tidy and once you’ve got the hang of it, it’s so easy to use. Bought because kids kept bending the ends on my USB charging cables, so now use this instead and no more issues.

I’ve been using this product every day since I bought it. I no longer use cables for charging my controllers & everything looks tidier for it.
In terms of charge speed I haven’t noticed a difference between this or a standard wired connection.
The stand itself could be a little more durable however it does the job.

It truly doesn’t feel like a premium product although it does the job well, if it’s kept out of the hands of incapable people that do not take care of their belongings then the charger will last, if you’re constantly moving the dock or not mounting/dismounting the controller properly it WILL break. (Which is common sense)
Cool charge
Works fine. Sometimes difficult to balance the controllers on it. Once you work out to place them in the resting position, press down to charge and the item does it’s job well. Lights indicate when charging and charged

Works perfectly as it should, but the click in and out mechanism seems very flimsy so I’m not sure how well that’s going to last.
Great charger, love the way it charges through the bottom port rather than the top, controllers sit snugly on the charger.
To charge them you simply just push them down and they click. Controllers glow orange as usual when charging. Charges one or two at a time.
So much easier and neater than using the USB cable.

This was a gift for a family member so I haven’t had opportunity to use it personally, they have been using it every day since I bought it and said it is working well. Handy to keep controllers tidy and looks better than the official Sony one.

Really good actually for a licensed by Sony but not actual Sony product. Had a docking station previously that only charged when the ps4 was on, this is plugged in separately so great for charging overnight. Would highly recommend.

Doesn’t take much space, plugs into mains, charges your controllers while keeping them looking nice and tidy in place. Controllers stop charging once they’re full charged (light on controller switches off). It’s not amazing quality but for the price and purpose it does what it says on the tin so can’t really fault it!

Purchased this as a gift coming up to Christmas for my Dad as he has 2 controllers but only uses the normal cable so this dock would be handy to charge the controllers whilst the console is on rest mode. I haven’t opened the product of course but it’s well packaged, arrived fast through prime and was a great price. Highly recommended!

Great product. You can charge 2 PS4 Dual Shock 4 Controllers at once & plugs into the mains. Controllers fit snugly into the charger. Controllers flash when charging & then switch off when fully charged. Saves you having to switch your PS4 just to charge your controllers. Especially useful as the PS4 controllers don’t seem to last as long as the old PS3 Dual Shock Controllers & so require more frequent charging.

Effortless charging!
Great charger which holds controllers and maintains charge when not in use. Never need to worry about charging controllers again as I simply dock them into cradle when not is use.
Easy to dock in with 1 hand, only drawback is the base of dock could have been made from a harder material to give it that sturdiness. this would obviously increase the price so still 5 stars for me…

First one I received was in very poor condition, with scratches all over it, and wires visible under the main part (almost looked like it had been repaired and not put back together properly? Or just the cable got caught like that when it was being assembled).
Customer service was great though and got me another one asap and it’s working really well. At first placing the controllers on the charge part feels a bit like you will break the controller charging port, but once you get used to putting them on and taking the off you realise it’s well designed and the docking/un-docking is quite safe for the controller.

I am finding this a fantastic little device. With it being mains powered it frees up both USB ports which I would otherwise have to use for charging cables. I have this sat on the coffee table next to my gaming chair, so I have both of my controllers fully charged and within easy reach.
I can now keep my wireless headset dongle permanently plugged into the PS4.

I decided to get this rather than the official PlayStation charging dock. I’m very pleased with it. It’s easy to use, when controller is charging the light is orange and when completed the light goes off. Easy to remove from device, just push down and take off. Small enough to hide out the way if needed.
Player 1, please reconnect you controller. I don’t mean to make this a review about how annoying USB mini chargers are, and how they are slowly taking over my life as I have two controllers to charge, a phone, kindle, back up batter, and watch….
Intstead I’d like to tell you how this product works well, cleans two cables away, lights the controller to tell you its plugged in, fits the product easily and naturally into the cradle, and doesn’t look bad in your living room. Great product for a very first world problem.
What I love about this is that it doesn’t require your PS4 to be switched on to charge your controller. Once I’m done playing, I dock my controller in it and the next day when I get back from work, it’s fully charged. Much cheaper than the official Sony one. I would highly recommend you pick one up!
Solves the tiny connector problem!! This instead uses the microphone 2.5mm sokcet on the back, not that you need to know that! JUst clunk click it satisfyingly on to the dock and it starts charging. Brilliant
