The device is easy to use and to empty, and the basket is really convenient, I’m not a fan of how loud the device is during use though, the lid does help but only slightly. Overall good value for money in my opinio

Bought this item in June 2020 and have used it 1-2 times a week since. Have had no problems with it and just use water. Clean my gold/diamonds/silver/glasses and have never had any problems.
Easy to use though maybe not quite as effective as my previous one
Used to clean spectacles mostly. It works really well and digs out dirt from the frame and nose bridge and lifts grime off the lenses.
As with all ultrasonic cleaners distilled water works the best. This machine is ideal for small delicate items, well worth the money!

All I can say is WOW! Put water in the machine, put your jewellery in, let it do its thing and your jewellery comes our sparkling, like brand new! Didn’t think my jewellery was that dirty to be honest but omg the difference when it had been in this machine is unbelievable! So impressed, just but it!
It works brilliantly for use to surge tins of Guinness at home and is much cheaper than buying Guinness’ own branded surger. Had two pint tins tonight and they tasted better than many pub pints I’ve had over the years. 3 seconds in the thing and I had really creamy pints

I bought this for myself as I have some lovely jewellery but never found a product that cleaned it well, and I was worried about spoiling rhe diamonds with over using the other products I was using, I will be honest I wasn’t expecting much as how con just water alone clean tiny pieces of jewellery right?? Wrong it’s fantastic and you can see the dirt coming away, ive cleaned gold, silver, diamonds all with fab results but the best results came when I put my Pandora bracelet in and my nomination bracelet the results are outstanding! I would 100% recommend this product and will never again be without a little gadget like this!

As with all these types of things I was sceptical, after one use I’m impressed. I use a teeth guard over night and cleaning them can be tricky , popped them in came out like new. Glasses went in and it was like I had new glasses on.
Bought this when i couldn’t take my pandora jewellery to be cleaned.

I try to avoid using cleaning fluids that are toxic to aquatic life such as jewelry and fountain pen cleaners. This simple inexpensive machine has been brilliant for both. I was patient and gave very ingrained dirty items a couple of goes. Delighted.
Cleans nice rings and chains. But need to keep in mind not to use it for Pearls

have used this to clean a sapphire and diamond ring, several CZ rings and earrings, silver, gold (9ct and 18ct) and my glasses. I didn’t see any visible dirt lifting from the pieces like you see in some promo videos but at the end of cleaning there was a residue at the bottom of the machine and the jewellery definitely came out cleaner than it went in and the stones in them all came out sparkling. it does need a couple of cycles to totally clean, I would say 2 or 3 but otherwise no complaints.

great gadget, I use mine for making vitamin c lyposomal (see instructables for recipe ) saves me a mint. greast basic functional unit. I also use it for cleaning earrings etc but clean it out really well before using it for the food prep.

I shopped around for this product as there are similar products priced at over 100! So fairs to say it was a fraction of the cost. Bought it with a cleaning solution – but it’s brilliant and easy to use. Honestly I’ve cleaned my glasses and family members and it’s like you have new ones. Highly recommend ! (Jewellery too but love it for glasses)

Brilliant product. Uses similar ultrasonic cleaning method as in high precision industry where component cleanliness is vital. Cleans well with normal tap water, for best results use mentholated spirit. Diamond ring comes out sparkling.
It cleans my jewellery very well with no effort. Easy to use and set up. I would prefer if it had the choice if variable cleaning cycles instead of a fixed 3 minutes…. although it is very easy to restart it if you wish. Good product!
Absolutely brilliant cleaner …I used this item to clean a lot of gold jewellery some new some several years old and it cleaned the very dirty old gold chains to sparkling like new after 3 cycles of 90seconds ,I only used warm water and 3 drops of washing liquid and dried with micro cloth.
One chain was a pattern belcher and the inside of the links were very grimy almost black and I wasn’t expecting it to clear it without a professional clean,but wow after 2 minutes it really was like new so worth every penny this is the one to buy.
Great product! Has shifted years of dirt from diamond rings and earrings, better for gold rather than silver I would say. Stick to cleaning cloths for silver. I used warm water and some washing up liquid (not a lot) for the cleaning. The noise isn’t that loud at all as some other reviews have stated.
This is brilliant and well worth the money. I have a chunky silver bracelet that I’ve pretty much worn everyday for over 10 years and it came out sparkling. I also have a watch that if stopped wearing because it needed cleaning and I was waiting to take it to be professionally done. 3 goes in this machine and it came up lovely, I could see the dirt floating off it and the water was clearly dirty! My only complaint is the watch holder snapped on the 2nd go. But aside from that I totally recommend it.
This was a replacement for a similar product that we owned for 20 plus years but had died!

I used this and will continue to use it for my jewellery.
As you can see it brought some lovely amber and silver earrings back to their former glory! However, and it does warn you about this in the instructions, some semi precious stones are not suitable for submersing in water and some settings may loosen. Indeed, when I wiped these dry the amber stones came loose so I glued them back in again. This may be the case for some of my other jewellery but I’m going to clean them anyway because it’s a cracking piece of kit!
I also used a cleaning solution as pictured so I can’t attest to how well it does with just hot water.
I’m looking forward to cleaning all of my jewellery and then storing it away in my new jewellery box where it shouldn’t tarnish as much.
So pleased with mine bought 2 more for family and friend
Easy to use, cleans reading glasses brilliantly but a little disappointing on my jewellery as not giving the results I’d hoped for. Will try with a jewellery cleaning solution next time
I was sceptical about purchasing this due to the mixed reviews however I tried it. Heavily soiled items will not be cleaned however all items that have had day to day use have come out sparkling. Literally sparkling. Love this machine.
Thia machine has changed my life! I have washed all my jewellery and even silver plated items which I thought were too tarnished and are as good as new. I’ve never seen my engagement ring so sparkly. Highly recommend!
I disliked the fact that my parcel was left down stairs at the intercom door luckily for me a lady from my floor brought it to me this has happened a couple of times the courier diddnt even ring my buzze
It worked well, simple little machine but did the job for what i needed it for. Thought i had previously ruined a pandora bracelet and necklace by getting chemicals on it that turned them black, tried everything before this worked and they are like new again. You do have to run it a few times on badly tarnished metal but it does work.
I wished a device to help me to clean my small objects.It’s work.I used it for silver objects.
So far I have been very impressed with the product, which is easy to use by dropping jewelry directly into some tap water and washing up liquid, and if I need to use a solvent cleaner I simply drop a small glass jar with the solvent inside into the same water to clean watch parts.
Great little cleaner should be longer than three minutes before switching off as your jewellery takes longer to clean, so you have to keep pressing on again but a apart from that is fine.
Delighted with this! So easy, so quick, and definitely made a difference to the jewellery I cleaned. I would recommend.
I was given this by my husband and read the reviews which were hit and miss with one person saying that you should put it straight in the bin. To them I would say user incompetence is at fault.
I bought one of the metal cleaner soaps recommended for use with the product in combination with hot water as stated in the manual and with 5 x 3 minute cycles (the item was too large to fully fit so I had to rotate it or it wouldn’t have taken so many cycles) I was able to get a very dirty silver item back to it’s shiny silver glory.
It does make a bit of noise, but it wasn’t as loud as the kettle I boiled to make a coffee while I cleaned the item and it’s not on for long so not sure why the noise would be an issue.
Stones will fall out if not secure but you can rescue them from the product and have them re-set in your jewellery and in my book it’s better to have a loose stone fall out at home rather than lose it, so it’s a selling feature right there.
If you use the metal cleaner soaps be careful what you clean, don’t put an item in of mixed materials like mother of pearl or cheaper jewellery as the item may discolour. (Happened to me, luckily it wasn’t an item I was sentimental about) I would suggest using normal washing up liquid instead.

Great value for money. Bought to clean my airbrush and equipment and although it’s small everything fits inside nicely. Bit annoying that it runs for a maximum of three minutes but there is a reset button and just press this to reset before the three minutes are up and it will run without stopping. All in all very happy
Quite impressed by this machine and quite frankly shocked at the colour of the water afterwards! Haven’t tried it on glasses as yet – only jewellery. Although it does clean it up to a point I found that it still needed a final polish to get it really gleaming

have only had this a couple days and Amazon are asking for reviews it works ok it seems to clean my eye glasses which was the reason to buying. only minor issues is the lid very poor catch do not know how long that will last as it is only plastic and will wear.
This is fab. Looked at a few before settling on this. Really cleaned up some pretty grotty jewellery brilliantly. For very tarnished silver it’s not so effective. I cleaned with silver cleaner before placing back in the bath.
Most of these work the same, there’s little to choose from between them. This one is a nice size, and flexible in its capacity thanks to its removable tray. It works well, especially in clearing debris from really small spaces.
Years ago I had an old battery run jewellery cleaner and that was better than this model. Had to run the machine 3 or 4 times for jewellery that has been in a jewellery box – so not greatly dirty. Eventually. I added hot water and some washing up liquid and it was a bit better. Maybe I needed to buy a more powerful model?
Very good job on gold but only 90% job on silve
just received this and tried it out on my watch, glasses and a pair of my wifes old earrings, they’ve all come up like brand new.
I’ve used ultrasonic baths before when refurbishing parts at work sosort of new what to expect but though the size and price might mean id have to run it several times to get parts cleaned, but it literally took 3 mins, definitley worth 26
It works, you have to get it to run a few times but other than that its great. At least 7times I had to run my necklace through but it had gone a dark gun metal grey from my eczema products. Now it’s alright but has to have a bit of a buff with some silver cleaner afterwards. Combined with ultrasonic cleaner it worked better.
Overall takes a lot of the effort out of cleaning my jewelry
However, I had a couple of silver link bracelets where there were still badly dirty in places. I shall probably have to take them to be cleaned in a jewellers shop. But, I am stilled very impressed with the Ultrasonic Cleaner.
Very pleased indeed, also I added a bit of hand soap to the tank and it brought my items up as new ( liquid hand soap).

Lovely machine..
This one arrives in a brown cardboard box and comes complete with the unit itself, a submersible basket, a watch holder and a set of instructions. Operation of the unit is fairly straight forward. Just fill the tank with water and submerse the object you want cleaned. Shut the lid down, plug in and press the ‘On’ button. The machine will emit a buzzing sound and you should be able to see the ripples running across the water through the observation window. The unit will run for 3 minutes and then switch off again. I did find that this timing was too low for most applications and it would have been nice if this could have been adjustable.
The old dirty coin test worked well but I found I had to run it through three cycles before I got a good result. One test I did was with a pile of teaspoons that had bad tea staining on them. After four cycles they were virtually clean with just the odd area not removed. The next time I tried adding a little washing up liquid and the results were much better.
I paid just under 33 for the unit, and I am pleased with the results overall. Units like this used to cost hundreds, if not thousands, of pounds to buy.
