Very easy to use, we have 3 now all Alexa controlled but they can be used manually too if not very tech savvy.
The perfect solution to heating my study over winter. Scheduling through the app makes it ‘set and forget’ so no expensive heating of unused space. Low profile black glass with touch control and a dimmed screen makes it really unobtrusive. A good purchase.
I think this is a good heater for the price, the phone App is easy to set up and use. Look very neat wall mounted. Through the app you can set up several timers to switch on and off. It heats our conservatory nicely. Would have been 5 stars but I think small cosmetic finishes could have been achieved but that’s just me being picky. Overall very good value

We purchased this because the hydronic plinth heater in our kitchen/diner/family room had stopped working and we needed something as a support device to the radiator on the other side of the room. It’s extremely easy to set up and can be operated either from the heater itself or via the app on a smart phone or, in our case, via the Alexa app. I’ve set it to come on and off 3 x per day, using the low power setting. It heats the room nicely and looks stylish too.
Edit: After 6 hours, of pure hell trying to connect these radiators to my SKY Router i managed to find what my problem was! I had to go into my SKY router settings and unticked 2.4ghz & 5ghz sycn and added 24GHZ at the end of my wifi ID (wi-fi name) and saved the settings and both my radiators connected! Thankfully i’ve had no issues since, both my radiators have stayed connected to my wi-fi without any issues at all and Alexa works perfectly! So I’m changing my rating from 1 to 4 stars
Looks great, easy to mount on the wall and the phone app is straightforward to use. Lovely background warmth for my home office .
Easy to use & distributes the warmer air evenly throughout a room. Downside is the lack of a proper handle which would make it easier to move. It’s not heavy, but when hot it’s not easy or comfortable to move. I don’t regret buying it & would recommend it.
Unlike others, I had no problems in attaching the feet to the unit using all the screws.
I also managed to get it working via the app and Alexa in no time at all, so far so good.
The unit looks very smart but after that things go downhill.
I set the temperature to 24 degrees Celsius and then watched in bewilderment as the displayed temperature went down and down, even though the unit was actually heating up.
UPDATE!!! I originally did not rate the actual heating aspect of this unit but I had it at low setting. On the High setting it does heat my bedroom up quite well in a couple of hours.
It is too expensive though and the thermostat really does not work at all. I would give this 3.5 stars but can’t seem to!

Easy to set up and link to Alexa, does what it should, instructions could be better re: setup of time zone. Glass front looks good, metalwork ok. Good value for money.
I love this heater. Heats up incredibly quickly. Heats a whole room. Absolutely no sound. Easy to use dials. I haven’t got the app yet so not controlled it from my phone yet.
The setup of the wifi/app was seamless.
Putting the legs on, was fun, luckily I had read reviews before hand and noticed people complaining about it so I took my time doing that, they do go on both ways but only one way will hold it in an up right position.
It smells of burning when ive first turned it on, I’m hoping that goes after a few uses.
The heater looks really smart. It works well and the app is simple to use. I’ve also set it up on Google Home without any issue.
It’s only 4 stars because I do not think that the thermostat is very accurate in its temperature reading. Not a big issue however because I know when it reads 14 the temperature is right for me. Whether it is 14 or not however, I do not know.
Bought this to replace a Calor gas heater which I use to boost the heat in the living room when necessary. It looks great! The main complaint I have is that you have to fit the legs on to the main unit yourselves. This is ridiculously fiddly and awkward. I am used to doing DIY and building furniture, but this was frustrating. Another problem I had was when I first turned it on, it said the room temperature was 14deg, which was probably about correct. However over the next 45 mins, it said the temperature had dropped to 12-13deg, although you could feel the heat. I turned it on/off at the mains, and it came back saying the temp was 19deg, so hopefully the problem is sorted. Time will tell! The app and connection to Alexa was straightforward and seems to work fine.
Follow up! The thermostat problem re-occurred and a replacement ordered.
I highly recommend this product we were getting such a draft in loft room this has made a big difference.
Better than electric one so you do not feel dry, better for health.

I needed to change a radiator which was to big and I couldn’t get a replacement. This is ideal just tell Alexa when you want it up or down.
Nice looking heater with easy-to-use app. The radiator was easy to mount to the wall and the app was easy to set up. It takes a while to warm up the room, but unsurprising due to the size of our room. Purchased 2 on 2 seperare occasions, however the 2nd one never came, but I received the money back. Bought the same heater but from a different store in the end.
Great little heater. App works perfectly and the range of heat options is very good. Quite economic and good on the eye.
Bought another two after the first one, so three in the house now in areas where the underfloor heating doesn’t get to. The app is great and the integration into Alexa is very good to. Able to see lots of information and control easily.
The only reason for 4 stars and not five, is that occasionally, they will drop of being connected to WiFi and I have to switch them on and off to reconnect.
Easy to install and good WiFi control albeit it does drop out now and again. Perfect instead of putting the central heating on.

This is a stylish and modern looking electric panel heater. I bought (1500W) it for a bedroom and it functions very well. Just bought another (2000W) for the lounge (I have underfloor heating only and sometimes the room needs a boost of heat). Both are to be wall mounted.
It looks great – be better if you could turn off the display. The app isn’t great, but it’s also not terrible. My setup works great with Alexa.

Bought this for the garden office as i wanted something that had smart capabilities to turn on and off from the house. This works great! I can simply ask alexa or set a routine. Only downside is that it takes a long time to warm up the room (which is within the recommended size for this heater) so i am using a blow heater as well to warm up the room to start with.
This heater is really good, can control the settings from your phone. Definitely value for money.
Lovely sleek item. I don’t know if it would heat up an average size room as this was just for a back porch which is small. So for me it was just what I needed.

I am so 21st century – I now have, not an internet of things, but at least an internet of one thing. I needed a slim heater for the kitchen (too many windows, one small radiator) and after reading the reviews, went for this one. I was a bit sceptical on the whole smart thing, and some people said it was tricky to connect to Alexa. But actually it was a doddle to connect, and is super convenient – I have one timer set (on the heater’s own app) for early morning, and then later if it gets chilly it can be super useful to ask Alexa to turn it on, rather than stop what I am doing and bend down… that is so lazy, but true if you’re in the middle of cooking or the dreaded Zoom school.
I’ve got a well insulated office, approx 130sq ft, and the 500/1000w is more than adequate out here.
The Android app is acceptable rather than exciting. Suggestions:
* It would be great to see a temperature history because it took several days and a bit of guesswork to get the morning timer just right so I walk into a comfortable temperature office.
* My app wishlist would include Tado-like (another German company) ‘early start’ so I say “18 degrees by 8.15am” and it turns itself on appropriately early.
* Allow me to set a temperature lower than 15 degrees – it would be lovely to keep it ticking over at 10-12 degrees overnight, or even just to know that it could do an anti-frost 5 degrees or so.
We use this heater in the bedroom when the central heating is off. Excellent product. Starts heating the room instantly.
so, the first heater arrived and there were issues with a small icon on the glass panel that kept flashing and despite best efforts, we could not get the ‘schedule’ function to work. After pressing the mode button to reset the heater, nothing worked at all. After multiple reboots, we could get it to work in manual, but not from the remote schedule automatically.
Contacted the supplier and got some useful help, but again it did not work. The heater was replaced and the new one, after some time restarting the programming and internet connectivity, worked fine and is still operational after one week.
Great little heater for my chilly bay window. Just takes the chill off. The app works really well. Good value for money and looks really nice.
Very easy to set up on Alexa. Will probably get a second one as well. Takes a while to heat the room up.
So I’ve now purchased 2 smaller 1000W radiators and I can honestly say these are insanely good for the price.
I’ve hooked them all up to Alexa with the Home Wizard Climate skill (the app directs you to the incorrect skill, the one for lights), so I can now control all of them with Alexa! You can turn them off/on, as well as set the temperature.
I’ve organised them by room, as well as put all radiators into one group, so I can use one command to turn them all on.
I’ve created several “routines”, one of which turns on all radiators, sets them to 18C and turns them all off after 45 minutes. There is a few seconds delay in the command being processed and the radiators turning on/off, but other than that it works completely seemlessly.
They work so well with Alexa in fact that I’m planning on replacing Google smart speakers in the Home with Alexa ones so my entire smart system will be run by it! It’s amazing!
I can see a few reviews claiming that it doesn’t work, but I would boil that down to people not having the technical know-how. I work in IT so I was able to figure it out, but I can see how most would struggle.
So I’ve had this for a few weeks now, and I can say that I am 100% satisfied with it.
The app is simple and just works. While it would be nice to schedule based on temperature, I love that I can make a Siri shortcut to turn it on for an hour, which I can then activate from my Apple Watch!
Set up was extremely simple… I have no idea how anyone has had trouble setting it up!
Mounting it to the wall was very easy also, it looks very slick in my living room!
I definitely want to get a couple of the smaller versions of this for my other rooms in the flat, I’ve even recommended this to friends who have bought them and love them!

A stylish heater on alexa. It was easy to connect to Alexa after a couple of misses but it works fine. I’ve noticed that it sometimes is not connected (rarely happened) but like a Windows computer, disconnect (pull out the plug) and plug it back in and ask Alexa to turn on the heater.
I like the sleek lines, it is thin enough and you could hang it on your wall. We have ours on its feet. It doesn’t take up much space and it warms the bay window area perfectly. And it the early morning the living area is not too cold to come down to (Alexa works). I only have to check my energy bill at the end of the month….
Heater works very well and looks good. Loses Wi-Fi signal occasionally but turn it off at plug then back on and in resets. Warms conservatory very well
Very little documentation and took an online question and another user to get the unit to enter pairing mode where you can use the app to control it. Overall the product works well and does what its supposed to but wall mounting a bit basic and ended up not using it that way because it protruded to far from the wall. Ideal for floor standing unit if you have somewhere for it to stand that’s not in the way

I have over 20 smart devices connected to my wi-fi network and non of them ever disconnect so If you reading bad review about connection problems it might be worth to invest in decent wi-fi hub

Panel heater looks fantastic and via the app and touch controls is simple to use.
There are however a couple of issues, the Alexa control doesn’t seem to work, the device can never be found but works flawlessly with Siri being able to turn it on and off.
The main issue for me is the temperature thermostat seems to be out by about 2 degrees on the high side.
Normal thermometer said the room was 18.3 degrees and the heater said it was 21 degrees and it did lose its connection to the Wi-Fi once.
Brilliant product would definitely recommend and will be buying another for small landing looks very modern and great you can work from app, very easy to set up
It takes a while to attach the feet to the heater. It is quite fiddly.
The heater is not white. It has a blue/green tinge to it, so does not match the colour of the feet. Its a shame that it is not all white.
The app seems to work fine. The temperature seems to move up and down quite a lot when it adjusts.
No noise or fan, which is good.
Wish the cable was longer.
It works well, but the pictures make the product look a lot longer than it actually is.
Brilliant product! No noise, excellent amount of heat and great connectivity to my phone. Has a timer function on the app for auto switch off which is great use. Gives brilliant heat output.

Excellent. Looks great, easy to fit to a wall and heats a 15m2 orangery well. Smart app is a convenient feature.
Quite impressed I use this in a medium sized room and it gives very good heat though out.
The smart connection is also extremely use full it has loss connection once or twice but is easy to reconnect.
Also not possible to see controls in the dark – a backlight for the symbols would be useful. Apart from that it is a great heater.
As I specifically selected a heater with Alexa control and paid more for the option I feel very disappointed.
UPDATE… They have fix the bug and works great with Alexa now! – upgraded to five stars abd the support guys are great..

Really easy to set up, both heater & the control app. The app is simple to use & saves having to go up & down to manually change the temp. It’s also silent, unlike the traditional heaters of old! A very impressive buy & a really reasonable price.
