Brilliant, a bargain as I had a 50 Amazon voucher.
First one arrived damaged, returned & replaced promptly. Love the remote control from my iPhone, heats my lounge very well.
installed it a week now on the wall, it looks fantastic and warms my conservatory nicely, much better than a fan, the heat is slow and well distributed around the room, it feels nice and not too stuffy.

This heater looks good. The simple app works ok and the heater is easy to control. Note that the “remote control” is your mobile phone after installing the app.
The product is great. I bought 3 units of this.
But how I wish the timer could come with a 7-day programmable schedule or at least 24-hour programmable schedule, where you could programme turn off and turn on within long hours. I believe this should be added to the app. If we have an upgraded version of this, I would rate this product 5 stars and recommend to others.
I needed to change product for another brand with 7-day programme when I saw that with another product with my fourth purchase.
Bought for our summer house/bar. Haven’t had a chance to use it. Also, have had Aircon installed so probably won’t ever use it so it’s now just hanging on the wall as art.

Bought another two after the first one, so three in the house now in areas where the underfloor heating doesn’t get to. The app is great and the integration into Alexa is very good to. Able to see lots of information and control easily.
The only reason for 4 stars and not five, is that occasionally, they will drop of being connected to WiFi and I have to switch them on and off to reconnect.
Totally silent, kicks a load is heat out. Bought it for a 10’x10 summerhouse and it’s perfect. Connecting to the Pow is straightforward enough. Connecting to Alexa takes a bit of faffing as it uses a skill which has to be downloaded and then authenticated with the app. It’s doable, but takes a bit of playing to get it working. Now it’s up and running it’s great!
Very happy with the purchase. We needed a heater at one end of our living/dining room as the single radiator wasn’t doing well enough. I have mounted this on the wall at one end of the room and it pumps out a lot of heat. I wasn’t initially looking for a smart heater, so having that was a bonus. I have booked it up to my Google home and with one command I can turn this on to the desired temperature along with my radiator.
Removed and replaced a background heater with this more powerful one. Very easy to fit to the wall and install. Connected to Google home automation and all works and functions as expected. A painless experience. The App for the heater is good, some explanation on setting schedules would have been useful. But after experimenting, got it all sorted. No, I would recommend this heater.
Timely delivery and easy to put together. I haven’t used the app at all but it’s so easy to use, very responsive, usually turn it on 30min before I need the room, probably don’t need that long! Very safe around kids, I worried about it getting hot to touch but actually it’s not a problem. It bleeps to let you know it’s reached the desired temperature. For a radiator it’s fairly attractive, it wouldn’t be an eyesore in your room. I would definitely recommend, we are very happy with it! Thank you!!
Good smartphone integration, well constructed good materials. Subtle (wall mountable bit I haven’t) great if you underfloor heating and it’s slow to catch up on really cold days. Has a timer function (set to 1 hr and medium room is well boosted). Also has a lock for on unit controls..handy for kids. Cool (ish) as in won’t Burn skin. Also has a reminder for fire hazards in front of unit.
A stylish heater on alexa. It was easy to connect to Alexa after a couple of misses but it works fine. I’ve noticed that it sometimes is not connected (rarely happened) but like a Windows computer, disconnect (pull out the plug) and plug it back in and ask Alexa to turn on the heater.
I like the sleek lines, it is thin enough and you could hang it on your wall. We have ours on its feet. It doesn’t take up much space and it warms the bay window area perfectly. And it the early morning the living area is not too cold to come down to (Alexa works). I only have to check my energy bill at the end of the month….

Very good at heating the rooms, helps reduce condensation on our windows too.
Smart features are good and the schedules. Only downside, appears if the internet cuts on or perhaps a power cut it doesn’t remember the schedule, shows on the app, just the rads either don’t come on or do but not to desired temperature.
Very little documentation and took an online question and another user to get the unit to enter pairing mode where you can use the app to control it. Overall the product works well and does what its supposed to but wall mounting a bit basic and ended up not using it that way because it protruded to far from the wall. Ideal for floor standing unit if you have somewhere for it to stand that’s not in the way
Bought it to heat our new cabin, works really well in the space, 4x3m, can be wall mounted but we just have it on the stand. Looks good and works with smart technology, has a timer so I van set it to warm up the cabin before I go to work
Panel heater looks fantastic and via the app and touch controls is simple to use.
There are however a couple of issues, the Alexa control doesn’t seem to work, the device can never be found but works flawlessly with Siri being able to turn it on and off.
The main issue for me is the temperature thermostat seems to be out by about 2 degrees on the high side.
Normal thermometer said the room was 18.3 degrees and the heater said it was 21 degrees and it did lose its connection to the Wi-Fi once.
It takes a while to attach the feet to the heater. It is quite fiddly.
The heater is not white. It has a blue/green tinge to it, so does not match the colour of the feet. Its a shame that it is not all white.
The app seems to work fine. The temperature seems to move up and down quite a lot when it adjusts.
No noise or fan, which is good.
Wish the cable was longer.
I bought this heater for my home office and it works very well – it comes on automatically as part of my Alexa wake-up routine. Great heater at a great price.
The radiator looks good and it provided enough heat in garage during winter. The wifi set up is cumbersome and problematic. It has an indicator to show when it is connected to wifi but this is hit and miss, so don’t expect to be able to reliably control using phone.
As mentioned, the product works well, looks good and actually isn’t that costly to run. The only downside is that I cannot program the thing to come on at say 7am and turn off at 1pm every working day. This would be handy for me in my office.
Really impressed – easy to set up, 4 screws for feet (or you can wall mount) and then connect to Homewizard app – checked and this is a safe and secure app. I am using in office to boost temp in loft space and control via app to warm up in morning, also switch off if I forget when out. Nice constant heat rather than a fan, also modern design in white (also black available) so looks good in room. Did not know the Princess brand that well but second recent purchase and would buy again!
