Great Heate
Brilliant, a bargain as I had a 50 Amazon voucher.
First one arrived damaged, returned & replaced promptly. Love the remote control from my iPhone, heats my lounge very well.

installed it a week now on the wall, it looks fantastic and warms my conservatory nicely, much better than a fan, the heat is slow and well distributed around the room, it feels nice and not too stuffy.

This heater looks good. The simple app works ok and the heater is easy to control. Note that the “remote control” is your mobile phone after installing the app.
Good Product, Except for Long Hour Programmable Time
The product is great. I bought 3 units of this.
But how I wish the timer could come with a 7-day programmable schedule or at least 24-hour programmable schedule, where you could programme turn off and turn on within long hours. I believe this should be added to the app. If we have an upgraded version of this, I would rate this product 5 stars and recommend to others.
I needed to change product for another brand with 7-day programme when I saw that with another product with my fourth purchase.

Bought for our summer house/bar. Haven’t had a chance to use it. Also, have had Aircon installed so probably won’t ever use it so it’s now just hanging on the wall as art.
Good little heate
Nice looking heater with easy-to-use app. The radiator was easy to mount to the wall and the app was easy to set up. It takes a while to warm up the room, but unsurprising due to the size of our room. Purchased 2 on 2 seperare occasions, however the 2nd one never came, but I received the money back. Bought the same heater but from a different store in the end.

Totally silent, kicks a load is heat out. Bought it for a 10’x10 summerhouse and it’s perfect. Connecting to the Pow is straightforward enough. Connecting to Alexa takes a bit of faffing as it uses a skill which has to be downloaded and then authenticated with the app. It’s doable, but takes a bit of playing to get it working. Now it’s up and running it’s great!

Smart heate
This is a stylish and modern looking electric panel heater. I bought (1500W) it for a bedroom and it functions very well. Just bought another (2000W) for the lounge (I have underfloor heating only and sometimes the room needs a boost of heat). Both are to be wall mounted.
It looks great – be better if you could turn off the display. The app isn’t great, but it’s also not terrible. My setup works great with Alexa.

I have mounted this on the wall at one end of the room and it pumps out a lot of heat. I wasn’t initially looking for a smart heater, so having that was a bonus. I have booked it up to my Google home and with one command I can turn this on to the desired temperature along with my radiator.

Great heater, but takes ages to warm the room up from cold
Bought this for the garden office as i wanted something that had smart capabilities to turn on and off from the house. This works great! I can simply ask alexa or set a routine. Only downside is that it takes a long time to warm up the room (which is within the recommended size for this heater) so i am using a blow heater as well to warm up the room to start with.

Streamlined and nea
Lovely sleek item. I don’t know if it would heat up an average size room as this was just for a back porch which is small. So for me it was just what I needed.
Good apart from the Internet connection issues
Great looking heaters, keep the rooms at the same temperature, but only thing is the Internet always disconnects, you need to re-add them constantly, part from that they are good
Great heater, easy to connec
I am so 21st century – I now have, not an internet of things, but at least an internet of one thing. I needed a slim heater for the kitchen (too many windows, one small radiator) and after reading the reviews, went for this one. I was a bit sceptical on the whole smart thing, and some people said it was tricky to connect to Alexa. But actually it was a doddle to connect, and is super convenient – I have one timer set (on the heater’s own app) for early morning, and then later if it gets chilly it can be super useful to ask Alexa to turn it on, rather than stop what I am doing and bend down… that is so lazy, but true if you’re in the middle of cooking or the dreaded Zoom school.
I wanted to find a heater to use in my newly built garden office that looked the part and didn’t break the bank. This Princess heater looks a bit like a TV – two people have asked why I put the TV so low.
I’ve got a well insulated office, approx 130sq ft, and the 500/1000w is more than adequate out here.
The Android app is acceptable rather than exciting. Suggestions:
* It would be great to see a temperature history because it took several days and a bit of guesswork to get the morning timer just right so I walk into a comfortable temperature office.
* My app wishlist would include Tado-like (another German company) ‘early start’ so I say “18 degrees by 8.15am” and it turns itself on appropriately early.
* Allow me to set a temperature lower than 15 degrees – it would be lovely to keep it ticking over at 10-12 degrees overnight, or even just to know that it could do an anti-frost 5 degrees or so.

so, the first heater arrived and there were issues with a small icon on the glass panel that kept flashing and despite best efforts, we could not get the ‘schedule’ function to work. After pressing the mode button to reset the heater, nothing worked at all. After multiple reboots, we could get it to work in manual, but not from the remote schedule automatically.
Contacted the supplier and got some useful help, but again it did not work. The heater was replaced and the new one, after some time restarting the programming and internet connectivity, worked fine and is still operational after one week.

UPDATE: JAN 2021
So I’ve now purchased 2 smaller 1000W radiators and I can honestly say these are insanely good for the price.
I’ve hooked them all up to Alexa with the Home Wizard Climate skill (the app directs you to the incorrect skill, the one for lights), so I can now control all of them with Alexa! You can turn them off/on, as well as set the temperature.
I’ve organised them by room, as well as put all radiators into one group, so I can use one command to turn them all on.
I’ve created several “routines”, one of which turns on all radiators, sets them to 18C and turns them all off after 45 minutes. There is a few seconds delay in the command being processed and the radiators turning on/off, but other than that it works completely seemlessly.
They work so well with Alexa in fact that I’m planning on replacing Google smart speakers in the Home with Alexa ones so my entire smart system will be run by it! It’s amazing!
I can see a few reviews claiming that it doesn’t work, but I would boil that down to people not having the technical know-how. I work in IT so I was able to figure it out, but I can see how most would struggle.
So I’ve had this for a few weeks now, and I can say that I am 100% satisfied with it.
The app is simple and just works. While it would be nice to schedule based on temperature, I love that I can make a Siri shortcut to turn it on for an hour, which I can then activate from my Apple Watch!
Set up was extremely simple… I have no idea how anyone has had trouble setting it up!
Mounting it to the wall was very easy also, it looks very slick in my living room!
I definitely want to get a couple of the smaller versions of this for my other rooms in the flat, I’ve even recommended this to friends who have bought them and love them!
If you’re looking for a cheap, smart electric radiator, look no further!

I like the sleek lines, it is thin enough and you could hang it on your wall. We have ours on its feet. It doesn’t take up much space and it warms the bay window area perfectly. And it the early morning the living area is not too cold to come down to (Alexa works). I only have to check my energy bill at the end of the month….

Very little documentation and took an online question and another user to get the unit to enter pairing mode where you can use the app to control it. Overall the product works well and does what its supposed to but wall mounting a bit basic and ended up not using it that way because it protruded to far from the wall. Ideal for floor standing unit if you have somewhere for it to stand that’s not in the way

Works really well for us
Bought it to heat our new cabin, works really well in the space, 4x3m, can be wall mounted but we just have it on the stand. Looks good and works with smart technology, has a timer so I van set it to warm up the cabin before I go to work

I have over 20 smart devices connected to my wi-fi network and non of them ever disconnect so If you reading bad review about connection problems it might be worth to invest in decent wi-fi hub

I love this heater, but if only it was more powerful. I have this in my office and turn it on via Alexa before I get into work, how cool is that. But, its very slow to heat up the room as its not that powerful. It’s a shame because it looks awesome and Alexa controlled is outstanding.

A reasonable heate
It takes a while to attach the feet to the heater. It is quite fiddly.
The heater is not white. It has a blue/green tinge to it, so does not match the colour of the feet. Its a shame that it is not all white.
The app seems to work fine. The temperature seems to move up and down quite a lot when it adjusts.
No noise or fan, which is good.

Wifi issue
The radiator looks good and it provided enough heat in garage during winter. The wifi set up is cumbersome and problematic. It has an indicator to show when it is connected to wifi but this is hit and miss, so don’t expect to be able to reliably control using phone.

As mentioned, the product works well, looks good and actually isn’t that costly to run. The only downside is that I cannot program the thing to come on at say 7am and turn off at 1pm every working day. This would be handy for me in my office.

Quite impressed I use this in a medium sized room and it gives very good heat though out.
The smart connection is also extremely use full it has loss connection once or twice but is easy to reconnect.
I brought this heater when my old one stopped working for my hallway as it’s the only room in the house that doesn’t have any actual heating and gets cold out there. It’s a great heater, looks stylish, slimline, it heats up really quickly and it’s easy to use. I like the fact that it can be used either wall mounted or free standing. Getting the screws into holes in the feet was a bit fiddly but once completed it was quite sturdy. It has a long cord so it can be plugged in and I didn’t have to have an additional extension lead trailing across the room which I have done with previous heaters. The heater can also be used with a simple app on my phone which allows me to switch it on/off and set timers remotely. I would definitely recommend this Heater to anyone.

Great little heater and worked well with Alexa.. for two weeks now just says not responding. Manufacturers say they are working on a fix- but when ?
Also not possible to see controls in the dark – a backlight for the symbols would be useful. Apart from that it is a great heater.
As I specifically selected a heater with Alexa control and paid more for the option I feel very disappointed.
UPDATE… They have fix the bug and works great with Alexa now! – upgraded to five stars abd the support guys are great..

Fabulous Electric Heate
Really impressive heater & stylish too! We bought it for our baby daughters room to keep the temperature stable & it’s perfect. Really easy to set up, both heater & the control app. The app is simple to use & saves having to go up & down to manually change the temp. It’s also silent, unlike the traditional heaters of old! A very impressive buy & a really reasonable price.
