Had behind my knee cap stripped out years ago and now at 54 it’s moving around all over the place and very painful.

Great tape!
I used this for a rotator cuff injury, and it was great. The only minor issue – probably not an concern for most users – was the immense stickiness; removal caused some damage to sensitive skin.
Perfect item
I brought this tape for my knee as I did the London to Brighton bike ride yesterday. It was perfect!! Didn’t come off at all and even stayed on after the hot tub!! Definitely recommend if you suffer joint pains like me.

I can’t believe how a little bit of tape can be so effective. My partner has been suffering from knee / joint pain for month & terrible leg shakes most nites just after one application both have stopped!!! How can this be ??? I haven’t a clue but what more can I say .. amazing thank u
Excellent suppo
I have sudden serious collapse of my knee ( surgery waiting list very long) the tape gives excellent support making walking less painful. Ask a physio to show you how to use the tape for maximum support.

Following knee surgery last year and being told about arthritis I purchased this tape, have since bought it again and again. Works exactly how it is meant to. Didn’t think it would but so glad I bought it! Highly recommended
Much better than a knee support. Use this to tape my old knees to keep them together whilst playing netball. Stays on for a good time – can remove as required obviously. For me it helps my knees to keep it on a few days after a match. Recommend the product and this brand.
It actually works
I had hurt my knee and was struggling to walk so got some of this tape to try.
It really made a difference and within 2 days I was up and about with no more pain. I used the tape for a week just to keep the knee supported for a bit and by the end of the week I was able to remove it and my knee was back to normal.
Will definitely be using it again if I need to support any joint.
It sticks and stays on.
This was purchased for a pulled muscle. I have previously used similar tape and I came out with a rash. I tested this one overnight and no rash and that is why 4 stars.
Arrived quickly, the tape works well to support the ankle injury. Important too is, that is doesn’t irritate the skin. Comes of easy enough, specially when wet, but at the same time stays on easy for 3days.
Decent, but not the bes
Sticks fairly well, but doesnt seem to relieve pain as effectively as others. Overall a decent product, but will probably go for tiger k tape or rock tape next time
Helpful for wrist pai
It’s early days but I am feeling some relief. I am using this on my wrist, not sure what is wrong with it but this is my first port of call.

I have struggled for a long now with worn rota cuff in both shoulders, neck and back pain beyond belief. This tape is amazing, easy to cut, easy to apply and extremely stretchy. First day of being pain free. Life saver.

It works for me, I have a broken shoulder which has metal plates fitted. tape supports the soft tissue in upper arm.

I’m using 2nd roll and very happy with a tape! No issues – stays on and provide excellent support for my posterior tibialis tendon and allows me to continue running gently.

Not a great deal I can review on the tape other than it sticks well, stayed on all day and done what it needed to do. Which was support my knee. Instructions on where to put it for the best support would have been handy, but I just ended up getting the info I needed off of you tube.

Got the tape to secure my dexcom. The pic is day 8 out of 10 and it still sticking strong. That’s after working all day and having long baths after. Stills stick after getting sweated on and wet for a while.
