I used this for a rotator cuff injury, and it was great. The only minor issue – probably not an concern for most users – was the immense stickiness; removal caused some damage to sensitive skin.
I have sudden serious collapse of my knee ( surgery waiting list very long) the tape gives excellent support making walking less painful. Ask a physio to show you how to use the tape for maximum support.
Following knee surgery last year and being told about arthritis I purchased this tape, have since bought it again and again. Works exactly how it is meant to. Didn’t think it would but so glad I bought it! Highly recommended
I had hurt my knee and was struggling to walk so got some of this tape to try.
It really made a difference and within 2 days I was up and about with no more pain. I used the tape for a week just to keep the knee supported for a bit and by the end of the week I was able to remove it and my knee was back to normal.
Will definitely be using it again if I need to support any joint.
Sticks fairly well, but doesnt seem to relieve pain as effectively as others. Overall a decent product, but will probably go for tiger k tape or rock tape next time
It’s early days but I am feeling some relief. I am using this on my wrist, not sure what is wrong with it but this is my first port of call.
I bought it to hold something together and it works really well without leaving stuff behind as you lift it off.

Brilliant tape! It sticks super well and lasts for nearly a week with daily showers and hardly any peeling. Will definitely be ordering again over another well branded tape.
I use it to tape my mouth shut at night. It helps with my snoring and sleep apnea.

Does the same job as leading brands. Adhesive is good and firm bonding on skin, joints feels very supported. Material is reasonably thick . Great buy
It works for me, I have a broken shoulder which has metal plates fitted. tape supports the soft tissue in upper arm.
This stuff is brilliant. Jump on utube plenty of videos on there to show how to use . Probably the only relief I got from planta facitis highly recommend
This is the best tape I’ve used in years, really good to help muscles recover & fixes any muscle strains & pulls. I’ve tried a few different brands but this is the best by far.
I’m using 2nd roll and very happy with a tape! No issues – stays on and provide excellent support for my posterior tibialis tendon and allows me to continue running gently.
