Can’t complain. Great adhesive on the skin. Very supportive, but maybe not so easy to remove . I will keep buying this as it does the job that is states! Live the colour range too.
Bought because my husband has tennis elbow through his work. We googled how to apply and it is helping along with icing the area. Stays on for a few days at a time
Got the tape to secure my dexcom. The pic is day 8 out of 10 and it still sticking strong. That’s after working all day and having long baths after. Stills stick after getting sweated on and wet for a while.
The tape is great and is definitely helping me run and cycle as I return from a knee injury. It is thinner than tapes I have tried in the past so took some getting used to with how much to use and how tight to apply the tape, but now works just as well as any other.
Not sure how great for its actual purpose but amazing for taping back of my heel to break in my new Doc Martens

My husband injured his archilles tendon, and was getting severe pain around this area. He was referred to physio and is waiting for the appointment. Our neighbour recommended he try this tape while waiting for his appointment.
It is very easy to use (did follow a YouTube video for tips on how to apply), it sticks well and lasts.
The difference after applying it was amazing, the pain had gone and he was able to go to work where he is on his feet 8 hours a day. Will be definitely buying more.

I’ve bought this tape before and found it really good. Stupidly went for a cheaper alternative when it ran out but was no where near as good so ordered more of this. It’s great! Good stretch, stays stuck down for days on end. Would highly recommend
I’ve used a lot of different kinesiology tapes. Usually I buy the pre measured strips as I like the ease on not needing scissors etc, This one I have on my ankle which gets a lot of wear with movement clothing and showering. Two days later it was still in place! I needed to change and felt it would have stayed on placed longer had I needed to. It’s a nice bright orange and I am impressed with the quality and price. Will buy again.
Didn’t cause any irritation while wearing, lasted about 3 days before it started to peel away at the edges.
Purchased to try taping my wrist area because of carpal tunnel. Easy to use tape, sticks and cuts well. Recommend taking it off in the bath or shower as it comes of easier. Whether or not the taping actually helps remains to be seen, but the tape itself is perfect for the job and good quality.
Sticks well but not so much to leave blisters so long as you ease it off carefully and better still in the bath.

I have been suffering with shin splints and even feeling it on my run a week ago, I bought this to try and help for a half marathon, which I’m pleased to say I completed today and didn’t feel the shin at all, great product, highly recommended.

Works as described. May need to shave your knee if you’re a bloke but once done it work wonders. The support is not as good as a full brace but you make up for it with mobility.
I was searching for a tape that would stick for at least 3 day without coming off on the edges. This one worked wonderfully, I took it off after 5 days and it was still in good shape.

I have plantar fascitis and over the years I have tried almost every tape possible. This tape is without a doubt the best you can buy. Price wise you cannot beat it. It is one long tape so you can cut just what you need. It sticks to your feet through thick and thin and the support it gives is spot on. I’ve been in tears with the pain in my feet and this is a godsend.

As for value, I think the price is worth it. I bought the tape in black and this looks very discrete under my black leggings.
You can’t peel this tape off normally, you need to shower to loosen it and do it carefully. Otherwise it HURTS, so no peeling off like a plaster it’s more like a saniderm peel.
WARNING: as shown in my photos, I left this tape over night (I was sooo tired and couldn’t be bothered to go through the peeling off process) and it caused my leg to blister. This was actually very painful for what is essentially a little blister. Now I’m too scared to use the tape, but to be fair- it’s never ever happened when I’ve worn it for say 6-12 hours in a day. It was that over night bit where I felt it go hot and itchy and then burnnnnnn.
Used it on my knee, on for a fewf days and I removed it myself as no longer needed there was no curling at edges like I normally get, survived showers as well.
Does exactly what it says on the Tin! This is a good Quality K tape with excellent adhesion and can be cut and split to suit whatever injuries you are trying to control. Overall good value for money.

I have been in complete agony for over a week with cracked and bruised ribs, im self employed so I was willing to try anything just so I could get back to work! 2nd day of tape and I’m meds free and back in business!!! This stuff is AMAZING and the neon green is quite fetching

There is a lot of stretch but this does not compromise the binding aspect.
I buy this for my son who is at football academy. He has trouble with his knee and the physio recommend this. It manages him to train all day without knee pain and doesn’t come loose . He won’t use anything else
Generally good. Used it during a marathon – worked reasonably well though it didn’t stay fully stuck the entire race it did help my knee.
Damaged my achilles tendon driving nearly 2000 miles. Since using the tape I have had little to no pain or discomfort. Definitely use it again for any other injuries.
I bought this because my physio recommended it but sadly it seems to make little difference to the pain in my knee. I’ll keep trying. Guess everyone is different.
Does not stick that well so having to use more tape than expected. This of course effects the value for money as a roll wont last as long.

Due to a recent knee injury I had to use this tape to get some more support for my knee. I have bought this after I have received the first taping from my physiotherapist. This tape was very similar to the one they used and did the exact same job. I would recommend this product. However I also want to say I have never used any other tape or tape in general before but for my purposes it was perfect and arrived quickly.
Not sure how to measure advised percentage stretch in order to get the required support.
Good kinesio tape with nice adhesion (you should clean well the skin before fitting). Easy to use and cut into the shape you need. An high valuable tape for a little price.
Pulled my shoulder taped it up made me come out blisters and tore my skin, was only on from 8am-6pm

So, for the time that i was able to use this, it was great and did the job, however, i had a nasty blistering allergic reaction that has now scarred. This is NOT THE SELLERS FAULT, allergies happen. I should’ve patch tested but it just didn’t occur to me i needed to. So cut off a very small amount, put it where you plan to use it and leave it for however long (within the guidelines) you plan to leave it on your skin when you actually use it, don’t make my stupid mistake! My joints didn’t dislocate whilst i wore it though lmao.
It peels of and I can’t use more than 2 days .

Used the tape as a strap for for belly due to being pregnant worked brilliant.
Also for my partners sprained wrist so he could continue to work. Help loads with both. Easy to cut and apply. Just do not take it off wet as it sticks.
Great product! Both my knees give me bother when running, if not taped and this does the job. Lasts a sweaty run, doesn’t peel off and doesn’t take skin with it when removed. Easy to apply too.
Love the colours it comes in plus skin tone if you would rather have something less bold. Used it for muscle ache to support whilst healing. Great to use, not too sticky.
I’ve been suffering from a shoulder strain and this tape has been great at holding my shoulder in place and helped reduce the pain.
Using for long term calf injury. Used with a few sprays of deep heat before taping up. Was able to run a lot more comfortably. Support seem better than a calf strap.
I don’t normally write reviews but have to mention this product. Over the years I have ordered many different brands of tape for my children who are very sporty and suffer with Osgood Schlatter. (growing pains) This is the most adhesive tape ever bought from Amazon site. It lasts through a two hour swim session easily and sweaty team sports. Excellent. I would however not use this tape if I was elderly, had thin or sensitive skin as I could see that it has the potential to cause damage to those skin types.
I see other reviews that complain it doesnt stick. It is important to follow the rules when sticking on tape including not stretching to the very end of piece of tape and also rubbing on the tape after sticking to activate the adhesive.
I’d like to say I’m not a physio but I’m surprised to see some reviews that have used this tape as boob tape. Taping on delicate skin, especially at a high percentage is going to give you adhesive burns like seen in some of the other reviews.
I think this tape is good. I have used it for my runners knee and cuboid syndrome and it’s worked a charm. It lasted about 2 days with work outs and showers.
There are a few instructions but it does say to apply at no more than 70% stretch and I would add that I would only use this maximum on joints with thicker skin, so knees and ankles. If you’re using it for your shoulders or back, go much looser. My advice is, if you’re unsure about application, get a physio to show you how to apply it.
Also, apply to shaved skin and take it off in the shower – it’s less painful to remove this way.
It stuck really well but read the instructions how to remove it. Do not rip it off as it will be painful!
Good quality tape at a good price. Arrived promptly. Thought we’d ordered flesh colour and it arrived in blue but no big deal.

Needed this tape as my feet are horribly sensitive and after starting a job doing lots of walking my feet were covered in blisters and sores. Immediately my feet stopped getting worse once I started using the tape and only a few days later they are going strong. It sticks well and the stretch allows it to fit the shape of the foot with ease.
Really good product. Supports knee whilst playing tennis. Helps support but doesn’t do too much either which I like.

I bought this recently for my ankles Injury. It’s Effortless to use; the good thing about it is water-resistant, so it stays nice and dry. One use lasted 3-4 days.
I had ankle injuries from walking so much and this tape helped SO much. I work 11 hour shifts where I am constantly on my feet and could not have gotten through the week without using this tape. Will be buying agai

First time using this product and found it easy to use. The most important thing it did the job of supporting the area . My tip is when you have cut your desired length do round off the edges helps prevent roll up.

I have a painful Achilles’ tendon and by taping it I have managed to return to training without crippling pain the next day. I am really pleased with the results and found application easy.
I have a suspected AC Joint separation and saw this being used as a treatment online. A bit tricky to apply on your own so get some help however when applied its surprisingly helpful and durable.
Good quality, but the stretch is not very tight. But recommended by my physiotherapist.

Used this tape on my knees and IT Band it really helps. It stays on longer than the Superdrug 1 but this last 1 hasn’t been as good as it normally is. Hopefully just a bad 1
Not sticky enough to stop it from rolling up under socks, but stretchy and easy to use.
First time of using this tape but found it easy to use and effective
I had an injury that required stitches and I’d covered it with some gauze and put the tape over the top to protect it. At the end of the run the gauze was still bone dry despite being submerged in water. I know that this is not the intended purpose of the tape and I do not recommend repeating what I have done as it is not safe but a good example of the tapes water resistance.
Only negative is the price for the amount of tape you get.

I recently had knee injury . Physiotherapist advised this product . I used it and believe me it is an excellent product .
It made my recovery east as I was able to do the stretching exercises that were recommended by my physio.

Super fast delivery. Quality product. Easy to apply. Watched a couple of YouTube videos. Came off first time because I hadn’t rubbed the edges properly. I bought it for my knee but I’m going to use it to help my wrist strength too.
A good cheaper option for taping. it doesn’t stick as well or for as long as some more expensive tapes but it still does the job well

After a fortnight of RICE it was all still a bit sore but I could touch it without crying so progress was being made.

First class supportive tape. I’ve worn this in a shower, two infant with no degrading of the ‘stick’ or the tape falling apart. It’s easy to use, though sharp scissors work best otherwise possibility of fraying. It’s comfortable to wear, I’ve been using it for some 2 weeks now and I almost forget I have it on.
I hurt my knee but still wanted to be able to work out and this tape has helped me be able to go to the gym with out crying while it’s healing up
I suggest rounding off the corners when using so that it doesn’t begin to peel. Also great protection for skin to prevent chafing and cracking such as when boxing.
I have a disc missing so have reoccurring back problems which can affect other muscles nearby!
I will use either heat packs or this tape to support the area in pain!
Within a day or two I’m back to myself again!
Well worth the buy as the small packs you get in the shops are for 1 area, 3 days and cost around 10!!!
This roll can be adapted with scissors and lasts quit a few more injuries than that!
Bought to strap up a recovering sprained ankle, and works perfectly to give a bit of extra support. Lots of YouTube videos out there to advise on how to strap up many types of injury. This is my second roll, after using the first for some snowboarding knee support. Wouldn’t be without it now
It gives my arches ample comfort and support but also spreads the weigh equally on my foot.
My only wish is that it would stick for longer. I could be wishing for something impossible as I run, so I would be sweating where the tape is, reducing the effectiveness of the adhesive.
