Several months old now
Delivery on time, packaging perfect, dehumidifier works brilliant. Auto shut off is brill. Used for DIY after walls plastered as too much moisture in air. Also great for drying clothes. Tank full as visible through window.
Disadvantage: settings could be clearer.

Definitely better than what expected
We definitely have noticed a difference in our flat on the levels of humidity , the.noise has to do if it stands on an even service. Only but thing is that the small capacity of the container requires to get emptied very ofte

Brilliant for stopping horrendous condensation in our large conservstory. Run it for about 4/5hours during early hours (using the timer).
Lovely and dry now.well worth the money.
Only criticism…setting the timer is confusing.. So do it step by step as the guide book says..

Great for getting the washing dry indoors
Less noisy than I expected. Easy to manuver from room to room. During the winter months drying washing indoors creates problems with condensation, this product has been so helpful.

We live in a fairly damp terrace – it’s old swamp land, everything here is just a bit damp. We run this for a few hours each day in the lounge and bedroom, and it’s really taken that damp, clammy feeling out of our fabrics. Rooms also smell much fresher.
It’s not the quietest, but someone who likes white noise to sleep might actually enjoy that!
I’m very sceptical of the claim that it’ll take 12 litres out of a room in a day (maybe in a warm room at 100% relative humidity?) but it routinely collects half a tank to a full tank per day for us. So just got one of these and what is not clear is if the unit when in auto mode should turn off when desired humidity is reached like all the other ones I have had and by off I mean off.
What actually happens is because it is an air purifier as well, when the correct humidity is reached the compressor turns off so it is no longer doing any dehumifying but the fan carries on so the unit can keep filtering the air. This was confusing as I thought it was faulty and the auto mode wasn’t working. If you want it to be fully off you need to set the timer up or actually turn it off . Very quiet in low fan mode and works well at water extraction.

I live in an old rented estate house that has a history of damp issues, as with a lot of estates, it has not been properly maintained, just make do repairs.
My room has had horrendous damp and mould despite 2 big vents it doesn’t help!! There are more bigger problems than just ventilation. The room has felt heavy, wet aired and always cold, within a couple of days a lightness and warmth is in the room and the machine has collected a lot of water. I like that you can actually tell what the % humidity is, it is not particularly noisy considering the job it does and very easy to operate. No more condensation!!
The only thing that took me a minute was where the carbon filter goes, you have to pull down a slide section once you have removed the water tank, and insert in the middle

I used this machine for a few days and I have already noticed the differences. at the end of the day, the water tank was full already and no more condensation afterwards. The air smells fresh and my washing gets dryer quickly as well!

Brilliant dehumidifier, only problem is that I find it very difficult to remove the water tank, hopefully it will ease off with use.
Buying another one.
Insulated home. Great but found that dust and debris in the air. Not good. So put this in the room. Never know there was so much moisture in the room. And dust. Since using significantly reduced. Buying another for living room. Have got it on continous feed as only holds a litre of water not the 12L it stated.
But very please with it otherwise. Best buy.

This dehumidifier is amazing I make bath bombs and needed my room to stay at 35 – 40 % and this is the 3nd one I’ve purchased and I’m so glad I did the amount of moisture it removes is incredible and the noise level is virtually zero I’m very happy with this produc

Does the trick to stop condensatio
We run this during the winter to stop condensation forming on the windows. Works really well and doesn’t make too much noise. It does need to be regularly checked as the reservoir fills up quickly and needs to be emptied in order for it to keep working.

Great Product, absolutely love it, can’t believe how much water is in the air at our house. I empty the one in the conservatory every day and the one on our landing can often be twice a day. Yes I have 2 as I was so pleased with the first one. 🙂

Can not believe the difference this has made to our flat. Drying clothes its brilliant and wont burn your house down.

Great quality, it is only let down by the hose supplied is rather ridged and unwieldy you almost feel your going to snap off the connector using it.

Excellent been emptying it twice a day since it arrived. no condensation on Windows and walls. Excellent as my house was built in 1880 so solid wall construction..
