Great equipment, slightly "weak"
Great equipment but the fibre starts to slightly break after a long period of use with heavy weights (80+ kg) not the type of equipment for that much weight anyway so should be fine !

Two different hand grips in one and it take your forearms out of the equation when doing tricep extensions.

Best tricep strap.
The tricep rope I had was hurting my hands this is very comfortable. Highly recommended. Edit, the bad reviews I think weren’t using it right! You have to loop it around your wrists then grip the strap.
