This was easy to assemble, sturdy, very modern attributes. Elevator, hot tub, size of house is perfect. Great price, all around highly recommend!
My daughter wanted this for Christmas but when I went to order it they marked the price up to $200 when I originally saw it for 79.99. So I decided to wait for the holidays to end and kept checking and it finally went down to $100. I just finished putting it together, took me a couple hours but it’s so worth it. So adorable. & it’s wood so no falling apart like the Barbie dream houses! It’s so worth $100! Has the cutest furniture to go with it. I also got her the car… I can’t wait til she wakes up to it tomorrow!
Absolutely stunning had every piece it said it would not damaged and wow it is like a real fancy miture doll house never found a doll house for my personal doll collection that was like a real live doll house until now do not regret this buynone bit!!! The best fashion doll house on the market at the moment despite one or two minor faults.As stated in previous reviews the sprayed painted interior can chip a little but mine was fortunately very minimal.I had no trouble getting the majority of the lettered stickers off but one or two left a very small mark. The furniture is top quality and has a realistic look to it.The house itself is very sturdy once constructed {ideally by 2 people!) The house is also very heavy and I put my back out for a week carrying it upstairs but it was worth it!

It took me about 2.5 hours to put together using a screwdriver (I stripped out the first 2 screws with a power drill oopsie). All of the screw holes were lined up perfectly and all of the panels sat snugly with the exception of one of the sides, which is barely noticable. The letter stickers that label the pieces are kind of a pain to get off, but a little bit of water and some rubbing and you can’t tell they were even there.
As for the accessories, they are great also! Some of them (hot tub, shower, sinks) can hold and pump water with the push of a button, but I don’t recommend it because draining it and preventing mold would be tough. The shower was really the only piece that would not stay together, but when placed where recommended in the house it doesn’t matter much. One of the drawer handles was broken, but that was fixed easily with super glue. The elevator also sticks like crazy, but I just told my kiddo it was a balcony
Totally worth the price and it will last for YEARS to come. Not looking forward to relocating it when we move though- it’s a bit heavy!
It was easy to assemble but the sturdiness is was a concern. My girls really liked it though.
This is a sturdy dollhouse that requires alot of work.
Overall the house itself is very solid and pretty easy to assemble. My kids loved it, though like most toys the excitement last like 10 min.
The only issues I had were with the accessories. The “hot tub” bubble action is none existent. Not a total lose as it makes it easier to go with the whole no water rule.
The bed legs don’t stay on the frame so once its in place they cut move it. The shower head came broke so I had to fix that myself and come up with a way to make that work.
Very small annoyances at best which is why I’m 4 star overall. Especially for the sale cost we got it on. Hoping that the longer its here the more in depth thier play gets.

Addressing the bad reviews:
-my sticker labels did not peel the paint.
-none of our pieces were broken or misprinted.
-the elevator is indeed difficult to move. My strong 6 year old girl can do it. But it takes two hands placed in the correct area and applying force.
-the water features are not super strong- but for them to be manually operated, they are of reasonable functioning.
Honestly love this thing. HOWEVER there’s so much damage straight from the box, scratches, chipped corners and uneven paint to name some. The accessories are amazing imo though. It’s not fun to put together. Instructions are ehh. But it has the kids stamp of approval. All in all pass unless it’s on sale it’s not worth 200$ in my opinion.

What you see, is absolutely what you get. It is Very heavy, and solid. Make sure you leave detailed delivery instructions on where to deliver it, especially if you live in an apartment on a 2nd or higher floor. You won’t be able to lift the box alone. It requires a Phillip heads screwdriver. A electric drill will be perfect and will save you a lot of time, because there’s a lot of screws. But I’ll very please with the product.

When I first saw this, I really liked it. I knew it was Rainbow High and those dolls being a bit shorter than Barbies I figured the scale would be off. I watched one of my favorite doll YouTubers as she unboxed and assembled the house. She placed Barbies in the house for scale and they fit very well. It still took me a minute to decide on the purchase as I am not that fond of 1:6 scale dollhouses for my barbies. I had been hoping to purchase a 1:3 scale for all the extra space and height. The price for this house was steep and I just wasn’t sure. Browsing Amazon looking for new doll items I caught this house on sale. I slept on it for 24 hrs before I made the leap to purchase it. I definitely feel I made the right decision. This house is gorgeous. It was super quick and easy to put together. A person can do it alone. The accessories that come with the house are amazing and nothing is PINK. The items seem to be true 1:6 scale even though RH dolls are shorter than Barbies. The scale for the accessories is more of a match than Mattel products and better quality for roughly the same retail price. This is actually my first dollhouse and I could not be happier. I am still hoping to get a 1:3 scale house but for now, I am ecstatic.

This is a beautiful doll house. The attention to details is amazing. We love it!
The letter sticker took off the wall paint so now the M piece looks funky. The Laptop cover came all funky, some type of issue with production maybe? Assembly was tedious but it is sturdy. The elevator is very tough to move up and down. My 5 year old cannot do it herself, which makes for a frustrating playtime.
The house is very large and has cool accessories. The rainbow high dolls are happy in their new home.

I love how sturdy and big it is (worth the price). What I didn’t like was the assembly part lol I never do it was a lot of screwing and holding together but YouTube helped me out a ton when I got confused with the directions.
So my daughter wanted a Barbie house for Christmas. We have a few barbie things already, they’re priced, but not the most sturdy. Now this house is! It’s wooden house, so very sturdy, but it has plastic accessories- so not bulky. It’s the best of both worlds.
The actual putting together was quite straightforward, however not all the holes line nicely, so there are some points where you have to apply pressure to get it to work. Also, some pieces had a bit of corner damages, but to much and now when the house is standing, I can’t even remember where the damages were.
Size of the house is prefect for Barbie dolls and well as the OMG dolls. The water features are fun, but you have to have quite a strength (which my 7 yr off doesn’t have) to operate them . The buttons for jacuzzi, bath and sink are quite hard to press down, also the lift doesn’t have the smoothest operation, but overall this is a great house with fun features and perfect size. Not to mention the price difference between this and Barbie house. I would definitely recommend this.

This doll house is absolutely beautiful! We gave this to my daughter on Christmas day, and she loves it! The rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the furniture is sturdy. She plays with Rainbow High and LOL OMG dolls in this house. We also bought the Rainbow High LED car, closet and more dolls (because you can never have too many RH dolls)! The house is definitely a must have if your girls love Rainbow High dolls!!!
This dollhouse is SO much fun. I did buy it for myself as I never had one when I was little. My youngest son and I put it together as a team project and, it turned out great.! I was a little apprehensive because of the other reviews talking about split wood etc. We had no problems. Sure, a few holes didn’t line up exactly right, the hot tub doesn’t work so great, some things weren’t perfect, nothing is. Especially manufacturing something this big with this many things included. Overall, it’s not too much short of perfection, especially for the price. You’re paying way more than this for some plastic piece of pink garbage anyways. I think it was plenty worth the money for the quality of the structure itself & the things included. I am in love with the design, the colors, the sturdiness, everything. It’s so much fun. You and/or your kid will love it too. Young or old, It’s worth it.
We have been through 4 dollhouses in 3 years, and this is the best one we have ever had!
This product is great. The item was exactly as pictured. It took about 2 hours to build by myself (my hands are sore from using the screwdriver). The only issue I have is, the sink (the water feature) is broken but I can’t find a customer support . I don’t want to send the whole thing back after all that work so I’m worried I’m stuck with the broken part now.
I was actually really surprised at the quality of the material for this house. It’s so much better than the expensive plastic ones.
So study and with a lot of working parts. Better than other brands .
The doors pedistals, keep moving when she opens the doors. The pedistals need to be glued to allow the doors to open and close. The hot tub and shower push down knobs are hard to press down to work. The elevator is really hard to move up and down for a 4 year old to do. Other than that its good. Big and roomy. Granddaughter enjoys playing with it.

Ok so let’s start by saying the box is absolutely huge and if it wasn’t for my partner I would never have been able to move it alone.
Secondly Christmas Eve it took us together THREE hours to build this together
You need to check ALL the boxes even if it looks like some are empty as we found some small furniture in one box that looked empty about an hour after it was built – hubby had to get straight in the bins looking for them when I realised they weren’t included
The elevator/lift doesn’t really move well at all so tbh I wouldn’t bother messing with it it looks like it’s going to snap.
I think it’s absolutely beautiful though and very sturdy I can imagine it lasting a long while. I’d never pay 180 again though as a few months later it went down to 140 – I’d definitely say 140 is a bargain though.
Overall – way better than the crap LOL houses.

Brought this for 8 and 9 year old for Christmas. They like to build things so they wanted to assemble it. They were able to assemble it with minimal assistance. It looks just as advertised and they love it.
I don’t really write a lot of reviews unless they deserve it, and this one deserves it. It only took me like 45 minutes to assemble the main structure and then another 10 minutes or so to put all the accessories in (which are so amazing)! My daughter is obsessed (who I’m vicariously living through, as I wish I had a dollhouse growing up and this one looked the most fun and colorful). She plays with it every day lol. Worth the money. Very sturdy and cute.

It’s so cute! All the doors and cabinets open. You can put things in the fridge and oven. The water faucets pump actual water and the washer actually spins! We used a YouTube video to assemble and it was super easy. It’s super sturdy and very good quality. I found the same house for double the price at Target, Walmart and Kohls.

Love this doll house but ours was missing the tiny piece that holds the shower head on. Really disappointed. Definitely was not in the box. But other than that is is pretty awesome.

I was able to put it together myself. The directions aren’t easy to read but it worked out. It’s pretty sturdy. You have an option to anchor it to a wall. And it includes furniture. This is the house she asked Santa for so I’m very satisfied with this purchase

This is not very easy to assemble and was very time consuming. Took about 3 hours to put together but seeing how delighted my granddaughter was made it worth it.
Built this and wow did it take forever and you have to use the tiniest screw driver. A small car model screw driver I have blisters on my fingers from so many screws. But it’s sturdy and my girls love it. Beware of the water functions though because we’ll children get water everywhere.
It’s a great doll house not only for Rainbow high dolls but good for Barbies as well.
The quality of the house and the furniture is very good, the house is very sturdy and the furniture is beautiful. It’s way better than Barbie dream house made of cheap fragile plastic.
The packaging is great, everything was packed separately in plastic and foam.
I like that the screws and parts for mounting to the wall to prevent from tipping over are also included.
I am impressed with this doll’s house, I had no quality issues everything fitted/looks/ worked perfectly. It’s a sturdy piece, took me 90 minutes to put together, easy instructions to follow and my little girl is over the moon with it. Definitely recommend but one thing to note is the cardboard box has the name on it which could have spoiled the surprise!
She already has it set up (with the help of her dad and papa,) and is playing with it.
Of course she had to have dolls to match, so Santa was very busy! Very pleased with this product!
Our daughter absolutely loves this dollhouse! It comes with so many moveable furniture/accessories. She has rearranged it a hundred times. Assembly is a little tricky and it’s definitely heavy but we know that she’ll have this and play with it for many years.
Great value for the price, “easy” to assemble (it’s not hard, but tedious—there are A LOT of screws), everything is clearly labeled, and it’s sturdy. Our girls’ loved it. Only thing is the elevator is kind of hard to pull up and down. Otherwise, it’s a solid product.
We bought this dollhouse when it was $60 dollars for Christmas and I am going to say I would’ve paid full price for this house, pictures don’t do it justice. My daughter is 10 and loves it so much! My only complaint is where they stuck the letter stickers to assemble it because when you peal them it takes off some of the paint, it would’ve been better if they put them in a corner or on the opposite side of the parts but other then that it’s beautiful and my daughter is extremely happy. Oh also It was heavy so be careful.

Every year my girls want some sort of doll house or Barbie house, this year it was rainbow high. Whoever designed and made this house did an amazing job. It’s very well thought out and not cheap like others. The accessories are so cute and it’s very sturdy. I did put this together myself and it’s not hard at all. If your trying to decided in this, go for it!!
You can assemble it yourself, however, it faster with a little assistance. We bought this for our daughter for Christmas, the first shipment that can had mildew, I informed Amazon on Christmas Day of the problem. By Monday morning my daughter’s new house was delivered, and UPS picked up the mildew box on Monday. If you have children of similar age, this is GREAT for role- play!! Kids are using doles, Spider-Man, venom, black panther, etc to play. Hours of TV less play!!! Totally Worth it!!

This dollhouse is huge and amazing! It’s not a cheap plastic dollhouse. It’s heavy and you can feel the quality. I love the attention to detail. I love that they didn’t leave the outside of the dollhouse plain. It has a cute logo decoration on the outer parts of the house. My daughter absolutely love it and she’s 11. Now I need to get her some rainbow high dolls to go with it. Great job on this dollhouse!
Our daughters’ love this dollhouse. It’s very sturdy and detailed. It’s well made. I believe it will last several years. It’s the best dollhouse we’ve purchased for our daughters and we’ve had quite a few dollhouses. The only reason I gave this 4 out 5 overall stars is because there were some slight flaws that came from packaging, delivery, or possibly manufacturing. Some of the screws didn’t line up and some of the edges were slightly frayed. However, it didn’t take away from the overall look of the house when every thing was put together. We are pleased with this purchase overall, and it keeps the girls busy for hours.
All the details / graphics is very good , but some of the print needs touching up.

I would have loved to have bought it when it went on sale the week after I bought it. But I didn’t do the return and rebuy thing because it would have cost $40 of the $60 I would have gotten back just to return it.

You need an electric screwdriver, a hair dryer, and a spatula. It’s a lot of screws that go into building this dollhouse. Your hands will hurt without one. The hair dryer and spatula came in handy to remove the letters from the pieces. It’s heavy. But it’s definitely a step up from a Barbie dream house.

Was a bit dubious spending so much on a doll house but it’s impressive. The sturdiness and quality from the house itself to the detail of the furniture was a pleasant surprise. Took 2 of us 1 1/2 hours to build but was straightforward enough following the instructions. Anyone thinking about this won’t be disappointed for sure.
We bought some dolls separately and again the quality is superb, the clothes themselves are really lovely.

My daughter wanted this, so she used a gift card she had for amazon to get it. It came in a timely manner. The package was very heavy, and it was a bit of a pain to put together, but we got it together and she loves it!
The house itself is beautiful. The quality is amazing and the sturdiness means that this house will last for many, many years. All pieces that came with the house are very well made and beautiful. I put 18 Rainbow High dolls into it and posed them in various rooms and I still have space to spare for more dolls. All in all this was a fantastic purchase and I highly recommend this to anyone who wants a great doll house regardless if you collect Rainbow High or not.
With all that said, I removed one star because our unit had evidently not been stored/shipped correctly and has mould or something stained on it. I’ll have to sand that (pictures) area down and repaint it. Also, the stickers (to follow the assembly instructions and screw A into B etc) do not come off. I got the paper parts off but the adhesive remains.
If they’d used plastic stickers, this could have been avoided.
But this is still a great quality toy.
The problems
1. The stickers on all the inside walls and floor.
2. The holes for the hooks in the laundry room were too small for the pegs to fit
3. There are a couple walls that look scuffed
