I am impressed with the bag and gloves. I have it hanging up in my my shed, which was simple enough top put up. It took a lot to stuff it but i got there in the end.

Seems durable, wish I looked at the description saying the punch bag was unfilled…. Gloves are very basic but the kit seems very durable….
This was purchased for my son at Christmas. The bag and gloves are of exceptional quality. The bag comes with clear instructions on how to hang the bag
My only negative comment would be that the wall plugs are not fit for purpose. We hung the bag in the garage so are drilling in into bricks. After a couple of punches the frame is coming off the wall. We’ve had to purchase heavy duty metal wall plugs to replace the plastic ones.

Great set of gear. Opted for a bag without stuffing so I could pack it with lighter materials for my precious hands.

The bag is good , the only issue was the fixings to attach the hanging bracket to the wall . They should really be more robust . The supplier sorted out an issue with the bracket quickly with a replacement which demonstrated good customer service and care .
