Was rather bemused when I opened the box and removed the plastic wrapper. Thought no way this was going to work. Left it 16 hours and the mattress rebounded back to its correct depth. Just tried it my husband is much heavier and when he moved I was not catapulted out of the bed.
I already had a 28cm depth fitted sheet which fits perfectly with my mattress and the topper.

Arrived in good time and then followed the instructions on how to get it to resize. The use of a vacuum cleaner didn’t really help much, what worked for me was stretching the foam out to resize it. Once it was stretched and left overnight it really reshaped quite well as can be seen. All the ridges came out and amazingly it became flat.
It’s so comfy as well. I can’t believe how much better I sleep how I have the topper on. My hip pains have nearly gone after a week … And I sleep much deeper not waking up every time I turn over now.
My advice would be get one they really are worth it.
UPDATED REVIEW (4 star): After returning the first mattress, I posted the review below on Amazon. The seller then contacted me (unprompted) within a day, and offered to replace the mattress. I sent them photographs of the first mattress to clarify the issues that I had had, which they said they would send to the factory to make improvements. So, the customer service was really impressive. The second mattress was the same product as the first, but I think better packed. So it looked better when unpacked and unfolded. Be aware, it still take a long time (weeks rather than days or hours) to properly expand into the expected shape. I guess this reflects the fact it is dense memory foam. It would be better if the mattress expanded a little faster, but overall it is now being used on top of another mattress in our spare room and definitely makes the bed more comfortable. Review upgraded from 2 star to 4 star to reflect the better second mattress and outstanding customer service.
ORIGINAL REVIEW (2 star): In principle this could be a comfortable memory foam topper, delivered with a useful protective outer cover for the foam. However unfortunately after a full 2 weeks of waiting for the mattress to even out and plump up to the dimensions specified, it was still very uneven, with thick ridges in some places, and heavily compacted areas elsewhere. In some places the thickness did reach the specified 5cm, in others it was still 1-2cm. The length and breadth did not get to the specified dimensions (uneven but apex. 5cm shorter and narrower). I wonder if the cause is something to do with substandard packing/rolling up of the mattress? Perhaps the one I received had been folded poorly and stored for a long time? However having waited for 2 weeks rather than the suggested 2 days, and placed flat in a warm room specifically heated to be above 20c as per instructions, I was disappointed and felt the quality to be so far below expectations that I returned it. I didn’t sleep on it in the end, but can imagine that (properly flattened out) it would indeed be comfortable. There is a chemical smell for a couple of days but this dissipates and was similar to a (much more expensive) full memory foam mattress I have previously bought.

Very comfy nice cover that’s easy to remove and wash.

The price was very good for a comfortable topper,easy to put down,and fits well with beds matters.
I thought this topper wouldn’t open out at first but after 24 hours it was so perfect for my back lovely and soft but firm.
What an improvement! Hip and shoulder pain virtually gone! Only had it 3 weeks, but it’s brilliant. Would recommend.

I had just come back from a holiday in Iceland and the bed there was so unbelievably comfortable. I looked under the sheet to see what it was and it was a memory foam topper. So I looked for one and based on the reviews and price bought this one. Not a patch on what I experienced on holiday. OK so that’s mote to do with my expectations than the actual product. My mattress wasn’t too bad already and this improves it, so it’s worth the money for me. If your mattress is uncomfortable, I would say that this would be an inexpensive way of polishing a turd. I do sleep better now. I had pain before as I broke my neck, back, ribs, shoulder, hands so from that perspective it’s a winner too. Sorry for 4 stars. More because I had hoped for better is all.

I could feel the springs in my old mattress. Lumpy and so uncomfortable. Now I feel like I’m sleeping on a hotel mattress. Firm but not too hard. Forms around my body just enough. Honestly feels like I bought a new bed. Love it.

When I got this, I was really concerned as it is rolled very tightly and whilst it says leave 24 hours, I did not believe that it would come to the depth/thickness expected and provide support. But, how wrong I was. We have a really uncomfortable sofa bed and this has transformed it. I have back pain, and I can honestly say, this is brilliant. So I would not hesitate to recommend it.
The key thing is to wait for it to return to its depth/thickness before using it:
1. Fully unroll and leave flat.
2. Leave is a warm room for 24 hours.
3. Push down on any areas which don’t look like they are expanding.
4. To speed things up, you can use a hairdryer to warm it usb so it expands.

We brought a mattress over the internet, during lockdown. Only to find, dispite being medium, was to hard. We gave it 6 months and decided to right of the purchase and went to a bed shop to try replacement, agreeing the replacement would be the sum 800. With that is mind we took a gamble on a 100 topper and was blown away with the transformation. The memory foam is not to warm, it molds and support you, even the edge of the mattress, no roll together, no pressure point. It has been an excellent purchase. We have already recommended this to friends and family.

I’m a side sleeper but had recently injured my shoulder and had been waking in the night as a result . I realised when visiting family that I slept better there – where the bed had a memory foam topper , so I decided to get one for my own bed . It’s done the trick , most nights now I can lie on either side to go to sleep and not wake up with painful shoulders or pain down my arm . It’s not perfect but about 75% improvement . I was dubious at first because it seemed very flat and had a lot of ridges from being packed up tightly , but once it had been laid out flat for a few hours and shaken a bit it puffed up and the ridges disapeared as well.
With having fibro m lots of pain this is a game changer sleeping is no longer a problem and pain no where near as was buy it u won’t be sorry

However, we followed the instructions and the transformation was remarkable. It took three days to regain itself and it’s great. Pleased with the outcome. Sizing was perfect (small double).

Fast delivery, excited to receive in the hope this was going to help with pain relief from having Fibromyalgia. Upon opening I was so disappointed it lookef like a piece of old foam, all twisted out of shape BUT once left flat for 3 days it was like the ugly duckling story. I had any amazing mattress completely different from what was delivered.
Mornings are difficult for Fibromyalgia sufferous, the body pain normally takes a good few hours to start reducing, some mornings I can’t even get dressed due pain with all movement. First morning still had pain but nothing like I normally have. Second morning I was able to get out of bed as if I was in my 20’s again it wasnt until I got to the kitchen putting the kettle on I realised I was pain free. Movements still unsteady but that’s the condition. If you have Fibromyalgia this mattress topper is a MUST … Remember it takes at least 48 hours to recover shape mine took 72 hours BUT it was WORTH it the wait. I’m not a person for reviews but for those the suffer from any pain condition on waking in the morning it does make a big difference.
Decided to invest in this mattress topper to help with a leg injury. It arrived on the 28 November 2021. I laid it out on the living room floor initially, but during the day this is a cold room in Winter. The following day (29 November), it hadn’t expanded much so I moved it upstairs to a bedroom which is always warm (21C), this improved matters, by the morning of the third day (30 November), it was expanding well (cat discovered it at this point), and by the evening had fully expanded. Very comfortable and provides some additional support for my leg.
