How to use?
Step1: Sit down on the chair
Step2: Keep your back straight
Step3: Turn on the massager by Remote Control and then wait for it Reset.（When it was resetting. The back massager will back to the bottom by default. )
Step4: Measure the height from the seat to your neck. The neck massager will walk to the position which suits your shoulder and neck.

THE KEY POINT:
When you turn on the massager and you see the control panel on/off light is blinking. That means the back massage nodes will reset to the lowest site(you can feel the back massage nodes move to the lowest site). Just wait for 10-15 seconds. When it finished the reset. It will stop to flash. And you can try to turn on the power again.

I bought this massager a couple of years ago and its one of the best decision I have made. I work on the computers everyday for about 8 – 10 hrs and always end up with a neck and back pain. This massager really helped me get relief for my back and especially neck pain. The Neck massager moves up and down your neck and it excellent.
I made sure I got the right kind chair for this massager ( like a gaming chair ) and it fits perfectly and a great accessory while I am work. A great massager for people with sedentary jobs like myself.

Rckenschmerzen vom Zhne-Knirschen sind viel besser geworden.
Das Gert luft bei mir (1,76m gro) vom Becken, bis hinter die Ohren. Die Massage lockert mich so gut auf, dass meine Probleme im Rcken weg sind. Im Nackenbereich/Kiefer/Ohr hilft die Entspannung, die Probleme mit ein paar bungen, in den Griff zu bekommen. Sitz ist fest am Schreibtisch installiert und nutze es etwa alle 2 Tage.
Die Vibration an den Oberschenkeln bringt mir persnlich (und 2 Gsten) nicht wirklich was.
Wer die Auflage dauerhaft auf seinem Schreibtischstuhl haben mchte, sollte bedenken, dass man das Vibrations-System am Ges sprt, beim lngeren sitzen.

I have chronic lower back pain. Add on a surgery that caused large periods of sedentary activity. This massager has been a tremendous help at relieving tension in my back. I now have it attached to my work chair and it is amazing. The controls allow for a lot of customization to address specific areas. I don’t use the vibration setting but otherwise it’s all great. I will warn that too much use initially will cause soreness and possible bruising so be careful with how long you use it.

La funzione riscaldante si pu attivare e disattivare a piacimento ed il cuscino cervicale si pu regolare sia come posizione che per intensit di massaggio. Tutte le funzioni possono essere attivate utilizzando semplicemente il telecomando. Si pu adagiare su una poltrona pieghevole o sul divano dove si preferisce.

The wired control panel lets you adjust up, down, intensity, vibration, and heat. If your back hurts, and you wish you could sit in a pedi massage chair any time, do not hesitate. Buy this chair. Unless you want the percussion (tapping) action, which this does not have. Also, if you need the air pressure under your rear, this doesn’t do that. Have a medium/heavy-duty extension cord on hand because this thing has a super-short power cord. You can use this even on a bed, propped up on 2-3 pillows. This of course puts maximum pressure on your deep back muscles as the rolling happens.
I thought about getting something like this for years. Now that I got it, I’m so glad.

Ordered this for my son bc of his back pain. He loves it. Feels like a deep tissue massage and the added benefit of the heat feels wonderful together.
I got this for my mom for Christmas. My mom has been suffering with back pain her whole life, and we redid our bathroom so our bath has jets so her back can feel better. Nothing was helping for long periods of time (besides having to get surgery). Now, we redid our bathroom for her, but we live in California and we watch our water consumption very closely.
I wanted to get her something that might help her when she comes home from work and so she wouldn’t feel guilty taking a bath every day. She LOVES this. She uses it almost every day and has set it up in her bed to use. She says it’s the best thing she’s used on her back.

Lo compr porque tengo muy a menudo dolor de espalda. Me ha dejado gratamente sorprendida de lo bien que trabaja la espalda y las cervicales. Para poner un pequeo pego es que para m gusto me gustara que trabajara ms intensamente las lumbares pero es muy buena opcin cuando ests cargado y necesitas un buen masaje.

Die Einstellung und Positionierung vieler hnlicher Gerte ist oft schwierig. Und auch hier besteht das Problem, dass – je nach Rcken, ob Hohlkreuz oder wie auch immer – in bestimmten Bereichen zu groer Druck bei der Massage aufkommt. Man muss dann nach vorne von dem Massagesitz weg gehen. Nutzt man aber die Einstellung der Massage fr einen bestimmten, festlegbaren Bereich, den man gerade bentigt, ist die richtige Position leicht zu finden und beizubehalten.
Das alles wird mit der Fernbedienung recht einfach eingestellt. So gesehen wrde ich hier sogar 5 Sterne vergeben. Den Stern Abzug gibt es dafr, dass der eingestellte Massagebereich nicht fr die gesamte Dauer der Massage (15 – 20 Min.) richtig justiert bleibt und sich dann doch so verndert, dass immer wieder eine Nachjustierung erforderlich wird. Da dies aber ber die Fernbedienung erfolgt, ist das wiederum unproblematisch. Eben einfach nur ein wenig lstig.
Aus meiner Sicht ist die Massage effektiver, als bei irgendwelchen – sicherlich auch nicht schlechten – Kissen, bei denen man aber auch immer wieder mit der richtigen Position zu kmpfen hat. Der Sitz braucht halt mehr Platz beim Verstauen, trifft aber den erforderlichen Bereich, der zu massieren ist, meines Erachtens besser. Ich habe mit diesem Massagesitz punktuell aufgetretene Rckenprobleme bisher immer wieder ganz gut in den Griff bekommen.
Die Wrme, die hier mit eingeschaltet werden kann, trgt ihren Teil dazu bei. Sehr angenehm ist auch das leichte Vibrieren der Sitzflche, was das bewegungslose Sitzen auf einer Stelle fr die Zeit der Massage angenehmer macht.
Einen besseren Massagesitz fr die Wirbelsule habe ich bisher nicht gefunden. Andere Massagematten, die hauptschlich auf Vibration basieren, schaffen nur leichte Verspannungen aus dem Weg, helfen aber nicht so, wie dieser Massagesitz.
I got this for Christmas and I’ve been enjoying it. After a couple weeks using it on low intensity, i was able to increase the intensity to medium. Haven’t tried it on high intensity yet. I do wish the neck massager was a little more intense at the neck/shoulder junction. The warnings that it comes with (consult your doctor before use, don’t use if you have joint issues etc) should be included in the product description on Amazon. I have hypermobile joints and a few degenerative discs, but luckily this isn’t aggravating those issues while it works out the knots in my back and shoulders.
Diese Rollen sind nicht so krftig wie die von seinem ” kleiner Bruder ohne Nacken Massage Funktion”, die ich auch besitze und hier auch bewertet habe. Meinerseits kann ich die RENPHO Rckenmassagegert nur empfehlen. Da es auch Preisaktionen gibt kann man auch dort nur sagen….. TOP.

Excellent produit. Ajustement automatis de la hauteur de la section cou selon l’utilisateur. Le massage du cou et du haut des paules (trapzes) est exceptionnel et c’est ce qui diffrencie ce coussin des autres essays. Belle apparence, reste bien en place sur le fauteuil aussi. Expdition rapide. Rien de ngatif pour le moment.
This is a simple version of some more expensive models. The neck massager is not so great but the back one helps me when I sit all day working.
El envi fue muy rpido y correcto. El masajeador funciona muy bien, la parte que da masaje al cuello se regula cada vez que lo enciendes, de forma que se adapta a la altura de quien lo utiliza. Los rodillos tienen tres intensidades por lo que profundiza muy bien, ayudando a soltar las zonas cargadas. Puedes elegir poner el masaje con calor o sin l e incluso parar los rodillos en una zona en concreto. Lo nico que es un poco ms flojo es la vibracin del asiento, para mi gusto la dejo desconectada, pero el masaje de espalda es espectacular. Ya tena otro silln de masaje, pero este es infinitamente mejor.

Ich nutze das Massagegert mehrmals am Tag. Zu meiner Zufriedenheit ist die Massage nicht so hart, wie bei einem anderem Modell anderer Marke, die ich zuvor ausprobieren durfte. Die Wirkung ist wohltuend, bin begeistert! Da ich die anderen Gerte von Marke Renpho nutze, muss ich sagen, diese Marke hlt das, was verspricht!
Comparable to a mid-level whole chair massaging lounger. Bought 12 months ago and unlike some folks the unit has been reliable. Great value and perfect for use when you don’t have big money. My bride and I literally stopped going to the chiropractor!
It works well but if you are sensitive it might be too hard you will need to put a towel over it.

Krftige Massagefunktion, erwischt alle Stellen die gerne mal verhrtet sind, angenehme Wrme (wenn man sie denn mchte). Den Sinn der Vibration fr den Po ist mir allerdings schleierhaft. Im Bereich oberhalb der Schulterbltter ist kaum noch Druck zu spren, ist allerdings nur ein kleines Stckchen (178 cm Gre). Nervig ist die Lautstrke des Motors fr den Nacken. Normalerweise ist er kaum zu hren (feste Position) wie beim Rckenteil auch. Nimmt man aber den Modus Nacken Automatik, fhrt das Kissen vom Kopf bis zu den Schultern. Dabei wird es pltzlich laut. Als Massagefunktion so durchaus gut, aber fr eine Entspannung nicht geeignet.

Especially the neck and shoulder massage is really good and relaxing, probably as good or better than any person could do. The back is good too, especially when you find a good spot and make it stay there. Back massage can be a little rough at higher intensity levels in some spots, but just find the setting that works for you. This thing has serious power, almost scary amounts.
Honestly I sit 10 minutes on this thing and I come out kind of dreamy and tingling. This is like having a massage therapist on call 24/7 at your house.
Can’t speak on if it will last a long time, assuming at least 2 years warranty. Even if it did last only 2 years, probably worth it…
Play around with the position of the chair, you can lean it up against pretty much anything, even the wall. The back is solid and unflexible. I guess the more you recline it the more intense the massage will be because you’re putting your weight on it.
I love my new RENPHO back massager and would recommend it to anyone who can afford one.

I had a problem with my unit and after a few back and forth email exchanges, and video they ask me to provide for troubleshooting, they replaced the unit with a new one. I recommend this product!

I got this as a Father’s day gift for my dad and he loves it!!! My mom also loves it. They have different pressure tolerances, and they both love this bc it’s so easy to control and customize to your own liking. Love the movable neck massager. My only issue is that it’s a beige seat and it may get dirty very easily. Otherwise, such a good product!
Bought to replace my aging Obus massage cushion. Absolutely love this massage chair cushion, it adapts to areas by pushing a button for spot treatment. Intensity adjustment,heat and seat vibration. What else could you ask for! Worth the cost let’s hope it will last for many years.

I love this. I am only 4’11” tall and I am able to adjust the neck massager exactly where I want it. I use it as frequently as I can. The mire o use it the better I feel. I recently had a Freind visit from out of town who has back issues. She is very tall and thus massager fit her perfectly as well so much so she is going to order one of her own.
Love the color and look of this, was looking for something that wasn’t black/grey and would go well with my furniture. I keep it on my desk chair for when I work, and the bottom seat part is comfortable without the massage nodes stabbing me in my bottom like my previous one did. I also like having the headrest. The cord is long, and the remote control slips into a side pocket on the back right. There are Velcro elastic straps that go around the back of the chair to keep it in place.
I am a skeptic but wanted something similar to what I experience with the chairs I sit in at the spa when getting a pedicure but did not want to spend thousands.

I bought this as a gift. The person really loved it. It makes a great gift.
I thought the cushion would be a little bigger based on the picture (in some ways I am glad it wasn’t because then it would not have fit). I bought this for putting on a gaming chair. It didn’t fit as well as I would have liked and it cannot be left on the seat at all times. If you have a larger chair (wider seat), then it would be more comfortable to leave in the seat while gaming. Other than that, the heat, the vibration and massage features are great. Very relaxing and it is very easy to use. I liked how you can massage the full back, lower back or the upper back. It is very effective if you suffer from lower back pain or have shoulder/neck pain (of course, it would be wise to consult a doctor before using).
So just be careful if you are planning on putting it on a computer/gaming chair. You need to have a larger chair or deeper chair to fit the cushion on there. It can also be used on a couch or in the car (these options might be a better fit). This was a great buy and a great gift. I recommend this item.
Hands down best purchase, it gets to every spot from the top of your head down to your lower back, the heating element is amazing. Not too big a fan of the vibration but I didn’t buy it for that. If you’re looking for a massage chair but don’t want to spend an insane amount of money on one this is just as good. I’m a barber and stand on my feet 10+ hours a day and comming home to sit on this massage chair makes my day everyday. It gives me enough relief so I can continue with my daily routine. When I got it I of course didn’t read the instructions and just found out you can stop the massage balls exactly where you need them! The remote has a button named “SPOT” and I thought it was a new-fangled way to call my dog!
