How to use?
Step1: Sit down on the chair

THE KEY POINT:
When you turn on the massager and you see the control panel on/off light is blinking. That means the back massage nodes will reset to the lowest site(you can feel the back massage nodes move to the lowest site). Just wait for 10-15 seconds. When it finished the reset. It will stop to flash. And you can try to turn on the power again.

Awesome Neck and Back Massage
I bought this massager a couple of years ago and its one of the best decision I have made. I work on the computers everyday for about 8 – 10 hrs and always end up with a neck and back pain. This massager really helped me get relief for my back and especially neck pain. The Neck massager moves up and down your neck and it excellent.
I made sure I got the right kind chair for this massager ( like a gaming chair ) and it fits perfectly and a great accessory while I am work. A great massager for people with sedentary jobs like myself.

Rckenschmerzen vom Zhne-Knirschen sind viel besser geworden.
Das Gert luft bei mir (1,76m gro) vom Becken, bis hinter die Ohren. Die Massage lockert mich so gut auf, dass meine Probleme im Rcken weg sind. Im Nackenbereich/Kiefer/Ohr hilft die Entspannung, die Probleme mit ein paar bungen, in den Griff zu bekommen. Sitz ist fest am Schreibtisch installiert und nutze es etwa alle 2 Tage.
Die Vibration an den Oberschenkeln bringt mir persnlich (und 2 Gsten) nicht wirklich was.
Wer die Auflage dauerhaft auf seinem Schreibtischstuhl haben mchte, sollte bedenken, dass man das Vibrations-System am Ges sprt, beim lngeren sitzen.

The wired control panel lets you adjust up, down, intensity, vibration, and heat. If your back hurts, and you wish you could sit in a pedi massage chair any time, do not hesitate. Buy this chair. Unless you want the percussion (tapping) action, which this does not have. Also, if you need the air pressure under your rear, this doesn’t do that. Have a medium/heavy-duty extension cord on hand because this thing has a super-short power cord. You can use this even on a bed, propped up on 2-3 pillows. This of course puts maximum pressure on your deep back muscles as the rolling happens.

I got this for my mom for Christmas. My mom has been suffering with back pain her whole life, and we redid our bathroom so our bath has jets so her back can feel better. Nothing was helping for long periods of time (besides having to get surgery). Now, we redid our bathroom for her, but we live in California and we watch our water consumption very closely.
I wanted to get her something that might help her when she comes home from work and so she wouldn’t feel guilty taking a bath every day. She LOVES this. She uses it almost every day and has set it up in her bed to use. She says it’s the best thing she’s used on her back.

Massiert an der richtigen, eingestellten Stelle
Die Einstellung und Positionierung vieler hnlicher Gerte ist oft schwierig. Und auch hier besteht das Problem, dass – je nach Rcken, ob Hohlkreuz oder wie auch immer – in bestimmten Bereichen zu groer Druck bei der Massage aufkommt. Man muss dann nach vorne von dem Massagesitz weg gehen. Nutzt man aber die Einstellung der Massage fr einen bestimmten, festlegbaren Bereich, den man gerade bentigt, ist die richtige Position leicht zu finden und beizubehalten.
Das alles wird mit der Fernbedienung recht einfach eingestellt. So gesehen wrde ich hier sogar 5 Sterne vergeben. Den Stern Abzug gibt es dafr, dass der eingestellte Massagebereich nicht fr die gesamte Dauer der Massage (15 – 20 Min.) richtig justiert bleibt und sich dann doch so verndert, dass immer wieder eine Nachjustierung erforderlich wird. Da dies aber ber die Fernbedienung erfolgt, ist das wiederum unproblematisch. Eben einfach nur ein wenig lstig.
Aus meiner Sicht ist die Massage effektiver, als bei irgendwelchen – sicherlich auch nicht schlechten – Kissen, bei denen man aber auch immer wieder mit der richtigen Position zu kmpfen hat. Der Sitz braucht halt mehr Platz beim Verstauen, trifft aber den erforderlichen Bereich, der zu massieren ist, meines Erachtens besser. Ich habe mit diesem Massagesitz punktuell aufgetretene Rckenprobleme bisher immer wieder ganz gut in den Griff bekommen.
Die Wrme, die hier mit eingeschaltet werden kann, trgt ihren Teil dazu bei. Sehr angenehm ist auch das leichte Vibrieren der Sitzflche, was das bewegungslose Sitzen auf einer Stelle fr die Zeit der Massage angenehmer macht.
Einen besseren Massagesitz fr die Wirbelsule habe ich bisher nicht gefunden. Andere Massagematten, die hauptschlich auf Vibration basieren, schaffen nur leichte Verspannungen aus dem Weg, helfen aber nicht so, wie dieser Massagesitz.
Kam schnell an, funktioniert. Habe sie bis jetzt 2 mal benutzt. Lege mir persnlich noch ein Handtuch dazwischen, da mir die Massagekpfe sonst zu doll sind.

Matte gefllt mir gut, weil ich beide Funktionen ( Rcken und Nacken) getrennt voneinander benutzen kann.
Diese Rollen sind nicht so krftig wie die von seinem ” kleiner Bruder ohne Nacken Massage Funktion”, die ich auch besitze und hier auch bewertet habe. Meinerseits kann ich die RENPHO Rckenmassagegert nur empfehlen. Da es auch Preisaktionen gibt kann man auch dort nur sagen….. TOP.

The neck massager on auto is really good, it is more powerful that I thought it would be and gets right in to the top of the shoulder where my knots are. The back massage is good too but I prefer to do the 2 separately as the nodules on the back massager tend to push me away from the correct position for the neck massage to be fully effective. Very good at home massager and worth the money.
True to its word
I bought this as a birthday gift for my son. All his family are raving about it, even my 95 year old sister thinks it’s wonderful. Apparently the massage effect is better than a manual one. I am so impressed by their reaction that I am buying one for myself.

Le massage du cou et du haut des paules (trapzes) est exceptionnel et c’est ce qui diffrencie ce coussin des autres essays. Belle apparence, reste bien en place sur le fauteuil aussi. Expdition rapide. Rien de ngatif pour le moment.

Da un masaje muy agradable y se nota su intensidad
El envi fue muy rpido y correcto. El masajeador funciona muy bien, la parte que da masaje al cuello se regula cada vez que lo enciendes, de forma que se adapta a la altura de quien lo utiliza. Los rodillos tienen tres intensidades por lo que profundiza muy bien, ayudando a soltar las zonas cargadas. Puedes elegir poner el masaje con calor o sin l e incluso parar los rodillos en una zona en concreto. Lo nico que es un poco ms flojo es la vibracin del asiento, para mi gusto la dejo desconectada, pero el masaje de espalda es espectacular. Ya tena otro silln de masaje, pero este es infinitamente mejor.

When I ordered this I was very sceptical how good it would be. Well worth the money would recommend to anyone I’ve not had it long but hopefully it will last a long time.

Krftige Massagefunktion, erwischt alle Stellen die gerne mal verhrtet sind, angenehme Wrme (wenn man sie denn mchte). Den Sinn der Vibration fr den Po ist mir allerdings schleierhaft. Im Bereich oberhalb der Schulterbltter ist kaum noch Druck zu spren, ist allerdings nur ein kleines Stckchen (178 cm Gre). Nervig ist die Lautstrke des Motors fr den Nacken. Normalerweise ist er kaum zu hren (feste Position) wie beim Rckenteil auch. Nimmt man aber den Modus Nacken Automatik, fhrt das Kissen vom Kopf bis zu den Schultern. Dabei wird es pltzlich laut. Als Massagefunktion so durchaus gut, aber fr eine Entspannung nicht geeignet.

Don’t often write reviews, but I’ll make an exception for this thing. Coming from a heavy 1.93cm tall man, just buy this thing unless the 120 is a seriously big investment for you.
Especially the neck and shoulder massage is really good and relaxing, probably as good or better than any person could do. The back is good too, especially when you find a good spot and make it stay there. Back massage can be a little rough at higher intensity levels in some spots, but just find the setting that works for you. This thing has serious power, almost scary amounts.
Honestly I sit 10 minutes on this thing and I come out kind of dreamy and tingling. This is like having a massage therapist on call 24/7 at your house.
Can’t speak on if it will last a long time, assuming at least 2 years warranty. Even if it did last only 2 years, probably worth it…
Play around with the position of the chair, you can lean it up against pretty much anything, even the wall. The back is solid and unflexible. I guess the more you recline it the more intense the massage will be because you’re putting your weight on it.

Man kann sich nicht vorstellen wie intensiv diese Sitzauflage massiert. Ja, manchmal tut es schon auch weh aber so soll unserer Meinung nach eine gute Massage sein. Besonders die Nackenmassage hat es uns angetan. Wir benutzen die Sitzauflage bei einer Krpergre von 1,93m und 1,67m ohne Probleme.

Nackenmassage lsst sich in Hhe und Intensitt einstellen. Fr groe Frauen (1,80m) sehr vorteilhaft. Ebenso die Rckenmassage. Hier kann man auch an einem bestimmten Punkt stoppen, um sich dort intensiver massieren zu lassen. Sehr angenehm ist auch die Heizfunktion, die die Muskeln entspannt und stndig frierende Frauen glcklich macht.
Natrlich wird hier kein Physiotherapeut ersetzt. Dennoch ist es fr den tglichen Gebrauch sehr, sehr angenehm und vor allem ntzlich. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

I love this. I am only 4’11” tall and I am able to adjust the neck massager exactly where I want it. I use it as frequently as I can. The mire o use it the better I feel. I recently had a Freind visit from out of town who has back issues. She is very tall and thus massager fit her perfectly as well so much so she is going to order one of her own.

Love the color and look of this, was looking for something that wasn't black/grey and would go well with my furniture. I keep it on my desk chair for when I work, and the bottom seat part is comfortable without the massage nodes stabbing me in my bottom like my previous one did. I also like having the headrest. The cord is long, and the remote control slips into a side pocket on the back right. There are Velcro elastic straps that go around the back of the chair to keep it in place.

I keep it on my desk chair for when I work, and the bottom seat part is comfortable without the massage nodes stabbing me in my bottom like my previous one did. I also like having the headrest. The cord is long, and the remote control slips into a side pocket on the back right. There are Velcro elastic straps that go around the back of the chair to keep it in place.

I thought the cushion would be a little bigger based on the picture (in some ways I am glad it wasn’t because then it would not have fit). I bought this for putting on a gaming chair. It didn’t fit as well as I would have liked and it cannot be left on the seat at all times. If you have a larger chair (wider seat), then it would be more comfortable to leave in the seat while gaming. Other than that, the heat, the vibration and massage features are great. Very relaxing and it is very easy to use. I liked how you can massage the full back, lower back or the upper back. It is very effective if you suffer from lower back pain or have shoulder/neck pain (of course, it would be wise to consult a doctor before using).
So just be careful if you are planning on putting it on a computer/gaming chair. You need to have a larger chair or deeper chair to fit the cushion on there. It can also be used on a couch or in the car (these options might be a better fit). This was a great buy and a great gift. I recommend this item.

If you’re looking for a massage chair but don’t want to spend an insane amount of money on one this is just as good. I’m a barber and stand on my feet 10+ hours a day and comming home to sit on this massage chair makes my day everyday. It gives me enough relief so I can continue with my daily routine. When I got it I of course didn’t read the instructions and just found out you can stop the massage balls exactly where you need them! The remote has a button named “SPOT” and I thought it was a new-fangled way to call my dog!

I only have to push the up option to raise the neck massager and it goes so well and hits all the areas i need it to . This was purchased as a mother's day gift and my wife loves it. Upon unboxing this, first thing we noticed was the high quality of the product material. The back and neck massage is amazingly good. I gave it a whirl and agree, this massager is what we needed in our home. The back intensity can be adjusted to three levels, low, medium and high. There's also back and neck heating that can individually be switched on and off which is perfect. There's a seat vibration with also three different levels. The neck massage can be adjusted up and down for different height or apparently it has auto detect feature. My wife is a fitness instructor and enjoys her workout, so this has been used almost daily. It fits nicely over an Ikea chair. Great product.

The upper back rollers do a better job than lower back rollers but it’s still a great massage. The only downside is that it does not give a head massage despite it’s ability to reach the top of the head (at the start of the session, the rollers go down and up, from lower back to the top of the head, to determine your torso length and where the nape of your neck is).

Super tolles Produkt. Ich kenne das sonst nur aus Nagel oder Kosmetikstudios. Die Matte vibriert nicht nur sondern hat richtige Massageblle verbaut. Die Massageblle gehen vom Nacken bis zum unteren Rcken. Die Strke kann man mit Hilfe der Fernbedienung variieren und auch zum Beispiel manuell einstellen, dass man nur am unteren Rcken oder nur am oberen Rcken massiert wird. Zudem kann man es einstellen, dass es angenehm warm wird. Das Highlight ist, dass der Sitz auch im Auto verwendet werden kann, super Sache. Stecker dafr ist natrlich dabei.
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhltnis ist ausgesprochen gut.
Ours stopped working after about 6 months. Wrote to the company and after submitting a short video showing what was wrong, they sent us a replacement unit. We are very pleased with the customer service. Communication was very prompt and the replacement was sent quickly. My husband loves this model and was so disappointed when it stopped working, But we now have the replacement and he's in his glory!

J’aurais prfr que la tlcommande soit situ sur le ct du dossier car ct du sige, celle ci est porte sortir de la pochette !!!! Pour ne pas dpasser le temps limite d’utilisation, je croyais que sur la tlcommande, je pouvais slectionner le nbre de minutes / ce qui n’est pas le cas. De plus, le massage derrire la tte que j’apprcie mais qui ne perdure pas, celui-ci s’enclenche lorsque je pars l’appareil mais par la suite, l’activation des rouleaux ne cible que le cou/paules et dos !!! Pour avoir nouveau un peu de massage derrire la tte, je dois fermer l’appareil et le ractiver !!!! Le hic aussi, c’est que rendu cet endroit …. iiiii y a un vrombissement qui ne se fait pas dans le plus grand des silences !!!! Mais pas le choix, je dois faire avec … la limite, je ne l’utilise pas si mon conjoint est dans les parages car c’est drangeant si entre autres, il lit (ce que je dplore moi aussi).

This massage unit is exactly what I was looking for. It helped my neck and back pain. The only reason I gave it a 4 was I feel like the seat vibrator unit is not necessary. I never use it. Another thing is you can not use this unit lying down. The directions say place in a chair for use. Otherwise I have gotten my money's worth out of it.
