Really easy to use. Have used it to cook various food including pizza and fish, it cooked as well as a conventional electric cooker.

Works really well as a microwave. Not so much as an oven/grill.
The oven temp on the display is way below the actual temp.
Cooking a pizza (180 C for 6 – 8 min) I have to set temp at 210 C and cook for 12 min.
Grill is poor as well but does work.
Would not even attempt to bake in it.
But at this price for a combi – what did I expect. (not much)

I’m very pleased with the microwave oven. Works well and cooking is very simple, and other functions are good, the power is right for me.

Looks and cooks fantastic. And, unlike one previous comment, one can view the food as it cooks since the lighting inside is quite bright. Well worth the money. Simple to use and cooks uniformly.

This microwave was a major upgrade from the previous one we got from a supermarket. We had our doubts at first, but in the end it was worth it and I don’t think we could do without it! The extra power and features, combined with the extra space for larger plates makes this worthwhile.

This was purchased for my 81 year old Mother in law, which she now uses every day cooking and microwaving, very good and easy to understand a truly great product and one my mother in law likes a lot.

Make no mistake, this is bigger than your average microwave! But if you’ve got the space for it, it’s good looking, works very well, and has settings which are clearly laid out and do a great job.

How many times have you came home from the pub, felt hungry, but looked at the cooker and then wondered why we don’t have the magic food maker thingy from star trek? You know because the cooker seems to take ages when you just want some food, right there and then!

Well, that was me last weekend, but settling with the sadness that I’m probably born too early for that food maker thingy from star trek, i just grabbed a pizza out the freezer, and following the weight of the pizza, (handily marked on the pizza box) – i pressed the button, twisted the dial, and the microwave indicated It’d be ready in just 15minutes time. Wonderful i thought, time enough to go pour another drink that i shouldn’t have poured, and when the microwave stopped, the top of the pizza was perfect, and when i say perfect i do mean that!
The cheese and tomato looked lovely, the salami wasn’t burnt to crisp, the crust was full and nicely toasted, and it was baking hot.

One thing i expected, was those hardish spots you sometimes get on some foods when cooked in a microwave, but this microwave didn’t do that to the food, or anything else I’ve cooked in it since, thankfully.

So upon first inspection of the pizza, it looked good, it felt good, i felt good, the world felt anew and wonderful, like i was living in the Tomorrow’s World future set, (remember that show?) – but sadly when i tried to slide the pizza onto a plate, i realized the underside was still sort of undercooked!
Now it wasn’t so undercooked that the dough was still raw, it just wasn’t quite cooked enough as it would’ve been if cooked in the oven, but it could at least be held and didn’t fall apart.
I have to admit that i got into a bit of a panic, like how can this infernal machine trick me like this?! Well i didn’t want to risk overcooking the top side of the pizza as it was perfect, so i said to myself, to hell with it, lets eat this thing!

I slid that pizza onto the plate and i rolled the pizza cutter over that bad boy, and i made do with the fact that it was ‘saggin’ – but i have to say, i totally enjoyed it.

I don’t cook all that much in microwaves, but if I’ve had a few drinks and can’t be bothered to cook, i power this up for a quick munchie and it does a much better job of cooking than any other microwave I’ve had in the past. That might be due to my last microwave being roughly 15yrs old and not having this technology in it, who knows, but at least this one ALMOST cooks perfect pizza, and for that, I’m happy with this.

The microwave cooker looks very stylish & we love the mirror front! The set-up (timer, the turntable) was easy to do and the unit surprisingly was lighter than we imagined. The microwave is easy to use & the other functions, grill and conviction oven, the same. Having a large family & friends in and out all the time the microwave is in use a lot.

I like the oven and so does my significant other half! I did a lot of research and I am of the opinion it paid off with this unit.

Delivery and packaging very good, the oven looks stylish and good value for the price, but cannot review it fully as I have not personally used it, but my partner has and I have not heard any complaints.

Very good product but received with a dent and my claim for a part refund instead of returning it was immediately settled. Very satisfied overall.

Best microwave/combi I have ever bought. Does everything I need and one nice package. The grill alone is a godsend for warming sausage rolls etc 🙂 Easy to use if a little on the large size compared to basic microwaves.

It can (and generally does) steam up easy with each use, so a few seconds with the door open is needed. easy to clean though with solid stainless steel insides.

very very nice microwave! love how easy it is to operate, and the simplistic look is fantastic. a bit of a downer is the convention oven is a bit on the weak side, so you’ll need to cook oven foods at temperature/time at your own experience.

Our 20 year old Sharp Combi finally gave up the ghost and having looked around, we decided to go for a cheaper option as we would not really use any of the sophisticated built in programs on the more expensive devices. The interface is fairly simple, the build quality is what you would expect for the price. The exposed element at the top of the oven is something we are not used to and makes cleaning a little more difficult, but this is a minor issue. We have been using the RH for a month and cannot really see a downside if you want a cheap solid combi.

Have used this for about a week now. Wanted a large microwave to replace the old 40″ Panasonic that gave us 9yrs of good service (though it has been struggling for the past year). The shiny mirror door is a magnet for the 6yo who loves to pull funny faces (of course not when it is on) and so far hasn’t got too smudgey. The few that it had were easily wiped off with a sponge.

The buttons are fairly intuitive and easy to use and the instructions are clear. Inside is a decent size cooking area – of course can’t compare with my old monster proportioned one. All in all very happy with my purchase.

Love our new new microwave. It has the extra features of bake and grill which work well. This product was a very good price for all the features and easy to use.

For the price I paid under 75, its a bargain, but, some things I would probably not accept if I had paid the full RRP. It steams up after cooking something I have never had in others, I end up propping the door open to let it escape, as I am sure it would not help long term. The door is the other issue, it will not stay open, so getting items out can be a bit awkward especially if hot, the only plus with this is the door is not heavy.
The operating instructions are straight forward, its easy to clean, The door is useful as a mirror !!, and I am happy with my purchase.

Stylish addition to the kitchen. Big, family size microwave. Lots of space. Easy enough to program. Different power settings if you need them. Only used microwave function to date which works well. Looking forward to first roast in this combination microwave. Good price and quick delivery. Happy with product and seller. Will update once I have tried other functions.

This was bought to replace a large Sharp microwave oven that died. The Sharp also had grill and convector features, but in the 10 years I had it, I didn’t use those modes at all. If there had been any 30 litre or larger solo microwaves, I should have bought one.

So this review of the Russell Hobbs is based solely on its microwave function.

The exterior is attractive, with a mirrored front and a white case that isn’t too obtrusive. The interior is shiny stainless steel, which should make it much less difficult to clean than the enamel interiors I’m used to.

There’s nothing on the front to indicate that it’s a 900W oven, but the documentation confirms that it is. When used in accordance with heating instructions for packaged products, it seems to produce exactly the right results. That was something of a surprise to me, as they’d always been overheated when I used the old Sharp in the same way. It does mean that things like warming a cup of soup take longer, but it’s still pretty fast.

The interior will hold vessels up to 22cm high, and the turntable is over 31cm in diameter, so it meets my need to accommodate a family-size casserole — or even a claret glass if I forget to get the bottle out in time to reach room temperature!

I like the large button for 30 second increments; it means one rarely has to touch any of the more complex controls. The clock is easy to set (a big plus in areas with overhead power supply).

bought this as a house warming present for my daughter and her boyfriend. They can’t fault it at all.
As a microwave it’s amazing and as an oven really quick to heat up and cooks just as well as a full size oven.
They haven’t used the grill function yet but expect it to be just as good as everything else is on it.
After the glowing report back they gave me, should my 18year old microwave start playing up, I shall not hesitate in buying one of these.

I am very happy with the purchase overall and in my view so far:
Pros: Very stylish, very efficient easy to use, have all the functionality I wanted from a microwave/ oven, ideal if you are cooking/ baking for 1 or 2 people, a lot of options and a fan assisted oven which is great!
Cons: there is a bit of a noise (not that bad but some microwaves can be less noisy), the dark tinted glass in front looks very good but the visibility of whats cooking is very less, so you might have to open the oven each time you want to check on the food, and be aware of the dimensions of this oven it is big 🙂
